Pros: New, modern hotel with nice rooms. Okay breakfast - better than Holiday Inn as one would expect.
Cons: Incredibly bad sound insulation through the floors. We complained several times about neighbors who had very loud children left unattended into the late hours and the staff did nothing about it. They also did not provide any concessions or apologies. They could also not figure out providing free parking as part of our rate right up until we checked out and had to get it adjusted. We got locked out of our room and it took a very long time for them to send an engineer to bring the emergency keys. Overall, I would not come back here unless there was a really good deal going.

Pros: I love the bed!! I rode my bike from San Francisco to La in the Aidslifecyle event. After camping all week - the sunset marquis is divine! The bed is the best !
Cons: The only thing was wifi connectivity was poor in hotel-when I was trying to get my lyft app to work... had to have a cab take me to the airport.
Pros: Had a few issues with missing stuff. Still looking for stuff that shouldn't be missing? Very confused how my guests 'lost items' when only the staff was on location. Then poof it's gone.
Cons: I did not. Care for the staff going in to the room often. And when a guest was sleeping the staff went in the room. Not very safe feeling. Didn't enjoy the feeling.
Pros: Amazing mattress. Beautiful.
Pros: Position and quiet room
Cons: Payment of the internet, smal standard room for price, too high price...
Pros: The location is excellent.
Cons: There is no in room microwave oven. You have to call room service to have ice delivered to the room. The overall appearance of the hotel is run down. The elevator in the main lobby is out of service. They charge you for the internet/Wi-Fi connection.
Pros: It is truly cool hotel in the best sense. A real oasis.
Cons: It has 2 great pools, but they can be cold. Please get a hot tub.
Pros: Great, comfortable beds. Good turndown service.
Cons: Cleaning woman was creepy. Came to our door multiple times per day to see when she could clean. She wanted to have 5 minute conversations when she came. Hotel was great other than that.
Pros: Good service and excellent rooms
Pros: Great location, sleek and sexy hotel
Cons: Parking options limited and expensive
Pros: Large room, nice bathroom, great brunch.
Cons: Shower curtain! Not a very nice view.
Pros: The service was excellent. The room was very clean. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfy. I will stay here again just to sleep in the fluffy down blankets and pillows of this hotel's bed. I hope every room is like that.
Cons: A lot of photos showed a big soaking tub in the bathroom that I was really excited for, and though we had a very large (big enough for 3-4 people if that's your thing) shower, we did not have a bath tub. *sad face.
Pros: Exceptional customer service
Cons: Smaller rooms only have a queen size bed. Parking is $40/night and wifi is also something you have to pay for
This private, Mediterranean-style, all-suite hotel is on a residential street in West Hollywood, a half-block from the nightclubs of famed Sunset Strip and 1 mile from Beverly Hills.
West Hollywood's iconic Sunset Tower offers a uniquely personal and elegant experience, combining modern convenience with old world charm. Widely known as the crown jewel of the Sunset Strip, this landmark building has served as a residence to countless Hollywood legends including Errol Flynn, Claudette Colbert, John Wayne, Elizabeth Taylor, Frank Sinatra, Marylin Monroe and Howard Hughes. The property includes 81 subtly luxurious suites and rooms, a majority of which feature floor-to-ceiling windows that offer unrivaled views of the Hollywood Hills and downtown Los Angeles. Sunset Tower's top-notch modern brasserie the Tower Bar offers an elegant haven for the discerning, with the allure of an old Hollywood style rendezvous. The critically acclaimed cuisine takes its inspiration from classic American brasseries with a distinctly Californian focus on fresh local ingredients. The intimate walnut paneled room with sweeping views of the city is steeped in history, and ably administered by its famous matre d', Dimitri Dimitrov. Guests sip cocktails in flattering rose-colored light, lulled by famed jazz pianists. Guests may also dine on breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner at the Terrace poolside grill or through 24-hour room service, as well as partake in an array of services at the property's glamorous salon and spa, home to some of the most celebrated stylists, aestheticians, therapists and med-spa practitioners from around the globe.
Pros: Loved the modern look with the retro flair, great location, $5 uber ride to citywalk.
Cons: Our room lock did not work properly, you had to push and force it open.
Pros: It was unique with every room having different murals and great location, very friendly hotel staff, and they even have a coffee/espresso machine at all hours of the night as well as pastries provided in the morning! Would definitely recommend for a trip to LA and will be staying here again!
Cons: Limited parking in front so have to park in the back lot
Located in the heart of Burbank, this hotel is within 1 mi (2 km) of Walt Disney Studios, Warner Brothers Studio, and NBC Studios. Universal Studios Hollywood® is 2.4 mi (3.8 km) away.
Pros: Put simply, this is a dumpy hotel with cheap face lifts to the rooms...you are paying for one thing and one thing only, the address of "Sunset Blvd"
It's way over priced for the cool factor you actually receive.
The visual shots try to make it look like a trendy boutique hotel but the rooms and facilities are lipstick on a pig. I had the same experience at The Standard.
The W Beverly Hills or SLS Beverly Hills will give you WAYYYY more cool, hip and chique factor while actually delivering high end facilities, quality rooms, etc
Pros: Liked the lobby, free water and snacks. Great sunset view.
Cons: Rooms were outdated and looked used... not fresh. So much potential.
Pros: Rooftop pool can't be beat, nice rooms, awesome staff, great location. Great time!
Cons: Switched rooms because we had a room next to the elevator, where you can hear the elevator swooshing up and down all day & night. They were great about switching rooms and now we know to request not to have a room ending in "01" on our next visit.
Pros: Really cool hipster vibe
Cons: Staff amazing friendly efficient made me feel very comfortable

