Pros: New, modern hotel with nice rooms. Okay breakfast - better than Holiday Inn as one would expect.
Cons: Incredibly bad sound insulation through the floors. We complained several times about neighbors who had very loud children left unattended into the late hours and the staff did nothing about it. They also did not provide any concessions or apologies. They could also not figure out providing free parking as part of our rate right up until we checked out and had to get it adjusted. We got locked out of our room and it took a very long time for them to send an engineer to bring the emergency keys. Overall, I would not come back here unless there was a really good deal going.

Pros: I love the bed!! I rode my bike from San Francisco to La in the Aidslifecyle event. After camping all week - the sunset marquis is divine! The bed is the best !
Cons: The only thing was wifi connectivity was poor in hotel-when I was trying to get my lyft app to work... had to have a cab take me to the airport.
Pros: Had a few issues with missing stuff. Still looking for stuff that shouldn't be missing? Very confused how my guests 'lost items' when only the staff was on location. Then poof it's gone.
Cons: I did not. Care for the staff going in to the room often. And when a guest was sleeping the staff went in the room. Not very safe feeling. Didn't enjoy the feeling.
Pros: Amazing mattress. Beautiful.
Pros: Position and quiet room
Cons: Payment of the internet, smal standard room for price, too high price...
Pros: The location is excellent.
Cons: There is no in room microwave oven. You have to call room service to have ice delivered to the room. The overall appearance of the hotel is run down. The elevator in the main lobby is out of service. They charge you for the internet/Wi-Fi connection.
Pros: It is truly cool hotel in the best sense. A real oasis.
Cons: It has 2 great pools, but they can be cold. Please get a hot tub.
Pros: Great, comfortable beds. Good turndown service.
Cons: Cleaning woman was creepy. Came to our door multiple times per day to see when she could clean. She wanted to have 5 minute conversations when she came. Hotel was great other than that.
Pros: Good service and excellent rooms
Pros: Great location, sleek and sexy hotel
Cons: Parking options limited and expensive
Pros: Large room, nice bathroom, great brunch.
Cons: Shower curtain! Not a very nice view.
Pros: The service was excellent. The room was very clean. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfy. I will stay here again just to sleep in the fluffy down blankets and pillows of this hotel's bed. I hope every room is like that.
Cons: A lot of photos showed a big soaking tub in the bathroom that I was really excited for, and though we had a very large (big enough for 3-4 people if that's your thing) shower, we did not have a bath tub. *sad face.
Pros: Exceptional customer service
Cons: Smaller rooms only have a queen size bed. Parking is $40/night and wifi is also something you have to pay for
This private, Mediterranean-style, all-suite hotel is on a residential street in West Hollywood, a half-block from the nightclubs of famed Sunset Strip and 1 mile from Beverly Hills.

The critically acclaimed cuisine takes its inspiration from classic American brasseries with a distinctly Californian focus on fresh local ingredients. The intimate walnut paneled room with sweeping views of the city is steeped in history, and ably administered by its famous matre d', Dimitri Dimitrov. Guests sip cocktails in flattering rose-colored light, lulled by famed jazz pianists. Bose stereo systems include CD players. Marble bathrooms are outfitted with rainfall showers, bathrobes, and luxury bath products from C.O. Bigelow. Connecting rooms are available, as are complimentary infant beds and rollaway beds for a surcharge.
Cons: I booked and paid for a Deluxe King Room with view of Hollywood sign. I received a room near the elevators with a constant machine and elevator running noise. I asked to be moved and was told someone would be right up and after 10 minutes I grew tired of waiting and went down to the front desk. This was already 11PM. I was taken to a new room that had an adjoining door with a party going on in the adjacent room. I asked to be moved AGAIN, eventually to a room with queen bed. The beds were too soft for my taste. There was a curly hair on the soap dish in the shower. I will never stay there again.
Cons: The mattresses were too old and lacked firmness.
Pros: The staff was great. It was right in the middle of Hollywood, nice and clean. Loved the shopping connected to it.
Pros: Staff was ecellent
Cons: Parking a little too expensive
Pros: IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME TO CALIFORNIA FOR MY WIFE AND I ,WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE HOTEL .HOW SPOTLESS EVERYTHING WAS.THE MEN IN THE CONCEIER DESK CHRIS,AND NINO WHERE VERY HELPFUL.THE BUFFET BREAKFEAST WAS THE BEST.
