We loved the look of the place and everyone was so professional and friendly. We had a wonderful Christmas brunch and had fun going in the spa pool. We had a drink in the bar. I'd highly recommend it. It's just beautiful there.

Food location staff , all works well , I would love to go back but when all the work is done so it'll be that bit more comfortable for me The hotel lifts were very slow and 2 was not working at all , also there was work being done for the new reception area ! As I have sciatica very bad , It was very difficult using the stairs and temporary steps the hotel put in place !
Spent about a week in London and stayed at the St. Giles. No regrets. Close to the West End action and much cheaper than some in the area. This hotel is also frequented by bus tours - Ugh. The room was good though small (almost Japanese hotel room small). We did not partake of their restaurants and went to a much, much better buffet down the street for breakfast. Concierge staff was very helpful

we had a great visit. The staff was impeccably polite and helpful. the elevator situation was pretty bad. I don't know if some of the lifts weren't functioning or what, but we ended up taking the stairs most of the time

A nice complimentary breakfast the following day. We booked a table for 4 in the hotel's Italian restaurant for Saturday 27/11/10 at 5pm in order for us to attend a show. When we were ready to eat we were told that we didn't have a reservation as this restaurant did not open on a Saturday night. We were however placed in your Japanese restaurant without too much bother. Better communication with guests would be better.

Location and cleanliness are the only positives about my stay. Poorly operating lifts. Bathroom so small. TV inoperable. WiFi requires £5 payment daily by purchasing a code from a vending machine. Long lines at check in. Long line at luggage check/collection. Never again!
Location of hotel was fairly near the tube station and other faciltites nearby When I checked inot the hotel, I had to wait a long time whilst they were checking my booking.I Needed an extra bed and they offered to upgrade me to a family suite afor another 103.50pounds. They then charged me 724.50 for the 3 nights stay.I Realised later that they had overcharged me by 10 pounds because the original booking was 611 pounds. When I queried them the next day,I had to go through 2 other staff before they refunded me 10 pounds overcharge. I hope I have not been billed twice ie once by my initial booking through your website and then by the Grange Holborn hotel.
Good location Small rooms with tiny bathrooms - adequate for a single traveler on business with no luggage but not a Five star hotel and nothing like the pictures on the website.
Staff were very friendly and prompt Room was noisy being on the main road at a junction. I think if two people had been in the room there would have been a lack of space around the bed area as it was a funny shaped room.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was very small but that didn't really bother us. Despite the double glazing and being on the ninth floor, we heard the noise of the traffic all night.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The swimming pool is big, facilities are clean. The room was not big but sufficient for a familly with 2 kids. The bathroom was clean, with a bathtube but the w.c. inside.The breakfast was delicious, but a bit expensive. A pity that the swimming pool has restricted hours for kids when you have kids but it must be appreciated for those who have not.

Excellent value for money. Stayed in a single room which was quite spacious (and could easily fit a full or queen bed). The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms as clean and modern, and the building is a stone throw away from Euston which makes it very conveniently located

Nothing particular. Everything was not more than other normal hotels. Room was not cleaned when I came back in the evening. I had to wait long time in the reception. I felt total management was not working well. Room no58 only is located just next to service entrance and was cold.
I came for a quick overnight stay, conference related. Comfy bed, great access to tube, great bathroom and nice tub. Only thing: Ice machines for guests would be helpful
Close to public transport Our room was located at the street side of the hotel on the first floor. Traffic sounds made it noisy and difficult to fall asleep.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is handy for getting out and about. It was quite noisy at times and the walls were 'thin' we could clearly hear the man next door using the telephone.
it was freezing weather but the rooms were lovely and walm I didn't like the bed. We booked a double room but I think the bed was only 3/4 so for 2 large adults it was not comfortable. There was space to put a larger bed in the room if they did away with th coffee table which just got in the way.
I chose it as I needed to be at St Pancras by 0800 the following morning, having had breakfast. Nearer B&Bs etc did not work. This was still too far away for me to walk with luggege (ineeded a taxi), but at least I had a breakfast.. See above. The dealy for a taxi was unacceptable. It was quicker to walk towards Euston. If there is a next time I shall plan accordingly.
Great location for my needs (arriving by train, leaving via Heathrow) Friendly competent staff. Clean comfortable rooom. Seems to be choice hotel for school tour groups. So I had to reprimand teens for socializing loudly in the hall.
The location is central and the views from the top floors are stunning. There are many excellent restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel was fantastic and we had great views of the city from our room. We were given a room with disabled access which was fine. The only complaint I have about the 'wet room' is that the water did not drain away and the floor was a gigantic puddle and we had no way of getting the water out. Also, are 3 shower heads neccessary for one bathroom??
It is walking distance from the train station, great location. The staff is very helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast was the best I've had in Europe during my 3 month stay. The bathrooms are very modern and the whole hotel is very clean. The hotel is great, but the beds are a little firm. There was one lady at the front desk that was polite but cold. Other than that everything was great.

