I was stranded in the Dallas airport, made a reservation for a car, took a shuttle all the way over to the ground transportation area, and I was told there were no cars available, despite confirmation online AND a representative on the phone who assured me it was there.Reviewed Jan 17 2024

Changing the car was a projectPros:Drop off and pick up was easy. The guy brought the vehicle to us since it was the end of the day.Cons:We booked a full size SUV but unfortunately they had to switch to a Van. We took the van but the van's seats were crooked. Ok BUIT Could Have been BETTER or GREAT!!Pros:The Shuttle Van was the 15 seat we needed and Little extra space. Good on Fuel as well.Cons:The Insurance needed to cover the 15 Passenger Van was not enough to cover so i had to get additional Coverage$$$ Also there was a Safety issue with one of the seats did not have a belt buckle locking clip? Was missing so that had caused some discomfort to couple of passengers due to Sharp edges had caused some cuts and small lacerations on 3 passengers.Reviewed Aug 24 2017