Pros: Hotel was beautiful! Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was fantastic! Our room had a phenomenal view of the Hollywood sign. Pool was gorgeous. All in all, it was the best experience we could have hoped for on our first trip to Tinseltown.
Pros: The hotel was located in a perfect location. I was close to everything I wanted to be near. The pool and other facilities was the best. The room was also very cozy.
Pros: As soon as we stepped out of the car we were treated with such surprising care. The man at valet, Ever (that's his name- EVER, how cute is that?) was so nice that my fiancée and I looked at each other and just shook our heads and laughed. We weren't used to customer service like this. We went to check in early, 1pm, and Melanie at the front desk was able to upgrade us to a corner suite! The entire staff was so professional but without being too stuffy. The hotel was beyond our expectations.
Cons: Not a big deal but there was one little Q-tip outside our room for our stay. We kind of joked that they gave us the Q-tip suite. We also couldn't find coffee in the morning inside the hotel. We had our coffee maker in the room but needed more and didn't want to pay $15 for a pot of coffee at the restaurant.
Pros: The staff were very friendly, and helpful when I checked in. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The mini-bar key didn't work, and it would've been nice to have a fridge to keep some drinks in the fridge, but I didn't inquire with the staff, and I assume they would've rectified that for me if I had.
Nice and central, so traveling for business doesn't mean limited options for food and amenities.
Pros: Loved the location of this hotel. Service was great as well!
Pros: The staff was amazing!! So helpful! The rooms were very comfortable!! The beds were great!! We had a room with a view, and it was fantastic.
Cons: The one big thing that I didn't like was, that there was no fridge in the room. We asked for one and got one for a small charge. The other only thing I didn't like was, that there was no microwave in the room.
The sign. The Hills. Our urban oasis at the corner of Hollywood and Highland is your perfect base for moving and shaking, Hollywood-style.
Cons: No hot water in our shower we had to take a cold shower. For 400 dollars a night you should have warm water not ice cold water
Pros: This is a nice hotel, very clean, located in the neighborhood -- within walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife, but not in the middle of it. The rooftop deck and pool are nice additions.
The small gym contained everything I needed to workout during my stay.
Cons: Parking. Parking in West Hollywood is by permit only; so street parking is not an option. Parking in the area is expensive, and the hotel only offers valet, which is $40 PER/NIGHT. $40 per night is an exurbanite fee to charge guests for parking and as much as I enjoyed the hotel, this is what I will remember most when considering a hotel in the area again.
An intimate and stylish West Hollywood retreat well known to rising stars, musicians on tour, and trendsetting celebrities in search of a few days off the grid, Le Parc Suite Hotel blends quiet comfort with easy access to the city’s most glamorous shopping, dining and entertainment. Its 154 suites are spacious enough for extended stays with four-legged friends, while its Skydeck whispers “It’s time to relax.” At Knoll, farm-fresh flavors and elevated classics (think Parmesan Truffle Fries and Lobster Ravioli) shine.
Pros: After my first stay, I was hooked and have stayed at the Redbury 2x per year for the past several years...rooms are spacious and the interior design is phenomenal. Kitchen area is perfect for breakfast and light snacking. Redbury is studio style home away from home, love it!
With a stay at The Redbury @ Hollywood and Vine, you'll be centrally located in Hollywood, steps from Hollywood Walk of Fame and Hollywood and Vine. This 4-star hotel is close to Dolby Theater and TCL Chinese Theatre.
Make yourself at home in one of the 57 air-conditioned rooms featuring kitchens with refrigerators and stovetops. Your pillowtop bed comes with down comforters. Rooms have private balconies. LCD televisions with cable programming provide entertainment, while wireless Internet access (surcharge) keeps you connected.
Make use of convenient amenities such as complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services, and babysitting/childcare (surcharge). Additional features at this hotel include gift shops/newsstands and complimentary use of a nearby fitness facility.
Enjoy a meal at a restaurant, or stay in and take advantage of the hotel's 24-hour room service. Quench your thirst with your favorite drink at a bar/lounge.
Business, Other Amenities
Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, limo/town car service, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby.
