Receptionists unprepared, and are not attentive
the free shuttle, the pleasant front desk staff, the affordable beakfast options the time on the clock radio was not updated
Very helpful staff at reception and on the shuttle bus to/from Miami airport.
warm welcome. no mistakes in booking. free upgrade to executive room. helpful staff. good location. shuttle almost missed me; was diriving too fast and too far away from logical place for collecting guests.
The location The staff was very negative that I booked through Kayak and said "hold on a second you booked through expedia" No I did not but I paid my money, almost $500. I will not stay there again for that reason. I love the ease of Kayak.
Excellent personalised service Need a hire car
Comfortable and very clean room with a good shower and quiet air conditioner and ceiling fan. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was good. Breakfast was ok, but was a little sweet for my tastes.
Breakfast, while Spartan, was situated in an old garden courtyard. the bed was comfortable. The carpet was stained and dirty. There were holes in the bathroom walls and the paint and caulk were peeling away. We had no tub. The wifi did not work unless you were at the pool. Forget about a range of television channels.
the bed everything else
Very small room, tiny bathroom without vanity. Rugged shower head with lukewarm water. Breakfast is poor. Such an accommodation should cost 5 times less.
The hotel is modern and very clean, but most of all the stuff is great! So friendly and kind, very helpfull to give advices.Unfortunately it is close to a busy road,so if you are not too tired it might take a while for you to fall asleep....But they provide the room with earplugs!
Hotel is very clean and nice. good price for this hotel. Bad points just one. there is not ice machine, but is question time...
very friendly and most helpful people, nice and clean and well kept place
Very nice and helpful staff.
Our seconds stay here within a week and we were still just as pleased as the first time. Great staff, comfortable room with a great shower and quiet air conditioner. Really great.
I like breakfast
cofee break, hotel staff is good.
Staff was very helpful. To go breakfast bags were nice, since we had to leave before the hot breakfast service started. The room was comfortable and nice sized. The deal on leaving your car parked while on your trip was great. Shuttle was reliable, location is close to airport, without being too close. Starbucks, Walgreens and Publix are across the street - very handy. The hot tub wasn't hot! Construction noise was unexpected on a Sunday.
Very nice rooms, you feel very welcome. Transfer from the airport every 20 minutes and very friendly. Breakfast room is too small
Very close to the airport and the cruise terminal. The eleator is a bit tricky especially if the room key card wasn't ptogrammed correctly.
They make me feel like a queen It's not on the beach.
The hotel was a nice, airport location type hotel with reasonable breakfast included. Staff was friendly and helpful
Free transit shuttle to airport with friendly staff
Close to the airport and cruise ports. Courtsey transportation to/from airport and cheap transportation to the cruise port.
Ubicacion y precio relacion a calidad razonable TV (no funcionaba la de mi habitacion)
very good nice room all in no
Conveniently close to the airport. Room not perfectly clean, noisy air conditioning that you can't switch off at night.
very close to airport. Clean comfortable for a quick stayover the breakfast was not great
Good staff but a place for younger people. No families. Feels a bit like a super nice hostel. Staff is nice, cleaning and service people are great and super friendly. Only one bartender that was there late ( didn't catch her name), we asked for water and she was upset, have us used cups that still taste like lemon from last drink she poured on them. All bartenders were super nice with the exception of that one. Otherwise, good service.
- Customer service - interior design - spotless - location - the temporary construction in progress across de street
Very nice looking hotel. Very clean. Check out time is noon which is great. They wouldn't sell just a toothbrush, you had to buy a whole kit for $5.50. Most hotels will give you a tooth brush for free. $22 for valet parking is kind of steep as well.
Stayed the night to bar hop in Brickell, location was great, room was spacious. Will book again.
Location from metro Noisy- thin walls. Could hear ESPN on one side of room from neighboring room. Spanish soap opera on the other side of room from neighboring room. TV channels didn't all work. No bonus for Starwood frequent travel. Did not allow a 4pm late check out.
