I loved the decor of the rooms,it was very romantic and exciting. I enjoyed the whole stay!!!!
The nice staff, the incredible view and the accessibility to everything we were doing that weekend. No.
The facilities and location The way the staff stared and treated us as if we didn't belong there. It was a long three days.
Great Concierge - Indira Wrick was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, Thanks!!!! Cant think of anything I didn't like
I love, love, love the dark cool colors of the room and the modern design! I also loved the peak-a-boo shower! I did not like the $30/night parking fee.
Very clean and modern looking. Nice spot for couples or adult fun. Very dark motif. very busy with non-guests but guess the marketing dept is heavy on the events
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and clean. The drinks were too notch. The weather...... But that's not your fault.
It was a cool, fun hotel. The room was tiny for the price and the shower did not have a door so it was freezing!
The staff was excelent. The bars in the hotel were great and the convenience of great restaurants was wonderful.
Beautiful corner room! Very chic and modern. Great staff.
Free hotel car within downtown area
The friendly effective checkin, the pool area, the BLT, the bed Ordering a burger at the pool - it took more than an hour to arrive ? Minibar was not replenished on a daily basis
Location clean rooms nice staff free shuttle My food order Not done, Bottle water very prices
The kid loved the view of the airport, and honestly, considering that we were practically in the airport, I thought it'd be louder. Nice hotel, excellent breakfast! You will hear the planes all night, but didn't keep me up. Totally worth it to be able to watch the planes all night, it was kinda fun.
Staff was very helpful and efficient. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Room was comfortable. Could only find one plug, not enough to charge our devices.
Comfortable bed, polite and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, clean bath tub with good water pressure, no charge for printing out boarding pass Terrible restaurant - slow and nasty tasting food. Room looked out on airplane runway but since hotel is close to the airport I guess that couldn't be helped.
The check in was fast and friendly he put our parking on a key and charged it to my room so I wouldn't have to mess with that the next day! The room was cozy and comfortable. The bed was soo comfortable I fell right to sleep. I had a view of the airport but didn't hear not the first plane take off, I was worried about that from reading reviews. No worries cause I slept through the night! It definitely had a luxury feel to it which was nice. Breakfast the next morning was great. It was well stocked and the entire staff was super friendly and willing to help with whatever you wanted. The shuttle service to the airport was fast and efficient. The hotel driver was extremely helpful with were we needed to go. When we finally checked out that was quick and effortless. The entire experience was a win/win! I got a luxury hotel for a non-luxury price! I enjoyed myself and had fun. Definitely recommend and will stay again!! What I didn't like is very minimal and the good of the experience far out ways my "bad"....the PARKING LOT, we arrived at 1 AM and didn't do Valet parking, we cruised the parking lot for probably five to ten minutes looking for a parking space. We found one but it had a sign in front of it (not handicap, Renaissance Ambassador of the Year) that clearly stated we shouldn't be parking there. Upon checking in the staff told us it was fine and not to worry, we were "Ambassadors for the night" but we did get the very last parking spot in the parking lot. Overflow parking is across the street, which at 1 AM would not have been fun! Also, when I booked the hotel I knew I was going to have to pay for parking but the website said $12 a day and $16 for valet but it was actually $16 a day and I'm not sure about valet. BREAKFAST, it was a tad more expensive than I was wanting to pay BUT the quality and the quantity of food at the buffet does make it ok. If you visit the buffet multiple times then it is definitely worth the price but if you only go once I think it's a little much. On four people we spent $56 and one person didn't get the buffet, only oatmeal. The drinks were included but really the kinda should be. The food was great though and the wait staff was super friendly. STAFF MEMBER, we needed to use the shuttle service to take my son to the airport and the one that was being loaded was obviously full and no one else was going to get on that shuttle. We asked the Staff Member when the next shuttle was going to be along and he told us 45 minutes. That wasn't going to work for us! So we start to the parking lot to take our car instead and we see another shuttle bus pull up so we head back and indeed he's going to the airport. The shuttle driver made up for the other gentlemen but it was irritating. When we got back I noticed that they have shuttles almost one right behind the other, so I don't understand why we were told 45 minutes. It worked out so it's ok.
