Staff was great and the hotel was clean and hip. The facilities were a little dated as were the fixtures in the room (sink, shower, etc.). My sink would not drain. It was moderately annoying. I should have called to have it looked at, but didn't have time. My feeling is the cleaning staff should notice things like that and alert the maintenance crew. It should not be left to the guests.
The staff is uniformly friendly and helpful throughout our three night stay. The bar is modern, yet cozy. This hotel would be a fine romantic get-a-way in the heart of Mid-town Atlanta. Walking distance to the Marta (across the street), High Art Museum and Symphony. Lovely courtyard with azaleas still in flower in Dec. The room was nicely laid out with wonderful, luxurious bedding. Every bit as advertised, quiet and thoroughly comfortable. Would not hesitate to return. The exercise room is small, but it is a boutique hotel. Plumbing in tub had a minor faucet leak.
Perfect location and a great value. Our toilet leaked a little but other than that, a very satisfactory stay.
Staff was helpful. Exterior is gorgeous. Nice to have the kitchen in the room--it was like an efficiency apartment. Tidy. A fine value and while it's mostly office buildings in the area, the location by the MARTA station was otherwise excellent. Wi-fi was very erratic, especially on my tablet. I met other guests who said the same. The key card lock on the door from the courtyard to my section of the hotel didn't work, which meant a longer walk around to my room.
The size of the room...it was very nice to have a separate sleeping area.
Warm, inviting, friendly hotel
Very polite and very helpful with ideas of what to do in the city and with restaurant ideas.
I would not book this hotel again given the noise levels in this hotel (most rooms over look courtyard which blares music until 11 and room doors/walls are very thin so you hear lots of noise)
Nice ambiance, the courtyard is fun, but the staff made our stay extra special. Friendly and personable all around. Great value for midtown Atlanta.
The bed was comfortable There was no amenities provided except for shampoo -- no moisturizer, no shave cream, no cotton balls, no Q-tips, etc. A gift receipt for Tiffany's was taken from my room
This is a great boutique hotel - reminded me of traveling in Europe. Great courtyard area, live band at the bar, great room. I didn"'t expect the kitchen area and it would have been very useful for a longer stay. Perfect picture of Marilyn Monroe in the room and a great little alcove with an Wlvis print for a mystical moment. Incredible location in Midtown close to the High Museum and Peachtree Street/Piedmont The only thing that I didn't like was that I didn't stay longer.
good price, good location, our room was a bit noisy due to traffic outside our window
Location: was accessible to the locations I was in Atlanta for. Staff were very inattentive. Door man just sat on a bench on his phone, never once opening a door, receptionists were unable to find packages I had had shipped there. Food was across the board poor: paper shreds in my granola, green eggs in my cob salad, incorrect sides came with my room service. Cleanliness: in the room walls were scuffed, their was just smutz on everything! Like the lamp, countertops, etc. I was expecting a 4 star experience like was advertised but I would have been better off staying at a cheaper chain.
Great friendly staff, nice restaurant and bar downstairs. Great location in downtown Atlanta. Nothing.
They have a nice happy hour. It's also clean, quiet, and friendly. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm on business in Atlanta.
Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Did not have to wait for a room Excellent service Convenient to downtown and venue Extra clean room with all amenities Best place to say if in Downtown Atlanta
The staff was friendly and professional. $30 per night for parking
This was my third times staying here. It is always clean and the staff from the front desk to valet are all helpful and down to earth. It is close to everything I usually come to Atlanta for. It's within walking distance to the Georgia Dome for Falcons games, the aquarium, Coca Cola World and the Tabernacle that we see a lot of concerts at. My only compliant is it seems I can never get the room cool enough.
Easy to get to using MARTA. No need to rent a car or get a cab from airport. We were able to walk to Centennial park. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had dollar wine cocktail hour. The carpet in room needs changing. Fourth floor can be loud
Location was great. The decor was nice. The staff were helpful. The rooms are small for a family. Parking is tough and best to valet.
Clean room, comfy bed Noisy (street noise + doors in hallway). Restaurant is terrible, don't waste your money. Gym is small but acceptable if all you need is a treadmill or elliptical---bring your device because all tvs broken in some way.
Location AC unit was noisy and couldn't be controlled. Next door to a Jazz club that plays loud music till 1am. Easily heard in the room.
Convenient. Staff was helpful and polite. Water pressure. No noise proofing. Uber could not find address. No hot water one morning.