Orange Drive Hostel offers a fantastic location, putting you just a 5-minute walk from TCL Chinese Theatre and Dolby Theater. Guests will have free perks like breakfast and WiFi. Also, Hollywood Walk of Fame and Hollywood Bowl are just a 5-minute drive away.
Pros: The location was fantastic. Close to everything! And pet friendly. Wonderful staff. Very helpful.
Cons: The only complaint was hearing the traffic noise all night long. Better soundproofing windows on the freeway side of the hotel would greatly help.
Pros: It was like a small apartment. I liked having more than just a bed and a bathroom, very spacious, continental breakfast . Clean, friendly staff, nice location.I have nothing bad to say about it. I would definitely stay there again
Pros: cleanliness and promptness of service
Cons: well, we just stayed overnight so I can't really tell more about this hotel but so far we had a good experience.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself while staying there . The staff met all my needs, the breakfast was complete and had a wide variety if options, and the room was clean and well appointed.
Pros: Staff was very helpful, courteous, and , and kind
Cons: Lack if security cameras in the oarking garage
Also, front desk said they gave us a courtyard facing room but we were facing the wall and if you left the curtains open on the window by the bed people from the adjacent hallway could see into your room. The court yard / pool room was but a sliver seen only from the last window by the couch.
Pros: The rooms were nicely arranged. Loved the layout. It was the perfect studio apartment.
Cons: Very clean except but I found a hair on one of the pillows :(. But room was otherwise pristine. Also, after a certain time there is no room or hospitality service you have to walk down to the front desk. Keep windows closed at night there is a train.
Pros: The location was good for travel to Warner Bros and Universal Studios
Cons: We changed room 3 times--the first 2 rooms had old furniture--sofa beds looked awful. The room had an awful odor. We did not want to continue to changing rooms; we sprayed a lot of perfume etc. I will never stay in another hotel which allows pets.
Pros: This place is awesome. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful.
Pros: Real nice place friendly staff and area around was very nice lots to do.
The location of this hotel is perfect. You are walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Our room was very comfortable, it was clean and large. The breakfast was very good and there was so much to choose from. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it.
Pros: I liked the spaciousness of the room and I really liked the large breakfast selection.
Cons: I would have preferred two bathroom sinks.

Pros: The hotel is within walking distance to shopping and dining. The hotel is also in great location for many sites and activities (beaches, Hollywood, Universal Studioy, etc.). Embassy as usual has the best breakfasts.
Cons: I wish the parking was free but when in Rome........
There was really nothing I didn't like about this hotel.
Pros: Absolutely nothing. I couldn't wait to get outta that hotel.
Cons: Everything. The staff-rude, non-friendly. Poor customer service skills, Experienced BED BUGS in the rooms, Rooms were not cleaned, Food on the floor-scattered- from previous customer, Toilets had urine & pubic hair all over, sink had toothpaste markings from others, Stains & Water damage on the walls--felt like a motel 6!! Not Embassey Suites at $200+/night!! Then having to fight for what's right to please the customer after horrible vacation experience. Ruined everything. Will never stay here again.
Pros: great room, space, and vibe
Cons: Man in front questioned if I parked inside or not even after I told him I'm moving my car. I parked outside instead. I was also charged inappropriately for the parking
Pros: Check in was fast and easy, afternoon reception was nice: glass of wine and a snack. Free breakfast was great, so easy to go downstairs and get a bite to eat, I'm let station, bacon, eggs, fruit, cereal.. very complete breakfast with lots of seating. The room was also very clean, we had a view of the lobby but it was fine. The beds were super comfy and bathroom was large and clean. Location was easy to find and right off the freeway exit and 10 min from universal studios.
Cons: The parking was $14 a day which is a little steep in my opinion. The power went out for about 10 min, but the elevators were out of service for 2 hours until one elevator was back in service, which made it difficult to take the luggage down. Other than that great hotel.
Pros: Location, staff, everything the hotel had to offer!
Cons: One morning the power went out and we had to go down 12 flights of stairs to get breakfast, then back up 12 flights and back down again to start our day.
