The pool setup was great. Our kids had so much fun playing on the waterslides at the pool and loved the s'mores at night. Even though there was plenty for the kids to do, it was still a great spot for adults, too. Had a wonderful weekend and would definitely go back.
Fantastic view of the hill country, with excellent pool side service. It took housekeeping almost the entire day to clean our room. One day it didn't even get cleaned!!!
Very little below arvarage for any resort Vacuum running in the halls st 1:45 am House keeping banging the carts against the walls. Double charged room sevice fee. Served cold food! Overall poor service ! No door man Very slow valet Employees were rude and arrogant not warm or friendly.. Never again will i visit nor will i recomend to family or friends
I did a staycation here and loved it! I love the location of this resort near the La Cantera Mall and the Rim shopping center. The adult only pool was nice, especially in the morning when it was cooler in the day and quiet. The pool attendants were very attentive in asking us for any orders we wanted. The grounds of the resort itself are beautiful. I love the back terrace as a place to sit and chat during the cool evening. There is plenty of seating to enjoy the scenery. Enjoyed a movie on the lawn one night under the stars, which was also a fun touch.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The surrounding landscape was beautiful to view. Actually breathtaking from some directions. What we didn't like...the beds were too firm. Had a hard time sleeping because of it. Also if you don't plan to use any of the amenities, don't stay here. The reason why I say this is because you are charged high resort fee. We never used any of the amenities and had to pay this fee. The valet is a separate fee. If you park yourself its a very long walk from the parking lot to the entrance.
Valet almost tboned my car as we were driving to self parking. He pulled out of their drive so fast. Was difficult to get the front desk personnel to pay attention to us. There were always multiple people staffing the front desk, but they would avoid looking at you and would not offer assistance. Twice I had to interrupt two front desk employees talking to each other in order to get assistance.
We were upgraded to the VIP floor! It was wonderful! Great breakfast!!! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. View was amazing. The weather was cold and there were only 4 people in the pool. The water slide was scheduled to open at 10:00. I asked a young man (staff member) walking by if it would open as scheduled. It was about 20 minutes to 10:00. He kindly offered to open the slide at that moment. There were s'mores in the evening. We parked in self parking. The very attentive attendants took us to our car in a golf cart, which was really fun for our daughter and an extra chance to enjoy the views!! Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the resort. Next time we will stay longer. Some reviewers said resort was looking old. We thought it was fantastic. After renovations this resort is going to be out of this world!!! We ate at Francesca's. The food wasn't anything special. My soup was cold. I said that my daughter and I would share a burger, the waiter split it for us and put it on two plates! That was a nice touch. I am picky and generally don't like restaurant food, so others may find the food good.
Fabulous facility in a beautiful setting. Friendly and efficient staff.
The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast each morning was good.
Our trip to San Antonio was in celebration of our 50th Wedding Anniversay as a surprise gift from our kids, who made all arrangements including our stay at the Residence Inn - Alamo Plaza. We had the best time; the location was excellent, we found the overall appearance to be well kept and our room very clean...and to top off our wonderful accomodations, the staff at the RI-Alomo Plaza were simply wonderful. Being there for a week, with us coming and going so much throughout each day between site seeing trips, we were able to become acquainted with many of the staff and they were so friendly, helpful and personable; it gave the place a very comfortable home-away-from-home feel. We were so very pleased and appreciative of their wonderful hospitality; we didn't want to leave!
Stay in this hotel was good.It is conveniently placed. It offered good room and breakfast.Staff was really good and helpful. But the blankets we got were stinking. When contacted to staff they have replaced but the replacement was also of same quality . Even the staff had accepted that it is of poor quality and careful washing is required.
From the moment of check in with the vallets to the day of check out this hotel was amazing! Called and requested early check in and rooms next to each other for a bachelorette party and Jennifer set it up for me wonderfully! Then the night of our stay front desk Denise was very kind and the whole staff was just amazing! Couldn't have stayed a better place for our festivities! Loved it!