Clean and comfortable. The staff was friendlier and more service oriented than last time. Betty and Vanessa in the restaurant did a great job. Why would a higher-end hotel like this not have the local paper (Atlanta Journal) available for sale? They did not have it six months ago either. $15 Internet for 24 hours is a bit much. But the wired speed was very good.
It was very well decorated, clean and overall looked like a four/five star hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It's literally 500 feet from the airport runway. You can hear planes taking off and landing as you walk through the hotel. I had a room facing the runway and could hear the planes taking off as though I was at the airport. I switched to a room on the other side of the hotel and it cut down on noise considerably until about 1 a.m. when I heard a train passing through. If you're a light sleeper I would not recommend staying here.
Good room, great check in and check out, great food.
This was an absolutely amazing experience from check in to check out. Theres was nothing I didnt like.
Great airport view, comfortable room. Breakfast buffet not well refreshed although there were plenty of staff and few customers, ice machine on my floor not working, not marked as O/O. No Saturday newspaper available.
The staff was exceptional. Room was worn. For $200 a night, I expect furniture that is unscratched and a bathroom free of rusty hinges and moldy silicone.
Lication, comfy bed Noisey room attendants
nothing. it was terrible. staff were rude. tv in the room did not work. door did not lock. bathrooms old. they overcharged me by 50 dollars on my room rate. door didnt lock. room service food greasy and too heavy. film crew filming in hotel so guests could not use the main lobby or bar. awful experience for business related stay. business center not working
close to theatre did not get room type requested. room poorly furnished, no refrigerator as promised, no king bed as promised. very disappointed
The doormen were excellent and so was the concierge, Brent. Very nice room and it was very comfy!! not a thing
The location to the Fox Theater I stayed in a suite and it had a kitchen but no wine glassed or any kithchen supplies. Was not very nicely decorated for a suite.
The views Staff ans Services
location across from the Fox our friends got super huge spacious rooms with suites and KITCHENS!!! We asked for an upgrade and had a small room way way down the hall and around the corner, what is up with that?? No one answers the phones - called room service, front desk, conceirge, and the operator---VERY ANNOYING THAT NO ONE WOULD ANSWER REPEATED PHONE CALLS will not stay here again..,.,
The staff and the front desk went out of their wayto make surely stay was perfect.
Staff were very helpful and concierge was extremely good at recommending services in hotel and local tours and as we were only staying one night we found this information very useful and time saving. hotel as a whole was beautiful especially foyer and balony outside was lovely for late night drinks rooms were huge but room we had could really do with a complete overhaul although it was clean it was very outdated towards rest of hotel.
Clean Hotel. Frount desk staff very helpful.
I was not there a lot but the shower was clean and spacious. I had a great view of midtown Atlanta. I felt secure because of the valet parking and floor accessed only with your room key. The beds were clean and fluffy but supportive. When it was time to get my car the valet did not provide clear communication. There was a crowd because the hotel was having an event and it was raining. He took my card and never said anything else or what to expect.
always the same people working there year after year
This is completely out of your control, but the traffic & amount of people walking around was what I did not enjoy. I didn't realize this hotel was attached to a mall, or I would not have booked.
Extremely personal service even with having more than 300 rooms. I used the concierge services with great results (Thank you , Angelica!). The car service was prompt and efficient. (Thank you, Richard!). We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this outstanding hotel.
Valet was pleasant. Under-staffed and over-booked - best bud and his 12 year old son were bumped. Room was not cleaned the first day. No mini-bar. Very low water pressure in the shower. Overall, very average hotel but is priced to complete with the Ritz and Four Seasons.
everything you have to pay for parking
We loved the staff they were all very helpful and attentive. The ambiance was nice and it was great that Lenox mall was connected to the hotel and Marta was literally accross the street. My only complaint is that the room didn't have a fridge or microwave and the pillows are too firm.
BEAUTIFUL ROOMS AND A VERY KIND AND ACCOMMODATING STAFF, ENJOYED MY STAY.
Next door to all of downtown Atlanta.
Very near to the place where I wanted to go House keeping was poor, for examples not proper bed making, no shampoo refill and no bottle opener in the room in spite of minibar facility, not enough help for sightseeing information.