Nothing Nothing the room. Toilet did not work. TV www in and out and no wake up calll Late to my meeting. Waste of money
Clean room, friendly staff, nice happy hour/bar environment. decor is a bit tacky... But maybe just not my style..
Every staff member said hello to me. Staff was very friendly The Spa experience was ok, Massage for a deep tissue was weak. The Sauna was not on, I turned it on but should be preheated for guests or what good is it. For $440 for 2 - 50 minutes massages I expect more.
Kelly at check in, superb. Ziggy, beach manager above and beyond. The beautiful lady who delivered room service at 1 AM and serenaded my daughter with a lovely Happy Birthday. All the staff were friendly, and excellent! The lobby decor. Also, no coffee shop.
Proximity to beach and Lincoln Mall. Our room was right off the pool which was super convenient. Front desk staff couldn't have been nicer especially when I disputed some charges at checkout out. The facilities need maintenance. Particularly the pool area. Broken tiles and the bottom of the pool was chopping off in at least one large area. The bathroom also could use some maintenance. The vanity top had a chopper out of it and theme leftist was rusting in areas.
Location is perfect for experiencing all that South Beach has to offer; staff was fantastic and very accommodating; food was very good; The way of the travel world now appears to be to charge little bits (or more) for every little thing, this was no exception.
Location, pool area, room & bed comfort. It is located right out of the loud crowd on Ocean Drive, so it is a lot more chilled and relaxed. Overall, much better than all other hotels on South Beach. I can't quite say it was a true 5 star experience in terms of appearance and for the premium price. But again, a lot better than the other hotels around.
I was charged twice for my staying and although I've contacted the site several times and it's been three weeks I still couldn't get my money back
I like the location and the beach area. The room had big stains on the carpet & it was not well maintained or cleaned.
Staff, location Not up to Ritz standards! More like a motel
The first night was a disaster. At about 5:45 p.m. I called down to report a loud fan/ motor annoying noise. They said they would send someone up. We left about 20 minutes later for a dinner reservation. When we came back later that evening it was late nothing had changed. we were to tied to do anything so we tried to go to bed. Sleep did not come for either of us easily and we were up a good part of the night. The next day I complained and the girl offered us a $50.00 credit and would move us down from the top floor in the same proximity. the noise was probably from the motors on the roof. Looking out after agreeing I saw all the fans from the building next door so I called back and said it was not acceptable. I was turned over to the Rooms manager (Emily) who was excellent we were moved closer to the front of the building, no noise good sleep a Ritz Carlton experience. First day terrible second day great. Not sure how to evaluate Sid Barish
didn't clean the room once in four days put an unauthorized charge on my account after check-out room faced the loading dock and was incredibly noisy
Drove with my family of 5 from Chicago to Disney and then Miami. Juergen at the front desk noticed our exhaustion and placed us in a beautiful 2br that truly salvaged our sanity! Amazing views, huge amounts of space and total luxury! I became a Hilton Honors member due to Juergens customer care! Thank you House keeping and room service dropped the ball however I believe it was due to being in the condo section rather than the hotel end.
We were very happy with the room we requested on the highest floor with a balcony which gave us amazing views across Biscayne Bay and South Beach ,Miami.
No thing It to many dogs and Pet in the hotel it's like zoo or farms
The view of the bay from my balcony was quite good. The staff were not so friendly, they could't help me out with some problems. Actually, it seemed to me that they didn't care about it. Also, the price of the parking lot was extremelly high, I parked my car just for 2 nights, approximatelly 8 hours per parking and I had to pay US 60.00.
They clean my room to my needs, everything was well taken care of. The hotel has improve its service to guests making you feel comfortable and welcome. Business center needs more computers and uptodate. It needs to be more clean as well.
There weren't no towels in our room and I had to get it on the front desk by myself. The water heat wasn't work properly and in a few minutes, the water was completely cold
Staff were excellent. Great customer service. Very friendly. Food prices were a bit high.