Only stayed one night to catch the train to Heathrow the next day. Great location in proximity to Kings Cross St Pancras. Trendy lobby with DJ playing on Friday night, not too loud though. Beds were great, showers were nice, all modern decor. Morning breakfast buffet in the restaurant is great. Overall it's a nice clean place to stay for a night or two. I'd be back.
The Pullman St Pancras had nice, high-end finishes in the bathroom and the bedroom, as well as in the lobby. People have complained about the wifi, but we actually had a pretty good experience with it; we were able to make a call using their wifi. All in all, a pretty comfortable experience. This is in a pretty noisy part of London (Euston Rd), which means that there are a lot of pubs (which can get rowdy), cars honking horns, ambulance and police sirens, etc.; even though we were on the 12th floor, the noise from outside woke me up often during the night. Also, the bathroom door does not shut tightly; it leaves a gap between the leaves of the door, so any noises (etc.) from inside the bathroom are audible to your significant other in the rest of the room! Not particularly romantic! And the thermostat was difficult to program; quite a few times, it would show 22 degrees C and be programmed for 18, but would still put out warm air, which makes no sense.
Staff was ready and willing to help at any time. Bed was very comfortable and room was spotless. Wonderful breakfast with many options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Marena (server in the restaurant) really hustled and kept good cheer despite being very busy. Other staff offered very good service, as well. Breakfast buffet was well appointed and tasty. Very poor value for the money. The room was quite cramped, awkward layout, and noisy (even though the front desk said it was the quiet side of the hotel). Seating in the room and throughout the hotel common area is old and uncomfortable. I won't go back.
Location is great and rooms are quite large and clean. Also quite reasonably priced. The rooms are a bit noisy. They need to replace the windows which do not close very well so you hear all the noise from outside. Staff could be more courteous.
Great location - and was very close to King's Cross which was a big reason for booking this last minute. Room is small but exactly the space needed. Beautiful space and very comfortable. Would be great if hotel could have USB outlets as a replacement for plugs and need for adapters in charging tech gadgets.

Excellent Breakfast buffet, right across the street from the Tube stop. Neat and clean. Room decent size. Towel warmer contributed to heat in room, but maintenance guy was quick to correct that for us. Air conditioning did not work properly and it was too warm in room at night. The hardest bed I have ever slept on! We had to take the comforter and place if under the thin mattress cover for any cushioning at all. Truly just a hard set of box springs with a cover, no mattress at all.

Check-in and check-out was easy and efficient 1) Bedroom sash window was loose fitting and so rattled in the wind. 2) Goods being received (or moved) below my window at 06:30. 3) Ancient 14in portable TV as far away from the bed or easy chair as it was possible to locate it.

location was excellent, had an appointment at the uclh hospital. Service from staff at front desk, valet parking and room service was very good indeed. Negatives are although we arrived later than planned and had wanted to order hot food, when we called at 10.55pm we were told hot food was finished! The advertised finish time is 11.00pm in room service info, I know it is only five minutes but when you have travelled 5 hours and did order before the end time, bit frustrating.The stay to be honest was spoilt by very slow and unmotivated restaurant staff, No welcome from staff in restaurant, had to wait by a table whilst he took all the cutlery off a fully layed table next to our table, why not just seat us on the table that was already layed??!! Did not expect a hotel as this to be unprofessional at all.I expected better for breakfast than the experiance we had,being hoteliers ourselves.
The room was very tidy, and had everything we needed! The front desk was very helpful and the tube station (Warren) was right next door. I can't really think of anything at all. There was no fridge and my husband mistook the minibar so we were charged, but the front desk took off all the chargers.