The room was great, very comfortable bed. It can be a bit noisy as it is on a busy street. Sounded like we were in NY.
Very convenient to the Olympic Park. And loved the trendy style.
Rude staff. Small rooms, that felt unwelcoming. Poor location for anything outside of every touristy sites.
Clean and modern looking rooms. Enjoyed the rain showerhead and the view from the rooftop bar. The staff was friendly and handed us mojitos at the check-in counter. Parking is way over-priced. Rooms were a bit small but still comfortable.
Rooftop Restaurant needs a remodel/ furniture could be upgraded. Floors as well in hotel hallways.
The hotel has a nice boutique feel. The bed was comfortable. We opted to pre-check the day before arrival and requested a spacious room from the options. The room we received was so small that there was no space to place our open luggage! Also, the shower was fairly small and no bathtub.
The new room was clean and comfortable. They were quick to bring the extra towel we needed. I also liked the ask us button on the phone. The customer service was excellent! The employees were all very friendly and helpful!! We were first given a room that was not clean. The room we were given was over the pool, but we were hearing screams at 8:00 Am from the pool people. The rooms need to be more sound proof when they are over the pool.
I liked how it was a nice environment the pool area was beautiful I was a little upset with the actual size of the room as well as the bathroom.
I arrived close to midnight after a long day of traveling and the staff was still very helpful and energetic. All bars and restaurants were still open which was awesome because as many of us business travelers know you can show up and everything is closed and you end up having dinner from a vending machine. Room was very clean and had great amenities. First time staying there and I will be back. Great location for airport also.
Nice, clean and staff friendly hotel. The distance we had to walk to parking lot.
clean, quiet, good service
Our service was wonderful! The front desk clerk was funny and friendly. There is nothing we didn't like - it met our needs wonderfully.
shuttle to airport, starbucks, nice lounge hotel bids didnt notify marriott of reservation.when I arrived I was told by the night manager that there wasnt a room reserved for me.
We flew into Atlanta to go to the Garth Brooks concert. From the shuttle, to the amazing staff, to the beautiful accommodations this was an excellent hotel. We loved the swimming pool, indoor and outdoor, and the beautiful patio with the outdoor fireplace it was so nice. I highly recommend this hotel. There wasn't much bad about this hotel except for the fact that you have to pay to park at the hotel whether you valet or not. Obviously this is an airport hotel so it's going to be far from town but the Marta train from the airport really helped. Not the Hotels fault but there is nothing to do around the airport so you have to pay for a cab to get to get anywhere like we paid to get to a bowling alley and back which is $35 each Way. You can take the shuttle to the airport and then take the Marta train to downtown. Kind of a hassle but that's not the hotel's fault. Just make sure that you have a rental car to get around or you will be stuck at the hotel
Given the fact we were only there for one night and flying out the next morning it was excellent. We didn't have a car and I was dreading being stuck without much food options. The hotel restaurant was good and had plenty of options including a sushi bar. We shared a reasonably prices item to share (and it was marked as such). The room and the king size bed were comfortable. Check-in and out were very easy. We'd prepaid so there was nothing more to settle, just phone and check out. The shuttle service was quick and we got to the airport in plenty of time. It sounds like a nitpick but the bathroom wasn't that impressive. Just your standard small space and shower. But this wasn't a resort.
it is a great hotel, should just book it from the hotel website. your service sucks, you did not get my room settled even when I am at the check in counter, will not book from your associate company.
Good God the beds were amazingly comfortable. Wish we could've stayed longer but we had to catch an early morning flight.
It was comfy, when we got in... We couldn't check in until the afternoon, didnt even get a full 24 hours

It was perfect for our family, the staff was great. The checkin was easy, valete was a breeze and friendly. The bartender went out of his way to help us. We will be back next year and will stay with y'all again.
Location It seemed some maintenance needs to be done. There were light bulbs out and rust around the air system vents. The mattress needs to be replaced. It was difficult to sleep on.

Ease of access. It was made clear that we were not welcome there.
