We have ordered vegetarian food and found meat in our food. Pool area was not bad, but could have been kept better especially water had lot of accumulation . Lot of cigarette smoke , even if you are not in the casino. It was the worst we have seen anywhere in Vegas
The rooms, comfortable beds & uniqueness of everything. The food & staff was A+
Room comfort and view. Higher end hotel so crowd is relatively calm and easy going. Room smelt like old cigarettes. Only staff that seemed happy were the in room dinning delivery folks. Check in, valets and doorstaff were slow and unattentive. We are likely to stay at Venetian/Palazzo on our next visit. Better food options/shopping and friendlier staffers.
almost everything was great The bed was awfull, they should change the mattress (suite 5738), could not get any rest.
THE ROOM! THE SPA! The view! Deodorizer smell. (Better than cigarette smoke, I suppose). Food at Sinatra was way overpriced for not being very good.
beautiful, clean too expensive. no perks.
The people who check your card at the elevator are rude
We have stayed here twice now and have loved both of our stays! Staff is fantastic! Rooms are large, clean, and sexy. The food and drinks are a bit pricey, but no more than most of the higher end hotels. It's a little noisy if you stay in a room overlooking the strip, with the clubs playing music beyond 1am. I would highly recommend against the breakfast buffet. It was included in our room last time, and we wish we had gone somewhere else and paid for breakfast.
5 star restaurants, amazing spa, gym with everything you can ask for, great shows, luxurious hotel!!
* Spacious & luxurious room * Generally easy to get a spot around pool * Nice classy casino * Lots of restaurants in hotel * Hotel was exceptionally clean * Located at the nicer end of strip * Fantastic stay overall, would stay here again * Quiet room (which we requested) * They gave us $100 dining voucher which we greatly appreciated! * Staff around pool were pretty hopeless. We had to wait a long time to get service and even left a few times because we didn't get served at all * Located about a 20 minute walk from middle of strip so had to get a taxi a lot of the time * They charge for wifi which seems pretty ridiculous in this day and age
Best ambience on the strip. Great dinning options and very friendly staff
This hotel has everything and gives the Las Vegas feeling with a very luxurious wrapping. WiFi access is as natural a comodity as water and electricity. To charge 15 dollars per device per day for this is baffeling! Just include general access in the room price and remove device limit.
Vibe, beautiful and clean interior, location, food options, gaming options, etc. Right now, too much construction, I'd wait till it is completed finished before staying here. The entire front entrance is completely being redone, many of the interior restaurants are being rehabbed and are closed, there are no shows taking place here, without these thinga right now, Monte Carlo is not as sexy as it once was. Once all is completed however, it will be amazing! Also, seemed they are a bit short staffed with housekeeping as our room was not cleaned till late afternoon. This review is only temporary however as I know things will get a lot better.
The only thing that i liked was the check in and check out was really fast thats it.. Hotel room was terible the furniture was dirty dusty the windows were all the dirty the shower and the sink drains didn't work water stayed flooded and last they open our room with out our permission
Under reconstruction Stuff friendly, nonintrusive environment
Rooms are good and bathrooms are dated. They are remodeling so you here construction noise every morning at 7am which gets old. Decent hotel of you get a good price on the room I would recommend it. Construction Noise.
The location is the only positive Our first room had mold all around the tub and loud music next door. We asked to be changed. The second room also had black mold all around the tub and was generally very dirty. The towel bar fell off. The generalncleanliness was terrible. The shower would never give you hot water. Warm at best. It looks like they have stopped all maintenance on the rooms. Never ever again.
Price Horrible view
Loved the tram to Crystals/Aria/Bellagio/Vdara, made life super easy! Our first room reeked of weed and cologne so we asked for a new room. Staff was accommodating, new room was handicap accessible with a broken bathroom door handle. It all worked out and it was a place to sleep, but we were unimpressed. The staff was helpful and friendly though.
large, clean room excellent dining options both within and nearby good pedestrian access to strip and nearby casinos/attractions bathroom fixtures a little tired, ready for a renovation Sambalette coffee is ridiculously overpriced (Starbucks is next door) Not specific to the Monte Carlo but the smell of stale cigarette smoke is pervasive in Vegas. Gross.
Our Monaco sweet was nice! When we first went to stay at Monte Carlo we had booked one of their "standard" upper level rooms. When we checked in I was very disappointed by the condition it was in. It was very old, didn't look like it had been updated since the 80's. Not very comfortable at all. We changed rooms and upgraded (for an extra $120!) but I feel it was worth it as the first room was bad. Tiles were falling off the wall and all of the wood furniture was chipped. They also added an extra charge of over $400 to my card when we checked in. It got resolved later but was still annoying to deal with.
The staff is very professional but they need more effort to keep happy the guest this is Vegas come on We are a couple celebrating our anniversary and we was listening music not that loud and I perfectly remember the time was 9:22 pm when the security knocks my door saying someone complained about the music come on this is Las Vegas and Also the floor on the restroom was so dirty they don't clean from the previous guests I have pictures to proved
It was a noisy due to construction outside our window.
Location Room was hot and musty. The furniture was old/dated. The pillows were awful. There was no power outlets available for mobility, phone, computer; so inconvenient for the business traveler. (minimally, the lights should have USB and power inputs by the bed for the high price I paid.) Also, no way to heat water for tea or coffee. Very disappointing.