Andaz West Hollywood features a 239 rooms with sophisticated, modern design inspired by the sexy vibe of the Sunset Strip, the glamour of the Hollywood Hills and a renegade rock-and-roll past; RH Restaurant & Bar; a rooftop Sundeck and pool with views of the Los Angeles skyline; and over 9,000 square feet of flexible event space.
Located in the heart of West Hollywood, the Palihouse Holloway is about half a mile (1 kilometer) south of the Sunset Strip and 10 minutes' walk north of Melrose Avenue. Beverly Hills is 1.5 miles (2.4 kilometers) from the aparthotel. Santa Monica is 11 miles (18 kilometers) away.
Traditional brasserie fare is served alfresco in a leafy, brick-lined courtyard. The aparthotel also offers an espresso bar, and an intimate lounge with one-of-a-kind furnishings. Room service is offered during restaurant hours. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout the aparthotel. Pets are permitted for a surcharge.
Spacious, smoke-free suites feature kitchens with top-of-the-line appliances, Italian coffeemakers, cookware, utensils, and dishes. Beds are dressed with Fili d'Oro Egyptian cotton linens and European down pillows. High-definition LCD TVs come with HBO, Bravo, and other premium channels. DVD players are provided. Bose stereo systems include CD players. Marble bathrooms are outfitted with rainfall showers, bathrobes, and luxury bath products from C.O. Bigelow. Connecting rooms are available, as are complimentary infant beds and rollaway beds for a surcharge.
Cons: No hot water in our shower we had to take a cold shower. For 400 dollars a night you should have warm water not ice cold water
Pros: This is a nice hotel, very clean, located in the neighborhood -- within walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife, but not in the middle of it. The rooftop deck and pool are nice additions.
The small gym contained everything I needed to workout during my stay.
Cons: Parking. Parking in West Hollywood is by permit only; so street parking is not an option. Parking in the area is expensive, and the hotel only offers valet, which is $40 PER/NIGHT. $40 per night is an exurbanite fee to charge guests for parking and as much as I enjoyed the hotel, this is what I will remember most when considering a hotel in the area again.
An intimate and stylish West Hollywood retreat well known to rising stars, musicians on tour, and trendsetting celebrities in search of a few days off the grid, Le Parc Suite Hotel blends quiet comfort with easy access to the city’s most glamorous shopping, dining and entertainment. Its 154 suites are spacious enough for extended stays with four-legged friends, while its Skydeck whispers “It’s time to relax.” At Knoll, farm-fresh flavors and elevated classics (think Parmesan Truffle Fries and Lobster Ravioli) shine.
Pros: This hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room I was in was cute. The furniture was nice and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I made my reservation an hour before I was to arrive because my other accommodations didn't work out. I enjoyed my stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Cons: No complaints!
Pros: We loved the pool and hot tub, and the clean and updated facilities. The staff was very helpful, prompt and kind as well.
Cons: The food was too expensive for the quality of what you got to stay at the hotel to eat.

