Loved the lazy river! Great recreation options onsite (lazy river, pool, fire pits, tennis court, putt-putt, pool bar/restaurant). Good location and public transportation options. Room was right across from fire station with sirens at all hours. Low water and toilet pressure. No balcony, kitchenette, or table and chairs. Food and room a bit pricey. Mini fridge difficult to find-hidden in dresser set.
Fantastic hotel. Swimming pools and jacuzzis and water slides are excellent. Room service is very expensive.
The room, pool and staff. The food was good however it was priced way too high. $60.00 plus for two hamburgers and fries is out of line.
This was the most amazing family friendly hotel I've ever stayed in. It is also a great place for business and travel. The perfect place for everyone. Staff was amazing. Pool view is spectacular. We are still shocked at how wonderful of a place this was for such a great price!
They charge and booking.com too
location,hotel staff,comfort nothing
Convenience of location to meetings and comfortableness of rooms. Enjoyed the swimming area, very nice. I think you need a Restaurant that is more affordable that the ones located at the Hotel. One that offers Lunch Buffet and Dinner. The Marketplace was ok for breakfast.
Tv in bedroom did not work well, and room was tough to keep cool.
Close to convention center. Great pool for kids. In room bottled water $5.00! Stop at the 7-11 down the street and stock up.
Do not buy Disney ticket from hotel!
The hospitality suite was nicely accommodating. Evidently, I had to forfeit the kingsize suite for a set of double beds to be adjacent to the hospitality suite. However. In the hotel's defense the upgrade was not made until arrival, and it was a Sat.
Actually there staff were so friendly. The hotel has every thing you would look for include different types of entertainment. The only bad thing at this hotel is that you have to pay for everything include the business center.
The bathroom was nice and large. Comfy. Clean, ac worked well hot water was nice. They allow the delivery drivers to bring the food to your door. Restaurant within walking distance. Walls were thin. Had to ask for towels. Park shuttle only run once. So you have to go and come back when they do so forget being at the park after dark. Free breakfast was just toast and juice, not exaggerating here the set a loaf of bread out. There's a fee for aminities. Parking is a mess, it's free but it's all over not convient for your room location. Staff was indifferent.
Our family couldn't call us, as there is no phone number for the resort listed anywhere that they could find
Honestly the only thing I really liked about the hotel was the location. It is on international drive directly across from the Orlando eye and sea world aquarium I picked this hotel because it was less expensive than some of the other hotels in the area. However, what I didn't realize was all of the fees that would add on making me pay almost double the initial price that was advertised, including some that I was unaware would be added on at the front desk at check in. The resort fee is required and not charged by kayak, and when I went through the process of booking through my mobile app I didn't see anything in regards to that. In addition, the rooms seemed dirty and old. The water in my shower continued to leak throughout the stay and the handle was covered in some sort of cleaning product and was gross to touch. The "free breakfast" was nothing more than a piece of toast and a glass of juice. The staff was fairly rude as well, and while spending some time in the lobby, I came to realize several clients walked away from the front desk complaining about their rudeness too so I know it was not just me. Overall I was very dissatisfied with my stay and I will not be coming back to this hotel in the future.
I slept in Room 2714 for a week and I ended up being bitten by bed bugs...it's a week later since I left and my entire body is covered in bites. I'm on vacation and have been unable to go anywhere due to the discomfort. I am now spending my money on medication every other day. I emailed the hotel and never got a response. I had planned on going to see the manager myself but I have been in distress all week. Please DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT!!!!!!!!
I like how friendly and helpful your staff was . Also the way the room was cleaned was a good thing. Overall good job and job well done!!!! The way the reservation was not in the computer
The large room was very accommodating. Having the ymca next door was an added bonus. The bathroom sink leaked. The bed pillows are all feather which I'm allergic. And the doors are so thin you can hear all the hallway noise all night long.
Nothing The room was old and everything in the bathroom was falling apart. The bed didn't work either to adjust the softness. Not a very nice hotel. It's just cheap but you can for sure tell it's cheap!!
I had to pay $11.50 and the only explanation this is a resort and we ahev to pay.
Old hotel. Needs refurbishment. The employees do not pay attention. Mattress of the bedroom damaged. Very old mattress. On the day of leaving the hotel, the cleaning woman came to bother 11am. To leave the hotel. Being that check-out was 12pm. Hotel antigo. Precisa de remodelação. Os funcionários não prestam atenção. Colchão do quarto danificado. Muito antigo colchão. No dia de sair do hotel, a mulher de limpeza veio para incomodar 11am. Deixar o hotel. Sendo que check-out foi 12h.