Location was great! It is hard to get to your room. Especially when you have luggage.
Location and facilities surronded the hotel. The room is old style and there was nothing in the mini bar.
They upgraded our room to a suite on the 31st floor and our French student that is staying with us was thrilled....she LOVED the experience! Thank You! We also love the Paris Buffet...it's always our choice for brunch when we are in Vegas.
Some Staff in reception & buffet were very rude & didn't know what hospitality means.
Clean, quiet, and well-appointed rooms. Centrally located on the strip. Check-in/check-out is painful and well below the standard of other Vegas hotels. Maybe it would be better were their automated kiosks working, but they never seem to be.
Location was good. Not like a labyrinth like other LV hotels ... Bells goo is like running a marathon to get to one's room. Room needs to be fluffed. Tired is a good description. Decor fine but seems in need of renovation.
Beautiful room. Comfortable stay. Able to use a kiosk to check in rather than wait in a long line to check in. Plus, we got to check in early! Being charged resort fees of over $30 per day. Pool is closed. We didn't use WiFi. What am I paying for? Plus only 1 of the 2 keys worked.
Location View from my room
The rooms were very nice! Can come up with anything
Very conveniently located. Excellent valet parking Main restaurant on casino floor very noisy. Unable to hold conversation.
It was comfortable, and the location was great. It was nice and comfortable, until I smelled something rancid in the bathroom. The smell was coming from one of those huge National Geographic sized cockroaches. I told the front desk but all they offered to do was clean the room . That ruined my whole stay . I paid to stay somewhere nice if I didn't mind roaches in the room I'd stay at one of the many cheap motels Vegas has to offer
Nothing Rental car was vandalized in Paris parking garage and couldn't find anyone that actually cared. Horrible experience.
I like the location of the Nugg'. Everything feels pretty updated compared to most of the other Fremont street properties. The pool is pretty unique. Good variety of slot machines and table games, though you won't find the really low minimums here. Generally easy experience. A couple of things really stuck out as bothersome and annoying. Most hotels will provide a coffee maker, but here they give you a keurig machine and charge for the use of the k-cups provided. Not exactly a major thing, but it just sits there taunting you the entire time you're in the room. My biggest problem with my most recent stay was that in the tower where I stayed it appeared that four out of the eight elevators were not functioning. The hotel has no control over when multiple busloads of tourists arrive to check in, but if the elevators all worked that would have avoided the huge crowd in the lobby. Likewise, when many guests are all checking out on Sunday, getting an elevator down to the casino was nearly impossible, with most people resorting to riding elevators up to the top floor in order to get space on one going down. This has been an issue for me before, and I was admonished for taking the stairs down as they are not meant for guest access except in emergencies. Anyway, elevators were a big disappointment.
Rooms large and comfortably appointed. Much choice in what to do. Decent location. Choice of beds were first come first serve. Horrible amount of smoke. Food was mediocre at buffet for the money. Very noisy outside until after 12:00 PM
Used to be a good value. Prices are high for what you get now. Not clean..
Clean Reservation was messed-up. I reserved a room with two double beds but they had me in a king room. When I asked for the double room they said I have to pay extra. Room was noisy. When I asked to be moved, I was told they cannot move me but they will give me complimentary ear plugs. I thought they were joking, but they assured me they were not. I went to eat at their fancy steakhouse and after an hour was told to hurry up and finish because my table is needed for the next party. On Friday night music from the nightclub below was so loud that the windows were rattling. I called the front desk a was offered earplugs…complimentary of course. I didn't sleep all night. When I checked out I asked for a paid in full receipt. I was told they can't give me a receipt because I booked it on Kayak which is a 3rd party. I will never stay there again.
The Italian restaurant was very good the room smelled like smoke (it was a non-smoking room), we called and housekeeping came and deodorized the room, just masked the smell. It took over 1 hour to get our luggage, we had to call numerous times to get our stuff. This is the first time we stayed and I will not return
the food was good but that's about all the rooms are in bad condition. staff was rude!!! housekeeping threw away pics I purchased at hoover damn. will never stay there again.
The staff was very nice and gave us a complementary upgrade on the room. Room was very clean. The line for check in and out was long. Lack of technology for the express check out. The room has a slightly cigar odor.
The Grotto Restaurant was outstanding as was the adult pool area Smoke smoke and more smoking-- was disgusting . I understand that it's a casino however, they need a better ventilation system. Give us some fresh air!!
Cleanliness, staff are very polite, good amenities, all the services they offer. I did'nt like the kind of fruits they placed in the hallway near the elevator is not of good quality ( not fresh enough) but still, I give them overall 5 star.
Very accommodating and friendly staff. Fremont Street is the place to stay. We will definitely stay at The Golden Nugget again. Loved it!!