Cons: Paying for parking
Pros: Large, inviting hotel with friendly staff and amenities to make this a comfortable place to stay for several nights. Filling, excellent breakfast. In-room wifi and manager's cocktail hour. Loads of parking under the hotel--with plenty of space! The two rooms feel separate---two TVs. This would work well for families I imagine. This will be the hotel I use when I return to Glendale.

Pros: The guy at the front counter was very helpful room was clean but on the street didn't like that didn't seem like a four-star but did have a minibar
Cons: valet guy stunk up my car not going back to this hotel because a dirty animal
Pros: Everything was great! Would recommend to others
The Hotel Amarano is an upscale boutique property in the Burbank Media District. The property offers stunning accommodations and luxuriously appointed rooms and suites-with superior service levels. Most of the rooms and suites offer fully equipped kitchenettes for travelers convenience.
Pros: This hotel was great for us. We got a large room with king bed and fold out queen. It was very clean and the location was great for us, we really appreciated how secure the hotel was. The breakfast in the morning was nice and it was walking distance to many fast food options and a grocery store right across the street.
Cons: The only problem we had was with the shower, it was very clean and nicely redone, but the water pressure was horrible and I don't think the shower head was hooked up correctly. Other than that it was great.
Pros: New carpet, very clean room. Breakfast was great! Plenty of choices. Overall I would definitely recommend.
Cons: Sink was backed up but was taken care of when we reported it.
Pros: Having a variety breakfast, choice of hot or cold and a change every other day. The help in breakfast room always pleasant and kept everything filled, and cleaned up after the messy people.
Cons: Didn't like having to pay $5. for a refrigerator in room, they were remodeling practically the whole floor and the cabinets where the micro and refrig went were empty so when we ask for the refrig were told it would be $5. so yes it was worth it for the days we were there although it was not very cold.
Parking was an issue if you had to leave your keys with desk, when you are responsible for a rental having someone else have keys is a worry, and most aggravating is keys that become demagnetized and your room the farthest from desk and your tired and have to go back down for it to be fixed it happened twice

Pros: Best place to stay when going to Universal Studios, and I go a lot. There's a free shuttle that takes you to the entrance of City Walk or you can walk there in less than 10 minutes via the pedestrian bridge.
Pros: Everything was perfect
Pros: Staff and less than 10 minutes walking distance to Universal studio
Cons: Wait for elevator and parking was pricey
Pros: The room was spacious...good pillows. Good gym, nice pool.
Cons: Two elevators were out (and have been for 3 years!), making trips up and down sometimes very lengthy. You can call the operator each time you go to the elevator asking to be picked up, but how ridiculous for a hotel of this caliber.
Restaurant food was boring. All three places to eat at the hotel had the same menu, with tiny differences. The first meal or two it is fine, you can find alternate foods to eat, but after a few days, a change is necessary. It cost $18 for a so-called, all you can eat 'continental breakfast'...yogurt, fruit, cereal, muffins and coffee! This Hilton is near the Universal City Walk, all franchise restaurants so no good food nearby for real foodies...if you like buffets with all you can eat, this is your place.
Pros: Walking distance to universal and reasonable droving distance to many LA locations.
Cons: Cost of parking.
Pros: Staff was great, location to other attractions
Cons: The parking garage was pricey considering I paid 200.00 a night
should get a discount when staying. The elevators were all not in service. Breakfast was too expensive for a weeks stay. I couldn't find a salon inside for service.
Pros: Close to Universal Studios
Cons: The outside hallway carpet was greasy and muddy. Even after having them clean it, we continued to bring grease and grime and dirt into our hotel room. Our entry walkway was pretty disgusting because of it.
Pros: The staff, the comfy beds, location
Cons: Funny smells, noisy electronics/shower, parking price. The place is good but could use an update
Pros: The pool, corner room & breakfast.
Cons: The parking situation upon arrival.

Pros: The beds are incredibly comfortable and the location is fantastic! It's very easy to get to and it's a nice modern hotel. The bar is really awesome here too.
Cons: We've stayed here several times and loved it but the rooms smelled like smoke this time. We had to switch rooms because of this and the staff wasn't very apologetic about the situation. We also noticed how paper thin the walls are and I've always disliked how much they charge for parking.
Pros: The rooms were big and clean. Very comfortable!