I liked how the rooms looked. The location was excellent it was close to everything. The hotel was very clean. 1St off when i got there to check in they couldn't find my reservations, after waiting for 45 mins they were finally found. I was put into a room i left to go to a football game i made it back about 11:30pm i was wondering why my key wouldn't open the door so i went to the front desk to only be told that as soon asi left they rebooked my room and gave it to someone else then moved me to another room that was stanky old and dirty. After about 20 mins of the manager sitting there saying she was gonna throw us out of the hotel because i was pissed she finally put us in a better room
The hotel is in a great location The 4pm check in
The pool and food. The bed was comfortable. I did enjoy the laszer show.more No phone reception, even after paying $19.00 for Wi-Fi. room too small , bath tub not clean, had to get house keeping to come clean the tubs. I had two rooms and both tubs were like that. Parking !!! Don't get me started on that. It was terriable. Rained us out for that Sunday Evening couldn't enjoy the activities , not the Hotels fought. All in an all we want be going back. It was an adventure.
great pool for kids
Staff Business people for conference took over hotel. Not good for leisure
An all-in-one facility for individuals attending a business conference with families. Lot's of amenities and options for food and beverages. Would like some casual food and beverage dinner options. Offer bike rentals to get away from the property and enjoy the sunshine
We arrived earlier than expected, and there was no problem to get our room at check in!! The staff in general was super friendly and very accommodating! We had a wonderful time the whole time we were there, and once they found out it was my sons birthday they went above and beyond tho make it a great time for him!! All in all the Resort was just great! We loved it!! The beds could have been a bit bigger ! And for the money you pay they schould not charge you extra for Wifi in your room!!!
Love the pool and slides , great value , in great location The poolside bar and grill has a lot of issues , wether you are sitting down near the bar or sitting at your chair it is nearly impossible to get service. Every one you asked who worked there said they would send someone over but no one would ever come . Everyone at the place was complaining about the service . I had to switch seats at the restarant because I was tired of hearing someone was coming and by the pool I had to make believe I was sitting in a different section to get someone to help me . Then when you finally get the food it was high priced and poor value , salad at the cafeteria was better. Someone needs to fix the problem because it takes away from your day at the pool .
Rooms were spacious. I liked having a sink separate from the bath area. The self-parking was too expensive and you had to take a shuttle to get to and from the garage.
They had to close the pool for a few hours..which was a necessity but not fun There easy no where to walk since it's located off busy road. Had to take a cab to go to CVS
Very friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable bed and linens. Great Pool. Many restaurant choices. There was some construction noise that was a little annoying.
We spent only 1 nite so cant comment
I loved the amount of space my family of 6 had in our suite. We enjoyed having three t.v.'s as well.
The price Didn't like anything but the price . They charged for everything even cleaning service and new towels. It was an apartment complex converted to a hotel. Things were still not complete. The restaurant they promoted was terrible but it was the only one nearby. I will never return
Everything was very nice, all new and nicely done, the kids loved the pirate ship
Value for money and convenience to theme parks Hard to find, not very well signposted
Third time at LBVR...cant beat location and value when travelling with family Nothing
Loved the spaciousness of suite and the well appointed rooms!
Good value for the money . Good location and roomy. TVs and tub were nice.
The room and view was wonderful and well stock. The staff was friendly. The pool area was clean. The fire alarm going off and having being on the 14th floor.....
My husband and I were travelling with our two children aged 14 and 11. It was great to have a seperate bedroom and bathroom, kitchen and washing facilities. Disneyworld shuttle service only offered 2 departure and return times. It would have been good to have a few more shuttle services.
The location isn't terrible. We just drove to the Disney park, so it didn't matter that it wasn't on Disney property. The gentleman at check-in wasn't very friendly. There was one woman who assisted us with our parking pass who was very nice. The check-in staff I could get over, but when we got off of the elevator on our floor it smelled of a combination of smoke, mildew, and a backed up sewage system. It was disgusting. The halls were extremely dirty. Our actual suite smelled a bit better, but the place is old and dirty. The toilet seat was too small for the size of the toilet, which isn't a big deal necessarily. However, at this point we were already disappointed and it just didn't get any better. The beds are uncomfortable. The pillows are old, flat, and hard. There were no additional linens or pillows. Thank goodness we only stayed for one night. Overall, the place just felt dirty and wasn't very comfortable. This should be classified as a glorified motel. The price was extremely high for the class of the joint...at least we found it for 50% off! I can't imagine paying anymore than what we did. Yikes! For some reason this place is rated 4.5 stars! Maybe it's just building 3? We will never stay here again. There are quite a few condo type time shares that are much much nicer for the price.
location was great, very comfortable and cozy, outlet mall right next door to resort, kids loved it can't wait to book another weekend venture with you guys. N/A,Everything was wonderful.