The Golden Towers were well remodeled. Fremont Strret Expiernce was entertaining for a one night outing, but not more than that. My room requests were the exact opposite from what I requested. I was placed on the 15th floor, at the very end of the hallway, far from the elevators. I took my elderly mother to the Golden nugget for her 73rd bday. I asked for a room not at the top, and not far from the elevator. Complained about airconditioner 3 times, never was fixed. Non smoking floor smelt like cigarettes at all times
The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful and the atmosphere was upbeat. Pretty much the basics that all hotels should have. Beyond that, what we liked most is that anything you could want for entertainment was within a short walking distance outside of the hotel. This was our first stay in downtown after having spent the past two decades always getting a room on the strip. When you stay at one of the big casinos, you're pretty much beholden to whatever they have to offer unless you are prepared to go on a long walk. At the Golden Nugget, the front door literally drops you right on Fremont, with multiple other casino doors about 100 feet away. Throw in a number of bars, eateries and sidewalk performers and you'll find it very easy to be entertained. If you want specialty bars, a short walk to the end of the Fremont light canopy will drop you at a row of neon lit bars, taking you back in time to old Vegas. Maybe it's because I'm older, but after experiencing downtown, I don't feel the draw to the strip, which seems more targeted towards younger club goers, people who like to show off in VIP sections, cover charges, over-priced drinks, trying to walk amongst impatient drivers as you constantly cross over streets and casino entrances, etc. But hey, there's a little something for everyone in Vegas. If you want to stay in downtown, the Nugget is definitely a great place. We also walked to Du-Par's at the Gold Gate next door for breakfast. Again, another perk of everything being within a short walk. Nothing comes to mind.
The decor was pretty cool and the hotel is at a good location on the strip. Could hear all traffic, street performers, night club in our room at all hours Understaffed and rude Horribly strong air freshener through the casino Dirty dark& sticky room Under stocked amenities Fixtures didn't work No late checkout - Pool closed
Room is smaller than I thought, inside decoration also not very 'fancy.' How come this is a 4.5 star hotel. should be a 3 star hotel.
The atmosphere in this hotel defies all expectation. We were blown away by the decor and the room itself. We definitely want to stay again! We didn't particularly like that the hotel charges a $30+ resort fee on top of whatever your rate is that you book. It just seems unnecessary.
Location is perfect for walking along the strip. GIADA's restaurant is excellent. Food, atmosphere and service was first class.

It was clean, well run, and the location can not be beat. I was not expecting the loud thumping music keeping me awake until two in the morning from their in-house nightclub. Yes it was a weekend, and no, I'm not their young hip target guest. So bottom line, have a family? Avoid The Cromwell
It's a smaller hotel with short access to the strip and very close to the places we wanted to go. Everyone (except one bell hop) was very cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and with very nice amenities. There was a spa fee but the hotel did not have a spa or anything that resembled a spa.
Location and Decor No
The hotel went above and beyond to provide a great experience for the bachelorette party that I stayed with. Everyone was very courteous and I really enjoyed the hotel.
Great location, great rooms, easy walk from entrance to elevators. Giada's restaurant was great, however it needs to open earlier for business traveler's.
Everything was gorgeous - the staff as well as the entire hotel. There's no casino in the hotel so it does provide a haven for when you need a break from the frenzy that is Las Vegas. The bed was awesome! Location is very central on the strip. I would definitely recommend.
The MO is an unexpected and beautiful facility that is everything Vegas is not. If your looking for sanctuary from the 24/7 insanity of Vegas the MO is that and so much more.
Tranquility and truly friendly and helpful staff. On the strip with readily accessible gambling but structured in such a way that you can relax when you choose. minor maintenance issues with an otherwise wonderful room.
I like serenity yet convenient of everything for leisure. Excellent service!!! I strongly recommend to anyone!! Sarah
Sevice is very good. But sometimes too good just makes you uncomfortable. The room is very nice, the tub in bathroom is gorgeous. Overall, the gotel is worthy to live. Even the price is a little high, so I would recommend to live when there are some special deals.
This is an island of paradise among the insanity of Vegas. The attention to detail is without equal. There is no casino which provides a number of benefits. The walk to the room is very short, the line for a cab is non-existent, Starbucks is right by the front door, there is no line at check-in, and you are never hustled by prostitutes, pimps, or marketers. In my opinion, this is the only place to stay. It is expensive for a very good reason. In this case, you get exactly what you pay for... I found no fault with this luxury hotel. The water pressure is great, service is prompt, and the concierge is able to achieve monumental feats on very short notice.
The Mandarin Oriental is great for travelers who come to Vegas for a comfortable, luxurious stay and want to avoid the crowds, the smokey casinos, and the noise of the strip that is present at other hotels. The staff there is incredibly professional and courteous and very well trained. We had an amazing stay and every part of our experience was top-notch - and we are seasoned travelers who often stay in nice hotels. I appreciate too that the entire hotel was non-smoking. The prices are high, but you often get what you pay for... however I think the spa prices, even for basic services, are quite steep - such as $120 for an express pedicure.
I liked that you were in Vegas but this hotel was a little eacape from the craziness I didn't like that our room faced the busy bridge from the shops and Aria so there was noise all night long
Staff really understood customer service. Hotel was cold - food expensive and medicore at best.
Loved that it was non smoking and non gaming! Beautiful pool, free yoga class and close to everything. The restaurants were also very good.
Has class and sophistication. The staff is wonderful And the location is perfect. Great food and service.
The room is amazing and is the best part about this hotel. The front desk staff was unhelpful and almost ruined my trip. Checking into the hotel took over an hour and they initially charged my card an extra hundred dollars for not honoring my reservation.