I like the closeness to things downtown (highways, shopping/dining), the comfy atmosphere and the staff There isn't a refrigerator in the room
Lovely Rooms. Convienent Location. The staff were completely unprofessional and tacky. I felt as though I was dealing with teenagers working at Abercrombie & Fitch, instead of trained receptionists. You would have thought THEY were the guests and I inconvenienced them. Ridiculous.
The $45 cheeseburger was excellent. But shouldn't it be be Price, size of rooms, shower didn't have a door got water everywhere. Had to pay $40 a day for valet
Helpful staff at night, arranging transportation... Aloof concierge at check in.
The hotel overbooked, so when I arrived exhausted at three in the morning, they had no room for me, despite my reservation. Terrible service.
Modern look and feel Uncomfortable bed, tiny bathroom, almost unusable, stained marble table, overly modern feel with minimal comfort and size for the money
The staff was very friendly and professional N/A
The staff was absolutely top notch, from the bellman to the front desk to the courtesy shuttle driver and especially valet!! The hotel and the room were beautiful and very clean! My friend and I booked spa services at the sister W hotel downtown and a room through the Buckhead location. I have only amazing things to say for both. A++!!
Very clean hotel and friendly staff. It is also in a great location. $32 for parking is ridiculous
It wad very nice would stay there again Nothing
Location Starting at 9a.m. house keeping knocked on the door awakening me even though the do not disturbed sign was on the door.
I enjoy all W's, they always have a great scene going on. The $85 charge that I am trying to figure out what its for.
Hit me with a 25 surcharge after I checked out
Close to airport. Provides shuttle.
Great breakfast I paid extra for a double room and they only had king's available
The staff was not courteous. The cleaning crew was still cleaning at 6 pm with music barring that cost be head down the entire hall. My food order was forgotten about and the iron in my room stained my clothing. The replacement iron given to me was supposedly checked by staff. It would not even turn on. When I went to check out to complain there wasn't an employee to be found.
24 hr food, bar until 1am, big rooms with nice features, great free breakfast.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was rather over run and not enough tables so we left and found somewhere else to get breakfast.
Everything was great. Great access (and even free shuttle service) to the airport. This was our second stay but not our last. Food and drinks on site are a bit pricey.
Comfortable bed and quiet at night Staff complaining loudly at breakfast dining room regarding schedule and hours. Which made me feel uncomfortable enough to leave room
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean and for a great price. The hotel was quiet and easy access to restaurants and the interstate.
Comfortable beds, great food, and great staff! Somewhat loud from the interstate but not unbearable. Airplanes weren't a problem, though.
When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and pretty lady that checked us in and gave us a brief tour of the breakfast area and the amenities. She made some personal suggestions and was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and everything appeared to work. We didnt have any issues with hot water or anything. The sitting room and kitchenette was a nice feature that i seldom have in rooms I book. Breakfast in the morning was good, much better than i expected honestly. I would definitely stay here again One of our keycards didnt work. im sure we could have gotten it replaced but we never bothered to.
I was very satisfied with the customer service. I also appreciate the cleanest of the room as well as how decorative it was.
I had a very good experience staying at Georgia Tech Hotel. I will recommend it ot any colleagues traveling to Georgia.
Clean and quiet hotel with nice and responsive staffs that made the stay quite comfortable. There was a problem with bathroom sink drain on the night of arrival, but the staffs fixed it while we were out on the following day. Room air was extremely dry, which must be fixed to the entire HVAC system in the building. While the room and all facilities are clean, some facilities are getting old and failing already - bath tub water control was loose, temperature control buttons weren't quite responsive, etc.
yes, I asked for a non-smoking room in which I received, but the room smelled and reaked of smoke. our clothes smelled like smoke the next day and our luggage smells like smoke too. This was very disappointing.
The staff was great, the location is the best, very close to everything and within walking distance to great places such as bars and places to eat, and be social. Who wants to pay for parking when you attend a hotel, no one, so I really don't like that we had to pay $15 a night for parking, but I get it. Also, I hate when hotels put holds on your debit cards, then you have to wait for the crazy fee and amounts to be refunded, it's like hello, why are you locking up my funds to begin with.
We were very impressed with how wonderful the staff were -they were always polite and willing to help .
Clean rooms A little warm
The hotel is in a very good location. It's easily accessible by car and the MARTA (3 blocks).