The room was wonderful with a great view and lots of light. The service was great, and hotel employee at the front desk set up our graduation gifts exactly as we wanted. Nothing

Hotel was very clean and had great customer service. Hotel was very accessible from self parking and was not expensive. Walking distance away from Atlantic Station where you can shop, dine, movie theater, and much more. Downtown Atlanta was not very far. Our experience was all GREAT!! Took wife here for here birthday weekend!
Location The ceilings in the room
Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Also had a Valentine's Day special for champagne and strawberries for only $20. It was really a great room. The lighting situation could have been better.
price-quality ratio for a 4 star hotel internet is charged at $13 per day
Clean room; polite front desk staff. There was an unadvertised conference at the hotel and our first room split a large group of families that had their children running and yelling outside of our door. Evidently this activity caused one of the children to vomit in front of our door. The front desk politely moved us to another floor. At the 2nd room, security decided to knock on our door at 9:30 PM to help a man that left a robe the night before. I have no idea why this couldn't wait or go through the front desk.
sleeping elbow too pointy
Everything Very family friendly. NA
Friendly service and great bar and amenities. I love the in room dining too!
This Westin is great. Best hotel I've stayed at in Atlanta outside of downtown. It has the feel of a luxury hotel, but with a good price. We staued for two nights. Free parking is very close to the entrance. The holiday decorations were fantastic. We stayed on the 19th floor on the lake side and had a great view. Would recommend the lake side over the city side. Room was very clean as well as the bathroom. the king bed was comfortable with excellent pillows. They offer a late check out to Starwood guests for no additional charge. Also, they offered free water to Starwood guests, and entrance into the executive club, which had various snacks and drinks. The staff at the Savor bar and kitchen were very nice and knowledgeable about their menu. Overall the stay was very enjoyable, I would recommend this hotel to others. We were told upon arrival that with our room rate, internet was included. We were told to log in even though it said there would be a charge. The clerk said the charge would be waived when we checked out. Maybe he was referring to the first day only? We were charged for a day's internet upon checkout. Of course the person who told us internet was included was off the day we checked out. Also, as we walked in the door to check in, and out the door after we checked out, the door staff watched as we carried our luggage. They greeted us but did not offer to help carry our bags. There were four employees standing there just looking at us. Everything else was great, just be cautious of so called "free" perks and not so friendly hotel staff.
I loved that it was surrounded by so many buildings which were so beautiful at night. We had a view of everything it was amazingly beautiful. It was far but it was worth it. If I decided time get another hotel I will definitely be booking this hotel again! Check in was quick and easy everything was clean and looked exactly like the picture! The only thing I didn't like was there was no cable because I love Watching tv at night.
Liked the healthy meal choices in room although limited they were tasty Room service extremely slow
The location and hotel lobby are beautiful. The views from the room are nice The bedroom pillows and linens smells were not clean. I asked for new ones. Never got them
I was in town for a weekend events during booked it late. Most hotels in the area were charging upwards of $200 a night. friendly and courteous staff, great amenities, great value for the location. I paid about half from comparable hotels and was still close to downtown. Television remote volume was stuck so whenever I'd turn it in, the volume would continually increase. Additionally, I tried calling the front desk about it and the in-room phone wouldn't work. It was a minor inconvenience. I didn't spend much time in the room during the weekend and didn't watch TV.
I liked the beautiful entryway downstairs and the view of the water Smelled like weed as soon as I arrived onto the property. Also, the rooms look very dated and could use an upgrade
As is almost always the case for a Westin, the hotel was clean and well-appointed. We had a corner jr. suite with a wonderful view of a small lake and a beautiful picture window. The only reason for the lower rating is that the mattress was one of the most uncomfortable on which I have ever slept. One of the things I love about hotel mattresses and bedding is that you seem to always feel like you are sleeping on a cloud because the bedding is so plush. The sheets at this hotel were scratchy and the mattress was much to firm. I tossed and turned all night and woke up with a sore arm and neck. Also, there was a rumbling sound all night that sounded like planes flying overhead (which is odd because we were nowhere near an airport), but it went on literally all night. I have not had this issue at a Westin before. Perhaps it was just our room as the hotel itself was wonderful.
Rooms was spacious and floors were clean. The staff we met were helpful and courteous. The bedroom pillows and linens smells were not clean smells. The carpets in the hallways were old and worn. The decor is aging and in need of updating. Would say the hotel was more like a 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star.