The hotel was extremely clean, really nice and modern. Loved how each room had a tv...including the bathroom. Shower was very very nice, tub huge, mini fridge was convenient, lots of space and great view from room. Staff was super friendly and bar downstairs was very nice...smelled great too. Elevators were quick & always available I hated that I paid $225 a night and it didn't even include free coffee in the room!! Everything was more expensive like the restaurant downstairs and valet charged for parking. $18 per day is ridiculous when I'm spending all kinds of other money at the hotel & casino. Even if we didn't valet, it was $10 per day to self park. Absolutely ridiculous.
great place. A real nice place on the strip Awful / no view
The room was fabulous! I was expecting it to be small but I was surprised by seeing that we had 2 separate rooms, 3 Tvs (one in the bathroom), wet bar and 2 toilets. The suite felt like a modern apartment. Couple of electronic devices were not working. The iPhone docking station would not work, the weighting machine was busted (minor items) The biggie was the shower, good layout but the water pressure was weak! Better shower would have made the stay even more enjoyable. Also didn't like that there was no complimentary tea or coffee in the room. When you pay $30 a day resort fee on top of the booking you come to expect such basic amenities.
On of my favorite places to stay in Vegas
We were upgraded to a suite and it was beautiful. Had the best time! Staff was pleasant and accommodating. We will be back!!
Staff was excellent particularly Llelani. "New" or newly remodeled hotel and the ac in the "living" room made noise in the bedroom that literally sounded like a jackhammer. Pillows were bricks but they sorta fixed that while we were there.....it's a trying to be trendy, darkish hotel with rock and wood that could be cool. Strange music playing 24/7 at too high of a volume. Smells like an Abercrombie and Fitch store ALL the time.....not sure what they are going for here but it's strange. I have stayed at Mandalay before and would go back there before staying here again.
Overall, liked the cleanliness and updates of the rooms in the Delano. Staff very friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable. Liked the tech upgrades with USB and VGA connections! Bathroom fixtures could use some updating: no rainfall or side jets in shower, no bath gels/shower gels/lotions whatsover. Thank goodness I had my own!
Very clean, high-end, sleek, modern hotel and rooms. Lots of amenities. Access to all Mandalay Bay facilities. Easy check-in, check-out, parking. Rental costs at pool (at MB) for various items were entirely too expensive, even for Las Vegas (what was that resort fee for if you have to pay for seats at the pool?) Very long walk to pool and have to walk through casino to get to all pools.
Classy, swank Didn't realize it was a dog friendly hotel. I wish I would have had the option to be on a non-dog floor. Difficult to find pool.
The place is beautiful... That you didn't have plenty of options for allergies and the waiter was no help in suggesting alternatives.
Room luxury, ambiance, calm and price Staff, charged twice for parking, they didn't have our room upon arrival... and wanted to "upgrade" us with a room with an appointed bed...
Caesar's restaurants. The first night I arrived, the iron was not working. Three calls and 40 minutes later, no iron. I was told no telling how long it would take. Had to get the manager involved. No change available at Nobu front desk. Had to walk to Caesar's front desk.
location fees for everything
Very clean and quiet ! The bed was most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. No coffee maker in room, and the available coffee on Spa level is only till 11 AM
Private, amazing service and staff.
Hotel is in poor shape, rooms are not clean. Front desk staff is horrible but the AGM is a very nice guy and helped me relocate to Ceasars palace. I was not willing to waste my vacation. Front desk staff behavior and level of communication skills in English
Great staff, great location, private and quiet while within the framework of the Caesers extravaganza. Most definitely would return. I became ill on my last day and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Not one thing!
I felt that the staff was great! Very courteous, and very helpful. No coffee cups for left the second morning for us. For a hotel that expensive, they should have a coffee maker in the room instead of a water heater an instant coffee packets.
Unique character, modern eclectic finishes. Very nice feel and atmosphere. Location inside Caesars Palace a little awkward.

The VIP service was excellent and the bathroom was gorgeous. View from the room was awful.

Great staff. Room was very clean. Nobu restaurant is not to be missed, excellent service there. The wood in the bathrooms has water stains on it. They should have put more varnish or shellac on it if they want wood in the bathrooms. It looks worn and older than it should so it detracted from my rating of the room. TV use is too complicated.
Love that the Red Rock has everything you want from a luxury casino/hotel but its far from the hustle and bustle from the strip. Great pool and drop off lids club. Just remember to bring vaccination records for the kids club or they will refuse the kids aftet one visit. Vacstion was too short!
Every light source for every space throughout the entire casino/hotel/spa facility was carefully considered by someone who cared enough about their tasking to ensure that the level of brightness was as close to perfect as humanly possible; a truly amazing feat. I was very unhappy about having to check out and return to a much less perfect world.
Was just passing through with the family and didn't want to stay on the strip! Great stay for the price!
nothing. Staff was horrible and the security was very unprofessional and rude. I do not think I will ever stay there again
Very modern, hip and clean.
Hidden $30+ resort fee that kayak didn't disclose clearly and wasn't reflected in the price total
Deluxe king room was spacious and comfortable.
The rooms were nice. We had a large family gathering and requested 4 rooms to be on the same floor. They were happy to honor this request. The hotel looks and feels luxurious. Our kids hung out by the pool while the adults relaxed. The service at the pool was excellent and they took good care of us. We had a dinner for 14 people at Hearthstone. We all had a great time. The general manager was actually our waiter and he definitely made sure we had a great time celebrating my mom's 75th birthday. It was an excellent weekend and we will be staying there again soon.
One of the first times staying off the strip. Really enjoyed the red rock. Rooms were awesome, casino was very clean, pool was choice. Will be back again!!!
