IT'S ALL ABOUT THE STAFF.....from our late check- in to shuttle arrival at LAX. Having limited knowledge of the vast local area, we chose this hotel because of the Wyndham name and its location to the airport. Each and every person of the staff treated us professionally, pleasantly and with a sense of real care regardless of the job description. Hats off to this team!
the location and being close to the airport for an early morning flight The hotel. The dirty worn out wallpaper, the broken AC units, the bathtubs that don't drain durning a shower. The hotel smelled like old cigarettes and the carpet in my room was dirty with crumbs. The pillows are all lumpy and half the size of a standard pillow. We requested different pillows but we're given the same type of gross lumpy pillows.
Called ahead to let them know I would arrive late. They said no problem. When I arrive they gave my room away and instead of 2 beds we got a bed and a pullout. Not OK. The first room they gave us had no water pressure so we had to move to another room. The front desk attendant had absolutely no remorse or empathy about the situation. Terrible service complete and total liars...
I called hotel 3 times and shuttle never came at airport. I had to wait for 1 hr finally I took a cab to hotel DO NOT take this hotel if you want shuttle from airport.

The staff is friendly and the building itself was pretty quiet give its proximity to landing strips at LAX. The exercise facility is quite nice. The express breakfast is limited, but gives a few options. My room was not clean--and frankly wasn't ready when I checked in at 4:00 pm (no bath towels). Toilet didn't flush well. Water didn't drain well in shower.
Super amazing beds! Breakfast is decent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Climate control didn't work in room, I don't think it worked on the entire floor so be sure to ask about it when you check in. Hair dryer was from the 80's. Parking for $15 seemed excessive.

Cool old ship. It's old ship, so the rooms are a bit old and not exactly sparkling clean. But the real issue is the Dark Harbor, haunted house event that goes on in October. We were not informed till arriving that are room would be adjacent to this raucous event. From 7pm until 1 am in the morning, extremely loud music, screaming, grass breaking and roaring gas flame would shoot off. It's criminal that the Queen Mary would rent rooms next to this mess. Oh but the front desk gives out cheap ear plugs, so that makes it all better.... not. We were on our one year anniversary and needless to say, were extremely disappointed and frustrated,
Right next door to the Carnival port. Enjoyed the self guided tour of the ship. The rooms are large. We had a 3 person room which consisted of one large room with a king bed with an adjoined small room with a twin bed and bathroom. They offer free shuttle to/from downtown Long Beach. They charge $35 to check in before 4pm. They charge parking for hotel guests. The rooms, food, and drinks are overpriced. The bedding was dirty, and it didn't look like they have ever vacuumed under the bed. There was a fire alarm at midnight. The submarine was closed.
Unique and different. Good food although pricey as well. Lot's of things to do and see. Lot's of channels in room. Bed a bit small... We went during a special event and spent extra for the winter "chill" event. avoid at all costs. totally overpriced for what you get. Most disappointing part of our trip.
What I like is the history about the Ship and the Location. I understand that there is an investment proyevt to improve the condition of the ship, incluían Public Areas and Rooms. Great view from the Decks. A lot of Potential to be a nice lace that was before. Get the Ship back in good shape and not just take advantage of the name! (This is for the Operators) My room was M216 I did not like the conditions of the room. It was not clean! No mentioned in the reservation that will be inside room! Big difference! Items were really old and rusty mainly in the Bathroom! Shawrr door, one light bulb missing, the chain of the lock at entrance door broken, I went to get ice and the bucket had brown water with a plastic bag!! And the door of the Air Conditioning, which was above the bed was showing further prints All over in a white door! The hotel should not rent this rooms anymore!
It's a cool, old cruise ship. It's kind of a tourist destination in itself. Also, it's really close to the helipad if you're taking the helicopter to Catalina. Overall, the boat felt old and empty and dingy. The bathroom looked a little dirty —probably just age—and there were lightbulbs missing from some of the fixtures in our room. I wanted it to be like stepping back in time, but that wasn't the experience on a weekday. Maybe weekends are better?
I enjoyed the history, as the ship is a museum. I also enjoyed the scariness of it. I caught orbs in my room, B505, and it was spooky. I enjoyed the feeling of being on a ship and the sights from the decks. I don't know if the rustic feel is part of the theme but it seems as if it could use some maintenance.