The bar/restaurant was great! The staff was awesome!!! Some of the furniture needs updating and the concourse pool/pond need to be cleaned badly!
The beds are always comfy! There aren't any microwaves in a nice hotel as this! When I contacted staff to bring one up it took 35 minutes before I called and just cancelled the request because I was trying to hurry and eat before my meeting. I just ate my food cold. Also the second layer of sheets had old stains on them as if it was strategically placed in that order to hide them. I thought that was pretty disgusting and cheap! If you can't get them out, THROW THEM AWAY! At between 0830-0900 the cleaning lady comes banging on the door asking if I was getting ready to check out (check out is at noon). I was just getting out of the shower and half dressed.
Great staff, other than the TV everything was pretty modern and updated, very comfortable beds. TV model was rather dated, volume very limited, channel/menu guide not great. Chip crumbs from previous guest around bed area upon arrival, shower left something to be desired, also had some loose hairs around the toilet upon arrival.
Nice room and hotel. On site parking was too expensive. $48.00 (self park) for only 2 nights.
Emily at the front desk was most friendly, courteous and helpful. She is excellent representative for Westin-tremendous asset.
The access to shopping was very easy. We had a nice room with a nice view.
Chicken staff person was very rude
service, location and cleanliness food selection, extra charges and busy
Location convenient to shopping at Lennox Square and Phipps Malls Somewhat difficult to access car, parking was too expensive
I like the shuttle that was available and the drivers were very respectful. The staff was very friendly and made my stay very comfortable. The washing machine door had to be kept pushed down to be able to work.It was a hassle to have to stand by the washing machine and hold the door down.
Location was good.. Facillity and rooms were clean and roomy. Restaurant prices were pretty reasonable Parking is really complicated. It is neither convenient nor economical. You either have to pay for valet parking or walk around the corner to pakr it yourself in a garage. If you park yourself you pay 'full day' price every time you pull in and out. Or at least that's how I understood it. The hotel should just charge some reasonable price $10 a day and let you come in and out as your activities require. They nickel and dime you to death. The valet parks a number of cars in the driveway for his convenience. I ended up scratching my rental car on a post because I could not get by the double line of parked 'valet' cars. Breakfast service is confusing. You walk in and you don't know what to expect. No greeter, not enough waitresses. . had to wander around trying to figure out how to get some coffee (twice).
We loved the woman at the valet. Her cheerfulness made us laugh.
This is a luxury hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms are very luxurious and comfortable.
It was very comfortable and clean The staff is not very friendly and not many amenities
Friendly staff. Great location. Clean rooms N/a
The location was great, as the neibourghood was safe, clean. Hotel is easily reached from metro station, e.g., travel fro Airport to hotel is very cheap, esay and fast. The bedding is extremely comfortable I had room booked in advance, also as extention for one additional night, what created a lot of problems, as there were no communication between receptionists, I had to tell the story feew times, and still, the room card was blocked for the last day. Also, bathroom supplies such as shapoo etc were not replaced. Hotel staff used one trick, knocking on the door and offering drinking water what we thought was nice, before we found during check-out, that we were charged for this.
hospitalty room smelled smoke
Great location The housekeepers left the door open, perhaps all day after cleaning. Fortunately nothing was stolen. Very noisy hotel. Not a place to stay if you want to get some rest at night.
Niether the front desk, or the valet guys, had change for a $20 bill, so tipping was difficult.
I placed a reservation for 2 beds but arrived and received a one bed.
Best value for money in the Atlanta Buckhead area, as it is incredibly central, and yet in a quiet location. The welcome cookie, the wonderful staff, the cozy room (adequately equipped with iron and ironing board and complimentary coffee and coffee machine), all recommend this hotel for people who search quality for a reasonable price.
Location Walls are so thin that you hear people talking in hall and rooms next to you. It was unbelievable how bad it was. By far my worst hotel experience in my life.
Staff were really friendly, as well as the valet staff. Good location. A couple of the pieces of furniture were worn & ripped. The air in our room was pretty dry & the shower needed a deeper scrub. Paid over $4 for a small bottle of Coke.
the staff were polite The In Room wifi was pitiful. Insuficcient capacity when it was able to be connected to. The room lighting was very poor. Very dark in the room with all lights on.