Conveniently located in the downtown area. A short ride gets you to all the right places. Overall everything was great!
The room was very well appointed, and extremely clean. The hotel's employees were consistently among the most pleasant, helpful people I've come across in any hotel anywhere. I would prefer the restaurant having a bit broader menu.
Helpful staff and nice rooms. Weird location and the air conditioning units need to be replaced. They get rather noisy.
Clean and very spacious rooms Paying for parking!
Staff was very friendly Blanket was very heavy and uncomfortable.
Good comfort, cleanliness, definitely felt a step above other hotels. Fast Wifi a big plus. Everyone very friendly and helpful extra parking fee seems unneccesary.
Front desk staff was kind and accommodating. Hotel restaurant food was very good. All the staff were polite and available. I would definitely stay there again.
The accommodations were exactly what I would have expected for the price. The room was clean, the AC was nice and cold, the bed was comfortable. There was a lot of noise from other guests, not just in the hallway but from their rooms as well. The walls seemed paper thin. It was after midnight by the time the noise died down enough for me to sleep. I was woken at 3am by someone screaming and yelling down the hall. When I called to the front desk they informed me that the police were on there way up. After more yelling and screaming the offenders were removed by the police. Overall, no sleep made the experience the worst hotel stay I have ever had.
Our room was well appointed with a sectional sofa, fridge, bar sink, and a king bed. The hotel restaurant was pretty good. It's not in the best location for universal studio visitors. It's about a 15-20 min drive. But all in all it's a very clean and updated hotel with a very attentive staff from the waitresses to the car valets, everyone I encountered was polite and respectful. I would stay there again. The bed linens could stand to be a lot more plush and comfortable like some of the other big chain hotels have started doing.
The room was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly Wanted some Advil, was advised to go to the second floor vending machines, machines just took money with no refund and did not work. Needs to be fixed.
I loved your rooms ! The cleaninless and decor for the money are good and the hotel in general was nice ! Your staff are not that corteous! the security guy was rude when I asked him about parking spaces, the valet parking people is not that nice! And the Rest service not too good, I had to wait and then finally get up and look for spoons myself!
Great free breakfast, large room, room was very clean There are large parts of the hotel that are old & out-dated
The hotel was in a great location with a friendly staff The weather was horrible
Beatiful rooms and excelent clean. Debería mejorar el desayuno, no hay mucha variedad de frutas y carnes y opciones saludables.
Everything No rice at breakfast
Very friendly front desk staff, easy to park near your room & get in and out of the property
Location is nearby to Amusement Parks and shopping area The first day I reached hotel they said the room you booked is not available as hotel is overbooked and they provided me the room which was not I booked. After arguement with staff/manager they shifted me to different room and day later I got the room I booked. Also I asked for early check in and they did not entertain that.
It was a great hotel. it was perfectly located close to the park and the amenties for an extended stay were very nice. I have rented houses before while in the Orlando Area but this was so much better and WAY better then Westgate resorts. I loved being able to grill in the grill area The only drawback I didn't get a chance to enjoy the Pool.
Extremely helpful staff, very courteous. I like the traffic coming in is somewhat controlled. You cannot just drive in to the complex without being a guest. Check in was really quick. Location very good. Just enough out of the way but close enough to all the major attractions. Layout of this one bedroom suite was very nice. Kitchen had everything you would need for an extended stay, all modern, efficient appliances. Furniture was pretty dated in the main room and not very comfortable. The sofa bed especially was very uncomfortable to sleep on, typical cheap, thin mattress, you could feel every single spring. Placement of light switches was weird and really took some time to figure out. They were not grouped together. Very sporadic. Buy what you need for food... The cost at the little market there is well...... Wow.
The location was perfect for our purpose. The staff was friendly but some of them were not knowledgeable about their own policies. The room was a Studio, Time share unit and not a true Hotel room. The cleaning service needed to be requested and supplies such as coffee etc... were not automatically replaced and we had to call them to clean and replace these items.
If you have small kids, this place will be perfect. The play area, pools and boats will keep them entertained for hours. Very close to Sea World and not too far from other activities like Disney. I can't find anything to complain about with this timeshare. We have stayed at other timeshare type resorts in the area and this is our favorite by far.
It was too far away from the action. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could be. Also when I ordered a burger and fires in the restaurant the fries came cold and soggy. They did comp me with a beer, which was nice.