There was no hot water in the shower. I told the staff I was sick and needed my room right away and they didn't really seem to care.
We left to go to Catalina and asked them to hold wedding cake til we returned later that eve. When we got there they had put the cake in one of the catering refrigerators, and didn't know which one. Front desk people said the catering manager had left and he was only 1 with key & asked if we could come back the following day, which we couldn't. I said someone must have a key. He called around & finally someone said to check w/security, who had the key. I waited 35 mins. to get my cake. Why didn't person at front desk, and the manager he called, know security would have a key. Or why didn't they put it in a refrigerator they could get to knowing we were coming back that eve.
Being Located near Long Beach was the main reason i booked. It was so easy in the morning to get into Port of long Beach, cruise terminal, downtown and aquarium. I would only give 3 stars for cleanness. It's old cruise so you can't expect the bathroom to be modified or anything but seem to work sometimes, the shower and flusher was an issue in the room I stayed.
The staff was knowledgable and very friendly. The historical information was incredible both posted and what staff knew. Being able to explore many places on the ship on our own was really fun. Wish there was a microwave in the room.

one of the most amazing experience to stay at the host hotel for the long beach marathon. the hotel made sure that the guests who stayed at the hotel who participated in the events will receive a mini brown bag w/ goodies for the race. room did not come w/ a mini refrig nor any mini bar

The "Check In" staff was wonderful, helpful, and made me feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable and I will mostly likely stay here again when I visit Long Beach, CA. The hotel is in a great location prior to cruising and/or enjoying the beach. Even though my parking fee was waived, I hope free parking becomes a standard practice.

Went through Kayak to purchase this room. Kayak seemed to think it was a 4 star. It is it not a four star, 2.5 to 3. Took 25 minutes to check in with only one person in line ahead of me, mold in the shower, shower was over all dirty and old, room was stuffy the whole time I was there, parking was 26.00, which is NOT advertised, found out when I got there, Internet was 14.95, which I was advised of that when I arrived although my receipt showed a king size room - Internet. My fault for assuming that if was included. won't stay here again, especially for the rate that I was charged. Hmmmm... Large bath towels
Hotel staff was outstanding; from valet, front desk & concierge all the way through to pool attendants, room service and bell desk.
Staff is great, and generally a very nice hotel. Doesn't live up to our expectations based on previous experiences at other Ritz hotels. It feels tired, not as luxurious as others, and is starting to show some age without upkeep. A simple example would be the pool has cracked tiles and feels rundown.
I like the avalibiliy of the staff For a younger crowd in there 25-30 age it's not an appeasing hotel it's more for older crowd like 50-60 so for me being a pro Olympic athlete and being 23 yrs old I didn't enjoy it that much

I can't begin to find words to express how much we enjoyed our stay at the Marina del Rey Ritz Carlton! We arrived on a Wednesday morning with a sick child. The staff immediately took charge helping to get us situated with a room and going so far above and beyond ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. From the person who greeted us to take our luggage, to the valet, to the front desk staff to the wait staff in the restaurant and the gift shop (which opened up for us to get us meds in the middle of the night) to the manager who followed up even after we had left their hotel, every layer was kind, attentive and fantastic! They honestly made us feel like we were at home with family who was concerned about us. What a fantastic experience! T

It was a peaceful getaway for me and my wife. Very enjoyable and relaxing. Room service was magnificent.
The room size and location
We had a very pleasant, two night stay at the Ayres Hotel, which is quite a specialty. It's a "European Classic Style" hotel in a modern business like location. The staff was very friendely, the room nice, the beds comfortable and the restaurant (also for the included breakfast) is very nice for the price. Recommended.
Hotel is located near the international aeroport, it is very convenient for travelers. We liked a really nice design and spaciousness of the room, friendly hotel staff, simple and free of charge parking near the hotel All restaurants and bars except McDonalds are closed after 10pm

Hotel facilities were excellent for families. Breakfast was well received by parents with good selection of cereals and fruit and less focus on hot meals.
It looks like an arts museum. We felt very cosy with its European charm, classy decor and inner courtyard. Amazing amenities for budget-savvy travelers, that we haven't encountered at this class of hotels before: microwave and fridge in the room, in couple with free Internet and free parking it gave an excellent value for the money paid. Staff is going out of the way to help, very friendly and professional. Everything was spotless and everything worked! Matisse restaurant exceeded our expectations with great food and service for the prix fixe menu. Breakfast was filling and tasty (loved the roasted potatoes!) And late checkout (12 p.m.) worked very nicely into our lazy vacation schedule:) Could not quite find anything wrong... Keep the excellent job going, folk! It was kinda far from most of places tourists flock in, but close to the airport.