Great rate, nice location. Covered parking next to the hotel, only $15 night. Most hotels in the midtown/downtown area parking is $30 or more. Affordable restaurants and bars within walking distance. Starbucks and Barnes and Noble across the street. Atlanta's own Waffle House next door. Easy access to all ATL landmarks and tourist attractions. The room was clean and spacious enough for a couple. King bed was comfy, bathroom clean with nice soap. The hotel bar was not overpriced with a decent food and beverage selection. I am an ATL native and stayed one night to attend a party downtown, used Uber as transportation to the party. I absolutely recommend this hotel, especially at $126/ night including taxes. What a deal! No complaints
Wonderful location. Fantastic bed and linens. Extremely clean. No
It was a great hotel, big room, It was in the middle of everything.
My daughter cried on the way out that she didn't want to go home - and she loved the hotel. Although a professional conference was going on, the staff were fantastic and really great with our kids.
Easy to use wifi was provided. Location was great. Room was a little shoddy. Cracks in the wall, worn paint and the flooring had large gaps that didn't meet the wall.
The hotel was perfect for our stay and very comfortable and clean.
The staff was very accomodating, for example I was allowed to review several rooms and to select my preference and they were patient with my late dparture. Parking can be a bit of a hasssle and is rather expensive.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very attractive and comfy. Close to Fox Theatre. Enjoyed our stay. We need a tub.
Rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Small bathroom had nice walk in shower Staff was not that friendly, the bar area was not willing to serve us at closing time, simply stating that "We're closed."
Our room smelled pretty bad. Running the AC didn't help. And the bathroom is the smallest I've ever seen. Staff was great, but I'd never go back.
Location to the FOX theater Bathroom was very small
If you are going to see the Braves play in Atlanta and stay over night, the location is perfect. The hotel is located next to some of the parking lots. It was clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. Felt safe with my 6 six year old. There was nothing terribly wrong with the hotel. It's just average. If your not expecting brand new updates and great amenities you will be happy with your stay. Food from onsite restaurant not great, overpriced, and not really any other options to walk too.
I really liked the location, right off the interstate so I did not have to travel far into downtown to try to find it. This is also 2 blocks from Turner Field so if you're in town for a ball game this will probably be a very convienent location. Rooms were fairly clean but you can tell they are doing some cosmetic work to the place. The elevators are very small and there are only 4 so waiting for one is pretty time consuming. They also have a shuttle service which will take you to any attraction within 3 miles. Sounds great until you find out its a single mini van that only holds 6 people. If you and your party can not fit in that one van you either have to find a cab, walk or wait 30 min for it to return. Though I think its a great service, I think they should let you know at the desk that space is VERY limited and not to count on it as your main mode of transperation.
I liked the friendly staff. They seemed to really enjoy interacting with the customers. The nice beds were a nice change from the lumps they call mattresses at other hotels. The Shower was nice and strong, and the water stayed hot. The free parking was legit, and the shuttle went right to our destination, and picked us promptly up. This wasn't the fanciest place, but it was nice and had a friendly atmosphere, which for the price was more than I expected. The Price Didn't seem to mind us blazing. The sort of snippy Front Desk Clerk, really short. The elevators were Sloooooooooooow The Restaurant was expensive, and the breakfast did not look like it was worth it.
The staff at the hotel were very sweet. The shuttle was great---though with some events going on downtown would get really busy and sometime had a long wait. Nice fitness center. They also let us rent a fridge and had a crib for our little one The hotel was not very clean and was run down. The restaurant was overpriced and not very good. The hotel was busy and we had lots of noisy neighbors at all hours. Unfortunately the walls were very thin.
Nothing I walked in and there were people arguing and cussing with the staff the entire time I was there. 'F this and GD that." Very unprofessional and not family friendly. Didn't feel safe there, and had to pat a mint to park in the hotel parking lot, as well as no complimentary breakfast. If I am going to spend over $130 a night on a hotel, then I shouldn't have to pay $20 a day to park and $29 for breakfast! Ridiculous!
The front lobby was the only thing nice about this hotel. When I walked into the room i immediately noticed the carpet was rippled up in many spots through out the room. The refrigerator was in the middle of the floor....the dresser was over lapping the door to the adjacent room where our friends were staying...When we used the shower the handle fell off on the first day. Went to front desk to report and they said they'll someone up to "glue it back on"... sure enough day 2 the handle fell off yet again. And there is no complimentary breakfast! Way too much money for such poor quality. We and our friends who also rented a room will not be returning.
