Pros: Nothing. Worst experience. Worst service. Worst cars. Worst office.
Cons: Worst experience I've ever had. From pick up There's not a bus. The office. The car. The wait worst experience in my life and I'm a frequent traveler

Cons: When we arrived they told us and all the customers that had made a reservation that they only had smart cars available. The woman in front of us was furious, said some words, took her paperwork and went next door to rent a car. The desk agent (whom come to find out was the owner) followed her out, grabbed her by the arm, and took her paperwork back from her. When it was our turn to be helped, they told us our reservation for a mini-van was not available, but they had a 12 passenger van available. I refused, when all the sudden a mini-van was produced. When we received the van it was filthy, inside and out, and there was no spare tire to be found. They discounted our price, so we just kept the van. Returning it was a breeze (the owner was not there). They refunded our $200 hold on our credit card. On the way to the airport, the driver told us to double check our receipts and make sure we have hard copies. The owner is notorious for keeping the deposit made on the car, and for also tacking on unknown fees. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pros: Car itself was ok. Clean Had a 2 inch gash on the left fender which was noted on the damage resort so no problem
Cons: Waited 25 minutes to be picked up .finally got a ride from another rental company Didn't have the size car I requested. Showed me a smaller one which smelled of cigarettes Ended up with a larger car. They did make a rate adjustment in my favor to their credit

Best price I found
Pros: Was given a Nissan Sentra when I only ordered the cheapest economy car, and it was in great condition, very clean.
Cons: I got to the airport and waited for the shuttle with their logo, but after 20 minutes of seeing all others go past I rang. Only then did they tell me I had to take a bus to an offsite parking lot to be picked up. The check in was a lengthy process, taking at least 15 more minutes before I was taken out to see a black car in a dark alley, and check it for damage. Drop off also took too long as someone printed the form, and just stuck it on a back table without telling anyone, so I had to wait while they found it again. Check engine light was on when I picked it up, but I would've had to wait longer to get a different car.