The Booking.com agent was an angel without wings! (Angela? Christina? Sarah? I forget her name) I can't thank her enough! I booked the room through kayak for the first time ever, and I did it spontaneously while riding the Red Coach Bus from Miami to Orlando on a Friday afternoon. I found the deal and booked it right away. As I forwarded the confirmation to my girlfriend, a minute later my phone is ringing and there is screaming in my ear; the room with the deal was for the NEXT Friday. Instantly. Livid. And of course as Im reading through looking for the customer service number, there are all sorts of "no refund" "non-return" "no changes" laced throughout, so I think "well ok let me call the hotel." "Nothing. Nope." The listless front desk person who answered the phone is proceeding to tell me, as he said there is nothing he can do because the reservation was made by a third party vendor from a website. "I can go ahead and book you another room right now" he sluggishly chimes in. "No thanks" I tell him, "I really shouldn't have to pay for another whole new room after literally transferring my funds to you less than 5 minutes ago." The incorrect information was caught immediately and I'm trying to correct it. I hang up on him and proceed to search for the Booking.com customer service line. I find it, call, and am placed on hold for 14 minutes before I speak to the rep. She cheerfully chimes in and listens to the entire convoluted problem and proceed to totally sweep the rug out from underneath me by saying "how about I place you on hold and Im gonna go ahead and call the hotel directly." Oh. Well ok. That sounds like a great idea. She goes back and forth for a few moments, to then come back and inform me: 1) The deal I booked was for a handicapped room, which I didn't need & was being charged MORE for than even the price of a regular room 2) She informed the Hotel of my celebration with my girlfriend and they would be upgrading the room & the floor that we would be on because the hotel had low vacancy 3) That the change was easily made at no extra cost. Sirens. Angels sing. Confetti. This girl just saved my life!! The rest of the trip was OUTSTANDING. The girl at the front desk upgraded our floor to one of the top with a view of Disney Springs. The hotel inside was immaculately clean, detailed, and made you feel a sense of space and relaxation. The pool with the lazy river was an amazing feature, and the inside bar with a gunpowder old fashioned was well worth the wait. There is a resort fee, but to those reading absolutely worth the charge. I will absolutely be back to vacation here, and I will book it through kayak & booking.com. Kudos you guys. Too many little kids, but it IS in the heart of Disney theme parks and the like. The pool is probably a mouthful of pee.
Very modern and common areas are vast and have plenty of areas to congregate Resort fee Staying one night in town for Rolling Stones concert, so we did not use any of the resort area ehich is basically a very large pool lounge area with a water ride for kids Resort fees are simply another unbundling like baggee fees at airlines that drop to the bottom line
kids loved lazy river, cozy beds $20 to self park, took us 40 minutes to get back from magic kingdom because bus picked up from all 3 parks on the way home. They need more busses that was ridiculous!!!
The property was immaculate. We came back late in the evening and would see cleaning crews every where cleaning the property from top to bottom. We even saw them clean the baseboards. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Everyone that we spoke with was great. The 24 market/coffee shop was great for a late night snack. The hotel smelled great, looked great. The beds were not comfortable and werent the fluffy Hilton type mattress that we are used to.
Great value. Comfortable room. Several dining options on site. Large pool and lazy river provided hours of entertainment for entire family. Nothing to report.
Beautiful ground, facilities, and of course the pool with "lazy" river. All the stupid fees. Its bad enough that most of these resorts near the house of mouse charge a Resort Fee that used to be for the theme park transportation, resort amenities, and parking. Well this place charges a $25 resort fee AND a $20 parking fee (PLUS TAX, yes they add sales tax to the bogus resort and parking fees). So just keep in mind that the great price you see in big bright numbers on Kayak (and everywhere else) doesn't include the $50 a day parking and resort fees, or the 11% sales tax on everything. The rooms are nice but small. Depending on where your room is located, it can be a 1/4 mile walk to the nearest elevator and ice machine. There are no pool monitors to keep all the unattended kids under control. It seemed like we were the only parents that were with our children. Every other parent we could identify (from kids running up to them at some point) were drunk at the bar and ignoring their kids. But considering the number of kids that were there, most of the parents must have just left them there unattended. Kids were going crazy while we were there. Jumping off the bridges into the lazy river below, barely missing coming down on people below. One woman was hit in the head by a plastic cup (filled with ice and water), that some brat purposely dropped on her as floated under one of the bridges. I'm not asking for life guards, just security to keep things under control when there are a ton of kids there.