Staff friendly Bathroom tiles / grout dirty
Comfortable Beds, great bathrooms (loved the shower and DEEP bath!), fun pool for kids with plenty of seating, friendly staff (especially the valets), good wifi. We will be back! Lighting in bathroom is a little dark, entry door was a little warped, kind of surprised that there are not more convenient charging stations/outlets for electronic devices. All of the above are minor inconveniences. This is a GREAT property!
Great hotel if you're looking to get away from the strip but still relax Vegas style. Drink service on the casino floor was a bit slow at times.
Everything was fabulous. Great smoke free hotel, so nice. We went for a mountain view room, thinking it would be a more beautiful view for us. Yet, in the morning when we opened the curtains we overlooked the airport. A great room if you like to watch planes land and take off. If we had known this, we definitely would have paid a little more for the strip view, which also has a beautiful mountain view. We were with a large group of friends for a 50th birthday celebration, so we were not in the room much and did not move to a better room...deciding it was not that big a deal but good to know for next time. Beds and pillow were fabulous, great shower, gluten free room service options, restaurants great, love Veranda patio restaurant. Pool looks nice, but is closed for renovations/winter. Since the Four Seadons is attached to the Mandalay Bay Hotel, we had access to smaller Mandalay pool (not big Moorea Beach pool, which was also closed for winter). Everyone that works at the Four Seasons seemed great. Nice spa, steam room snd gym. Mix restaurant/nightclub at Mandslay has a fabulous view!!! Enjoy! We would definitely stay at the Four Seasons again, yet next time will get a strip view room.
Service was impeccable, room was well kept, with furniture like new, amenities and pools were well worth the price when compared to other hotels on the strip. This was a hotel with class and manners. Some noise from party pool across the beach could be heard in the room on 37th floor, it was muffled but still fairly audible.
Great service. Exactly what you would expect.
I like the simple process of checking into the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. No forced march through a smoke filled casino. Staff was fantastic.
I liked that it was part of the bigger Mandalay bay hotel but seemed separate. It's own lobby and entrance made it seem small and cozy. My friends complained about how loud mandalay bay was. four seasons was just right
Elegant, clean, nonsmoking property makes for great air quality, attentive service, beautiful room and beautiful public areas Can't think of s thing
Dinner at Charlie Palmer Steakhouse was HORRIBLE.
An upscale and quiet Vegas experience. Exactly what I was looking for.
The room was great and the entire hotel staff was awesome!
The hotel was quiet - much quieter than Mandalay Bay, which is what we were looking for. The room was very nice and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay at the Four Seasons! Nothing!
Good location, comfy beds. A bit of a nice departure from Casinos, and partitioned away from Mandalay, which it shares a building with. It's kind of like everything else in Vegas...a cheaper facade of the real thing. Staff isn't engaged like at other Four Seasons, dirty common areas (room was immaculate), and things just aren't quite "on point" for a place of this caliber.
Beautiful facility, modern design, very well maintained and clean. We really liked the room and the location of the hotel. Negatives -- I had requested an upper level room when I reserved, but at check-in, I had been assigned a *very* low floor room -- Front Desk staff told me I could NOT change to an upper floor room because "the booking company controls the room assignment". ??? The morning of checkout, the Front Desk informed me that I could NOT have a *15 minute* checkout extension because of my "reservation type". Also, had to wait 30 minutes outside for the valet to retrieve my car. (forced valet parking -- no self-park possible at Vdara). This was on a relatively quiet Tuesday morning -- can't imagine what the wait would have been on a busy weekend.
Nice place. U feel safe here. No coca-Cola
Great room for a great price. My friends were staying at the Wynn and there room was slightly bigger but they were paying about 4x more per night than I was.
To start the staff was very pleasant. The decor was nice I would say it could have been more comfortable but with the style of furniture I know comfort is second to design. I did not appreciate the fact that the front desk told me check-in was at 3 PM but said if I was to come in earlier it would be no problem. It was not a problem however there was an early check in charge that I should have been notified of before hand to rearrange my travel plans. The rooms were clean however the air freshener used in the rooms was not pleasant.
Loved the style and decor Great restaurants Having stated many hotels in Vegas I know customer service is of utmost importance due to the fact that someone can always go in any direction to try another hotel if they weren't satisfied I have never had worse customer service than this hotel The staff was rude and seemingly bothered by any request or questions. I actually was told no after a few simple requests
Had dinner at Jose Andres Bazar Meat. Great experience Checked into first room - 3rd floor one mini window facing a wall. Agent said at check in they had no rooms in my category and tried to downgrade me. She then found this room and said it was an upgrade. Went back to front desk to get another room. New room on 11th floor but unfortunately realized about 45 min after moving that we left glasses in the first room. Long story short - after many calls security could not find glasses and said housekeeping never turned them in. Basically - either new guest in room kept them or hotel housekeeping took them. My fault for leaving them but it would never have happened Had the hotel actually checked me into a decent room for the category I paid for. In addition - under construction to turn into a W. Upstairs pool past lots of construction barriers. Only 5-6 restaurants - you are kind of stranded there aside from an Uber to better hotels. Life lessons - you get what you pay for. This hotel is cheap for a reason. Visited Hard Rock and at same price point it's much more central with many more options in the hotel for when you don't leave.