We were welcomed from the beginning, we spent 4 days there and it was ideal for touring London. The staff was very helpful,especially Ryan and Vitail. Every thing was fine
they were able to hold our bags for us for 6 days while we traveled around Europe and then we came for back a final night there before heading out from Heathrow airport. We had booked 2 beds as we were 2 friends traveling together, upon check in, we were informed that there were only rooms with 1 bed available and that out reservation was just a "request" and not a guarantee. It was a king bed so we made it work. The rooms were tiny and stuffy. The A/C didn't work, and with the window open it was very noisy. They did bring up a fan for us and that helped.
The rooms at executıve must be the best but not. The rooms were smelling dampness and bacteria.

It was easily the nicest place to stay for the money in a very expensive city. We were able to get a room for 3, queen and single (for daughter), PLUS really excellent buffet breakfast included, for 110 pounds night. It is 1 block from Euston Station so it is convenient for those not taking cabs. It was very clean and comfortable, with all basic amenities, and some extras (hairdryer, flat screen tv). Newly and nicely redecorated in simple modern style. The rooms are not large, but more than adequate. Nice large window with clear view and ventilation. All rooms for guests are on third floor. Two lower floors are reasonably priced housing for international students from abroad. Only third floor is for guests. Also has facilities for smaller sized conferences. Neighborhood not fancy but bustling. The amazing British Library and St Pancras St are right down the street. A deal!
Excellent value for money for London! Great room and I'm not surprised by it's 4 star rating. It's run by the Methodist church, but you wouldn't notice besides the name of the place.

Extremely poor acoustics in restaurant (am acoustic specialist in N. America) very hard surfaces,floor,walls,ceiling and other multiple reflective surfaces make for most unpleasant experience resulting in avoiding restaurant second time.

Hassle free check in and out. Very convenient to where I was working in Gordon Square, Bloomsbury and blessed by a 24 hour car park adjacent to the hotel itself and with shops very close. The room was without half of its secondary glazing which meant that it was particularly noisy due to the proximity of nearby pubs late at night into early morning. Reception acknowledged this aspect on departure but failed to offer an explanation for the absence of part of the system.
Proximity to underground and centre of London .yet quiet. This was a shopping trip so convenient for Oxford St and Marrlebone Road. Considering how small the room was, it was quiote well equipped. Double bed was so small. Asked if there was a room with larger bed, but told they were all the same size. Hotel was full so no option to change to two singles. Not good for anyone over 5ft 10 inches.

Room was clean and right next to the Russell square underground entrance. Room was small, wifi wasn't free and the room smelled, but in their defense we didn't ask to change rooms. Kind of pricy for a holiday inn.

Well appointed guest rooms with good facilities.The location is very convenient from all points of view. The check-in process was the most unwelcome I came across in many years' of hotel stay including at The Marriotts in many locations.We were made to wait in a very hostile manner at the check-in whereas many other guests coming in after us,found their ready rooms. I am willing to wait till the actual check-in time but not discrimination as I and my family experienced. Is it because of less importance for booking through internet?

None I booked this hotel for my sister and her family for her birthday they waited in reception for over three hours becase of a mess up with bookings. My sister phoned me up in tears because the hotel weren'nt going to book her in, and she didn't take her credit cards with her. I tried to pay using my card and was refused, my sister had to pay using her spending money.
There was a good sized swimming pool and the location near Primrose Hill was lovely. Our room lacked a view and was slightly on the spartan side in terms of decor - but the bed was comfortable.

Good leisure facilities and staff were friendly and helpful. Booking system from 3rd party website was poor - my name was not properly passed to the hotel and so they couldn't find my booking. The iron in my room was broken (fell apart when picked up). When I reported this, it took over half an hour for a replacement to arrive. Taps in the bath/shower also had the temperature/ pressure buttons missing.
Apart frm the well behaved staff, what loved most was the well equiped gym, the indoor pool; my little daughter had somuch fun. In general, it was cool place. The first room i stay was very small; I didn't really have the opportunity to use the executive lounge because I had my little daughter with me and the hotel was abit far from my major points of visit.

Location of hotel for bars, restaurants and shopping all available within walking distance. Room clean and spacious compared to other London hotels I have stayed in. The fact that there was building work in progress and scaffolding in situe which I understand from reviews on other sites has been going on for quite a while at this hotel.
We arrived to the builders in reception..complete with hard hats and hard viz jackets! There had been no mention of the major refurb going on when booking. I'm sure it will be very nice when finished, but not really the first thing you want to see when entering your hotel.. I'd received a call the day before check-in to see if my booking for two colleagues double rooms (for single occupancy) could be changed to single rooms - I said not, particularly as payment was immediately taken from my card two/three weeks before on booking and the rooms were for business clients. Although I was then told 'ok..not a problem..' this was ignored...and they were put in to single rooms on arrival!

