Comfortable room in very central situation. Modern and rather fancy bathroom. The new and expensive looking interior of the hotel is somewhat reminiscent of a 1970's disco.
Very nice hotel, very friendly staff.Cozy and good designed.
It has a very good location, very close to Gare Saint Lazare. It is very comfortable, very well designed, close to amenities.. I would go there again. They should have sleepers in the room.
The room was very comfortable and very pretty
In principle everything, But the shower was owsom, well done. The hotel is new. The staff is very helpfull and friendly and service minded. The a/c in blowing in the face when sleeping maybe you could correct this or redirect the flow of air.
Location, cleanliness, modern, friendly and helpful staff, windows open to courtyard, None
Free wifi Bar shut too early
unique in its decor, great location fro sightseeing and shopping and staff were very helpful and freindly we were in room 101 and we could hear the lift during the night. Corridors too dark
Staff was very friendly and very helpful.
The way the hotel was decorated..that everything was brand new...that the beds were very confortable.. the shower had no door ....that if you used the pc in the lobby it was 8 euros for 30 minutes
The location is fantastic and the metro close by to get to all the sights. Breakfast was a little disorganised and the shower tends to leak all over the floor as the shower door does not keep the water in. I would say that they could provide better service in the bar as it was hard to find someone when wanting a drink which I would not expect from a 4 star hotel.
Reasonable sized room for urban Paris. Good Wifi, Nice bathroom. Hotel staff was not responsive. Also, they cancelled my dinner reservation, even though I told them to confirm it. I was upset.
It's a 4 star hotel that is well worth its stars, providing an excellent service to the travellor: slippers and bathrobe available in the room, generous flasks with shampoo, body lotion and shower gel - very much appreciated especially for those who travel with only their handluggage!
the room and lobby Inexperienced staff
The hotel design is stunning, the rooms are comfortable and stylish and the location is great. The staff were inexperienced and service consequently slow.
Perfectly situated in the Opera District of Paris
Location is perfect, I like a still of the rooms... Room is very small and bathroom and toilet is not so big,
I enjoyed staying at this hotel! It is really great and staff is very helpfull and nice! We had a great room! The breakfast was delicious and athmosphere of the hotel is very nice although it is a splendid style for not everyone to understand! For some people room maybe dark but it is a design and for us it was great! If the prices will remain the same next year we definetely will stay only in this hotel! Thank you for a wonderfull staying in your hotel! I would like to give advice for russian travellers, it is better to pay for the room by cash at check-in, becausу the hotel first make a pre-authorisation and the at check out they charge money from the card and it takes a lot of time for the bank to return money back. Please note also that a day before check-in the hotel blockes amount for the first night on the credit card!
The service provided from all the staff, very friendly and sincere. There is no weighting machine for guest to weight their luggage to avoid being tax. Shortage of multi plug.
We liked the location, the building, the interior design and the friendly staff. We also like d the fact that it was brand new and everything was clean. We could use a writing area in the room a stand for the suitcase and hooks for the towels in the bathroom.
Location was good. The room was terrible, no operable window, flooded bathroom from roll in shower. AC ran non-stop, room was too small with nowhere to sit, set luggage and the rate was ridiculous considering. Nowhere near four star accommodations.
good loaction great staff - room was a bit small but this is paris
Location No place to put toiletries in the bathroom
Their 'whatever/whenever' service is legit, very friendly courteous staff, location is in the heart of everything, half block from the Opera metro. A little of 'The Fifth Element' in style made a couple things confusing or complex, took a while to figure out the rainforest shower, for example.
The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. We arrived a couple hours before check-in and received a room right away. We were surprised later w/chocolates & champagne, as a 35th anniversary gift. They helped us to easily navigate the city, as well. I wish the closet could have been larger but I think the room & storage accomodations are standard for Paris.
The W Paris Opera Team are all very focused on customer service. we felt at home the minute we got there. The hotel is impeccably clean, rooms are larger than I expected, and you cant beat the location
Location is superb! It's close to the Opera, which makes it possible for us girls to attend a nice show in the late evening without too much worry. The cozy room is clean, which meets my expectation of a W. I don't like, hate, the room design. the Cozy room has a very small and dark restroom (all walls are painted in black only with a very deem and small wall lamp). The shower room, although it's independent from the restroom, has a very cheap-looking floor.