Good room quality. 1. Pool closed all fall and winter? In Vegas? C'mon! No indication before arrival. 2. There for a weekend stay, but the spa folks don't work until Wednesday? Once again, this is Vegas! All services should be available on any day with a 'Y' in it! 3. Location is far north on the Strip. Use the monorail or Uber your way down town. 4. Casino slots very limited. Table dealers are falling asleep waiting for customers. This is not a hopping casino!
Staff were all friendly and helpful! Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.
Rooms and Staff Fantastic They charge for the pool on Sat even if your a guest
The decor in the room was nice
I like that everything is in close proximity. I didn't that some table games weren't available when we wanted to play.
The hotel is beautiful, fun and trendy. Friendly staff and clean. My only complaints are: location is not great, our bathroom smelled like smoke and the elevators are slow
The waitstaff in the casino was Wonderful. All the other casinos we visited the service was lacking... Having to wait 45 minutes to an hour before you see a waitress Is terrible. But not at the sls.
The staff was very friendly and nice, had no problems
I enjoyed having the the staff. They were very welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean and spacious. I would have liked to be closer to the strip.
This hotel stay is great. The rooms are nice and clean and the air quality in the casino is more tolerable than most packed casinos I have been in. The food at dunkin donuts and pink taco are great. The food at the cafe that is open 24hrs could definitely use some work, but the staff is awesome. The cab/uber drive to the strip and to Fremont is about a 10-15min ride. Its also great that there is a few other places in walking distance from the Hard Rock. I would definitely stay at the hard rock at my next stay in vegas.
My husband and I were in town for a wedding. We got the room at a discounted price. We were both excited because we are both musicians. One night we actually walked around the casino looking at all of the different instruments and outfits that were on display. We aren't big drinkers or gamblers so we were only really downstairs to walk around and shop/eat. The room we had was nice and the bed was super comfy. Everything seemed to be up to date. I loved the theme of the deluxe room. When we pulled up to the hotel I noticed the airport right next to it, but not once did I hear a plane while in the hotel. I most definitely stay again at the price we got! We asked for a nonsmoking room and when we got up to our room it smelled of weed. Which was probably from a room nearby because each time we left and came back into our room it smelled like it more heavily. It must have been from the vents. The bathroom shower wasn't super clean. I didn't dare walk without shoes or slippers on. The lighting in the room wasn't very good. It was very dim lit which some people find romantic, but it just seemed ghetto to me. My husband and I aren't super high maintenance, and this stay was well worth it. I would happily stay again at the same price. If I had the option to stay at full price I probably wouldn't do it.
Updated. Renovations while we were staying. Location.
Casino and grounds were great. Paradise tower is a little far from casino to casually enjoy. Hotel room was very dark, poor lighting everywhere in the black on black on black room. Room phone was dead and information book damaged and hard to use. Was supposed to get a king, none were available. My 6'7" husband was a little uncomfortable in the queen
The staff are absolutely amazing. You can shoot the $#!t with anyone from the bartenders, to dealers, to concierge, to drivers, to house keeping. We stay here at least twice a year and never regret a thing!!!... Except getting wrapped up, chatting with the staff, till 6 am ;) The cost of the mini bar. But hey, it's Vegas!
The reservation date was messed up and price would not be met for correct date. Kayak nor Hard Rock would match the deal or cancel reservation. The rice for room was charged and no one used room What a waste.
In overall the hotel was good. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff brings customer service all time and the hotel is beautiful and huge. Despite I knew the location was off the Strip I was taking into consideration the fact that the have shuttle bus. However, the buses are available from 10 am to 5 pm (too late and too early). So we had to spend money in uber caps and also the city bus. Next time I'll rather to consider another hotel on the strip.
I love the beds! Waiting 4+ Hours for my room, I ended up having my phone died and had to threaten to talk to a manager to get a room! Mine you I was running on 3 hours of sleep and it didn't start my birthday off to a good start!
Nice Rooms and casinos, great food No ashtray in smoking room
Collapsing mattress, smelly non-smoking room, construction noise before 7:00am in the morning
the pool too many children in pool area with unattending parents (parents allowed thier children to run amok splashing other pool-goers carelessly)
Good food and ability to relax in the surroundings. The bed had some type of pad that made it to uncomfortably warm.
There is more than enought things to do at this hotel. Gamble, movies, bowling, many restaurants, plenty of shows and very close to outlet shopping. My husband and I were there celebrating our anniversary and when we got home after a night out we wanted to watch some tv before going to bed and the tv wouldn't work. They sent up an engineer to fix it and when he couldn't we had to more to another room at 2 am. After packing everything up and going to the new room (no view as our other one had, our new window looked out at the parking garage) we had to argue to even get any compensation for the huge inconvenience! The personal are not friendly at all and were actually irritated with us because we were upset about the situation.
Very nice hotel, really liked the pool area. Everything extra costs money and to far from the Strip
Great rate , quiet room and covered parking plenty of resturants booked King bed @40 + tax got two queens and rate was 42+ tax not worth changing once got to room ---little discrepency but should be accurate in the future
The rooms are very nice. Larger than most Vegas rooms. Way off the strip expect 30 dollar cab ride each way to strip if the hotel offered shuttle schedule doesn't work for you.
The openness of the casino, and there is plenty to do.
The atmosphere is wonderful with plenty to do for families with kids.