Rooms & view Need a deep pool for swimming
Lovely setting on Disney property and near to major venues. The reservation at Bonnet Creek allows you to also utilize certain elements of the Waldorf facilities that adjoin the Hilton Bonnet Creek. The facilities are modern and spacious, and staff attention is very good. Whether or not this is a negative or not, depends on your purpose in visiting, but the Bonnet Creek seems more prone to families. Therefore, there are many more children/teens there than in many hotels that we stay in. If we're traveling with our grandkids...it's a wonderful thing. If we're looking for a quiet get away, it's just something to consider. Still all in all it's Disney and what would you expect.?
Convenient for attending trade-shows at the orange county convention centre. The staff were courteous and obliging.
Well worth the money spent. Was not aware of resort fees.
Only thing was your house cleaning that worked well for my schedule. I didn't like all the extra fees. For the price you are charging and the room extras the parking garge for the person on vaction or on business should be less or free. I did the valet one night and went to the desk for parking window display and told the desk I was going to park in the garge the rest of my stay. I was charged valet overnight and my mistake not checking the bill closer.
Food and drink and parking are way to expensive for what is charged
General clean, quiet, hotel with all the necessary amentities, bar, Breakfast , computer printer, clean rooms The fitness center equipment was old and not well taken care of. The two days I was there only 1 of the 5 treadmills was functioning on the first day and the second day there were two different ones working and one had a loud screech and the other rocked and knocked against the floor. They also had a bike and elliptical, but the elliptical was not working either.
$17 for a 12 year old breakfast buffet was steep for the "selection" & taste.
Located near Universal Studios and I-4 (most direct route to Disney World). The best feature - a Giordano’s Pizza within walking distance. The hotel has an upscale, perhaps even a little gaudy and artificially pretentious feel. The rooms and public areas are clean and well maintained. Perhaps because of the convenient location, the roads around the hotel are very contested, making it hard to get in and out of the parking. Parking is the other issue - there is not much, and what there is, costs $12 a night. There were 2 private events at the hotel the night we checked in, and the parking was over-full with abandoned cars blocking parking empty spots, and other cars which could not get out - a perfect nightmare. Finally, the hotel seems to be the location the chain uses to lure people to Orlando for their time-share presentation - "Stay 3 nights in Orlando for free if you attend a 45 minute presentation." If you are into timeshares, great! We are not. If we ever visit Orlando again, we will choose a different hotel.
Pretty Paper thin walls, fine for a short stay but not for a long one
They offer an early check in....the front desk told me when I got there it rarely happens...then why offer it???? We arrived at 1pm and our room was not available. We went to a local restaurant and came back around 3pm still not ready, waited in the lobby and at ten till 4 the room was STILL NOT ready. I asked if it would be ready within the next 10 mins all while other guests were able to check in and we some how had to be moved to a different room. My advice if someone requests an early check in get those rooms cleaned first, you are a major hotel in downtown universal there is no excuse for not having rooms available for those with reservations.
I had read reviews regarding how loud the AC was, but this wasn't a problem at all. Everything was just okay, but paled in comparison to our 2nd stay later in the week that cost the same per night (Renessaince Marriot) not sure if I got a great deal there, or a bad deal here. Not unhappy, but happier out next destination for the balance of our trip. Size of room, a little dated.
The parking was terrible. You have to pay $10 per day to park at the hotel but there is not enough parking for all the hotel guests. Once the parking lot is full you have to use the valet parking which costs more money. This hotel is better suited for someone that is in town for business, not a family on vacation. If you use the room service, you have to pay a $3 delivery fee and a 22% tip. The hall that our room was on had a terrible odor and there were stains on the sheets.
I loved the hotel and the proximity to Universal Studios. The rooms were clean, the service was great and the feel was much more highend then some of the other hotels in the area. It was very family oriented so sometimes there were noise related issues. We're a young couple so it would have been better to have more quiet and less kid like chatter but it was still not enough to deter us from staying at the hotel in the future.
I didnt like that there was a $14 per night fee at a higher end hotel that wasn't in a city. That is just unacceptable.
Quality for price, location, breakfast buffet, clean A bit noisy, we could hear everything in the next room and hallways
The friendliness in the interactions I had with almost everyone. From the valet, the gentleman checking us in and the bell hop. Everyone was great, interactive and was genuine with their interests and advice for things to do in Orlando. probably will stay here again even though the price was high. The price was a little much for a one night stay. And when checking out the guy was so short and to the point with me. He asked how my stay was but it was genuine. He could've been having a bad day, we all have those but everyone else was so friendly and pleasant that he stood out. Could've at least included a nice breakfast for the price paid too.
Having to pay additional monies to park in the parking lot....
Nice room, good view. Poorly trained staff, rude at check in, undercooked chicken from room service.