The location is the best thing. It's within walking distance to almost everything. Seemed like there was a charge for everything..WiFi in room wasn't free..there was a mini fridge but it was packed with liquor so couldn't really put anything in it unless you tool all their stuff out. The upchages on roomservice was crazy. No exhaust vent in the bathroom..so whatever happens in the there ..you and whoever is staying in your room will get wind of it..no door to the bathroom except a sliding door that didn't really give privacy
I love the interesting and inspiring designs. Beautiful interior and great location in midtown Atlanta. The wifi isn't free, The food is way overpriced with 22% service fee, an additional $4 charge for room service, 8% sales tax and 18% gratuity. i ordered a $10 entree which ended up being around $22. The staff isn't that friendly and just seems to be standing around chatting with each other, way too unprofessional. The room was a little dirty and it looks like it never really gets a good deep cleaning or even just a basic surface sanitizing would have been nice. There was food smudges on one of the lamps. Overall, I'm glad I got a discount of Kayak but that price still wasn't worth it.
There were plenty of elevators to accommodate guests and the location was convenient. Loud, leaky pipe kept us awake. We contacted front desk because we saw carpet in hall was wet from it. They obviously ignored us because by morning the carpet in our room was soaked and the hallway carpet was a 15 foot puddle. God knows if was water or waste. Staff made zero effort to make up for negative experience. Valet pickup took 45 minutes because they "forgot" to call in our ticket number. Furniture was chipped, room smelled.
The hotel location was great. The bed was comfortable. The valet was pretty good. The service was not very good. We requested a refrigerator and had two broken ones brought up. The food at the restaurant wasn't very good. The service overall was very subpar.
I loved every minute of it! We loved how it had liquor wine and snacks (saved us a trip to the store) . The staff was friendly the food was AMAZING will be back next weekend!!!
I was put in a handicap room and I'm not handicapped
I liked the TRACE restaurant the food was great!!! The location of the W was wonderful restaurants and entertainment was just a walk away. The rooms where outdated and dirty had to change rooms because the one I was in had dirty sheets the door panel was falling off and only half the shower spigots worked. The furniture was dingy. The new room was not much better.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff accommodating. The location is great. You can valet park and walk to many places. There is a shopping center across the street. We walked a block and went to agathas dinner theater. There is also a Starbucks next door
The Indigo is beautiful, it exceeded our expectations even in the 4 star category. The staff was mindful and courteous. It took a little longer than expected for the Valet to bring our car to the front. If the hotel is busy it is very difficult to pull in front for the Valet. The location is terrific but getting in and out can be a pain.
Recently updated very modern and clean. the Layout is strange.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel!! A very beautiful place!!!!! Valet was superb and were very personable and professional. The front desk workers didn't have any personality and were not very nice at all. Their attitude was the same as I checked in as well as when I checked out.
Great location. Marta was across the street and five points station is one stop away. Easy to get to turner field and main attractions. Room was clean. Hotel lobby was nice. Staff, very friendly and helpful. Only one of my keys to the room worked but staff fixed that.
I stayed in this hotel because I was in town for a conference its hotel was booked solid so I choose Hotel Indigo as an alternative. I was thoroughly impressed by the room, it was stylish and cute, the food was great and the staff was super helpful. This hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed in in the U.S. I liked that it was quaint when compared to something like a Hyatt. I was a really wonderful hotel and if I visit Atlanta again, I surely will be staying there.

Breakfast was expensive but poor quality
The location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean no
The hotel is in a great location (walking distance to a lot) and is spotless but best was the comfort of our room the bed was excellent and it was VERY quiet on our floor! No.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I was placed in a dirty room with a used malfunctioning shower that maintenance was nice enough to help. No rooms were vacant to get relocated. A stained pillow that smelled horrible. Was given the wrong number to get money place back on my card.HELP!!!!