Pros: The room was big and accommodated everyone in my family. The room was clean and tidy.
Cons: We weren't aware of the valet parking and would have rather Park ourselves.
Pros: Everything, everyone was very helpful and pleasant. We will stay here again! Thank you
Pros: What I loved the most was that I was close to everything in LA! Breakfast was delicious! Will be coming back for sure!
Pros: Staff was very nice and room was clean. I have no complaints. Valet parking was free but only because we had to sign up for a rewards program. If we didn't sign up it would have been 7.50 a night.
Pros: My boyfriend and I stayed here because we were going to Universal Studios. The location was perfect only about a 15/20 minute drive. The staff was so nice. I thought the valet parking only would be inconvenient but it actually wasn't. Comfy beds, clean rooms and bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The location was fantastic. Close to everything! And pet friendly. Wonderful staff. Very helpful.
Cons: The only complaint was hearing the traffic noise all night long. Better soundproofing windows on the freeway side of the hotel would greatly help.
Pros: It was like a small apartment. I liked having more than just a bed and a bathroom, very spacious, continental breakfast . Clean, friendly staff, nice location.I have nothing bad to say about it. I would definitely stay there again
Pros: cleanliness and promptness of service
Cons: well, we just stayed overnight so I can't really tell more about this hotel but so far we had a good experience.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself while staying there . The staff met all my needs, the breakfast was complete and had a wide variety if options, and the room was clean and well appointed.
Pros: Staff was very helpful, courteous, and , and kind
Cons: Lack if security cameras in the oarking garage
Also, front desk said they gave us a courtyard facing room but we were facing the wall and if you left the curtains open on the window by the bed people from the adjacent hallway could see into your room. The court yard / pool room was but a sliver seen only from the last window by the couch.
Pros: The rooms were nicely arranged. Loved the layout. It was the perfect studio apartment.
Cons: Very clean except but I found a hair on one of the pillows :(. But room was otherwise pristine. Also, after a certain time there is no room or hospitality service you have to walk down to the front desk. Keep windows closed at night there is a train.
Pros: The location was good for travel to Warner Bros and Universal Studios
Cons: We changed room 3 times--the first 2 rooms had old furniture--sofa beds looked awful. The room had an awful odor. We did not want to continue to changing rooms; we sprayed a lot of perfume etc. I will never stay in another hotel which allows pets.
Pros: This place is awesome. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful.
Pros: Real nice place friendly staff and area around was very nice lots to do.
The location of this hotel is perfect. You are walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Our room was very comfortable, it was clean and large. The breakfast was very good and there was so much to choose from. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it.
Pros: I liked the spaciousness of the room and I really liked the large breakfast selection.
Cons: I would have preferred two bathroom sinks.