Cons: Our toilet backed up... Wasn't from a giant turd or anything though.. (my wife did it)
Pros: Restaurant was great
Cons: Charge for parking
Pros: The hotel is in a good location, right off the freeway. The room was nice and big, and breakfast was quite good.
Pros: The location was perfect for our visit to the area and the comfort of the hotel.
Cons: Having to pay $19.00 per day for parking.
Pros: It was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The television was nice too. The coffee was delicious.
Cons: The fact that I was given a room next to testosterone fueled college athletes. They were extremely rowdy, yelling in the halls and slamming doors. The guys in the room directly next to mine kept yelling so loud, it was as if though in the room with me. I was a little worried at first thinking they were arguing and that it would escalate. Luckily, it didn't go further than yelling and slamming doors.
Cons: The parking fair is charged on the card you leave on file. Self Peking however you are required to pay 18 dollars a day. Not a way we wanted to spend our honeymoon
Pros: I was super impressed by the staff at the Hotel.
Cons: Can't think of anything
Pros: I loved it. Don't like how pricey it was for one night but overall it was a good experience. The only downfall was the shower because theres no rail for the water to not get out of the shower! So water gets everywhere!
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and caring. When I checked in, I was talking with the front desk and i told her about my crazy travel day with canceled flights, she said I would like to buy you a drink. She called the bar and told them I would be down and the first drink, no matter what is on the house.
Overall great place to stay if your working in Pasadena, Glendale, and Burbank areas.
Cons: I had a great stay.
Pros: EXTREMELY convenient location (near the freeway, Trader Joe's, gas station, and Walgreens), with plenty of great dining options nearby. Crab Boil Ave. and Porto's Bakery & Cafe were my favorite.
Pros: Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Friendly front service. Gift/snack shop located near lobby.
Cons: $19 a night to park in their garage & the parking spots are for small compact cars. The walls are thin and our room was across from the ice machine. Needless to say but I got little sleep the one night I spent there. For a Hilton I expected much more.

Pros: Everything was great. Was only there for a night, but staff was very attentive.
Cons: You had to pay extra for parking.
Pros: Steak salad from room service was exceptional! Employees were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Toilet stopped up. Hallways smelled musty. Bedspread smelled like someone's perfume - obviously was not washed before I arrived. Woodwork was full of nicks and scratches. Very dissapointing for a Marriott.
Pros: We stayed there before going to vegas for our honeymoon... Awesome place, staff is extremely friendly, totally recommended
Pros: I loved the bed but that's about it.
Cons: When I first checked in I was carrying my baby and luggage and had my son follow. Got all the way to my room and my key didn't work so i had to drag it all back down and carry it all back up a second time. The shower clogged up. The tv was in & out and some channels didn't have any volume?! No fridge, no microwave, no table for us to eat on.... (There was a desk my son ate on but me & my husband had to eat standing up or on the bed) Parking is $21 a night for guest. You have to pay for wifi & breakfast.
Pros: Great staff
Cons: Double queen beds seemed a little small and mattresses were not very comfortable.
Pros: The pool area at night was beautiful
Cons: The only thing I would mention is that the additional parking fee was not clear when I booked, I ve found out of this at the hotel
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: No breakfast for guests unless you pay at the restaurant or order room service.
Pros: Great value for the price. Only thing that I can point out was check in. We had to wait for a room to get cleaned even though we were checking in 2 hrs past regular check in. Also no hot tub. :( staff was top notch. I have never had towels delivered so fast. I swear they were to us before I hung up, haha
Pros: We liked pretty much everything. There's a pool, fitness center, & gift shop. There's also a fully functioning restaurant (The Daily Grill) that is open early & closes late. Great place to have people in the area meet us for food or drinks. Very comfortable rooms with everything you need included.
Cons: It was nice to have a parking lot in the hotel, but if you opted not to go with Valet, it was a little bit of a walk to get to the lobby with suitcases & such. Adding to that, the parking lot is shared with airport travelers, so there were times at night where we were concerned we wouldn't find any spaces, even though we were hotel guests. But, it still worked out, there were a couple of hidden spots. My biggest complaint is that the air-conditioning unit in our room was very loud & would wake us up throughout the night whenever it clicked on. On a minor note, the business area in the room with the extra outlets had blown a fuse & no power was coming out of it. We let the front desk know. Over-all, these are small complaints (other than the AC).