We stayed at Ayres Hotel at the beginning of our trip through California. It is conveniently located near LA airport. From here it's a short trip to either Disneyland, Beverly Hills, Hollywood of any of the beaches near Santa Monica, Venice or Manhatta Beach. Staff was very friendly and the Matiss restaurant serves excellent diner. Both the lounge menu and the entrees contain very well-tasting choices. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this in-hotel restaurant. Furthermore, we were welcomed with Mexican-style music as a wedding was going on at our arrival.

Booked online for a room with a double bed. Reservation confirmation after booking the reservation snuck in "double or king." When we arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms with double beds and not even any rollaway beds. So I canceled the reservation. Kayak may not be the responsible provider, but when the website option selected is room with double beds and that's the primary reason for my selection of the particular hotel, they better have that kind of room available to backstop my booking. Otherwise, it's false advertising. I will think twice before using Kayak again to book a hotel room.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The price was high for what you get at the hotel. I have stayed in very nice hotels that offer a more luxurious feel. Also, there were protesters there outside the main entrance almost every morning around 0700. You could easily hear them and it was quite obnoxious.
Breakfast was very expensive, but also very good. No fridge, no ice machine on my floor, very dirty bath tub, uncomfortable bed, no outlets by mirror, outlets by bed did not work,
The hotel itself was beautiful, and edgy. Everything was an additional charge and expensive. I've stayed in NY and never thought i'd see pancakes sold at $15. I also would expect a hotel to include wi-fi. Water for $5???

Easy access to bus line ( bus line is Clean an convenient) takes you to downtown long beach. Free shuttle to cruise ship terminal. Great pool and pool bar staff. Cool/funky mayan theme throughout.

The views, particularly at night. It was undergoing renovation of one of the towers. Some noise etc. associated with that although it stopped by 5 pm. The staff at the restaurant was really terrible when I had a late lunch. I have stayed there before and enjoyed good service, but it was quite bad on this trip. I waited for at least ten minutes while waiters walked by me and waited on tables seated after I was. There were only 6 or so tables total as it was late afternoon. At one point my waiter talked to the table next to me about personal matters for about ten minutes and then walked off without coming by my table or refilling my water. My experience with all other staff was excellent. The restaurant staff is entirely responsible for the Okay rating.
The staff was very courteous from the moment we arrived and very helpful the entire time. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Long Beach area in the future.

We especially liked the location and the service by the front desk. Fuego is a great place to dine. Unfortunately, we were placed next to a family that were loud and disrespectful until late night. The hotel staff tried to quiet them; however, it took many attempts. It was not the real fault of the hotel; but it did make our stay unpleasant.
We (either spouse and/or kid) have stayed here at least once a year and have watched it undergo many improvements, it is a wonderful place to stay if you want to be close to the Queen Mary but would like to avoid the noise or prefer a larger room and a pool. Since it is set up like a motel, you have to walk over between buildings and to the pool. The Sunday brunch is fantastic, there is a cute sand area for the kids, decor is cute and the facility always appears clean. I have not used any of the service options (in room or pool side) due to some really bad experiences prior to the change of ownership. During the last stay there was a music festival at the Queen Mary which is to say that it was difficult to get to the hotel and once there, parking was difficult and people were pre-partying around the hotel. We had dinner reservations on the QM and the woman at the front desk offered a golf cart shuttle to the ship. On our way to the room we watched concert goers jockey for a space on the golf cart and then proceed to sit on one another's lap to fit. When we later approached the golf cart pick up area we were relieved to find it empty. A person identifying himself as a manager informed me "this cart isn't working, the battery is out" and then he clarified that it was the only one they had. Lame. In the end we were able to get to dinner in 10 minutes via sturdy Louboutins and the walk path but I would have liked a more professional handling of the situation.