Cons: valet guy stunk up my car not going back to this hotel because a dirty animal
Pros: Everything was great! Would recommend to others
The Hotel Amarano is an upscale boutique property in the Burbank Media District. The property offers stunning accommodations and luxuriously appointed rooms and suites-with superior service levels. Most of the rooms and suites offer fully equipped kitchenettes for travelers convenience.
Cons: My room was not clean -- dusty furniture, dearty windows, hand cream, that hotel provided dried up.
Cons: Internet was very slow
Pros: Great staff. Beautiful decor. Great room. Good location.
Cons: No complaints
Cons: Did not serve breakfast before 7:00 AM on the weekend. In town for a soccer game and had to leave the property to get breakfast.
Pros: Room was clean and quite big. Room furniture was adequate. It was without frills and fancy.
Cons: The shower area was not properly designed. The shower curtains were not adequate. This cause water to spill over and make the whole floor wet. It became a big mess.
Also the vanity area was very small.
Pros: Location is excellent--lot's to do nearby. Room is comfortable. Wifi is free. coffee pot in room.
Cons: Bed is way too soft. TV has limited channels. Paid parking--$15.00 per day. No full service restaurant--only dinner. Pool is small and hot tub is not inviting. Staff are direct not gracious. No safe in room.

Pros: Great breakfast
Very friendly staff
Bed was comfortable
Cons: Sofa bed was not comfortable

Cons: Noisy in room refrigerator kept waking us up in the middle of the night.

Pros: I liked the location of this Best Western because it was close to the California freeway system. The streets surrounding the hotel were wide and traffic was at a minimum so the area was quiet. The hotel is close to wonderful restaurants too.
Also, the breakfast each morning was upgraded from the past years that we had stayed at the hotel. There was a much better selection of foods from which to choose.
Cons: Nothing at this time because our stay was very satisfactory.
Pros: Service and staff were great!
Pros: Plenty of parking., quite and clean.
Cons: Pool was too small. Free breakfast had powered eggs and no bacon or sausage.
Pros: Beds were comfortable with nice pillows. Nice bathrooms. Quiet rooms. Clean.

Pros: Best place to stay when going to Universal Studios, and I go a lot. There's a free shuttle that takes you to the entrance of City Walk or you can walk there in less than 10 minutes via the pedestrian bridge.
Pros: Everything was perfect
Pros: Staff and less than 10 minutes walking distance to Universal studio
Cons: Wait for elevator and parking was pricey
Pros: The room was spacious...good pillows. Good gym, nice pool.
Cons: Two elevators were out (and have been for 3 years!), making trips up and down sometimes very lengthy. You can call the operator each time you go to the elevator asking to be picked up, but how ridiculous for a hotel of this caliber.
Restaurant food was boring. All three places to eat at the hotel had the same menu, with tiny differences. The first meal or two it is fine, you can find alternate foods to eat, but after a few days, a change is necessary. It cost $18 for a so-called, all you can eat 'continental breakfast'...yogurt, fruit, cereal, muffins and coffee! This Hilton is near the Universal City Walk, all franchise restaurants so no good food nearby for real foodies...if you like buffets with all you can eat, this is your place.
Pros: Walking distance to universal and reasonable droving distance to many LA locations.
Cons: Cost of parking.
Pros: Staff was great, location to other attractions
Cons: The parking garage was pricey considering I paid 200.00 a night
should get a discount when staying. The elevators were all not in service. Breakfast was too expensive for a weeks stay. I couldn't find a salon inside for service.
Pros: Close to Universal Studios
Cons: The outside hallway carpet was greasy and muddy. Even after having them clean it, we continued to bring grease and grime and dirt into our hotel room. Our entry walkway was pretty disgusting because of it.
Pros: The staff, the comfy beds, location
Cons: Funny smells, noisy electronics/shower, parking price. The place is good but could use an update
Pros: The pool, corner room & breakfast.
Cons: The parking situation upon arrival.