Did not get maid service one day. Vending and coffee overpriced.
Courteous and friendly staff. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Renovations underway.
Nice place due to being able to walk to the ball games $18 to park for staying customers $16 breakfast that was comparable to a hotel continental breakfast.
Great location for walking to Turner Field. Clean, comfortable rooms. Hotel totally slammed by lots of people checking in near same time for Braves game. Housekeeping still had not cleaned enough rooms by 5:30 to get rooms assigned to the hundreds who were waiting. Staff took way too long to recognize deteriorating situation and explain/communicate to crowd. Even late into the night, hotel seemed to have poor idea of who was assigned to what room, sending people to rooms that had already been assigned.
The only thing I can say positive about this location is that it is close to the Atlanta Braves stadium. Only had good customer service when we checked in. The hotel is in desperate need of repairs and updates. Paint is peeling, you can see dirt build up in the corners of the rooms and the bar area downstairs is gross. I understand that hotels up charge their drinks, but the atmosphere was not welcoming, the bartender was rude and could care less if we were there. We asked her if she had a beer list and she replied, "No." and just walked away. So we had to pick a beer and hope she had it. The "comforter" on the bed was a joke. A small thin duvet type comforter in between two sheets, is this so you don't have to clean the duvet? Walls in the hotel are also super thin, you hear everything. Upon check out the women at the front desk was more upset that we interrupted her than asking about our star or how everything was.
It was great everything about it No! Everything was amazing,,
The total experience was excellent. They only have Valet parking.
The location is close to everything, most things are walking distance We did not have a microwave
Great location, friendly staff.
It's proximity to THE Americasmart was great
The staff was very friendly! The location was nice as well The valet parking was a TINY area, no room service, the restaurant wasn't open all the time,
Location, clean Staff, was uncooperative, Housekeeping left no toilet paper, called down told would be right up, none in over 1 hour had to call back, Did not let me know that package was sent, would not park my truck, had to park in open lot for 50.00 day
To give us a price quote that excluded a $30 a night parking fee was very deceptive. Not happy. Not really aesthetically pleasing. I did not care for the bedding. And a view of the parking lot was not the best.
Good room. The neighbourhood was a bit sketchy at night. Fine during the day, though.
Location in relation to business I had to tend to. There was no free parking and $30 to park was absurd.

Parking cost way to much. I was there a day n half and was charged 50 to park. When I checked in wasn't told that parking was extra!
Everything was nice just needed a place to sleep really but it was pretty nice
Unexpected $23 for overnight parking
The Location Nothing
It was near tourist attractions. And it had valet parking. The alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. After evacuating twice we did not get a good explaination as to what was going on and we should have gotten a discount or something for being woken up by an emergency alarm twice!
Being close to all the sporting events arena's
The staff could not have been any more helpful. They were never too busy to stop and answer questions or help us with anything. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The location was wonderful as well - easy access to the aquarium, coke museum and centennial park.
I stayed here because of its close proximity to the Georgia dome.
The convenience of the location.
The hotel was very pretty and clean and the complementary breakfast was really good. The parking rates are outraeous .....
The two room suite is great when traveling with children. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. There was a sign on the door to the pool stating the hot tub was not working. However, it was but it was full of children. It would be good to have stricter rules for the hot tub. The corners of the room (behind the lamp and furniture) were full of dust.
My food plate sat outside my door all day Saturday morning until I left Sunday morning and it was still there wen I left, stains on comforter
Location. Close to transport Nothing to comment
Perfect location close to shopping center and restaurants Charges for self parking to high. Ritz Carlton around the corner charges the same rate...
The hotel is located at the heart of Atlanta, within a walking distance (10 minutes) from the Atlanta Aquarium, New World of Coca-Cola and cnn headquarter. It's a good alternative for pricy hotels of the downtown district. The huge advantage of this place is breakfast, wifi and the 3-miles radius shuttle included in the price. It means easy access even to more distant attractions like High Museum of Art (really woth seeing) or galleries at the Atlanta Station. very comfortable beds. Highly recommended. Depending on the room location, you can end up with a nice panorama of Atlanta or a concrete wall, which was my case. But after all, it may happen in any hotel, and the room is basically for sleeping, and not admiring views :-)
Had a really great stay here for a conference: very comfy bed, big and clean room, nice free breakfast, 24h meals available, free wifi. Short public transport ride away (walkable) from mid town and pretty close to downtown sites. Bathroom was a bit small but this wasn't really an issue.
Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Nice to have breakfast available. Tea at the end of the day was relaxing. Enjoyed the large TV and opportunity to rent a recent movie while relaxing in our room.
Very comfortable beds, very clean, nice breakfast. Parking wasn't the greatest although at least they had off street parking in an enclosure for safety, at a price. When you walk out the hotel gate you meet immediately with street people asking for money.
The hotel shuttle service. The lack of a hotel manual (stating the time for breakfast, the possible extra costs, nice things to visit in the neighbourhood of the hotel, etc.).
Charming staff, free shuttle bus round town, free breakfast, convenient location, good bar next door
Fantastic , helpful and enthusiastic staff . They make all the difference
Warm, friendly and helpful.
Appreciated the shuttle. Kind of noisy
The crews are very kind. The breakfast can be carried out for eating in the room. The location is very good that 5 min to the metro station. The content of breakfast is a little bit simple. No much option is obtained. I wish I can have ham, eggs, and cheese.
The Hotel is Newly refreshed, and has a very nice and accommodating staff, Room was Clean and Well appointed. In a different location this would be a Four or Five Star hotel. Sorry but the negatives with noise The Hotel is on a main thoroughfare that is being used as a place for idiots to cruise blasting with speakers that rattled the windows and I was on the 12th floor. Atlanta must not have any sort of noise ordinances. It was Mf this and MF that and MF MF That was disturbing in and of its self,. But coupling the music with ambulances with wailing sirens at all hours (there is a major cardiac hospital across the street). I would not stay here or recommend this hotel because in two nights I never got a good nights sleep.
Super helpful staff, fun check in, and Amberley at the restaurant/bar was wonderful. Excellent experience!
The workout room was clean and updated. Service was slow across the entire operation. Expensive - Three of us had breakfast one morning and it cost us $70 for breakfast buffet. We also used the valet to park our rental car and it was damaged in an accident when they were bringing our car around to us. Where they park your car is a block away and requires driving the vehicle in heavy traffic. It is built in to be slow with a potential for accidents. I would not stay here again.
Building and location Rude staff cigarette butts and marijuana roach on patio tub didn't drain parking garage took forever to get out of due to faulty machine Parking cost $30 dollars.
Room service was very quick to respond to in room dinning and bringing extra things. There was a 35 min wait in valet after I called for my car and there was no indication of how long we would have to wait.
pricing It took about 30 minutes for the valet to bring our car around even thought we called 10 minutes ahead as we were told to do.
Need to upgrade your AC system!
Hotel location is very convenient, access to all areas near the hotel and or at walking distance. Hotel amenities, although under construction and/or renovation were acceptable ( I refer ti the pool). Fitness room and facilities is a plus . Not that I don't like but that was not always available, the concierge services in my case would have make a difference.
We enjoyed the location and room service. Valet was slow and inconvenient. Rooms were beat up and in poor condition.
This hotel has a pretty good location for Georgia Tech visitors. The rate was much lower than others, probably due to the fact that it was under construction. No free coffee after 9 am -- who gets up before 9 am on a Sunday? At 9:04 it was long gone. It's like making it look like you are giving away something for free but not really doing it. The hotel will probably look nice in a few more months, but lots of drywall, and some jack hammering. Also, it's right next to Emory Hospital, so more than a few sirens. The sliding doors need to be replaced -- they leak like a sieve. Also, my Mac can never connect to the WiFi in the rooms. Down in the lobby it's not a problem, but something about the Access Point upstairs isn't happy with my laptop.
Online at checkin I followed the prompts and requested a room with a view. Wife and I stayed in town for a Fox Theater visit. The room we had was one of the latest round of renovations called live/work. It was average to small size acceptable of a downtown room. The room was extremely clean and and the furnishings were leisurely and new. There were about 6 USB plugs in the room which was convenient for gadgets. I was obliged with a bellman to my room with my bags. He did full service including turning on all the lights and opening the blinds to the skyline view. I think there have been major renovations in this hotel and the older reviews on this site do not at all reflect the hotel in found.
Good location to the aquarium & other tourist attractions. We had no hot water for showers even after running the water thirty minutes. This happened three times.