Everyone was nice and professional room was very clean and put together How high the room service was
the hotel was great, lots of things to do there, only issue was the parking, think they should include parking for people staying at the hotel, not charging $16 a night. other than that, a great place to stay
A tv celebrity we met said they loan track shoes to use gym if you left yours at home. POOL CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE FOR SEVERAL DAYS. THIS SHOULD BE DISCLOSED ON ANY AD. Would have chosen another hotel as my son really enjoys the pool.
Older hotel - rated as a four star hotel - tv did not work - not as nice as represented on website - disappointed in quality - not held to Westin standards
Clean rooms and close to the airport.
The staff was courteous, warm, and helpful. I travel to Atlanta monthly for my business, I decided Westin will be my choice for hotel accommodations.
Iron in room defective. Old building. Small bathroom.
The proximity to the airport and the shuttle service to and from the airport. The first room that I was given had an odor of cigirette smoke. The second room was better be had the odor of an old house. (slight musky odor) Thge carpet was dirty in the hallways. This us not what I expected from an upscale hotel.
I loved my short stay at the Westin. It was clean and the staff were amazing. The Breakfast Buffet for one person was $20. When weighed against the quality of the buffet it is grossly overpriced. If Westin charged half this they could still make their money and I wouldn't feel the need to include a review of the breakfast everytime anyone mentioned the Westin in my vicinity.
I enjoyed everything. Staff was nice and helpful.
Staff was very courteous. I had a problem with my room and it was addressed immediately. Hotel is very clean and a good value for the price. Very pleased.
The rooms were very nice. Everybody who was working while we were there were very nice and helpful. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great. The only thing that I didn't like. Was having to pay $16 to park my car in the motels parking lot.
Very nice hotel. With friendly staff. Excellent restaurant and bar downstairs. No complimentary in room wifi
Room very nice Continental breakfast not included Not informed in advance of $18 parking charge
Very clean, convenient to airport. Good restaurant on property.
We had a fantastic stay here at Stonehurst Place! It was very conveniently located near Piedmont Park, the rooms were immaculate, and the home is beautifully restored and incredibly charming. Most of all, the innkeepers were some of the friendliest people I've ever met and made our stay so special. Also, breakfast was delicious! We wish we had more time to spend at Stonehurst Place. This is definitely much more than just a place to come home to sleep at night. We had a lot of activities planned around Atlanta for the day, so we felt we didn't experience all that Stonehurst Place had to offer. They have cozy lounges you can spend time in, lots of interesting artwork you can look at/learn about, etc. If you come here, make sure to spend time exploring all this place has to offer!
The executive suite was spacious with a great view. And also the beds were absolutely comfortable. Not a thing.
Beautiful boutique hotel!! Needs a small fridge and microwave.
I visit atlanta at least once a year, this was the first time I stayed in a city outside of Atlanta but the location was perfect! It was really close to the highway and close to the mall and a number of great restaurants in the area. (Visiting Mccormick's is a must food was great) I wanted more space in my hotel room than I had last year when I stayed at the JW, and I definitely got that. The room which was a club suite with two king beds was huge. Nice open living area, big wardrobe in the bedroom and plenty of drawer space. I payed about the same price at the meridien as I did for the JW so I got way more for the money in my opinion. They also had free parking on weekends which was great since almost everywhere else you go in the city you have to pay to park. My room was clean and neat. I'll come back here next time I stay in atlanta. There was a small stinkbug on my curtain when we first got there but I called the front desk and fixed it immediately and even asked if I needed a new room which wasn't necessary I just didn't want to touch it. We also called when having problems with the iPod Dock, I just wanted them to talk me through getting it to work but they sent maintenance up there anyway to help. Great customer service here the whole way through my trip! I do have one complaint, I did have a lighter sitting on the table of the room when I left, I think the housekeeper confiscated it. I am fully aware of the no smoking policy of the hotel and was not smoking in the room I simply left it there. I was a little irritated by that because that was a rather expensive lighter not a cheap 99 cent one.
The comfort. Expensive Refrigerated Snack Bar.
The staff was very friendly and personable. I felt welcomed from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything in the room next to you. If you are a loud person your neighbor will hear you and vice versa.
LeMeridian staff were great. They were very attentive and willing to help in any way possible. Environment is one of a welcoming nature. It reminds me why I love Atlanta as well as the persons who share in it's everyday space. That's for the southern hospitality; I'll definitely be back for another stay!