I was brought up that if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. I will not ever stay here again.
It was centrally located location for a international Business meeting. The expoense was not justified by the quality of the hotel
Food superb on the two occasions we had lunch. The restaurant staff very friendly and efficient. Weird smell in lifts. This was probably the cleaning agent but it smells awful.
The location, the pool and some of the staff are great. The rooms are also fairly comfortable even though they are well outdated. This place is the most absurdly expensive place even by south beach standards. It is really pathetic what they charge for food and drinks. If it wasn't for the scenic pool no one would stay here. During our stay the beach club had a pimp soliciting business very loudly on multiple days whom the hotel refused to kick out despite multiple parties complaint. The Delano is a magnet for sketchy characters. The place is surviving off of its reputation and pool alone. Go here if you don't mind being gouged and enjoy the occasional strung out pimp at the beach, but if you're looking for a modern luxury hotel, this isn't it.
Just the location and the nightlife "knowledge" of the concierge The Rooms were too old-fashioned. The Bathroom was smaller then 4m2. The elevators were bad smelling. And to have access to the fitness you had to pass through the old linen storage.
This hotel has the most friendly staff who always welcome you back. Best pool, pool bar and DJ experience. The sushi restaurant in the lobby is outstanding. My all white decorated room faced the ocean and had spectacular view of beach. Highly recommend this property. The gym could be upgrade and/ or located in a different part of hotel (it feels like being in the dungeon of the hotel). The cable sometimes goes in and out.
Great pool, great service, classy crowd
The Delano was a beautiful hotel with an awesome pool and atmosphere. The staff was friendly and overall really cool. Great for a one time indulgence. The rooms were a bit small and our floor was sandy upon arrival. The all white decor was ok, but really let you know if something wasn't clean, and unfortunately many things on our bed had stains. As for the prices, they were absurd. There wasn't a single thing that was complimentary here. 30 dollars for wifi for two days, overpriced cocktails, food and drink and the biggest offense of all was the fact that you had to pay more than starbucks prices for coffee in the morning. Seriously not ok for the price you pay for just staying there. Lastly, the sushi bar was just awful, 3 pieces in and we closed our check.
They tried to solve the small problems as they appeared The location and the view are amazing, the decoration and the swimmingpool areas are very unique. A hotel like this should have free wifi: it is ridiculous to have a fee of $15 /day not for the money but for the principle. The rooms are not big; I was in an upper floor but the lower floors are very noisy as there are parties in the hotel almost every night
Cleanliness and comfort. Pool area wasn't welcoming. Snobby attitudes.
The location is terrific, the outside pool and pool dj is awesome. Plus the lobby is aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are terribly small and all white. Not in a cool way, but in a "one flew over the coo-coo's nest way". VERY LAME for 2014. They need to renovate this property asap. Also, nothing inside the room is clean. The little throw rug in the room had debris and old un-vacuumed crumbs all over. Very nasty.
Facilities were clean. Staff was friendly and quick to help. This one was close to the airport and had a fee shuttle to take us to our airport at 6am, which was my favorite. The restaurant on location was very good and again staff was friendly and and service was fast. Since we were so close to the airport airplanes were flying in almost constantly, but inside the room you couldn't hear them at all! N/A
the rooms were really nice and the shower was amazing
Their location and they have transportation from/to the international airport. its being remodeling. Now the lobby and bar is bigger and nicer. Its very noisy from 9 to 6. still remodeling. it has no chance to watch tv news or listen to music or anything different without paying.
Close to the airport. Very expensive for what you get. Poor service from staff. In need of repairs.
Got us in our room early & then allowed us to stay an hour later & then watched our bags till evening flight!
The need to teach the housekeeping staff how to dust properly. The lamp shades were disgusting
Location and cleanliness of the room. The hotel is under renovation and is a mess on the outside. It was like a maze to get to the restaurant in the other wing. They didn't have my reservation because they received nothing from Booking.com. I still don't know if my credit card has been double charged, but the hotel definitely charged me.