Pros: Everything was great. Was only there for a night, but staff was very attentive.
Cons: You had to pay extra for parking.
Pros: Steak salad from room service was exceptional! Employees were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Toilet stopped up. Hallways smelled musty. Bedspread smelled like someone's perfume - obviously was not washed before I arrived. Woodwork was full of nicks and scratches. Very dissapointing for a Marriott.
Pros: We stayed there before going to vegas for our honeymoon... Awesome place, staff is extremely friendly, totally recommended
Pros: I loved the bed but that's about it.
Cons: When I first checked in I was carrying my baby and luggage and had my son follow. Got all the way to my room and my key didn't work so i had to drag it all back down and carry it all back up a second time. The shower clogged up. The tv was in & out and some channels didn't have any volume?! No fridge, no microwave, no table for us to eat on.... (There was a desk my son ate on but me & my husband had to eat standing up or on the bed) Parking is $21 a night for guest. You have to pay for wifi & breakfast.
Pros: Great staff
Cons: Double queen beds seemed a little small and mattresses were not very comfortable.
Pros: The pool area at night was beautiful
Cons: The only thing I would mention is that the additional parking fee was not clear when I booked, I ve found out of this at the hotel
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: No breakfast for guests unless you pay at the restaurant or order room service.
Pros: Great value for the price. Only thing that I can point out was check in. We had to wait for a room to get cleaned even though we were checking in 2 hrs past regular check in. Also no hot tub. :( staff was top notch. I have never had towels delivered so fast. I swear they were to us before I hung up, haha
Pros: We liked pretty much everything. There's a pool, fitness center, & gift shop. There's also a fully functioning restaurant (The Daily Grill) that is open early & closes late. Great place to have people in the area meet us for food or drinks. Very comfortable rooms with everything you need included.
Cons: It was nice to have a parking lot in the hotel, but if you opted not to go with Valet, it was a little bit of a walk to get to the lobby with suitcases & such. Adding to that, the parking lot is shared with airport travelers, so there were times at night where we were concerned we wouldn't find any spaces, even though we were hotel guests. But, it still worked out, there were a couple of hidden spots. My biggest complaint is that the air-conditioning unit in our room was very loud & would wake us up throughout the night whenever it clicked on. On a minor note, the business area in the room with the extra outlets had blown a fuse & no power was coming out of it. We let the front desk know. Over-all, these are small complaints (other than the AC).
Pros: The Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly but the parking wasn't free, $21 dollare a day. Yikes!
Cons: No free parking.
Pros: Room was very clean and staff was very polite.

Cons: There was not much nearby that was walking distance, but easy enough to get an über to take you to nearby sights/activities.
Pros: Staff was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable. A little off the beaten path but seemingly a nice neighborhood.
Cons: I asked for a pre noon check in online the day before and I was not allowed to check in until 3 pm.
In Burbank's media hub, this hotel is a 1.5 miles (2.4 kilometer) from Warner Bros. Studios, and 3.5 miles (5.6 kilometers) from Universal Studios. Grauman's Chinese Theatre and the Hollywood Walk of Fame are 5.1 miles (8.2 kilometers) away.
Pros: Beautiful, luxurious, and spacious always a favorite place to stay. Great location close to weho and Hollywood
Cons: The sofa sleeper was a bit uncomfortable and I wish the beds were just a little softer maybe just add a feather bed? (This is just nit-picking)