We stayed over the Christmas holiday and the hotel was beautifully decorated. We ended up getting an upgrade to a suite at no charge and it was gorgeous! Staff was very helpful and courteous. Can't wait to go again!
Staff was professional and polite The restaurants were expensive and the food was not that great
I like the several food outlets and 24 hour market I was attending the SYTA Conference and me and some colleagues would hit Headwaters Bar, I think it would've helped to staff more since this bar was hit hard every night by the conference attendees. I along with several colleagues were woken up by loud hammering Monday morning
All the staff at the resort was super helpful, the rooms were clean, I LOVED MOST THE BED though
Resort was very beautiful and clean. Good was a little expensive throughout the resort.
Clean and 4 star
Outside landscape and breakfast First room was not cleaned properly I had to switch my room
This is definitely the best hotel to stay as far as leisure and vacation is concerned
We enjoyed several of the amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and game room. The rooms were comfortable. Would have liked to have a microwave oven or access to a microwave oven.
Everything was great !
The hotel was fine, but the pool was out of order that was NOT noted on KAYAK website. We picked this hotel specifically because the weather was supposed to be bad and it had an indoor pool, so that was a big bummer. The evening reception was nice, free drinks and snacks, and the staff they had working was terrific. Our tub did not work for baths, we asked for maintenance to come by with a plug. they came and looked and never returned or called. So I'd say their staffing was uneven.
Amazing customer service! Awesome deal for what's included!
The room & hotel facility was good & the size of the room was big, free shatter to all Desniey parks & good breakfast the cleanliness of the room was very very poor they don't clean the room & the bathroom well, the reception stuff was rude
The accomodations are excellent. The made to order breakfast was very good. The nightly cocktail reception was excellent. One bartender on one evening was grouchy and not customer servive oriented.
Staff was friendly and attentive. Property was clean and well maintained. Buffets is great but people need reminding not to touch food others will be eating. Especially when you have to tell them please don't pick up my toast that just dropped down the shoot. Perhaps a note. Tong use preferred.
The pool movie nights were great!!!! Breakfast amazing very friendly staff.
Complimentary breakfast is very good.
Breakfast was unbeatable. The suite was perfect for us with seperate sleeping quarters. The suite was large and comfortable, and clean. I did not like the fact that the consierge desk was more of a pressured sales pitch to "Tour our other properties".
The freshly made breakfast and evening reception were excellent and made the room price an excellent value.
Room was clean and Complementary breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Not informed that the pool and hot tub were not available prior to booking. Ice machine not working on my floor. had to pay addition fees for parking and resort fee. For what? There was no resort!
Decor has been updated. People smoking at every doorway. Crazy party atmosphere downstairs. Noise everywhere. Used to bring family here, was never like this. Saw a man outside one of the back entrances relieving himself. Immediately checked out.
My room was so far from the front desk if it were any further I would have been in another hotel....other than that it was ok.
The pools were awesome! The vending machines were always empty, they were updating there computer system and I was charged 5 times for something I never had. And some of the housekeeping staff were good not all of them. But overall it was good.
As a typical Orlando hotel where you just go to sleep and showed it's a great hotel. The room is clean and comfy. Pretty new and in great shape. The location is also superb. The staff was very nice. Especially Danny who received us for check in late at night! I don't have any cons to be honest. Didn't have the chance to walk around or use the facilities. Just the room.
They have a nice pool, awesome athletic areas and clean rooms. The Chinease restaurants have a very limited choice and I had to call multiple places before I just ended up getting pizza lol
Very low cost. We paid $61 for a night on a Saturday. Very close to the Disney parks without paying the high Disney resort prices. Felt like a motel. Very small room and place seem a bit outdated. Biggest concerns were our room was in the rear of a sketchy hallway and we found a live roach.
Celan and good location House keeping lost dome of our things and mecer changed towels
Great hotel. Cheap price, what else can I say?
Great location and overall good amenities. Rude staff during check in. The person who checked us in whose name I believe is Naleen(morning shift) had us wait for up to two hours in the lobby before accommodating us.We made it clear to her that we were not happy and she told us in a rude way that she was the one "doing us a favor". She did not make an effort to apologize nor to make our stay more pleasant.
The friendly of staff & location to Family vacation spots.
I liked everything about my stay. the pools were great. the game room and the food. I will be going back! I didn't like that the restaurant closed at 10. it should stay open til at least 12. due to all the attractions very near by.
The best thing was the price The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the pillows were stained, the people next to us had a dog and it didn't stop barking when i asked front desk they said they couldn't do nothing about it and they forgot to give us towels after they cleaned the room
El hotel está muy cerca de los parques de Disney. El cuarto cómodo y la cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Muy limpio. Lo recomiendo me hizo falta una máquina de agua/refrescos.