The staff's customer service skills were excellent! We had no problems checking in quickly and checking out was even faster. The breakfast was great and definitely filled us up for the morning. I would definitely stay there again!
Great staff Lumpy mattress, fridge not working, loud noise in hallways, hottub not hot, unpleasant smell in tub.
The staff was very friendly and hotel and room was very clean. Nothing I didn't like
Location, very near to my meetings. Brand name, one that I know and trust. Room was okay. Free fresh baked chocolate chip cookies - warm and delicious. Overall, this facility had a somewhat dated and "beat up" look. Lots of scuffed and scratched wood work & trim, older worn carpets, very beat up and squeaky elevators. Room had way too few places to plug in electronics. That is not unique to this hotel, though, as I see that at a lot of hotel chains. No full length mirror in room - helpful when dressing for a meeting and wanting to see how you look. Bathroom was very small with the door opening right into the toilet and shower. Just WAY too cramped. Always feels like you're about to slam your knee or elbow into the open door.
Room are clean and spacious, staff are very nice Nothing not to like
Quick check in and check out. Grace and staff behind the counter were very friendly and very helpful. Shutter Bus came right away and they were helpful as well. Enjoyed my stay here. My room was cleaned very well and right away with great little samples in my room. There was no charge on ice machine. I had a full length mirror in my room. I would stay here. Fresh breakfast and staff very good at refilling supply. During breakfast, Oatmeal didn't taste good. no bacon or sausages links were offered. Wanted more variety of bagels offered. Refrigerator worked but you had to turn it on and I didn't realize so my food went bad. Water smells out here in Atlanta.
Our room was nice & the beds were comfortable. The pool was great-not too cold. Even though the room had a thermostat you could adjust, it didn't ever change the temperature of the room. We were so warm that we couldn't sleep well.
nice room, good breakfast, easy access to public transportation, good location for sightseeing
Room was not as clean and smelled of smoke. Price was too High for it not to be fresh and clean.
reception staff very helpfull but the maids very dis-honest passport went missing and turned up in the hotel trash area found by a senior member of staff so on this point will not stay there again maids
The hotel was very comfortable and easily accessible to all the activities downtown. The parking garage was very cramped.
Clean, Safe, and Convenient.
Cleanliness, room size and amenities. That I didn't book a longer stay, lol.
Very friendly staff, large bathroom/sink area, kitchen area, flat screen TV. Underground parking was a little inconvenient, especially having to pay extra for it.
I liked its location , cleaniness , services and it was good over all
None Everything from position to service. Even tv in room could not be fixed or moved
A lovely hotel - extremly clean, the rooms are beautifully outfitted (extra touches like extra pillows and blanket), wonderfully comfortable king bed (pillowtop), nice sheets. And a great location at a great price. I would highly recommend this to anyone. No, there really wasn't anything at all. I thought it was just great.
The location was perfect. There were children running through the hallway in the evening.
Great midtown location. Easy walking to Marta, restaurants, nightlife. Interesting mix of people staying there.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar was very good with a great assortment. Even though I didn't need it, the kitchenette was super nice and well equipped. Location! We arrived at 12:30 AM. Circled the block for over an hour trying to find the hotel. Stopped at three other hotels that didn't know where it was either. Finally saw the marquis high on the building. There was construction around the front entrance and absolutely no identifying signs at street level.
The staff was excellent! They were very friendly and helpful. The unexpected social hour the evening we arrived was a nice surprise. The valet, Lonnie, was very helpful with directions getting around the city. Everyone was accommodating and seemed genuinely concerned that each guest was happy and taken care of. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. For a queen size, it seemed a bit small. Upgrading the mattresses in this location would take it to the next level of comfort.
the staff was very friendly and the convenience to everything was great. also the free breakfast was outstanding. I have al positive things to say about the hotel.

Staff was great! N/a
It was very updated. The outside lighting made me feel safe. We will use this hotel every time we fly out of Atlanta - we previously always stayed at the Renaissance Airport NO..

Great value. Super clean.

Hotel was clean and in excellent condition. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was better then most other hotels I stayed at.
Too noisy as it's too closed to airport and a street.