Location, courtesey Room too small, lack of free amenities in the room.
Loved the location. If you visit Paris, get a subway pass. They are efficient, on time but sometimes crowded. The W is near two different stops which makes it easy to get around Paris. The room was small and lacked some privacy for freshening up in the morning.
excellent view (opera garnier) & close to many hot places very small room
Location, bed, staff they don't provide Shampoo, and 1 Soda at 8 Euros is Expensive
Kind staffs, good location small room

The hotel had a central location. It was on a relatively quiet street. Beds were uncomfortable. Also, you could not control the AC. It was very hot during the day and cold at night but the AC only blew out hot air. Finally, the staff were unfriendly and not very service oriented. We stayed at other 5 star hotels in Paris too
The hotel located down the street from Metro Station. It was a nice small hotel with everything you required in it. The stuff were very helpful and allowed earlier check in.
staff was accommodating and made us feel welcome as English speakers

Wonderful and kind staff. Clean. Nice ambience The gym is small by at least it could be more equipped for a 5 star hotel by adding free weights .
Staff friendly and helpful

Modern rooms, clean environment, helpful and friendly staff every day of our stay. Comfortable bed, nice shower. Rooms were quite small for luggage that we had brought. Also wish that breakfast was included in the rate.
Staff kindly upgraded us to a larger room - one with French windows. In-room Nespresso made overcoming jet lag much easier as did the incredible, oversized rainshower heads in the bath. Comfortable bed and in-room climate control. Free NY Times & Wifi. Complimentary water would be nice. The gym was small; however, everything but the filtered water machine worked. Little of the old remained. The hotel is very sleek/minimal with a few nice old elements. Young, but accommodating, staff were hard working.
very beautiful hotel the room are spacious and clean amenity in the room are excellent the staff is very helpful and very excellent geographic place nothing

Great location and near metro stop. Easy parking. Plenty of restarants nearby.
location to nearby facilities and downtown length of time to check in
Rooms are very nice with plenty of space which are Modern and clean. Rooms contain kettle with tea and coffee, fridge and safe which are all free. The breakfast was not fantastic and quite expensive.
seperate toilet from bathroom came in handy when we had friends over to get ready to go out in the evening; the location was very good for Moulin Rouge/Sacre Cour area; quiet staff was not very helpful with recommendations for dinner
staff helpful, ease of access to restaurants and central paris coffee making facilities needed in room
Lovely staff, very helpful. Rooms were very good. Great location. Breakfast was expensive.
The rooms were very nice and clean, at a level one would expect to pay a lot more...
breakfirst room not good
Very good location. Nice rooms and friendly stuff. Not understandable room cleaning schedule. One day You have to wait until 16:00 for cleaned room, but for example on Saturday and Sunday somebody tried to access the room starting from 9:00 and every 20 min.
One employee from the breakfast room was extremely rude.
Superb reception staff. Very helpful. Arrived at 0845 after a 12 hour train journey from Berlin - room immediately available as was breakfast!! Nothing
Great staff and nice rooms. Walls could be soundproofed better.
It had some decent restaurants around and the staff were very friendly. It was a little too far from the main section of Paris.
The hotel is nice and cozy. You enter through a secure gate to get to the hotel entrance. The lobby is small and personable and the staff was very helpful. The elevator is super tiny. One person with luggage could get in easily, otherwise one must wait on its return. We were up one floor, so taking the stairs wasn't an issue at all. The room was clean and nicely laid out. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the hotel's entrance. The bed was positioned to have a view of the balcony and outside. Having the door open with the cool breeze come through was very peaceful. The room was quite small, but for my boyfriend and I, it was perfectly fine. There is a small hallway from the bed area to the bathroom that has a door that you can close for extra privacy and quietness. The bathroom was nice and bright. The shower was great. Nice water pressure and temperature. Breakfast was included in our stay and I only got breakfast one day, but the morning that I had it, it was good. A nice selection of foods to eat as well as breakfast drinks. It was a bit noisy in the room from people in the hallways. Made it seem as if they were in the room too. The location can be a little iffy for families as it is off (or part of?) the "red light district". It gets kind of noisy outside of the security gate late at night/really early in the morning from patrons out and about having a good time, but it wasn't frustratingly noisy enough to get upset about. Also, we had our balcony door open, so we probably heard more than usual.