We stayed at this hotel for the San Antonio Marathon in November 2009. We booked it based on the price, the location (near the Riverwalk), and the fact that they had free breakfast. We arrived two days before the marathon to enjoy San Antonio. When we arrived, we were told that breakfast would be served beginning at 4:30 AM the morning of the marathon. What a pleasant surprise since we thought we'd miss breakfast that morning. The breakfast was pretty much the same each morning, but there was a variety of items -- eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, yogurt, bagels, English muffins, cereal, etc... This hotel is just a couple blocks from the Alamo and the Riverwalk. It is about a mile from Market Square, and maybe 1/2 mile from Tower of the Americas and La Villita. It is all within walking distance (even the Alamodome) Our room was quite roomy, including a full size fridge, a small stove, a small dishwasher, a microwave, high speed internet (free), and much more. It was actually a suite, with a separate bedroom. Everything was clean, though a bit dated. It was very comfortable and the staff were excellent. The only negative to this hotel was the parking. It is $18 per day, but that is pretty typical in downtown San Antonio. The Hampton Inn across the street has their own parking lot. There is a parking lot across the street that is $5 a day, but there is no coming and going (not necessary if you plan to stay downtown, though). They raised the price on day 2 of our stay to $10, though (for the marathon), but there is free street parking on Sundays. So, we paid $15 total for the weekend. Overall, excellent hotel!!!
We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn in downtown San Antonio. It was very close to the Riverwalk and the main downtown attractions. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good and had many options. We would revisit this hotel on our next trip to San Antonio.
We went down for my daughters graduation at Lackland AFB. I found the hotel comfortable and the staff very friendly. Great place to stay, close to the Riverwalk and Alamo, I was pleased with the room and would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.
Although this hotel is in the process of renovations, we had a wonderful stay. Our rooms were immaculate and spacious. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and had something for everyone. The social gatherings in the evenings were unexpected and most enjoyable.
The room was great. Really close location to many attractions and restaurants. Really liked the atmosphere. Staff was excellent and really enjoyed the whole stay. Would definitely stay again.
The room was so much better than an average hotel room with a separate living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath. I felt like I was staying in a small apartment instead of a hotel. We had everything we needed and the hotel staff was exceptional! Everyone was so nice and accomodating! Next door to the Alamo and close enough to walk to the Riverwalk. The free breakfast was out of this world and I must say, I've never stayed in a hotel that offered free happy hour drinks/dinner Monday thru Friday. I hope to visit San Antonio again and if I do, I will definitely stay here. I won't even look around for another hotel.
The hotel was extremely roomy and very clean. However it was a little expensive to start. I wanted to check out at 3 pm instead of 12N. I was charged $* for 3 hours a little rediculous. I was spending the weekend with a friend from Fort Sam Houston. She didnt have to be back untill 8:30 so I was gonna let here stay and watch television; give her a break from the whole army thing. That was a whole day charge?!? Umm I am not the best at math but that 8 hours which is 1/3 of a day not a whole day. The hotel was maybe half full it was a monday. Serisouly, they didn't want to work with me and they charged me a higher rate for the 3 hours than the rate I booked through the online travel website. I will never tell anyone to stay at a marriott and I will never stay at another. All the other hotels I stayed at worked around you if they could, not this one!
The Residence Inn Alamo Plaza proved to be an exceptional choice. The convenience of location was complimented by employees that were pleasant, personable and helpful; recognized immediately when checking in and experienced thoughout the week. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening strolls along the riverwalk and the excellent food choices to experience. Our room ( 1 bedroom) was spacious, well kept and quite comfortable to return to after a long day of touring the city and surrounding areas...very interesting and beautiful. Each day kicked off with a great breakfast at the Residence Inn and although we rented a car, several days we hopped on the trolley with stop offs at missions and other points of interest; a great way to tour the city and eliminate the stress of dealing with traffic and parking. A future return trip to San Antonio will absolutely include a stay at this Residence Inn.