Cons: These people think it's ok to drill into door frames at 730 am. Most unbelievably loud experience ever. Will never stay here again
Pros: The walls in this hotel are paper thin. You hear everything. Other than that, a nice hotel.
Pros: Friendly staff on arrival.
Cons: The ceiling/walls seemed paper thin as noise was excessive from people walking in the room above. Also the noise coming from thin windows.
Upon leaving I advised the man on checkout about the noise and my dissatisfaction. He chose to ignore my concern and seemed more interested in charging me for mini bar use. The other girl who he seemed to be training apologized for the noise.
This interaction did not make for a good impression of The Grafton.
Cons: No hot tub
Pros: Great staff and fabulous pool area. Really was treated great would come back again for sure!
Cons: Room was comfortable but a wee tacky. And very few places for guests at poolside if you did not have a suite which opened onto pool-those chairs were all reserved, leaving only one small table.
The Grafton on Sunset promotes unique accommodations in the heart of LA
Pros: The gym was better than other hotel gyms and it was well maintained.
The staff was fantastic. I dealt with 3-4 different staff members both over the phone and in person, and all did everything they could to accommodate.
Cons: I checked in and the room smelled like smoke (room 114). I called the front desk and Grant was able to get me into another room and apologized for the inconvenience. I went to room 111 and it smelled the exact same. I didn't bother trying again.
Hotel is overpriced.
Pros: The location was good being next to the 405fwy and the 101fwy. Getting anywhere in LA seemed easy at this location.
Cons: The person on staff that attended me didn't seem to pleased to help me and was quite rude. Her greeting was not pleasing at all felt like she didn't care. I didn't even bother to call the front desk and tell them the bathtub was clogged. Would I stay here again. If that lady is still on staff I would stay away from her.
Pros: Pretty spacious . Nice lighting .
Cons: Not enough blankets
Pros: Nice and clean
Cons: I rented this room 2 months in advance when I was going to my room their was no parking spaces they have 180 rooms and 140 parking spaces the clerk said they did not guaranty a parking space having 2 young children I arrive at midnight to the hotel with no parking I ask cleck for a refund CLERK SAID HE REFUND DEPOSIT BUT It was not possible to get my money from expedia. Plain and simple Dont expect to get a parking space come solo....
Pros: I liked the location, it was pretty much 15-20 min away from everything. There's a Denny's right next to the hotel, which you can get room service from until midnight but it's open 24 hours so you can still walk over. The room had a lot of mirrors. The pool is small but convenient for kids.
Cons: Parking became difficult to find when you get back late, but it was also 4th of July weekend so they were probably all booked. There were some people smoking right outside their rooms.
Cons: Very close to the freeway so lots of traffic noise for the light sleeper....but they do provide earplugs!
Pros: Checking in and out was easy due to the very easy going ans helpful staff. We were there for an event and the location worked out great. Also just down the way arw a bunch of great places to eat.
Cons: I mainly chose this place because it had a high cleanliness rating. The rooms were fairy dirty and things were falling apart. One of the lights didn't turn on, dust was very visible ans there was a red/brownish stain on the bathroom wall by the switch.
Cons: No complimentary breakfast. There's a Denny's on site, where the food can b good or not so good. (Different chefs?). No King beds available, although this may be because I made a late reservation.
Pros: Clean room and comfortable beds
Cons: Check in was a bit slow
Pros: Comfort of toom
Cons: Bed too soft and lumpy
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Great helpful courteous staff. Denny's on-site & room service convenient.
Cons: Street noise, no sleep timer on TV remote, stained carpet, got bit by something the first night.

Pros: The modern amenities, quality, location was perfect,
Cons: The fees were high for an average size of room. I've paid that much in the past (Oxnard ~ Garden Inn) but they have small kitchenettes, free bfast & dinner.
Pros: Ita the nicest holiday inn i hqve ever seen and the girl at the front desk told me it was the biggest too. Also PARKING IS FREE. . . A rarity in LA
Cons: It was all good
Pros: I enjoyed the entertainment Friday and Saturday night. Kareoke and the house band were awesome
Cons: The pool area could use some upgrades and a jacuzzi
Cons: My only suggestion is that the room service could be a bit nicer for the price... plasticware?
Pros: The rooms were very nice and comfy. Nice size bathroom.
Cons: The non-smoking rooms wreaked of disgusting stale cigarettes. As a non-smoker, it made me gag!!
Pros: Had frig and mirowave in the room .
Cons: Our room had a connecting door in it. The one night someone in the other room went to sleep with his tv volume up. beginning of the night we were able to sleep but as it got to early morning it became a problem. However when we tried to fix problem they quickly helped solve the issue.
Pros: Staff was amazing (though having a newborn with us helped). Young pregnant woman at front desk (didn't catch her name) was exceptionally accomodating.
Cons: First night was broken by several members of a wedding party banging on our door and being loud in general.
Pros: The rooms were amazing, and the view was very beautiful! The workers were very polite and very outgoing