The staff were great. The breakfast was yummy.walking distance to Moulin Rouge and Sacred heart. Nice selection of restaurants near the hotel. Close to the Big Bus tourist. route N/A everything was goog
excuse, I don't understand this question... see above
The hotel is clean (except below) and the staff is friendly and helpful. Let me preface this with saying that they are renovating the hotel at this time. the location of the hotel is in a not so great area near the red light district. that being said, the hotel itself sits off the street and is gated with 24 hour security. The room was clean and modern but our batch room was old. Because of this, there was rust and mildew marks all over the bathtub.
its location and peaceful very small clothes wardrobe
Easy access to anywhere in Paris - metro at top of road. Within walking distance of Montmartre and loads of restaurants and bars. Lively area yet quiet in the hotel. We had a great New Year!
Good value for money: family room spacious enough, good breakfast buffet, quiet location, close to metro station. Handy to be able to park you car safely in a garage (paying service). The bathroom is quite aged and could use some modernisation.
Good location, relatively quiet, overall a good experience. some of the staff could be much more helpful
location is perfect, staff very gentle
Staff is so kind, breakfast not as expected but still fair, the location and the facility access
very well positioned - very clean and comfortable - pleasant staff bath plug missing
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was excellently located for all the normal visitor attractions and was in a quiet location. I was glad I booked a Deluxe room as anything smaller would have been cramped.
Room was nice and breakfast was great but pricey. Staff was very good and accommodating. Good meals in vicinity. We prepaid for our room and then let us upgrade to a special room for the difference.
room Staff too "amateur", not professional enough
Excellent, friendly service clean and quiet rooms, gret central location
I liked the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. inflexibility of changes but then that was stated when I made the booking. So other than that I liked everything.
The lounge part of the hotel was very nice, very cosy. The room was very warm when I came in. So I have turned on the airco right away, and in the evening is was very cool and nice. Elevator was small and internet very slow. Buffet breakfast was not very extensive.
Nice, cosy little hotel taking the price into account, the room was too small
The hotel faculity is very well designed and one can see that there is a great deal of care and thought that were put into the design and operation. We have a room with two balconies which was very comfortable and wellkept. Most of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for more than a week and we really enjoyed the home like atmosphere of the hotel
The atmosphere of the room is great. It's nicely decorated. Bed is really comfortable, light system perfect for romantic moments. Also, TV on the wall is great. However the rooms were small for the price you pay and I missed small things like a kettle or a coffee machine. Not all the rooms as said in the description have a jacuzzi bathtub. Regarding breakfast or dinning in the room,I didn't see any information on the room although I didn't ask so I'm not sure if that's a real possibility.
Very welcoming and proactive staff, nice (albeit very small) rooms...in general they have made a very good use of the space they have. It is a very neat little hidden corner in Paris... It is a bit too far away for everyday back and forth to and from Paris...be sure to budget extra time for the commute, or money for taxis
All the staff were wonderful and extremely polite and helpful. wardrobe very small but for 1 or 2 nights you don't need too much space.
Staff were excellent at all times, room was very comfortable and decor modern/chic. Location very good, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby.
Beautiful room with a lot of at atmosphere.
The room was so unique and we had our own jacuzzi. The staff were all really helpful and friendly.
unique design of rooms, suited to young couples. small hotel, no real bar/restauran.
The style was wonderful, the staff very helpful.gretta chamber and lovely jacuzzi!!
Unique hotel, excellent for a special occasion and would recommend to others Nothing
The design of the room and the hotel itself were absolutely amasing and unique. Thanks a lot to the friendly stuff and for the welcome champagne.
The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Staff was tremendous. All the little things were done well.
the one of night shift staff was very poor attitude
peace and quite no car parking
Convenient location for sight seeing. Plenty of places to eat close by. Liked having windows that opened onto a balcony for natural fresh air. Air conditioning was very effective too so always came back to a cool room. Breakfast was not included in price and we found too expensive so did not partake.
Location of the Hotel is really good for city tourists. Metro and Bus stop are quite near, even so district is easeful. Hotel is clean, receptionists speak perfect Engilsh, always regardant and helpful.