The hotel was clean, spacious with good customer service. We stayed there because it was close to the airport. N/A
Close to my work area and out of the traffic mess My bed could have been more comfortable. It may be time for them to upgrade the mattress
Great room, great view, gated entrance, best place in Vegas we have ever stayed at and we have been coming to there for years for conferences. Nothing
Manager was very sweet! Guest were freely doing drugs in the lobby. Dangerous place to stay!
Access to the MGM was the saving grace. Nice pools, clean rooms. James, the concierge manager, was the only decent employee we encountered. Poor attention from concierge, bell desk, and housekeeping. After our first day, getting anything done was a fight. Maid service stopped coming or only made the bed, and left dirty towels, the bell desk wouldn't call a cab, concierge's answer was "I don't do that." They pushed for Express check-out, where they email you a receipt--don't do it. After 3 days I had to call and sit on hold for over 30min to have a receipt emailed. We spent 3xs what we paid for our stay in food, beverage, etc and I feel we could get better treatment at Hooters. We will never stay here again.
I loved that the rooms were so well appointed and luxurious. But, my favorite thing was that The Signature was non-smoking with no casino, however, there was a direct through-the-hotel connection to the MGM Grand and the Strip. A short walk - maybe 10 minutes - and we were in the MGM Grand casino. I don't regret anything about our choice to stay here and would definitely return.
Can use the MGM pool. Nice kitchen. So self parking
Stayed for 2 nights in a balcony suite with a view toward the strip. View was nice. Very clean suite had a jacuzzi tube for 2 and a firm but comfortable king bed. Air was set at 72°. Kitchenette with microwave, small fridge, stink, stove top perfectly suited our needs. Check in was easy and fast. Private entrance and complimentary valet service was the cherry on top. Would definitely do this again. Good value for the $.
Very comfortable, quiet, close to river run and great deck with view! Had to call to get room cleaned and clean towels!
I travel to Vegas for business and at the end of the day I want to get away from the casinos and noise and relax in a nice big room. The MGM Signature is a relatively new building with nicely appointed, huge rooms, the lobby is quiet, and the pools are quiet. You can easily walk to the MGM if you want to find the crowds. A great spot!
We had a junior suite with balcony. We enjoyed the balcony, the location and the kitchenette. Great place for a family. You can enter without having to walk through a casino. Clean, spacious room.
The pillows, are to soft
Everything was a pleasure, just the only thing was that we kind of had to tip the valet luke 3s a day since I was driving out alot.
Staff was great!!!!! Facilities were very clean and well maintained! Room was spacious and nice. Location is perfect after a long day/night on the strip, it's actually quiet and restful.
Kitchen included. Beds are comfortable and location was away from the strip so easier to get rest at night.
Used the 2 BR. Nice having room to relax. Upscale. Pool areas nice. Close to strip.
My friends and I (4 ladies in our late 20's, early 30's) traveled to Vegas to celebrate a birthday and stayed at the Marriott Grand Chateau. We selected this hotel because of the price ($207 per night), location (1 block from the strip and directly across from Planet Hollywood Mall/Casino), and room set-up (2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and kitchen). The rooms were amazing and we had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable, esp with the extra bathroom that we found extremely helpful when we were getting ready to go out at night. The only downfall is the early check-out time of 10am. Also liked that is was a non-smoking facility, which gave our lungs a break! Early checkout time (10am), but the hotel will hold your luggage for free.
The bed and view were great Overbooked couldn't stay longer
I always stay here and the rooms are always amazing.
The host who checked us in was very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information. The 24-hour bar was very useful, especially after landing after midnight, and it being too late for us to go out. The bartender was very friendly and hospitable. I liked the added security before getting to the elevators with the "guard" standing by to make sure everyone had working keys before entering the elevator area. It was a little of a hassle to have to go to some rooms because they were on different towers. So, if they were on the 6th floor, but we were on the 50th floor, we had to go back down to the bottom floor to take another elevator to get to our friends' room. It was a little inconvenient. Also, when we asked housekeeping for clean towels, she reacted as if we were accusing her of stealing from our room. We were just asking if we could get new towels, because ours were laying on our beds, etc. Her reaction was odd since we weren't accusing her of anything.
At face value, the Elara looks like a nice hotel. However, it was obvious that they didn't put the amount of $$ into the amenities that matter. Horrible wifi even after paying a premium price Check-out at 10 Remote control did not work IT support was not on-site and could not help The bed bowed into the middle The water pressure was horrible Not a fan of black toilets and jetted tubs.
The suites are spacious. Had a views of the Paris Eiffel Tower that was amazing. The pool area was very nice and didn't play loud thumping techno music. Close enough to the Las Vegas Strip. Nonsmoking and no casino so clean air and quiet. Good security.
Really great staff !! Room was clean and super nice No restaurants in the property. It's attached to the miracle mile shopping center....kinda tacky.