Pros: The Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly but the parking wasn't free, $21 dollare a day. Yikes!
Cons: No free parking.
Pros: Room was very clean and staff was very polite.

Cons: Noisy. Smoke everywHere. Dirty. Flies in the rooms.
Never stay again
Pros: Location is superb. Staff is friendly. Bed was comfy. Room was quiet
Cons: Construction. Too many cars for parking area.
Pros: Comfy bed, very clean, had everything we needed.
Pros: I love their rooms and the beds are soooo comfortable
Cons: The breakfast is at the lobby. Maybe a room for breakfast will be great
Always a top rated hotel in Glendale on TripAdvisor, the Vagabond Inn Glendale is located right in the heart of the city, and just a short walk to the Americana at Brand and the Glendale Galleria. Our hotel offers superior convenience when visiting the hottest Los Angeles attractions. We are near the Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens where you can visit the Elephants of Asia habitat among other notable exhibits. Hike to the Hollywood sign or one of many Griffith Park hiking trails, or take in the views of LA from the Griffith Observatory.
Cons: There was not much nearby that was walking distance, but easy enough to get an über to take you to nearby sights/activities.
Pros: Staff was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable. A little off the beaten path but seemingly a nice neighborhood.
Cons: I asked for a pre noon check in online the day before and I was not allowed to check in until 3 pm.
In Burbank's media hub, this hotel is a 1.5 miles (2.4 kilometer) from Warner Bros. Studios, and 3.5 miles (5.6 kilometers) from Universal Studios. Grauman's Chinese Theatre and the Hollywood Walk of Fame are 5.1 miles (8.2 kilometers) away.
Pros: Loved the diner on the property. Food was fabulous!
Cons: I booked a stay in early February, more than 3 and a half months before my actual stay the the Best Western Hollywood Hills. Upon arrival, I was asked for a "voucher" and supplied my email confirmation. After looking over the email for 15+ minutes, the receptionist finally told me that they had overbooked the hotel and would have to send me to a partner hotel for the night. For my troubles, I was given 2 breakfast vouchers and my cab was paid for. The partner hotel was over 20 minutes away, putting me further from my location for the next day. The partner hotel was the "Beverly Laurel Motor Hotel" an extremely dated and generally unkempt motel. I was thoroughly displeased with this room, as well as with the adjacent greasy spoon diner. Had I known I was going to end up in this roach motel, I never would have booked through Best Western. I highly suggest booking through a different hotel, not worth the risk of being overbooked. In all fairness to the BW Hollywood Hills, it did appear to be fairly nice. Unfortunately, I didn't have the luxury of staying here.
Pros: Loved the location and being close to everything in Hollywood. The restaurant downstairs was also pretty good.
Cons: Unfortunately, the Internet/wifi was down all morning until we left at our checkout time. Other than that, things were good.
Pros: place was very clean and good size room. The biggest restroom in any hotel in hollywood so far, comes in handy when sharing a room. Everything was close by and in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again.
Cons: You could hear everything in the hallway. But everyone staying on our floor that night was not that loud when walking through the hallways. I know that supply and demand is the way the hotel rooms sell but $180.00 + $20.00 for one night on a week day was a bit much for me.
Pros: The hotel has a great location. The room was very bice and clean and we even had the view of the hollywood sign. Overall, very friendly staff and great place
Pros: I liked the spacious shower, and that they had fridge, micro and coffee in the room. We never had a chance to try the coffee shop, but enjoyed the stay overall. Didn't bring my bathing suit or I would have tried the pool. Our room was clean, comfortable bed. We would stay here again.
Pros: I didn't expect the rooms to be as spacious as it was. The room was great, the staff was very helpful and the location to the boulevard was unbeatable. Also, it's located next to the best doughnut shop in LA Kettle Glazed Doughnuts.
Pros: We really liked the restaurant at the hotel, so nice not to have to search for a restaurant to eat at. Great food.
Pros: Stayed overnight, we had to do somethng in the area and needed a place to stay close to our event.
Everything went smooth,: booking, confirmation, check-in & check-out
Nice place to stay in Hollywood, very Historical-Retro vibe.