Great location, Hotel seems to be recently renovated - Very clean, Friendly staff (who speaks English). All in all - A very good experience, Great value for money (I paid 112 euro per night for a twin room, including breakfast - which was quite good actually) Rooms are small, but from previous experiance I can state that it well fitted the standard of a 3 stars hotel in Paris
I chose this hotel because it is one block from my sons apartment in Paris, as such the location was excellent for me. I was also pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and the bathroom, which are notoriously small in Paris. These on the other hand were of a good size, comfortable, space for my bags and even a small varanda to boot. Quite pleasant.
Free of charge wifi connection Small room
The hotel is good enought. I liked it. No
Apart from friendlyness of the hotel staff, close to metro and shopping area and that's it... Very tiny small room with tiny bed. One important thing is the room got very bad smell and toilet stink... Not recommend
clean room, friendly staff, big and comfortable bathroom, close to city center and subway stations. the room is small and dark, may be uncomfortable for long stays. The elevator of the hotel is old and too small.
I can honestly say the best part about being there was being close to everything. Other than that, The hotel was sub-par at best. The service was horrible and the sheets were dirty even when we first got there. It costs 12 euro's a day if you actually want your room cleaned. There are too many things to list here, but I will try. Poor customer service. I dealt with multiple front desk workers, and all but one were rude, very unhelpful and very short in answers with us. In one case I called down for some clean towels, and after going down and waiting for twenty minutes I finally recieved them. The day we checked out, we asked the front desk clerk to call us a cab. He called one, of course one that has a service agreement with the hotel, and did not inform us of the price. It was a flat fee of 35 euros, even though we traveled less than 7 minutes. I will never, ever stay here again, I would rather stay in a hostel than in this over priced dump.
I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. The staff were outstanding, and the location of the hotel excellent. There is a supermarket right behind the hotel, which was superb for stocking up the kitchen. Happy to say there was nothing negative about our experience.
comfortable apartment make youself like home, warmhearted receptionist especially Ms.Samanta and Ms.Yalta who gave us many helps, excerllent location enabled us to reach Llover and Printemps by foot. I will choose Adagio again for my next trip to Paris.
The location, the room and bath are very comfortable and the kitchen comes in very handy. The staff is the worst, very unfriendly and not helpful (even on "good morning"). The room is not cleaned during your stay, they dont even change towels. Consider this an apartment, don't expect services at all.
Every thing is ok Nothing
Location. no internet. washing machine didn't work.
Location. Comfort. Perfect for longer stays and very well equiped.
Excellent location, very good conditions and maintenance of hotel premisses.
we asked for a place to park our bikes and the staff ollowed us to park our bikes inside the hotel, very nice of them! no
The Ambassador is a beautiful hotel with an excellent, staff. Their proximity to the Opera, the train station and all of the Paris sites make it an ideal location for a business or pleasure trip.
最低15文字以上ご入力ください Wifi in room showed no antenna on pc, and could not access from room..
Great situation, good staff, good rooms. Didn't always get coffee and milk replaced each day
I liked the location, the staff and the rooms. All in all a very pleasant hotel on a good location. The breakfast is too expensive. You can better go to one of the cafe's near by.
It was a good location towards business I was doing in Paris. The Tv did not work. The room service was not good. They where friendly but forgetful and not very sufficient.
personnel at reception and in general were very nice.Price of room too high at 2000+ Euros for 4 nights. This is not a five star. doorman was very rude
excellent location, but 500 eur is definetely tooooooo much!
Perfect location, space (room and facilities), cleaness Staff fighting between themselves during breakfast and not providing expected service for a 4*. Check-in too long because out of the 3 clercks only one could make the necessary credit card operations. Level of service not at the level of the SAS I go often in Brussels close to cathedral...
The location of the hotel was good. The room was very small and old, it has not been renewed for ages. Bathroom roof and walls had apparently some mold on them, and the whole room smelled on mold when entering the room. The hotel is not worth the rate we paid for it (210e per night). Some personnel on the breakfast were very rude to the customers noting them about something had run out in the breakfast buffet.
Nothing except for location. Poor breakfast, too small rooms, not cleanliness..