Nice staff. Hotel has a unique style. No free wifi ! And no fan in the bathroom of a newer luxury hotel?
It was really spacious , fun times They didn't let us be too loud but understandable
Great all-around hotel experience. Friendly staff, high-quality facility at a very reasonable price.
It was located to what we were visiting but a little far away from other areas of interest (midtown) The bathroom door did not stay closed or lock.
The location, the friendly & helpful staff, and the very comfortable room made for a really nice stay. I really didn't expect to enjoy this hotel as much as I did. There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Of course, I always appreciate a free muffin or donut at breakfast when I'm paying over $100 per night, but this isn't a deal breaker for me.
Friendly staff - accommodated every request I had Location Facilities Clean Slow elevators - need additional signage for the second elevator and stairs
The staff at the front desk were exceptional The internet connection was unstable
I enjoyed the modern feel of the hotel, although almost too much. Nice, clean facilities. Nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. Hard wired ethernet connection. Free WIFI Bathroom door was a sliding door which didn't lead to very much privacy. Wouldn't be a huge deal to a family but you couldn't feel comfortable using the bathroom for fear of someone hearing :) The overall lighting in the building was a little dark. I think they were going for a low light, kinda intimite feel but it was almost too much. Almost spooky in some instances. No breakfast. Price.
Everyone and everything about the room was great. I would most definitely stay there again. It was was in walking distance from the aquarium and moat of all my little girl enjoyed it the most.
Close to attractions. Breakfast.
I love the front desks agents and staff they all were WONDERFUL!! VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE LENGTH IT IS STILL TAKING TO CLEAR A CREDIT CARD THAT WAS USED TO MAKE RESERVATION TO MY BUSINESS CARD.. SO MUCH CONFUSION .. NO ONE RETURNING CALLS!!! VERY UPSET ..
Excellent & friendly service Lackluster breakfast selections
Free Internet is hard to beat compared to other downtown hotels. They also gave me a 2-bedroom which was also a plus. Location is great as well. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Best hotel experience in Atlanta for me.
Location, location, location. I didn't like that hotel had no complimentary breakfast. I understand that the hotel has a very nice restaurant, but if you have to spend $15 on breakfast you can't afford to eat dinner in the evening at hotel. I think you will find that more would frequent hotel restaurant and bar if could have a little breakfast on the house. bagel, muffin , milk, juice , something simple for pregame. 24 hr pantry is nice for midnight cravings.
The location is very convinient. Georgia Aquarium, the Coca Cola, and the Centennial park are just within walking distance, great for family vacation. Coming from South Florida where parking is always free, I was surprised about the price of the psrking fee per day.
This hotel is very well placed in central downtown Atlanta, I was able to walk to the World of Coca-Cola, cnn and the Centennial Olympic Park, as well as Phillips Arena and Georgia Dome. It is conveniently located to a marta station as well (as I had no luggage, I came straight from the airport). The room was very comfortable, there was a well-equipped gym room, and breakfast was awesome, with a chef that would cook eggs, pancakes, waffles etc at your request. Well... I was woken up at 1 am by the noise of an electrical drill in the neighbor room just outside my door - the guest there got locked out of the room and they couldn't open the lock with the magnetic card. I called the front desk, which explained what was going on and the noise stopped some 5 minutes later. The next morning, nobody seemed to know or remember what happened, but during check out, when asked about my stay, I mentioned the episode and they promptly excused themselves and offered hh points on my card as a minor compensation, which was the least they could do.
Indoor & Outdoor Pools - Hot Tub - Clean Room - Close to so many restaurants and places for the kids Nothing!
Central location, friendly staff, good value for money
we were let of the second night when we explained why it was not suitable location. amenities. lack of breakfast. loud air con. price of car park
It was very close to the Georgia Aquarium and the Coco Cola Museum which is what we wanted to see in Alanta. I never like being charged fo parking.
Situated adjacent to Aquarium and CC World. Good choice of Restaurants in the neighbourhood
They charged me an arm and a leg and were not very reasonable or lenient. I did not like the $ 80 in local phone charges!