The hotel staff was helpful with solving problems that was generated by Kayak/Hotel.com (wrong number of beds in room) while booking. Location is excellent. For a big family like us that needs place to "gather" together the lobby was very useful. Booking by Kayak/Hotel.com generated problems. Number of adults and children per room was not deliver to the hotel. When I asked Hotel.com to change the reservation through the website , NO respond. Rooms are a bit small.

Location is great. Bed was fine and apples were a nice touch. Gym was okay. Staff was horrible. There were months in the closet--I killed three. They did a lousy job cleaning in general. The sinks and counters were not even wiped down. There was toothpaste/grim residue not wiped up half of the days I stayed there. Dirty dishes owned by the Hilton were left for, literally, a week. The cleaning staff tossed my water bottle even though it was with wrapped up my clothes on top of my luggage and then denied it. I tried to explain the problem with needing a size of plastic bottle for security. They made a lame attempt to make it right after two hours of waiting and complaining, but they could not be bothered to listen or understand the actual problem, so the solution did not work. Great location, but I would never go back. There is no accountability.

Excellent location for train travel to rest of contry and the Chunnel. Directly across the street to St Pancras station. Room was very clean and very large by Eurropean standards. Friendly staff. Located on edge of a somewhat run down area, though with the International train station there, the area should continue to improve. Never felt unsafe when out in the area.

Good location for transport links; friendly and helpful staff; well- equipped rooms and even standard rooms have baths and showers. The food (dinner) in the restaurant is excellent. Coffee maker far too fiddly and despite hotel now providing instructions, it still floods the wardrobe! Tv also over-complex, although good when you get to grips with it. Glass panel for shower over bath is fixed, making it impossible to reach taps etc without getting in the bath.

The staff was very helpful: we called for directions & they got us there quickly. The room was clean, relaxing,comfortable, generous in size,and quiet despite being on a busy street. The only minus was in the food service, but they did not charge us for our meal. I also saw that they are working on the restaurant area, so I expect they will have everything back in order shortly.

Perfect location because of walking distance to major shoppping streets and Covent Garden/Leicester Square. Good concierge services. Housekeeping started cleaning round 9 am, the noise from the hall and nearby rooms woke me up every morning. Obviously paying for location and not room size. Air-conditioning makes considerable noise.
Good restaurant, nice building, clean. No hot water, only luke water. When problems ocurred during extending my stay, different solutions were promised by different persons, no promises were kept though.
Not much just a city hotel
The helpful from the staff who able to allocate a room for my very early check-in. A room is assigned which is a disable room. However, this is not the same expectation when I book a 'Superior Double Room'. I have not asked for a change as I have a very busy schedule during my stay in London.

Good clean hotel in central London Only the check in was bad. My colleague arrived ahead of me only to find he could not check in as the reservation was not in the system. The reservation and pin number that was on the e-ticket was not accepptable and only the original print was enough to convince the front desk that we had a reservation. It was only as a secondary measure that I brought this with me as your system led me to believe that the booking number and pin was sufficient. My colleauge had to wait an hour for me to arrive and this was at 11pm when we had a busy day both behind and ahead of us. For the above reason I will not use this service again. It's simply not acceptable.
The Location. All theatres in walking distance, lots of restaurants and Soho shops. Close to underground. The rooms are really small (I am British). Minimal mini bar and hopeless main bar. Remote control did not work, tissue box empty. Dissapointing room service menu. So although it looked the part, I was very dissapointed, not value for money
it was central for my needs, and all staff were very helpful on all points. problems getting a six seater taxi service.

the proximity to the public transport services. The cleanness of the premises. The smiles on the staff's faces. a hairdryer in the bathroom will be convenient as well as a beberages dispenser machine at each floor.
Breakfast was good value.
Clean, warm and self-contained, good television. Nothing really, but it would be great to have a shower cap in the bathroom!

The hotel is located very near to Euston Station which makes it ideal for business or city break. There's no free internet and you cannot use your BTOpenzone account there. However if you walk to the Thistle, 50m up the road, you can use BTOpenzone and it's fast.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was excellent value for what we paid. The new shower room within the suite was amazing.
The bar and restaurant were a pleasant surprise in a low cost hotel We should have put out the sign asking not to be disturbed as house keeping staff knocked on the door at 8am and continued to knock every half hour/45 mins until we checked out - but it was our fault.