Pros: Room and bed was very comfortable
Cons: Shower is big but curtain is very small so it is cold when using the shower and the floor outside gets all wet
Pros: GREAT LOCATION, AWAY FROM THE BUSY PART OF TOWN, IN NICE RESIDENTIAL AREA. PLACES TO EAT, SHOP AND EXPLORE L.A. NEARBY. FRIENDLY ACCOMODATING STAFF AND CLEANING CREW. EASY TO GET TO.

Pros: Beautiful, luxurious, and spacious always a favorite place to stay. Great location close to weho and Hollywood
Cons: The sofa sleeper was a bit uncomfortable and I wish the beds were just a little softer maybe just add a feather bed? (This is just nit-picking)

Pros: The hotel is tired. It has two elevators that hold ten passengers. One of the elevators was often out of order. Sometimes there were guests stuck in the elevator. There was no way to use the stairs so wait times to get to our room were long. Our room was small. The TV was not working well. Mediocre at best.
Pros: Great rooms. Great bar. Wonderful onsite restaurants. Wonderful location. Fantastic staff.
Pros: I told them we were staying for a special occasion and they had the availability to upgrade our room. Very accommodating made the night special for us, despite the many events happening in and arround the hotel (holiday parties etc.)
Pros: i liked the look of the rooms. They were nicely decorated. The size of the pool was great - lots of room for everyone. The location was very convenient to a Metro and to the touristy area.
Cons: The pool area was a little confusing. It was hard to tell which chairs were taken. The chairs by the shallow end of the pool were occupied by people who didnt seem to want to get wet which was frustrating. The hotel room felt like a store. Too many items for sale. This also took up precious space for personal items.
Pros: Music was great as well as quality of guests.
Cons: Staff were very rude and not helpful. Would not accept cash for incidental room fee
Cons: My room smelled terrible. I didn't like the staff because they were very rude to me for walking around the hotel at night.
Pros: - Fresh and well-maintained hotel (especially considering its age)
- Very cool decor in the main areas and rooms are well-appointed
- Very nice staff
- Pool is nice (although it can be crowded during the day, and has a 'bouncer' stationed at the entrance - this is needed given the popularity, but is a little much)
Cons: - The first room I stayed in was small, had a view of nothing but the rooftop A/C units, and had incredibly noisy ventilation system. The very polite front desk staff moved me to a different (and much nicer) room upon request
- $10 bottles of water in the room. Come on guys, a complimentary bottle of water won't kill the margins.
- 'Hotel-branded' flip flops for sale at $20 instead of the inexpensive complimentary slippers that are normally available at hotels of this level
Pros: The decor and friendly staff, the 24hr diner and the pool party.
Cons: The lift was close by and was a little noisy early hours of the morning.
Pros: The service and room were phenomenal
Pros: Everything. Joe at front desk was sooo nice
Cons: The rain!! Booo
Pros: Location, concierge was nice, and the pool was fabulous
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, very close to many tourist attractions. Great restaurants and bars inside hotel. Very cool atmosphere
Cons: Very hard to sleep in when staying by the pool. Lots of noise every morning from both the hallway and the pool. Hallways smell like weed. Even though we knew we had to pay for parking, $36 a night is a bit extreme
Attracting Hollywood's stars since it opened in 1927, The Hollywood Roosevelt offers a prime location along the Hollywood Walk of Fame, across from Grauman's Chinese Theatre and the Hollywood & Highland center.
Cons: These people think it's ok to drill into door frames at 730 am. Most unbelievably loud experience ever. Will never stay here again
Pros: The walls in this hotel are paper thin. You hear everything. Other than that, a nice hotel.
Pros: Friendly staff on arrival.
Cons: The ceiling/walls seemed paper thin as noise was excessive from people walking in the room above. Also the noise coming from thin windows.
Upon leaving I advised the man on checkout about the noise and my dissatisfaction. He chose to ignore my concern and seemed more interested in charging me for mini bar use. The other girl who he seemed to be training apologized for the noise.
This interaction did not make for a good impression of The Grafton.
Cons: No hot tub
Pros: Great staff and fabulous pool area. Really was treated great would come back again for sure!
Cons: Room was comfortable but a wee tacky. And very few places for guests at poolside if you did not have a suite which opened onto pool-those chairs were all reserved, leaving only one small table.