I liked everything i really enjoyed myself. On a scale from 1 to 10 i would rate it a 9 The sheets felt a little itchy
Clean, friendly, great service We thought we booked a room with a pullout couch. When we got there, did not have one. Had to book another room. But gentleman was very courteous & helpful. Exchanged a king bed for room with two queens at same rate! No up charge! Very thankful! Would book again. Thought this was close to Alsmodome. Was about 15-20 minutes away.
Everything was excellent with the exception of the shower. Shower was slippery and tub has slight decline which makes it slippery, when unaware of decline. For children it is dangerous. Needs to have non-slippery strips in tub to prevent falling in shower.
Friendly staff and clean ro
Close to the medical center. Starbucks not too far away. Free parking. Free Wifi, which is a sure plus for those of us who never have enough time in the day to finish what we set out to do. Breakfast in the AM Musty, wet dog smell that just would not go away. I tried changing the temperature and fan settings, but it wouldn't leave me. Bring some perfume/cologne just in case you leave smelling somewhat musty.
Breakfast was good, room was nice and big. This was the executive king suite mind you. i'm not sure about how big/small the other regular rooms are. Nice size tv. the location is sort of outside the city and we had to drive approx 20 - 30 mins to get there. Coming from california, I am not used to the turnarounds and had to make a couple attempts to get here. The crew started working on pulling the carpet and replacing the carpet right outside our door. Good thing that we were checking out that morning, but we had to leave the hotel with carpet dust in our lungs and banging outside our door. coming to think about it, I guess there is never a good time to work on replacing the carpets in a hotel. Its always busy in a hotel. :)
It was a good value and staff was friendly We got the handicap room without knowing.
it wasn't too far from attractions and free breakfast. The restroom was clean except the bath tub it had a few hairs that weren't ours. Also the AC wouldn't get cold.
The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is very clean and we'll kept. The parking lot is a nightmare sometimes. The lines in the lot are not painted very well, so you have people parking way to close or way to far away. I actually had an issue with someone parking so close that I could not get into my drivers side which caused a major problem for the rest of my family to be able to get in. I did call the police station and asked what my options were for getting the other vehicle towed, and they said it was up to the hotel since it's private property. Well, I let the staff know and even took them out there to show them. The staff assured me they would get it handled, needless to say it wasn't handle the next morning. I had to have my six year old daughter climb into our vehicle and hand me items to help make room for me so u could squeeze my way in. It was very inconvenient for me and my family.
The staff here are very inconsiderate of your needs and are not willing to help when asked. There are other places out there that you can get for a better deal and not be treated with disregard and contempt. I waited 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to show up when I called for the shuttle immediately upon arrival. I called the hotel after waiting curbside for 20 minutes. The front desk staff (Steve) then lied to me and told me that there was traffic which was causing the shuttle to be diverted, but when talking with the driver he told me there was no traffic at all. Google maps had also confirmed that earlier.
When wife was having surgery had to book a room at the last minute arrived late for check in (after 10) and staff was quick and got me and. young son in a room Quick and easy. Son lived the breakfast that mourning. Place was clean and staff friendly
Convenience of location. It indicated free parking in location amenities, upon arrival I was advised it was $31 valet parking and $15 parking but not overnight stay. So I paid around $50 in parking fees, within 3 days and that was not in my budget.
The rooms were great, and the housekeeping was so kind. We had a great experience, and were able to walk most places since the hotel was right on the riverwalk, and near restaurants. The front desk staff gave my kids balloons, and glow bracelets for the 4th of July- huge bonus! We were able to purchase our SeaWorld tickets through the hotel as well... for a discounted rate. It made everything smooth and easy for our visit to the theme park.
It was right on the riverwalk. The maid never cleaned the room. When we got their the shower was dirty and the whole time we were their no one cleaned it. The pictures online made the room n pool look a lot bigger then what they really were.
