    Hidden fees
    Pros: Nothing
Cons: This car rental location is a scam. Upon arrival check In person stated there was a $200 security deposit to rent all cars which was not stated during the reservation. He also told me that he couldn't cancel the reservation but only through the booking agency. I was still charged the $25 cancellation fee. I wouldn't go back here I'd rather walk.

Too inconvenient & not the car I reserved
Cons: Only one shuttle bus/ no schedule. Got a gas guzzling van instead of the Ford Fusion I reserved. Van was dirty inside

    Cheap for a reason
    Pros: Cheap
Cons: Doesn't pick up from LAX with all the other rental car companies. After waiting 15min called the company and they said I had to take a shuttle to the metro train and tell the driver to make a special stop. After the driver dropped me off in a shady parking lot in an industrial park I waiting 1hr and 45min for the company shuttle to pick me up. I arrived at the office and had to wait an addition 1hr for a car because they ran out of vehicles and when they got a dodge caravan back they quickly washed it and rented the vehicle out. At least I was able to keep the same rate as the economy car I rented.

    What a dump
Pros: We were able to share a few laughs about how bad the whole experience was.
Cons: Let's start with getting to the office. I'm looking for shuttles, but alas none for Economy. So I call, you need to take the G line bus, OK. Get on bus and get dropped off at an empty parking lot. I call the number and they say shuttle comes by every 15 minutes. 30+ minutes later a shuttle shows up after others have called too. We make it to the office, what a dump, there is a couch and love seat that looks like they were picked up off the curb, and signs are just taped to the walls. The service was so slow. They charged me an extra $16 fee since I was using my Visa debit card. The car was fine. The shuttle drive back to the airport was the best part of the whole experience. In the future I will choose one of the known rental car agencies, it would have only cost a couple dollars more, but I likely would have been happier.