Nice place clean room Booked on line then get charge 9 dollar resort fee upon arrival his should just be part of charge so you know total fee when booking
Loved that we had the fast pass included. Was so luxurious and the beds so comfy. Boat ride to parks was so convenient.
The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, and you felt safe. I made some recommendations when I made my reservation. We had three rooms and were told we were in the West wing close to the transportation, we ended up on the east wing as far away from the transportation as possible. They didn't do anything to rectify the problem, just told me that it was on the reservation but the rooms were full.
PBH was the best choice for our visit to Universal Studios Orlando. The restaurants were great. The one we went to had a musical that was an initiate source of classic italian songs. The room was over the top amazing (we stayed in the presidenta suite). The staff was friendly, accomodating and inviting.
Great stay with nice beach pool and good restaurants. Early access was unbeatable. Too expensive with extra charge for parking and mini fridge.
Wish they included wifi. I really dislike when nice hotels charge extra for something that budget hotels give to all guests.
Nice hotel for business , adult atmosphere yet obligatory resort fee doesn't make sense delivery charge for room service and a 20% obligatory tip...isn't the tip for the service, which is the delivery. I was charged $8 for tip and delivery of a burger
If I have children the pool area is safe, accommodating. The JW is located perfectly from the busyness of the Disney area. Adult pool area
Hotel and pool with lazy river is amazing. $30 resort fee and $21 self parking. No shuttle service to local attractions.
The quietness The pillows are to big, the air conditioner did not work very well and the refrigirator either.
very clean and hotel staff were very nice and helpful, ideal loation for wet and wild adventure park.
Quite a basic hotel but the staff were helpful and polite. Comfortable and good size room.
Pool is nice, great location There are two buildings; one is new and the other is in desperate need of updating. Sink handle fell of whilr washing my hands. Maintenance came in and put it back on telling me not to move it so much. There is no fan in the bathroom and parts of the celing and starting to come off. The AC unit is also extremely loud and does not cool the room. Be sure to request the new building cause the old one is terrible.
The room smelled so bad and the sheets were not clean Bad hotel
It was convenient for where we needed to go whilst there, within walking distance of Universal. Breakfast
Stayed only one night so we did not have the chance to use all facilities but it was a good first impression.
really close to Universal and Wet and Wild only one shuttle to Universal
The hotel was very central, everybody was extremely friendly including staff and guests. There was a fridge and a microwave provided which were extremely handy when travelling with a toddler. The vending machines in the hotel also provided drinks at a cheaper rate than the shops. The hotel provided a safe place to store luggage after check out. There was an adjoining door in our room that led to another hotel room.We could hear absolutely everything from the room next door. House keeping was fantastic the first week but very lazy when the staff changed over the second week.Glasses weren't replaced, floor not hoovered, toilet paper not provided, bins not emptied etc.The freezer in the room didn't keep food frozen, all melted very quickly.
Ubicacion muy buena, buen servicio es recomendable para pasar vacaciones y visitarar los parques pq Queda cerca de los diferentes atracciones. Deben incluir en el desayuno más obciones.
Almost everything Elevators accessibility with the card
The deli, the beds! Are amazing. The elevators are a nightmare, for those of us on 16 or higher you waste hours of your life for one. One morning I got fed up and timed it 9 minutes!! All because one lift is out. Yet if you are 1-15 you have 6 lifts, we only had three. It's been like this since May 2016.
We had a great time. We will stay at a Rosen property whenever possible.
Elegant simple comfortablei I had no problems
Location, nice facilities and grounds. A bell hop came to our room to load our luggage on the cart and then stayed with it outside until I got my truck, but then my luggage was handed off to a vallet employee who loaded it in the vehicle. This made me feel like I had to tip two people when I felt the bell hop fully deserved the entire tip! I realize tipping is optional; however, both were performing a service for me and it put me in an uncomfortable position to either short someone, not pay someone, or pay more than I wanted to pay out for a tip. Also, I had asked for a late checkout and was granted one (thank you!), but this information was not communicated to the maid and it was obvious she was not happy (with me) about it.
No complaints but one but I'll live The walk to and from parking garage
Very friendly staff. Variety of eating options. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Parking garage in back of hotel. Convenient if there for event in ball room but not long walk from rooms if you need to go back to car.
They charged me $15 to use their in house tiny gym, their website does not mention such charge for using the gym. Very deceptive, felt like I was taken advantage of I have stayed in hotels from.2 to 5 stars and none charge to use their in house gym.