Location, fast valet, room amenities, close to riverwalk Put in a room and it was already occupied when I opened the door, awkward. Floor was sticky, like it was cleaned with dirty mop water. 2 lamps didn't work until I flipped a breaker. Valet guy almost backed my car into another's, thankfully he was yelled at and the other guy honked the horn.
I like the modern update and the location. It was less than 1 1/2 away from the river walk. Literally walking distance Our room was facing the crossing roads and it was too noisy and that's because I was on the 14 floor ( the top floor of the building) and my neighbors had a huge fight and were too loud and disturbing to my night stay.
Very clean and friendly staff
Easy to find, convenient to downtown, quiet. Snacks overpriced.
Great staff, great rooms. Traveling for work, we used the lounges "Living Room" like spaces to meet and catch up after each day at the trade show.
Spacious rooms and very clean. Close to the riverwalk and alamo.
Staff very friendly. Beds comfortable. Rooms very clean. Good location
Comfortable, convenient, great staff - love staying here.
I loved the Bistro ! It was very good! Nothing
The staff was really friendly. It was close to the River Walk. The bathroom could've been cleaner. There was a fly in the room and the pillow covers had stains.
Very comfortable beds. Close to downtown. Friendly staff at the front desk. Staff seemed slightly irritated that I booked through an agency other than Marriott when I called to verify the reservation. I was actually advised not to do so in the future by the Marriott staff. Food overpriced. Bathroom looked clean but had a musty smell to it.
My kids loved the hotel. They enjoyed the pool and the environment. Nothing
everyday we had to reset key, which was extremely uncomfortable.
The staff were very polite, the room was lovely and well-kept, the location was pretty good, especially for the price. My mom and I walked to the River Walk and other attractions without too much fatigue. I wish they served free breakfast. The area was a little scary at night... the surrounding area is not well-lit, so I my mom and I felt a little vulnerable walking back from the city. No one approached us though.
very nice for a reasonable price. Room service was phenomenal self parking here sucks
Great location next to la cantera and the rim. Room was nic and very comfortable. Everyone we spoke to was complaining about the elevators. They we so slow we had to take the stairs up 5 flights to our room most of the time. The staff was using the main elevator for room service as well making it crowded when you did finally get on. The pool isn't great and the food and drinks are way over priced for what you get.
We loved, the night time. All of the lights, the walking around the grounds was very pleasant and very enjoyable. We very much enjoyed two of the on location resurants and of course, "Georges Keep". The pool area was very clean and enjoyable.
Beautiful setting, build out, restaurants & lobby Bed slept great Room wasn't up to same level, high design of public spaces doesn't play out to rooms
Who knew you had to go to San Antonio to find one of the best hotels in Texas! It's modern luxury at its finest. Located in pearl district, hotel Emma sits center stage in a very charming environment. What was once an old brewery is now a cozy hotel with modern luxury finishes. The service matches the 5 start prices and interior. Highly recommended!
I like the location of the hotel to downtown san antonio.
Location of hotel There was no hot water and no water pressure during the shower, rates were not the ones published on Internet
I loved the clean room. I am very picky about restrooms being clean and this one was spotless. I loved the bed and pillows, I felt I was sleeping on a cloud. The hotel staff was also very nice and friendly and I would defenitly go back again. Two flat screen T.V. A+
Just 2 blocks from the Riverwalk which was great! They have a great pool, Starbucks in the room and wonderful sitting area. We arrived during the day, so received a primo valet parking spot. I wish there were exercise mats in the fitness center, for those of us who do sit-ups.
