Required California insurance not included in Kaya
Pros: Easy pick up and drop off and minivan was clean and what we expected
Cons: Most other companies include all required insurance and taxes in the price quoted on kayak...this company does not and added >$100 to the price

Pros: We had a beautiful van, it was spotless inside and out and was great for our family wedding trip. Would definitely recommend.
Cons: The shuttle connection was a bit confusing. When we reached the 2nd pick up spot it was very dark and we couldnt/didnt see the signs for the van pickup to take us to AVR. Perhaps some better lighting in this temote lot would be very helpful. We called immediately to verify pickup info and their driver was there nearly immediately. The entire staff was very pleasant to deal with. I would suggest explaining the toll process a bit more rather than relying on clients to read the signs pertaining to tolls as we were shocked that there wasnt a toll lane that accepted cash.

AVOID AT ALL COST
Pros: Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I first called for directions to get to their location and the person on the phone was clearly annoyed I'd call to ask. They instructed me to get on the wrong bus not once but 3 times. Once in the right bus, which they informed me would take me to the rental location, I was dropped on a random street corner outside the airport and the depot could not tell me when they'd have a van available to pick me and take me to the actual depot. I was finally picked up by a sketchy unmarked van. I asked to see credentials of the driver before getting into an unmarked van. He made some comment to the person on the phone about needing to go because "this little white girl is nervous about getting in a van with a big black man". I was the. Driven down several shady back alleys to what looked like a refugee camp...pitched tarp over some picnic tables with a spotlight. No one could be bothered to instruct me where to go. I finally found my own way inside where I proceeded to wait over an hour and fifteen minutes for any sort of assistance. Meanwhile over a half dozen employees stood around chatting, on their phones, etc. once I finally received "service" the man wanted to go through 1000 different upsells, even after I informed him I had an important meeting to make in the next 45 minutes and I wanted nothing extra. He abrassively told me to calm down. Finally, after investing just short of 3 hours in the process I was informed that even though they were able to pull the deposit off my company card, since I was returning it the day after the card was expired they couldn't rent to me, even though I provided a second credit card for the file. The man informed me it was something the manager was capable of approving, but did not company. 3 plus hours of my life that I will never get back. It is my new personal mission in life to make sure every person I ever come in contact with knows not to use your company. Absolutely appalling experience.

Pros: Price was O.K.
Cons: Waited 45 minutes to drop off van. Almost missed my flight. Took about an hour to check out. Van wasn't even cleaned on the inside. Would not recommend if you care about your time.