Location Food, bed sides , facilitys like pool hot tub never work
Perfect location for our event at the OCCC. Nice pool, good restaurant options, and staff was very friendly to us. Beds are on the small side, but not a deal breaker. Rooms are aging, and will probably need some attention in the relative near future. Really, no complaints.
Over the years, I have stayed at Rosen Centre many times and enjoy all the lobby options (restaurants, tapas bar, spa, coffee bar, sundry shop, bars, etc.) plus they have a massive amount of large meeting rooms. Great staff!
Helpful Staff; Great location to Universal; Parking for free; Good stay Loud AC; Wall is thin so that you can clearly hear your neighbor talking
Pool area and location of hotel Staff wasn't as urgent to help like other Sheraton I've stayed in. Pool should of stayed open an hour longer, we are on vacation leaving theme park at 10 and getting back to hotel at least 10:30 or later. Kids wanted to swim. Was locked in right at 11:00 with only one way out. Had to travel between floor just for ice? That's bad. As a Resort, I only give it 2 Stars.
Driving more than 12 hours reaching hotel round 10 pm expecting to have some comfort after being tired than you can not sleep at all specialy if your room is facing main road that soo noisy plus the fridge that was not working at all In addition try to get taxi instead fleet transportation charging too too much.
Fitness center: Good set of equipments. Fantastic. Swimming pool: 2 pools (relatively big). Very good for families with small kids. Staff: All very helpful and polite. Value for the money. Old elevator in some buildings: We stayed in Palm-4. And our room was next to the elevator. Everytime the elevator would be moving, it would make quite a bit of noise. Wi-fi service: This service was quite poor and frustrating. Note: I was told by the director of sales that they would get new wi-fi provider starting April 1st and it would not be an issue (apparently the access points with the previous provider are at non-optimal places and cannot be changed).
This hotel was a great option for a one night stay. The location was perfect! Super close to Epcot and the other parks (were we spent one day). The pool area was very nice and relaxing. The pool bar had good food & drinks as well, drinks were a little pricey but that's expected with any hotel. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early and get a late checkout the following day, this allowed us to enjoy the beautiful pool area all day. The only downside was there was a stain on the sheets, that's why they did not get 5 stars from me. And the bathroom reminded me of a jail cell. But other than that, it was great!
The resort was very family friendless and the staff was very nice and attentive. On a Saturday morning, we had to wait 2+ hours to get pool towels.
Staff was very polite and the restaurants on property were wonderful but you have to pay for parking. This is kind of a rude thing to do. I understand that parking is at a premium for this area and the use of gates is understandable. There was another guest that got hit for the $15/day parking pass and for the use of the Disney shuttle that he did not use. Poor business practices. For our next trip to the area we will find other accommodations for that reason alone. Consider changing this policy. I will be contacting Sheraton corporate as well.
Clean Not really a resort
The staffs at the front desk, and especially the bartenders at the pool and the restaurant, are wonderful. They provided service even they are try to close. The location is excellent, near several restaurants. - The bus to Disney park doesn't have the same schedule as the park special event, Halloween party the park close at 7:00 PM, party til 12:00, no bus available at either time. - The hotel should allow the guess to exchange the game tokens for cash, since it is the hotel game room is the feature of the resort.
The location was perfect for what we wanted to do while visiting Orlando. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was old and outdated. The tub was filling with water as we tried to shower, which they did fix when we complained. Also, the outlets by the sink kept shutting off while we were using it. Overall ,we expected more from a Marriott. The pictures we viewed online when booking the room looked much nicer than it actually was.
The room and bed was comfortable, all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was just decent. Typical hotel food.
cell phone reception is very poor. Even the paid Wifi is slow.
I liked the lake around the hotel and that it was 10-15 minutes away from the Orlando International Airport. Also, they have free shuttle bus service to the airport every half hour during day and every hour at night. There are so many things wrong with this hotel, esp for the price they charge: 1) No fridge or microwave 2) Linens and towels often had stains even when changed every 3rd day 3) Mattresses and pillows are not comfy 4) No fresh air in room nor any scents placed so room smells stale and musty 5) Parking is $14/ day extra, breakfast buffet is $18/person 6) There is usually a wait for the breakfast in the morning. It's faster and cheaper to go to the IHOP, a 5 minute drive from hotel. Basically, not worth your money at all! They charge like a 5-star but are worse than a 2-star hotel. You can pay less and easily get more amenities at any less fancy hotel. It will be cleaner and more relaxing.
Attentive Staff quickly addressed inconveniences. Initially given wrong room type. Internet not working. Broken hair dryer.