The hotel is nice ...rooms are nice, not huge but it works ...it's 1 block to the trolley stop which is convenient too and there's a nice pool area too. It's a good location for getting around the downtown area and driving to Fiesta Texas and Sea World. The breakfast was okay but not what it's made out to be. Booking.com could not find out reservation. We called the hotel directly and they found it. We also told them we had 5 of us and they suggested we get a roll-away so we thought that would be more comfortable than the sofa bed (Which we thought it had) It turned out to be only a sofa and when we arrived and asked about it, they said they didn't have any - was against fire regulations.
I liked the distance we had because we could walk to the mall,riverwalk,resturants.ect.And if we was to go back we would maybe stay there again. the only thing I didnt like was that the first night we got there the valet we had was that our vehicle had been parked in a pretty dark place and unsecured we were worried that someone could break in our vehiclewhere it was parked the first night but then our soulution was fixed .then when we got back to our room after we got back at almost 12:00 midnight we had to change rooms because our room stunk and the floor by the a/c was soaked we got some belongings wet our shoes and my sons laptop case got soaked. But they droped our parking fee.
Cleanliness of room and friendly staff None
Great location close to the Riverwalk and Alamo, on-site restaurant and bar, very comfortable beds, the room had a separate sitting area with a couch, armchair, and second lcd tv (this was very practical when our 3 year old son was sleeping). No microwave in the room, Air conditioner was rather noisy, had to pay $15 a day extra for parking
Location good and room facilities very good. Road noise was very bad and would stop me returning on a subsequent visit.
this hotel had an air of comfort, cleanliness, and fun! We absolutely loved it . Location was the best ever!
The hotel was very close to the river walk. It was probably only a quarter mile from an entrance. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. There were plenty of towels. No issues
The closeness to the activities we wanted to participate in
I was in San Antonio due to my mother being hospitalized. I had been at her bedside all week and my family came for the weekend. I needed to relax and get some rest. Casey front desk reception was very kind and went out her way to make our stay wonderful. Walking thebeautiful grounds and being poolside was very relaxing. We always stay at Marriott hotelservices but definitely choose Hilton in our future stays. Nothing comes to mind.
The amenities of this well laid out hotel were everything that I would have expected from a Hilton spa and hotel. From the fire pit seating areas and heated pools to the decor and spacious rooms, I very much enjoyed the hotel itself. First. We arrived at almost 1pm to find that we were not able to check in. No rooms were ready. Next. The staff. It seemed that there were as many trainees as there were experienced staff (not very many of either). At the bar restaurant, there was only one experienced server. She was great and did the best with what she had. However, she couldn't keep up with everyone in the restaurant and train a new person, too. It took a very long time to get our food (some good, some not good) and drinks and there wasn't more than 20 people in the restaurant. I can only imagine how understaffed the kitchen was as well (we were there for about 2.5 hours). The breakfast restaurant seemed to suffer from the same lack of trained, attentive staff. The housekeeping staff were noisy and yelled down the hall to each other in the morning. Not professional at all.
Got an executive room on the 5th floor Great view Very clean/clean Felt Welcome by the front desk I was provided free wifi My only complaint was that there were some loud people in the hallway horse-playing but it was taken care of quickly.
The hotel is quite nice and the rooms are really good. Is located in a easy to get location and near a lot of POI. The staff is the worst I have seen in my life. Housekeeping didn't leave towels in the room and not only one day but several days and more than 1 room that my family had for our stay, I told these to the people on the reception but I don't know if they didn't do anything or the housekeeping didn't understand. The firt day we had breakfast at the hotel but since it was so slow and bad the rest of the days we decided to go out. Even the bar was lame and closed like 9 pm. I think the rooms and the hotel is good but has the worst manager I have seen in mi life.
Over all rooms were nice. No coffee in the lobby. House keeping knocked on the door to come clean while we were getting ready. We told them we weren't quite ready. They never came back. After we returned that evening, the beds were not made and the dirty towels were still on the floor.