Clean room, nice staff, convenient shuttle to airport No tv program due to the construction
The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The shuttle services were a great convenience and all the drivers were so pleasant. My room was downstairs opposite the car park, because the blinds were so light they provided inadequate shade to block out the lights from the car park shining into the room.
Friendly staff. Clean room and very welcoming! No complaints at all. I would recommend this to my family and friends.
Shopping center with restaurants in close proximity of the hotel. The staff was very accommodating with our early arrival. Did not communicate the distance from the port of Miami.
Good location. Beds was super comfortable. The AC, it was freezing outside and inside the room the AC was on and it was even cooler than outside!
This is a great hotel in a great location. We stayed here for 1 night before our cruise. The hotel is right across the street from bayside marketplace. We walked over for dinner and a little shopping. The hotel is very close to the cruise port and we were able to see the ships the next morning from the hotel window. The wifi is weak, but it was free. I thought breakfast was included, but it wasn't, so we walked over to bayside again to eat.
Very friendly n helpful staff Old. Need update
Upon our arrival and we stayed an extra day , there is a parking fee of $33 bucks a day plus a $2.00 valet fee . I paid 40% of a one day stay for my car . However ... I recommend the restaurant in lobby .. Very good and ask for Beatrice to wait on you . She was fantastic !!!! Parking fees and forced valet feed
The beds were not comfortable. Pillows were too soft I tossed and turn all night. woke up every 2 hours. not good . for the money
Front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. Location is great for a stay before or after a cruise. Shops and restaurants within walking distance.
We were able to check in at 6am The restaurant night crew has terrible customer service. They play obvious favorites with the customers too. This nearly ruined the whole experience.
Location to go ahead to port of Miami Only problem, my credit card, machine couldn't read, woman would not punch number in manually.
The hotel was beautiful ocean front view balcony view.. Very close to ocean drive an Lincoln mall rd. We really didn't need a car.. O yeah right on the Beach.. They have beautiful outside water plaza where I got on my need an she said yesss ATTN we were notified before our stay way before our stay there would be construction but how would I know I'd get the room right next to all the banging and beating
the hotel amenities were fine, meals were good not exceptional. pool is nice as is beach access. i don't recommend for a vacation setting. hotel is very large, busy - not relaxing for a couple. Lacked the intimacy and romantic touches of other hotels catering to vacationers vs. business.
Pool area was beautiful, and open 24 hours! Love how the hotel was right next to the beach. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Price of food and drinks at the pool / beach was expensive, but it was what I expected when booking the hotel. Beach chairs were included in the resort fee, which was nice, but the fee didn't include a beach umbrella with the chairs...the umbrella was an extra $25 for the day (and we absolutely needed the umbrella because it was so hot outside).
No music on pool area
Location, layout Drilling & hammers right by my room at 7a. I can understand 10a. For those from Ca this means it started at 4a Partying, LOUD rap music , yelling from balcony on my floor. I complained and NOTHING was done
I had a very pleasant stay, the staff was amazing. Nothing
Beautiful hotel, with a very very attentive staff. This hotel is walking distance from all the best parts of Miami Beach. The only bad thing about this hotel is that there are sooo many families (mostly from Europe) here, that the pool becomes way too crowded. As a couple in their 20s, we had to avoid the pool, and stay in the ocean.
Location Under construction; noisy
The view from the room The Roach that was crawling around the room. Took forever for housekeeping to respond to compliant I had to call the Loews 1-800 number to get service after calling front desk
Hotel is good but pricey for its accommodation .building is little old . Beach is too far from hotel. Bathroom is small for the price paid for room
Had a great time very understanding staff and food prices were good at hotel lounge and restaurants
I loved the hotel was right by the beach The amenities including the spa, banana boat, beach chairs and excellent customer service
I liked the design, the waterfall and fish. Having a restaurant and bar inside the hotel added a nice touch, because of the hotel's location. I also liked breakfast and the happy hour. I will recommend Embassy Suites. Location
-proximity to airport/free shuttle, free breakfast, spaciousness of room $15 parking fee, men's underwear found in cupboard/armoir, restaurant pricey given budget status of hotel.