Ambiance was great from the beachy/sea vibe in the lobby with the "flying" seagull sculptures hanging from the ceiling a wonderful scent machine in the lobby that makes you feel like you are at the beach. Very romantic setting at the outside bar complete with couches and fire pits. Beds were super comfortable. $30/day for valet parking is a bit steep when there is plenty of parking around the hotel. Give an option for people to park their own cars, even if you have to charge a fee.
My husband and I had a fabulous stay at the Marina del Rey Hotel. Our room had a amazing view of the marina, was very well appointed and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to that part of LA.
The remodel is first class. The front desk service was fine. The dining was terrible. Slow inattentive service, overdone steak, raw salmon, overpriced.
Very comfortable beds. Love the hip decor. Would come back again. Really Nice people. In general we really enjoyed Manhattan Beach more than other coastal cities. It's less cramped feeling and has a wonderful Beach. Valet parking. I'm guessing you could park in neighboring streets if you wanted. It's on a busy street but it's nestled back a bit so you don't feel it.

I arrived late because my flight from Miami was delayed a few hours. As I walked in around midnight, the staff helped me load up my suitcases into a trolley and directed me to where I could take my dog out for a walk. I ordered a breakfast that night for sometime between 9:00am and 9:30am the following morning, and it arrived promptly by 9:05am. The staff also allowed for a later check-out at 12:30pm to give me time to maneuver my belonging and dog. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend. They stopped serving food for room service pretty early.

Overall we loved the hotel and will go back. Very clean, comfortable, quiet. Nice restaurant/bar upstairs. Courtyard peaceful. Staff very friendly. The paintings of the "Barbie"-like girls in the hallway were odd.
We loved the location, cleanliness, size of the room and price. Room service- the breakfast was awful! We didn't eat all of it because it was a soggy wet fried egg sandwich with rolls of lunch meat and wet uncooked spinach. Honestly don't get breakfast there. Also the front desk girl didn't make eye contact or smile once- not sure why but that got to me.
I really thought the room was lovely--large. Things seemed updated and clean. Bed was fairly comfortable--everything worked well. Staff was warm and friendly. Cookies in the afternoon provided at front desk. First bellman didn't tell us that we could stay parked in the Handicapped Parking spot in front. Second bellman did, but a $10.00 charge appeared on the final bill. Staff took it off when I explained. Requested 4 pillows and a view as our most important request. No view and only 2 pillows on bed when we arrived. Bellman brought two more pillows after a phone call. Artwork in hallway is a series of gigantic pictures of 1950 ish dolls---creepy. Including a 5X7 framed photo of one of the doll pictures on the desk in the room. i could see one, but entire hall lined with them.
The room decor and space were both excellent. The bed felt firm in an inexpensive fashion, but was still reasonable in comfort. The real reason for the low rating in an otherwise four star establishment was the complete lack of hot water pressure at 1030 am on a weekday.
Love the idea if complementary cookies. I didn't eat any but the idea is great. Thanks. They nickle and dime you on the breakfast. $9.99 for a bowl of oatmeal. Nooooo! So sad. $30.00 for the two of us to have eggs, sausage and potatoes. Really. And the OJ was a separate charge, ouch.
Everything was wonderful. The rooms are nice spacious and clean. The service was excellent. the breakfast was hot fresh and had many items. The indoor heated pool was very nice for the kids as we went in December and the weather was a bit chilly. Parking is free and the attached garage has plenty of space. Nothing
We booked through a travel site and Hampton Inn staff was ill-prepared. Although we paid for three nights, Hampton Inn checked us out after the first night and I had to check us in again. Moreover, we were charged again for the stay even though we paid up front through the travel site. Getting our money back or to even get Hampton Inn to recognize the error was a nightmare. We recommended Hampton Inn to our relatives who were also staying for the Thanksgiving holiday. Because of my wife and I, Hampton Inn booked four rooms. Never again! We will never stay at a Hampton Inn again.

I booked a handicapped accessible room online and when checking in they had no record. Other than the booking problem I thought it was an excellent hotel.
I had a flight in the early morning so I stayed here for one night. Room was spacious, clean, and convenient. Price to value was perfect. Free secure parking but you have to walk back down the parking lot and enter the building from the front instead of through the parking lot. The best thing is that it was 8 minutes from the airport! The area was a little sketchy and not a lot of food options near by. The woman at the front desk in the morning could have been a little more helpful. We left our car keys and room key in the room while rushing to our flight, and we had to wait for her to "finish her transaction" in order to get the keys. Breakfast eggs were not fresh and you could taste it but there were plenty of other options.

