The food is outstanding! Not enough towels to control the flood from the shower.
Friendl staff, large rooms, plentiful breakfast options The last day we were there the a/c was releasing a horrible smell.
NOT MUCH READ BELOW Stayed in Hotel, When arrived no Cot as requested, Took 2 hours to get one, Power cut caused Mayhem. My wife is pregnant nearly fell in corridor as no emergency lighting. Also stuck in our rooms 5th Floor, no TV's as no signal. The lifts were down as well
Clean room and nice view from the bar. Quick checkin Service and breakfast was very average. Nothing special

All staff were friendly & accommodating. Our flight was early, and we arrived at hotel before check-in time. The manager/bellhop were very accommodating, helped take care of luggage & help us relax. After a long overseas flight, this was so appreciated.
Great service. Reasonable food prices. About 5-10 minutes walking distance from the tube/train. Very convenient. Just a couple of walking minutes from a mall. About 15min driving distance from downtown/major tourist atractions. Wish it was right in the heart of downtown/major tourist attractions, but it was really close to the tube. Sometimes hard to park downtown anyway for over 2 hours.
The hotel is relatively new. Shower:no water pressure, and water changes from cold to extremely hot all the time.
Great location. Great staff. Best hotel experience.
Hotel, breakfast, staff. Location
It was modern, had a pool and sauna. I did not like the location. If I'm to go to London next time, I'll make sure to get a hotel right in the city. This one was way away, so we wasted time commuting every day.
Very nice. The staff went absolutely above and beyond for us. I chose the location, but it was farther from downtown than I wanted. Hardly the hotel's fault.
The front desk manager was great. Very friendly and knows how to do her job. Hotel was great. Very close to Wembley Stadium.
The rooms are quite spacious and always kept clean. Most of the dislikes were my personal ones: the tube was not working but the city provided assistance to bus; late nights seemed pretty lonely and quiet for an arena area--no sports bars or late night shops Oh,
Spacious room by London standards. Very comfortable. Easy access to underground and rail. Expensive restaurant.
Was attending a concert and was very close to venue .
Our stay could not be faulted, location, room, facilities, breakfast all excellent. Venue minutes walk for the concert and public transport make city easily accessed for visit Nothing
The queen size bed was very comfortable. it was very 70's decor and had an extremely small bath. The hotel staff did exceed themselves though by tracking me down some hot chocolate powder for my daughter but the price I paid I thought a sachet would have been standard in the room - which it wasn't. Also the window only opened a fraction (5inches or so) and no air con.
excellent location for our needs
Closeness to Wembley Stadium. 1) Having to pay £10 to park my car in the basement. 2)The only tea supplied in the room was Earl Gray. I don't like the same and would prefer Engish Breafast tea. 3) The room was hot and the only way to cool it down was to open the window which let in the noise. 4) Had to pay extra to eat dinner between 17:00 and 19:30hrs.
That it was central to where I wanted to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful
bed was very comfortable room was next to lift shaft and very very noisy during night
Location. Checkout time of 12 noon was more convenient than some other places, where it is 11 am. The lifts, corridors could do with renovation. The rooms also were poorly ventilated.
location for wembley arena and stadium perfect. Pleasent and very helpful staff
Nice hotel in easy reach of wembley, staff very curteous and friendly. Would recommend to others and stay in this hotel again.
It was very close to the station, highly visible.
no comment smell of the bathroom was weired
Quite clean Lack of parking
clean, good breadfast, near to tube station; helpful staff noisy
How friendly everyone was right from the word go, checking in to checking out No 10 out of 10
size of the rooms. location. lovely staff.
Being so close to wembley The manager, she was a very rude, we booked a twin room but we were informed that there were no more twins available, she told us if we didn't like it to find another hotel.
The hotel is located right next to a railway station and about 15 min from two tubes stations which provides easy access to central London. The staff was nice and there was a good atmosphere in the hotel. The bathroom consisted in a small prefabricated installation placed inside the bedroom. This wouldn't be a problem for us if it wasn't the non-stop noise made by the device that controls the odors, which worked continuously throughout the days we've been there.
It was easy to get into London via Wembley Central Station, so its' locality was excellent. The staff were helpful and polite. No actual car parking facility within the complex; however they do provide car parking space at a reduced rate, which is still a little expensive
Proximity to tube
Good location nearby the Tube, quiet surroundings, easy to find - also the room, very nice large bed ment good sleeping, good reception service with a nice attitude, simple but plentiful and well done breakfast. Smokefree interiors. Good with water boiling possibillity. Too little furniture in the room, missing chairs and side table. The tele was a small flatscreen, would have liked it on wheels. Slippers, disposable type.
Very close to underground station. Quiet neighbourhood (was no football match at that period). Very quiet hotel, nice room temperature. Very friendly staff at the restaurant in contrast to reception staff. No bathroom equipment present (would be desirable), only towels.
The friendly staff, convienience of location No variation in breakfast menu. Different charge rates per night
The very kind, helpfull and smiling personnel, the food at the restaurant, the wines and the location that it is so near to an underground station. The room was very clean and quiet, the beds very comfortable.
The location was excellent, only a short distance from Wembley Park station. The restaurant located in this particular Premier Inn (Thyme) was first-class. The staff seemed to have real trouble explaining the way in which their internet terminals worked, namely the cost and the amount of hours available. They were also reluctant to book tours of attractions; this was particularly odd as the brochures they provided stated clearly to: 'speak to hotel reception.'
Ease of access both by road and tube into London
the size and comfot of the bed not necessaily about the hotel but you did not pass on authorisation to take money off the card that had been given on your website so had to wait half an hour while I tried to get authorisation.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lounge area was small . The food we had on friday night dinner was awful - fish, chips and peas. Breakfast was okay
confusion re room booking on arrival bed on floor as family room unavailable staff kind though
Concenience to Wembley Arena where we went to see a concert. The Bar staff were great and had great fun with them.
Quality was good the restaurant was a little off putting..then to pay 12.00 for breakfast was a little excessive
Not impressed with prices of drinks,
close proximity to transportation, restaurants and shops. friendly staff, continental breakfast and leaving luggage until check in time furniture is a bit outdated
the rooms were of a very good standard, very clean and spacious.
Free Parking 1. The staff at reception were really unfriendly. Especially the Indian or Srilankan looking guy. I think they do not understand the value of a smile ....always in really angry face and they didn't want to talk to us at all...talking to them were considered as hastling them.....2. The windows in the rooms are centuries old single glazed. Therefore rooms were really cold 3. Showers were not working properly and bathtub was atleast 50 years old one....Overpriced and not worth for that price at all...
it was a very nice hotel no
close to wembly stadium
Size of the room. Locality to the stadium. Professional staff Strong smell of cigarettes in the room, especially on the bed linen. Bathroom taps were dirtly looking (tarnished). Slow check-in.
Roomy Good food Tv did not work so changed room but no subtitles on tv. I am deaf so needed subtitles. No equipment on fire alert either.
OK for one night at Wembley Arena. Beds and sheets were clean and comfy, room was right temperature and large. There was mould on the walls and stains on the carpets in the room and the shower didn't work. Staff didn't respond to criticism.