Rooms were so big. Best experience by far. Will be booking there from now on Some stuff were not working or a little difficult. Like the washer and dryer. Projector , jetted tub all work but difficult to handle
Clean modern decor. Swanky Mad Men feel
The hotel was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the access to Miracle Mile. Very responsive staff and room service. We enjoyed the set up of the Jr Suite room, with fridge, access to bathroom from the hallway and not just sleeping room. Nice tub and large closets. Furniture was comfortable and the bed was exceptional. A few details kept creeping up. The buttons on the phone didn't take you to the correct spot (pressing bell man went to IVR with no selection for bell stand). Miscommunication on the hotspot sign in (not on our room key folder and wasn't told at check in. Booking through one of their partners held a few surprises...no hilton points, wifi not free, "availability" of requested room. For example, I got a great email asking what kind of room preference (view, quiet, high floor, etc.) and a request for the timeframe I would arrive (late afternoon, evening etc.) Email was confirmed and they would do their best to accommodate. FYI I selected the view because my business partner and I would be spending two and half days developing our business plan in our room. When we entered the room, we were staring directly into the parking garage. Hey, guys don't ask if you can't deliver. Don't set expectations you can't fulfill. Whenever I book through third party, I seem to get treated as a sub-guest. But surprise - my experiences still contribute to my brand relationship overall. Usually with Hilton, the service and details are stunning.
I like that it was a smoke-free environment and that it felt somewhat away from the constant commotion of The Strip and casino floors, but was an easy walk to get there.
The room was not clean. There were stains all over the sheets and the bathroom faucet handles were filthy. Not what I expect from a Hilton.
When I was shopping for a room, I noticed the final price on each place included a resort fee...except for the Tuscany room. It listed a 'special' rate and there was no resort fee added to that rate...so, I assumed the resort fee was waived. It was not....seemed misleading or downright dishonest.
Very nice first time staying there would come back. Great price and great customer service
I always like the large rooms, outdoor spaces and convenient parking at Tuscany, and thats why I usually come back. Also the weekday rates are some of the best in Vegas. Although we got a great rate, the "resort fees" are ridiculous. Just quote the entire charge upfront and be done with it
Rooms are huge
A little further off the Strip than I would have liked, but great room. Hair dryer was broken but they came in minutes and replaced it.
Lap pool was great. Casino but no poker tables
Tuscany Suites was a good location close to the strip and to meeting location. It's a full service hotel with food and casino. Evening entertainment as well. Parking! Tuscany Suites had a huge number of parking spaces blocked off and finding a spot near your building was a challenge.
I probably wont get to europe anytime soon so the Tuscany made me think of what Italy would look and feel like. The structure was wonderful and had everything I needed for the rest and relaxzation I needed I didnt like the fact that it was a resort fee! didnt find out until after reservations were made
Great price Great service
Only 10 min walk to the Strip. Clean and well maintained. We will take it next time again!
Great location in relation to the strip. Walking isn't bad and an uber is very cheap (we did both). The rooms are white large, very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
The location was perfect and not too noise Wish the executive suite could have had more kitchen ware such as dishes, stove and pans to cook.
This is my first time to stay at west gate. Everything is out of my expectations. The hotel, the staffs are nice . Clean hotel. Would recommend to everyone
The staff were not helpful at all
I have no complaints about the Westgate. Not a fancy hotel but perfectly suited our needs. Comfy beds, lots of $10 blackjack tables, very easy to take monorail down the strip. Even let us check in early so we could nap/shower after early morning flights before going about our day.
Comfortable beds Room price Food cost and selection Isolated location
Too noise, no insulation
price was OK Noise coming from elevator, air-conditioning/heat doesn't work; high resort fees, away from center of strip.
Some rooms were updated, ours were not. Many amenities, shopping and dining, all on property. Rooms were clean, 90% of the staff was friendly and helpful. We needed adjoining rooms and requested one of them be a king and the other, two queens. Rooms weren't ready until after 5. We were given late check out. We attended our function, then got a panicked call saying the power was out. Sitter and sleeping baby were left in the dark without lights or air for hours. They came back on, but went out intermittently 5 times during our stay. We were waved or resort fee. Offered a couple other things were didn't accept. There are no microwaves, so if you've got s youngin' good luck heating their food. Rooms were at the end of a very long, musty, hall. Next time request will be for closest to the elevator. Ah, wait, won't be a next time. Stayed here too many times, had better experiences, but maybe it's just getting too old for me. Also, machines sucked, cocktail waitress didn't come by for over an hour, and my team lost.
Rooms are relatively inexpensive because of location. They hit me with a resort fee at checkout. Other LV hotels do this upfront. It is a short hike to the strip. Not a problem, if you are in shape and don't mind walking. Room was quiet and comfortable. Bus stops are nearby to get you to and from the airport. They tried to talk me into listening to a timeshare presentation, but I avoided this waste of time.
Good casino hotel for Business stay while attending convention at LVCC. Clean and friendly staff. Older facilities and somewhat limited compared to the strip hotels. Expect food to be just as expensive as the strip hotels though. Rooms are comfortable and fine for several nights of business travel. Location is basically directly next door to convention center
Nice hotel Too much soliciting.
I only payed $25 each night +$15 fee, it was very clean, at first check-in thers a concierge he was very friendly shows you to your room tells you all about it and he even told use that if we need anything just to let him know and he will make it happen. He also set everything up with our luggage to get picked up and delivered to our room we did not have to do one thing but have fun. You can also not get your room cleaned and go green and you will get $10 each night to use for anything at the resort. They would give us some extra $10 credit gift cards under our door each morning some times 5. Rooms have clean and very comfortable beds. Pool looks nice, gym is also nice and clean. Has some nice shops and restaurants. Parking is also in a good spot and the monorail stopes there. I did give tips to every one. This is much better then most places on the strip.
Nicely remodeled room, nicely remodeled lobby. Excellent staff. Too far from things. Rooms still feel Elvis cheesy. Terrible outside sign makes the hotel look cheap and not luxurious.