Needs a fridge in room
I liked the fact that it was clean, close to where I was traveling and reasonable. I booked the executive floor hoping that there would be no kids in the lounge while I was working. That wasn't the case.
ordered towels...never came spa/steam room "closed" on the days I was staying!!! no weights in the weight room on tap beer was sour out of steak!! tried to check in at 3:40...no rooms??? That was ridiculous..made to wait until exactly 4pm out of marshmallows! Can't even pay cash for smores..must charge to a credit card?? smores should be provided FREE staff was not concerned or urgent about anything!!
Very relaxing and family oriented. Great experience. Definitely going back. We were told that a movie was going to be played but not that night and nobody knew why. Everyone kept saying that they were working on it and nothing was ever set up so the movie never played.
The place is really kid friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids. My kids enjoyed the s'mores and the movie. Staff is really great
Very attentive and friendly staff that always paid attention to the details Clear display of facility/amenity hours within the room without having to go down to the front desk
Rooms were stylishly decorated, beds were comfortable, free wifi, close to airport and shopping, plenty of parking. Rooms were a bit small. Bathroom was tiny. Large wardrobe took up a lot of space. Could hear people talking in the halways as they walked past.
Comfortable, clean, great location, overall great value for the money. I paid $99 + taxes. Only one complaint: there is NOWHERE to put a towel or your clothes in the restroom. You literally have to place them on the toilet or on the floor. Not cool. Install some racks or fixture for us to put our things.
Your choice of beer or wine in the evenings along with some snacks - on the house. Nice touch. Complimentary breakfast is a notch above the ordinary which was nice. Short stay, second time at this location. I'll be back
Easy travel access. Good supply of wines by the glass. Boom Boom Shrimp was an excellent appetizer. Front desk staff was very helpful. OK at best from a Marriott. Used to much better overall from Marriott. It's a little isolated compared to other properties in the area. For the two weeks I was there, only one elevator out of three was working. When ordering food at the bar, service was slooooooow and food was barely warm when it arrived. Bar staff tended to disappear for long periods of time. Stay was extended for a second week. Daily rate went up almost double. Checked out and went to another hotel. Fair value for my initial stay, not worth double.
Facility was clean and nice Did not get the room i researved and booked for 4 adults and got a single king... Had to argue to get pillows and blankets for the other two people staying in the room... Not sure where the disconnect is but poor follow through
Front desk and manager Had to wait 1 hour to get room
I liked the comfort of the beds. The breakfast was very poor. They only had fruits, coffee, pancakes. Nothing compared to other hotels .
For the low price it was very good!!! The breakfast was about average but the room had a big bed and a puli out coach. Staff was extremely friendly abdomen helpful. If I ever return to San Antonio I will be staying here again!! Ironing board in the room was flimsy but I could live with it!!
Don't think that because of the great rates you're not getting a quality place because you are. We were only going to stay one night and ended up staying three. Unmatched service alone guarantees we'll be coming back. Not one time in our 3 night stay did we find a single flaw in the room, property or staff. The location is strategic as it is close to the awesome Riverwalk and also to most freeway on ramps. From the minute we checked in, we were offered suggestions on where to go, eat, coupons, and maps. We interacted with all of the staff, including the General Manager, day and night, and all we're professional and helpful. We are not just recommending it, we are coming back.
Very nice, clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. N/a
Tge staff were very helpful and attentive. The pool area was dirty and I got bitten by what looked like bed bug bites within minutes of sitting on the pool furniture. So I was totally on edge the rest of the night.
Excellent Staff, Nice property, Wonderful breakfast, Great value. The right elevator was incredibly slow, Documentation stated courtesy cell chargers were available but were not.
Staff was very friendly. Could not ask for a better room for an extended stay. All rooms have a couch and desk separated from the sleeping area with a partition. Perfect for what I needed. If you are going to book an extended stay, book it through Hyatt rather than Kayak to get rewards points.
I liked the hotel employees for the most part, the view from the 6th was nice. Rooms were clean and spot on as described in kayak. Breakfast was good and looked forward to. I didn't like how busy it eventually got. There was a lot of kids which seemed like it was more than what the hotel rooms were offering. The greeters when first entering were a little awkward, maybe tired.