Fit for purpose being an overnight stay after a long flight No

The location, décor and staff enthusiasm
The shuttle service and the driver. No
I loved the comfy bed in the suite as well as the bathroom and balcony. The staff at the front desk were so pleasant and helpful. They responded very quickly to me and my girlfriends needs. I would stay here again. Everything was good until I went to the little cafe downstairs. I wanted Starbucks Coffee and some lady was trying to stop me and said it was closed for private party. No one notified me of that and then the bartender was rude! She couldn't even make what I wanted. Then she gave it to me complimentary. That's exactly what the drink tasted like..eww disgusting!!
Large rooms friendly staff easy parking clean good location. Modern comfortable bed. Room service was efficent. Easy access to major highway. Quiet neighborhood. No traffic issues horns blowing or sirens :-)
TV in the living Area and Bedroom The bathroom had a regular bathtub versus a jetted tub or hot tub
I loved how close the hotel was to shopping, food (fast food and sit down resturants), interstate 75 and 85, as well as a quick 7 minute walk to the Dunwoody Marta Station. The Dunwoody Marta Station connects to the major stations (like peachtree and five points). I got all the way to the World Congress Center/Georgia Dome in 45 minutes and didn't have to fight traffic! The staff was curtious and helpful. The room was impecibly clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and there was also a desk in my king suit where I could work in between shopping! This hotel is now my Atlanta hotel for work and business!
Staff was helpful. Room was nice. It took a half hour to find my reservation. Food was poor.
Tv in the living room plus the bedroom and the spa was amazing
Everything No complaints
I like that it was a suite with living too and French doors you could close off from the main living area. I had two wasps in my room that we had to kill.
The hotel overall. Very nice...... loved it. The only thing is that, I really wish the hot tub was bigger. It was very small
Arrived fairly late in the evening and to much of our suprise the lobby had a lot of people coming and going. I was expecting upper scale than a motel 6 but the atmosphere felt like one. 12am people were going down the hall very loudly. When we were leaving the smell of pot was very prominent. A couple behind us even said something. The actual room was nice and clean and the staff seemed nice.
Great place. .nice staff Hot tub too small
Only thing good about this hotel is location
The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. It's close to midtown. Broken sink, gross shower, curtains didn't close all the way, one of the bedside lamps didn't work, and the heater smelled like it was incinerating gym socks.
The room itself was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is old, with torn carpet, residual cigarette odor, and bad breakfast. The tiny pool is in the middle of the open parking lot surrounded only by a metal fence. Won't stay here again.
It was close to downtown and the food they had was good. The room was clean for the most part. I had to squish a bug or two.
The staff were extremely friendly and happy to pleas. You can't beat the location!!! The linens unfortunately smelled like a musty individual had slept in them. Someone had smoked in it and it was supposed to be a smoke free room. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were horrible.
Staff is great Breakfast is good Room was fine Easy drive to downtown Pool looked better in the photo LOL
Terrible Location, hard to find, and way overpriced.
Very friendly staff who went out of their way to make the visit enjoyable. For a downtown location, this was very convenient and decent value for the money. Comfortable rooms The hotel is slightly jaded and it could do with some upgrading. The neighborhood was very empty in the evenings and the only walking place to eat was the ribs place next door. Otherwise, one had to drive.
It was a great location for our purpose of travel: ballgame at turner field. It was clean and our room with a king bed was nice. We would stay here again if we came to another ballgame at turner field. It was pricey and the staff was not overly friendly but nice enough.
Breakfast Nothing I will not stay there ever again
Good location. Breakfast was a little more than continental but the eggs and Canadian style bacon left a bit more to be desired but is nice it was included. Ice machine broken on several floors, in a few years theynwill need to remode to update.
The air conditioning was not at a comfortable level throughout the building. Also the carpets were disgusting.
Location Listing didn't mention valet parking only. Also asked for clean towels at the front desk because fresh towels were not in the room even after 12 pm. You should just send the towels to the room, whether the guest is going out or not. Don't hand the guests the towels. Also at these prices I would say lotion should be provided along with the other complimentary shampoo and conditioner. It doesn't make sense that it's not.
I really liked the room and the overall feel of the hotel. From the moment I pulled up the entire staff was rude and not service oriented. The security guard outside was very rude which may have influenced my overall attitude. Then I get inside and the front desk clerk was very abrupt and also rude. It seemed like my family and I were an inconvience to her. She was having what sounded like a personal conversation and we interrupted her. The next two days the front desk personnel were very polite and helpful. The young lady who checked us out was great.
Great location. Nice breakfast. Staff was friendly. Free wifi. Parking was expensive
Great location. Paying for parking