Check in was super fast. Parking was free & in a gated parking garage which gives peace of mind. Hotel looked updated and clean. Room was clean and roomy. Bathroom was telling perfect size. Wifi was free which is always great. TV worked well. The hotel room bed was super comfy. And the breakfast in the morning deserves a 5 star rating! Shower was probably the only downside.. the water was luke warm at its hottest & I didn't like the shower head water settings.
I've stayed here twice. Both times were great. Clean rooms and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Pillows a little flat. Clean modern feel establishment. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice continental breakfast. If you have the time you can monitor the rates and save at least $20 off the normal daily rate. Love this hotel. Will continue to use as my primary place to stay. If you aren't familiar with the city it can appear to be a bad area. It's really not bad but it's definitely not Beverly Hills. All the major fast food places are in walking distance. Close to the airport and freeway. Needs to put a microwave in the lobby with continental breakfast.

Rooms were quiet despite being 1/4 mile from the busiest freeway in the world. the decor. oldy-worldy dark wood furniture, heavy red drapery, wrought iron lighting fixtures, the same ship in a stormy sea print in every room. what is the point?

Conveniently located at the intersection of HWY 110 and HWY 1 in southern Los Angeles, the best Western Worldport is a reasonably priced hotel. The accommodations for our party were modest but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. The continental breakfast is good, and considers special needs (such as gluten free options and almond milk), which is appreciated.. there are also several local options for food, including a Dennys right next door. Note that some rooms may be designated for smoking, despite the California prohibition on smoking in public accommodations -- we had to request a change to ensure we got non-smoking rooms, but wthat was resolved quickly.
The hotel is realy gret. Great staff, wonderful instalations..... So I really could live there. The price and the cost to park, once the garage is inside the building of the hotel.
We loved the new and greatly designed rooms, as well as the young atmosphere of the hotel. The rooftop bar will take off - it is a great place. We will be back! The staff needs some more time together to make everything run smoothly. But they were always very nice and friendly - thanks for a great time with you!

Hotel Erwin is perfectly located on Venice beach, the staff is excellent, restaurant serves excellent breakfasts, nothing to complain about.
It was close and convenient to my son who lives in Venice. Stayed there in Dec. in the newer rooms on the top floor which was much nicer than the room I had this time. Also, I think the 6th. floor room was about the same price as the room where I was this time.(5th floor) Yes, I opened the sliding door during the night for some fresh air. It was difficult to sleep because of the noise(homeless sleeping in the alley) that my room overlooked.
- the staff were very friendly at all times - the location of the hotel was great, Manhattan beach and the surrounding area are lovely and its an easy 30 minute drive to central LA - it was very busy, the foyet doubles as the bar which was constantly busy with parties, this meant that there was nowhere for the hotel guests to relax or sit with a drink - the lighting in the room was very dark and due to being overlooked by the main road (ground floor) we could not open curtains to enjoy the sunshine, it began to feel a little depressing in the room!
the ambiance, proximity to the strand/beach, complimentary breakfast, overall service was good. it has the "cool" factor of the club atmosphere at the front desk. however, it is sort of unsettling checking in late in the evening in the middle of the club, without being all done up and all the clubgoers are sort of checking you out while you stand at the front desk. i recommend trying to check in before the night life begins there if you are at all self-conscious. i like the complimentary use of bikes and beach chairs. when we arrived our room was extremely hot - even the bellman commented on it. However, after 2 hours the a/c was still not working to get the temp down. We called to front desk at midnight and said we would like to change rooms in the morning. the next day no one contacted us to see if the problem was remedied. the a/c system is strange - it cut on and off all night. in the middle of the night it was very hot in the room but by morning it was freezing cold. the temperature never stayed consistent. it was a very disruptive 3 nights of sleep with the constant temp changes and the clicking and humming of the system turning off and on all night (approx every 20 minutes).
Location, room amenities Expensive, no complimentary waters in rooms or glasses (must be requested from front desk), couldn't get logged onto the wireless internet network in the hotel, loud party til 2:30 a.m.