Clean, friendly. The view in room 309 was blocked.
The bed and room was really comfy, we drove down from the border of Wisconsin and Illinois to attend a wedding on 3/21/15. So rest was greatly needed. We stayed on the first floor and our neighbor was frantically yelling and arguing with whoever was in the room with him. This went on for an hour and half, beginning at 10pm, I then had to wait in line around 11:30 for about 15 minutes waiting to address the ongoing issue. The customer service was really slow, and the others waiting in line as civil as we were, understood that there was one associate working. However, it was really late, and it took way too long compared to other hotel branches. Also, our toilet in the room was a hit or miss, it was a repetitive flush then no flush.
Our air conditioner didn't work and the tech didn't know how to fix it.
The location was surrounded with great restaurants, the scenery was cool, and the staff was extremely nice. The pillows were way too soft. It took three pillows to equal one regular pillow. Surprisingly, the bed felt old and worn. It's was even hard to sleep in it. The glass cups that are used for drinking had some powdery white substance on the bottom in the inside.
Location; Airpot transfer was prompt. -Noise from heating duct -they did nothing about it.Internet connection was supposed to have been available-it never happened; the staff provided 800 number which was not responded by any one for terribly long time. I could never use my laptop to check important stuff thru internet connection.
desk staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived and dining room staff were also very pleasant
Really liked the wild west look of the hotel and the breakfast was excellent. Did not like the fact we were told on arrival that we may not have a room due to them being fully booked. Absolute disgrace after travelling half way around the world. Luckily they had one room left if we had arrived any later we would not have got the room. What the hell would we of done. Bookings.com you need to sort your game out!
Location We cannot add HHonnors points for our stay due to the 3rd party booking.
Nice location if event is in area. Overall clean nice features and good room. I booked through special deal which got me a handicapped room but was changed to regular with fridge and microwave. Nice pool and court Yard in hotel which had a jacuzzi. Very comfortable beds but seem like smaller that queen larger than twin perhaps full? But comfortable. Front desk staff were a little rude under pressure. Configuration of hotel is strange. No Air conditioning in some hallways. Even though I had a fridge and microwave my fridge had food from someone's previous stay. Only 1 set of air conditioned elevators the other one is by pool and outside. Parking fill up fast and some of hotel is under maintenence.
The room smelled moist. The room looked outdated and the bed was hard. There was nothing special to that place. The staff was ok. I will not gk back.
It was well maintained. We picked it for the location to the airport and they had a shuttle to take you there.
Everything was in order and staff very warm! No.
The hotel room was filthy. Toilet was clogged and the sheets were stained.
Ease of check in and check out. Felt the bathroom was small. Also, where the desk was located and placed made it very tight to sit and work.
This hotel is clearly older than ones that I have stayed in the past. I had a suite which was perfect for my needs The staff were extremely friendly and prompt when it came to requests. The restaurant was okay but overpriced for the quality of food. Also, the location was not really inconvenient if you did not have a car as you were surrounded by mostly corporate office buildings. However, for a 1-2 night stay, it was fine.
When I travel I always try to stay in a Crowne Plaza Hotel (Dallas, Addison, San Antonio, etc.). The hotels are always clean, comfortable, very attractive, helpful, and the staff is always courteous and professional. I especially appreciate the Business Center so I can stay in touch with my office and keep up with my class homework.
Location and price. The bed was terrible.
Nothing! Very unprofessional!
I love the fact that they dont charge for pets and they even rovide you with a pet bed, bowls and treats all for FREE. I had to go to sleep early because of my training early next day and other guests were quite lound, maybebecause my room was close to the lobby and pool table also while they walk through the hallway they were laghing and being load . This is not the hotels foult I believe but the rudeness of people.
No complaints Nothing. Was very nice
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were as well.