Rooms were good size and they catered to our changing schedule. The main restrooms on the first floor were direty.
Great service, close to airport, awesome lobby environment with great tasting food at restaurant. The room was nice, but dated with poor quality remodel/painting. However, served its purpose with an overnight layover at MIA. Warm shower and comfortable bed.
the location. (next to train passing by in the night), no safe in hotelroom
Staff was very acomadating , made the stay very good. Place was very nice and rooms were comfortable.
I can honestly say the breakfast was it. I was truly dissappointed. the hotel rooms were horrible just really disgusting. I will never ever stay or suggest anyone else to stay here.
Liked the breakfast and evening cocktail hours I actually went for the purpose of honeymoon and was not content with the room nor service. The view was other buildings and for the money spent on this hotel i felt it was like a 1 star hotel of paying $100 per night. I was mistakenly charged for watching a movie we did not watch. Also was not told about paying additional for parking. Did not get for what we paid!!!
What I liked best is the comfort of the rooms and the location of the hotel. It seems to me that the parking rate is getting a little bit high.
Very comfortable bed and sofa. Hot and tasted breakfast. Nothing
Happy hour and the restaurant was delicious. I wasn't notified that my room was ready, after waiting for 4 hours
The hotel was a very good surprise. The location was great & the staff was superb.
The staff was very friendly for the most part and the location was in close proximity to Eden Rock where I attended a conference but couldn't stomach the extra 150 per night. The decor is so dated. The carpet, drapes, doors, fixtures, etc were in desperate need of updating. its relatively clean but so warn out. The room had an odd L shaped layout with no real purpose for extra space. An old tube TV, like 27 inches in an delapidated armoire that was literally 25 feet from the foot of my bed. needed binoculars.
Liked cleanliness and large rooms
Me & my boyfriend loved the main lobby decor it was great. The room was small and old tvs.
View, No working shower, had to pay $45.00 to park my veichle the hotel! I mean are you kidding me, that's like going out to eat, and the paying the restraint to use their bathroom! Then I get up at 6am to get ready for my 8 am meeting, and the shower does not work!!! Unreal, sink was stopped up, bell hop watched me struggle down the stairs with my luggage. Terrible staff and service, if I wanted no service I would have stayed in a day's inn!!
View and staff That I couldn't stay longer
I appreciated the staff upfront. The breakfast was great! The view was awesome. Due to me booking the room via a 3rd party website, I had to wait for a extended period of time to get my room. The front desk were doing everything they could to help me. In the room it was old. The TV didn't work and there were no towels in the room. So I had to go down stairs twice. The towels were old. After that it was ok. I would stay again. The old room is no fault of the staff.
that they "upgraded" me to a room for my inconvenience. The upgraded room was a so shitty and out dated the bathroom with black and white tiles looked like a black and white checker board ,, the room looked haunted ,,, the toilet was running all night long ,,, you couldn't flush the toilet ,, and it was just not worth the money!!!!
The lobby of the hotel Rude staff, charging for the Minni Bar every after paying for hotel. Old tv that didnt work.
My room wasn't ready they put me in a smaller room with a single king size bed, I was traveling with my wife and two kids. the next next day I had to check out spend the entire day outside until 4pm then they didn't bring me my bags until six pm. When I asked to speak and complain to the manager. He offered an insignificant resolution that still left us completely unsatisfied.
The convenience to the beach. Staff friendlyness and helpfulness. The price was very reasonable, the hotel structure and arts are beautiful. The hotel needs a renovation ASAP, the pool was extremely too small for the amount of people staying at the resort, they need to build more pools and perhaps a few hot tubs. The water front restaurant and bars needs renovation, cleanliness and more variety on drinks and food.
