Pros: Modern elegance this hotel is one of the finest I have stayed in. Contemporary design Incorporated into the old world charm and classic design of the building, The location is superb I really can't get any more central than this. The stuff are wonderful, right down to the doorman, I've stayed there four times in the past six months, and i must say, it's so nice when the doorman greats you and welcomes you back to the hotel.

Pros: The room and facilties were large for a London hotel at that room rate. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the robes that were provided
Cons: The construction noise was very disruptive and precluded us from getting a good nights rest. The room was poorly designed with large furniture and made it difficult to move around the room comfortably.

Pros: We Loved Everything about the Radisson! You can not go wrong, the rooms are gigantic and with real king beds you get the most comfortable night sleep while in London out of anywhere! From the minute you walk in the door, the customer service is absolutely impeccable, they actually care about you, learn about you, remember you and it is so nice to feel that, especially after 12 hours of travelling across 8 time zones to get there. Pros: The location in Leicester Square was very nice, and the hotel seemed to be a popular place to visit.
Cons: I received the worst treatment possible from the managerial staff. Firstly, even though they had my reservation, which was made and confirmed a month and a half in advance, they decided that they didn't have any room available for me to stay in when I arrived to check in. I found this to be very unprofessional since they could have called me or emailed me prior to my arrival at the hotel to give me a forewarning so that I could plan ahead as well. The situation was worsened by the staff then relaying this information to me in a very condescending manner in which they had the very unapologetic tone of "take it or leave it". Secondly, they decided that a fair way to "compensate" me would be by reserving a room in another hotel on my behalf, without any input from me regarding choice, and then giving me a ride to this new hotel. I specifically chose the W for my stay and did not choose the other hotel when making my initial plans. So, the manager felt he could take the payment for the room at the W, decide that they no longer have a room at the W, then deny me the choice of an alternative hotel, and all without the option of a refund. They said they were compensating me, but I feel that they cheated me greatly. It was terrible customer service. Eventually, I had no choice but to take their offer of staying at the other property, which I didn't want to stay in, since they were not going to make any room available for me at the W for the night. Truthfully, I feel there were a bunch of racial undertones and biases based on the unprofessional, condescending, unempathetic, and unapologetic tone of the manager and staff. I have stayed at many hotels around the world. This has been, by far, my worst experience with any hotel staff regarding a reservation.

Cons: Lack of facilities, no common work lounge area not counting sad empty bar on roof that could only be cute in hot weather. Doors always left open there to 1 degree weather makes it useless. Terrible restaurant, 2 star not 5. Dated decor dangerous twig decor to poke an eye out on. Front desk staff with marked lack of skill set to serve the public, always empty except for he few at breakfast. We arrived and checked in greeted by an indifferent individual who wouldn’t get off her phone call to greet us. She passed us a paper to sign in. Then she told us she was on a telephone solicitations call she didn’t know how to say no to! Well how about you get off and serve your clients as this is a 5 star hotel? Self appointed 5 star as far as I can tell. Front desk mostly un manned and anyone could walk in. I was never asked if I was a guest and the staff were never the same people. Ridiculous. Glory days are gone.

Pros: The free wine and cheese buffet every night was great.
Cons: The rooms are ridiculously small, and the staff doesn’t understand what the “do not disturb sign” means. I get that they are trying to be helpful, but I am a big kid and have the ability to alert the desk if I need something. It happened more than once, and one of the staff actually started to enter the room while I was on the toilet. Maybe it is a cultural thing, but it was off-putting.

Pros: Location Location Location. Being in the center of town, I had the ability to stop off at Hotel Z to drop off bags, freshen up, take a break before moving on to next neighborhood on my itinerary. Tube stop directly to Heathrow a couple of blocks away made arriving and departing soooo easy. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was modern, quiet and clean. DEFINITELY plan on staying again.
Cons: While I knew I had booked the smallest room, and was happy with it overall, the in ability to open a window for fresh air was a little frustrating. Issues with the a/c were promptly addressed, although an open window would of been a better solution. It was only because my stay was for 5 nights that this bothered me. Next visit I'll book a larger room with an open window. :-)

Pros: The best part of the hotel was it's location. It is located in a great part of London, a very busy part of London. The staff was pretty nice and there were always around to help.
Cons: Well the worst part of the place was probably the size of the room and the bed. I knew my room would be tiny but for the price I paid it was crazy. The room could barely fit your luggage and yourself. A constant maneuvering around everything. The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in. Want to know what it is like to sleep on a rock or the ground? Well come to this hotel to find out. This bed was so stiff I would wake up every morning in some sort of back pain. It was ridiculous that this is possible in a modern hotel. It's a budget hotel but seriously just get a slightly softer bed as this was ludicrous.

Pros: It was a comfortable bed and they provided water and extras like shampoo and body wash.
Cons: The room was so tiny (literally wall to wall bed) that there was no where to put anything. I was traveling with my daughter so sharing a bed wasn’t ideal. We were put in a basement room without a window so it was dark which was fine for sleeping but seemed dangerous if there was a fire and would have been a bit depressing if we had wanted to be in the room more.

Pros: The location was good.
Cons: Overall the hotel is in shabby condition, mis-matched and tacky furniture, thread bare carpeting and dim lighting. The mattress was lumpy, we had no internet service though it was supposed to be provided free. The air conditioning did not work well and the toilet leaked. When we went to take a shower in the morning there was no hot water, we called multiple times and heard a different story each time regarding the water. There was never any hot water and we were told the boiler was broken. The staff was odd, almost seemed like a mafia running the property, very strange to explain. Not friendly or helpful at all, didn't seem to care about any of the issues or challenges we had there. When checking out the clerk just looked at me and handed me a business card for a discount on my next stay! When it was time to catch a cab to the airport, the concierge tried to force us to use a cab service recommended by them. 30 minutes later we were still waiting for a cab, though dozens of empty ones passed by the street in front of us. We finally hailed our own! The roof top lounge is like a ghetto night club, pounding music and lots of drunk teens staggering through there as well as the lobby. The gym has 4 pieces of equipment, all kind of old and not looking to safe to use, quite a joke! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you are looking for a drunk-fest in London in a sleazy hotel. This was definitely not a value, our basic needs were not met.