Very dark and claustrophobic rooms. The colors are dark for a spa hotel. And very noisy. We don't call a spa hotel just because there is a tub in the room. more "willing to help" personnel instead of pretentious trendy ones. we request service.
Staff were very helpful and location was perfect. Close to all the action yet quiet. In the evening you had to enter hotel through lounge bar which at weekends was packed so not ideal with kids.
The room was relaxing and comfortable. It was perfect for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. The price was a bit much for what it offered but I was willing to pay becuase of the location and it was a nice place to stay at.
We loved the location. And we loved the quiet professional attitude of all staff- everything done with a smile and curtious attitude. Extremely service minded- which made us feel valued as customers and we will definately stopover again.

The staff was rude and even lied about the rooms I booked. I had booked a room with double beds only and they gave us a king. I told them I had comfermation that it was double beds and they said it I could not find them and print it out, it was just too bad for me. Luckily, I did find it....it said double beds only....so they finally gave us the room. The staff person to.d me I booked a king...I I to.d him he was wrong and he hung up. It was a bad experience. I had to speak to the manager and the home office and print out the paper that promised me a double bed room before anything was done. Never had such a bad e perience.
It was clean. And staff was very kind . I paid in advance online for 2 Queen beds, and checking in at 5:30 we were told they only had a king! Then we go to park our cars and the spaces are like for Barbie's car !wayyyy to narrow spaces & posts that many cars have played tag with! The location is just ok...tO far from Pine Ave & 2nd Street where all the restaurants & shops are ! And they charge $15 per car per day to park in that horrible parking structure! They had NO shuttle for around town locally. The walls are thin, we had neighbors on both sides of us keeping us awake all night, laughing & partying!
Excellent facilities. Very efficient service. Only one restaurant/ bar open in the evenings. No restaurants/ bar nearby. Consequently, service was slow.
The staff had no idea how to handle booking.com customers and treaded us like second class customers. The breakfast buffet is weird, it's one buffet for continental and american breakfast. As booking.com customer, you are not allowed to touch the american breakfast items.
Pillows and beds are perfect.

Are room was right next to the service elevators which kept us up all night long. Only thing the staff would do was discount the valet parking charges. Won't stay there again!
The room is cosy and facilities are good like internet, microwave oven,etc. I would go there again if I have get the opportunity. no complaints
I choose this hotel based on photos online , however they must have stolen the pictures from another site as the building nor the rooms were anything like the photos. It wasn't a terrible stay, but when I think the hilton was the same amount I should have just stayed there instead. Especially when this hotel charged for parking as well. I wouldn't stay here again unless it's around $65 dollars.

The rooms were decent sized Bad neighborhood, the shuttle driver didn't drive our shuttle bus time because he wanted to finish his coffee, the beds are very uncomfortable, we bought an executive room and they don't tell you until you get there that instead of having smoking and nonsmoking that they just stick an air purifier in the room and call it good.
very good value for money, excellent continental breakfast available, room was very clean and tidy, lovely decor. The pool and spa made for a relaxing wind down. Small brekfast room
For a "budget" hotel this close to the airport, they don't have to try as hard as they do to make you comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We even got upgraded to a jacuzzi room for no reason!
I liked the overall setup of the room. I found it to be very accomodating. The front desk did send someone upstairs; only to find out the person screaming had a mental condition. I was told that had the hotel staff known other arrangements could have been made. In the meantime; the screams continuad off and on my entire stay. I found it very disturbing and wondered how the hotel could have it differently.
The room was excellent and in perfect condition. The bed was terrific. The room was quiet, even near LAX. The driveway area in front is very small. They need a sign: "Park in undergound garage and take elevator to lobby to check in."
it is close to airport and staff is kind. no regular shuttle to airport except on request, it is not easy for people who doesn't drive car as the communication in south CA is poor.
Nothing They wouldn't let me check into the room I had already paid for because they had reached their maximum occupancy and were worried about issues with the fire Marshall. Yet they refused to return my money.
Nothing I booked the room and never saw anything about needing to check in by a certain time which if I had I would not have booked. Picked up my fiancé from the airport late at night and when we arrived, the hotel was locked up. No one would answer the doorbell and I called atleast 5 times and left messages. Ended up having to find an alternate hotel in the middle of the night and still haven't heard back from them about refunding my money or anything. Very upset and will definitely never encourage anyone to stay.
The staff and the fact that they had wifi were the only good things about this place my room was the size of a walkin closet i got a single but didnt realize what that meant the picture was not true, the location was awful, i could park in front but i was afraid my car would get broken into, i think u get trapped into thinking its one thing, but then i couldnt cancel because i would have lost half my money, i will Never stay there again!!!