Nothing!!! Ashley at check in was ridiculously horrible!!! Manger came out he was horrible & no help!!! I was given t wrong info abt check not my fault but I'm t one they looking at crazy!!! Room was filthy hair every were left over definitely not mines!!!!/ Mildew in t bathroom.... Chipped paint, top sheet stinked, rooms old!!! I can complain all day abt that place especially t rude staff!!! Please don't waste your money on this hotel!!!! I read how rude t staff was but I always give people a chance boy was I wrong on this one!!!!!! Don't waste ur money!!
I would to stay in next building that's much batter than this resort Everything
The location !!!!!!!! That was The worst place ever..... They should close right away
The bed was clean. Fairly run down lobby, hallway and rooms. The bare minimum for a place to sleep.
Affordable. Staff was very polite. Location close to downtown. Rooms kind of old but are kept clean. Pretty good if you are not going to be in the room much and don't want to spend a ton of money in a luxury hotel. We just basically went to sleep and shower and enjoyed the city. Needs new carpets and fixtures. No free parking. Breakfast is limited to coffee and some bread. Not good if you are going to stay in the room all day long, which honestly, with all that Miami has to offer, why to do that.
wifi didn't work
I didn't expect anything fancy with the rooms I just needed somewhere to sleep for a few days the pillows are really soft which is great! The bathroom was the size of a walk in closet! Everything in the bathroom is all so close together & the bathroom is really dirty! They do not wash those tubs! The beds are hard & my room did not have the microwave or refrigatrator like I expected. The room smells weird because the carpets are dirty. At night the sound of the subway was so loud & annoying I could barely sleep. Sometimes there is loud music. This hotel does NOT include parking. If you are last min looking for a hotel just skip this one.
The only thing I liked was the location. I had low expectations about this hotel but it was worst than expected. The newest thing on my room was the TV. The mattress was a disaster. Overall the room was fairly clean but unattractive. In my case, I only needed an overnight for business, it works only for that considering the price.
There was nothing to like about this place Everything about this place was not likeable.
The price is amazing for the location, but it is a BARE BONES hotel. I only needed a place for my crew to stay for a job in South Beach the next day, so it was sufficient. But you get what you pay for and it was CHEAP. A. Nothing left in the room got stolen B. No one got mugged outside C. The shower was relatively hot D. I'll stay there again for work only E. Outdoor cafe next door is fantastic. (Manolo y There are homeless people everywhere outside. Their "continental breakfast" is literally the bread and cake you see in the pictures. It is the worst I've EVER seen. Room is claustrophobic. It wasn't very clean.
Unfriendly staff, no wifi in room, wifi in lobby terrible, dirty rooms, old and damaged furniture and decorations, and no hot water.
Location and price we found a large bug in the room, but its wsnt serious. small tv with 3 channels. basically this is just a place to stay for cheap in miami. only go here if you arent planning on being in the hotel very much.
I chose this hotel because it was close to the free metromover. The doors did not seem secure at all. The sheets were stained. There was no blanket on the bed. The matresses were TERRIBLE. It was loud. The 1-2 block area was teaming with homeless people. It was SUCH a bad neighborhood. One bare lightbulb in the bathroom. One small traditional tv high in the corner of the room.
There was a very warm and kind taxi driver who a staff recommended who took us to airport on time. There was false advertisement about airport shuttle. Shuttle does not pick up at airport and shuttle leaves twice daily ONLY to drop off at airport. The times are roughly 9am and 2pm... If I remember correctly but I know it's only twice daily. If we had known the truth we would have stayed closer to the airport Bcus we ended up spending the same it would cost if we had stayed at a closer airport hotel due to transportation cost. Only reason we chose Leamington is Bcus its website said it offers airport shuttle. One has to call ahead to confirm these hotels really offer airport shuttle. The hotel looks far better on the outside, the bathrooms and very old and far from suitable. Very disappointed in Leamington.
I´ve stay in many hotels around the area (Double Tree, Quinta in, Hilton, Intercontinental, etc) and this by far is the best value for the money: cosy room, nice lobby, pool, good view, good staff, free parking, free wifi, calm, quite and friendly atmosphere and surroundings. The staff is kind and helpful, the room has microwave, coffee and 2 tv´s, one for the bed and other in the "living room". Everything was clean, lots of electricity plugs. The bar and the restaurant is OK, if you are tired and don't want to drive more just eat at the hotel and it will be a good quality/price. William at the bar was kind and helpful as well at the lady at the front desk, don´t remember her name. Overall, great value for the money with friendly staff.
Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel room was clean and roomy and new furniture. The pool looked really nice. We had lake view even though the hotel is close to the airport it was nice and quiet. We enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning - prices were very decent. We paid 117$ for the night and I want to use this hotel again. We went out at night in South Beach and the drive was 20 min.
Marlene was absolutely wonderful. She picked me up in the shuttle. Friendly smiling face and great conversation. The girls and guys at the desk helped me find everwhere i needed to go and with arranging the transportation. The shuttle bus was super convenient and arrived always within a few minutes of my request. Rooms were as shown clean nice view and spacious. Always quiet. I would definitely return. I liked everything
We had to stay here due to a flight cancellation, and we were pleasantly surprised. Dorms should be set up like these rooms.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were given a handicap accessible room. Didn't realize my husband would have to be on his knees for the shower. Would of been nice for them to tell us about it before just giving us this type of room without asking us first.
Proximity to airport. Dirty. Missing amenities. Ran out of breakfast food for guests. Poor service.
Value hotel close to airport for short stay to catch another flight/short shopping trip 1) Old amenities, 2) cramped, crowed hence dirty breakfast area
Location Water leak in my room
Location. The kingsize bed. Good rooms. Breakfast needs to be somewhat better organized and upgraded.
Good location and staff was friendly. Rooms appeared to be updated The AC unit leaked over night on my room and the air was really moist. Room felt a little dirty. Very loud and premises were dirty. It's a cheap room so you get what you paid for. Overall, Just uncomfortable
Great location They charged me $ 75 for some amazon packages i had delivered there before i checked in... outrageous. Will not stay again. Ised to come 2 or 3 times per year...
Location Very noisy. Not because the near airporbad, but the other guests.
Extremely clean and new appliances/furniture Lack of fridge in room
Location, convienience to airport. Booked a king room, was given a double room, and was told that what their reservation had me as. Had to show them my email confirmation, and then they corrected my room. Just a little frustrating paying extra money for the upgrade online, and then not showing it in their system.
I liked everything, specially the housekeeping staff. Would like a small fridge in all rooms even in standard rooms
Cheap price for the location, right across from the airport. Convinient if not staying for a long period of time The noise from the places since it's so closed to the airport
Free shuttle to the airport Proximity to the airport Staff was pleasant Able to hold luggage for you prior to check-in Cleanliness of room not up to par Machines went down so there was late check-in Price for the value Far from downtown Miami, had to keep taking cabs and ubers to get back and forth
The hotel is clean and comfortable. Very modern appeal. The valet parking is ridiculously expensive and due to lack of parking in the area nearly a necessity. The parking fees make up for any saving you might think you're getting on your room. The front desk staff and hotel bar staff were very courteous and friendly, however, the in lobby Starbucks staff couldn't have been more rude or inattentive.
The elevator went out minutes before we returned at 11pm, and service was partially restored just about midnight. We were on the 9th floor, and my wife had asthma, so we waited in the lobby. Nothing was offered - not a cold drink or a snack or anything other than a half-apologetic "Sorry".
great staff! room was neat, very comfortable beds. Excellent value for money.
