Very large accommodation, with two bedrooms and a living room plus kitchen, well equipped. Nice swimming pool, very nice staff. Perfect for staying several days, including with kids.
A very spacious luxurious time share at an excellent price. we enjoyed our time there immensely.
Spacy appartment, nice pools not clear if daily room cleaning is contained in price or not
The rooms were very comforting, relaxing, and roomy. I liked the fact that each room had a laundry room and that each bedroom had a flat screen television in it. I did not like the fact that the kitchen had a tiny salt and pepper dispenser. Being that it is a full size kitchen, it would have been feasable to have regular salt and pepper dispensers.
An oasis in the middle of the desert! Superb value for money - home from home. Everything that we could possibly need was available. the carpet in our suite was dirty- when we mentioned it to reception, we were told that all the carpets needed replacing as "dye" was lifting out of the carpets!
The space of the rooms. Parking next to the room. Staff tried to invite us at a selling event
The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The condo was very nice and well appointed. I would highly recommend this place and will use this in the future. Not having daily maid service.
best location,if you have a car.very nice and helpfull staff.
Easy access and conviently located Tv wire routging was amatuerish. Wires should be routed behind the tv
Convenience of two bedroom apartment, furnished kitchen, etc. instead of booking two hotel rooms Very dark, they used energy saving bulbs but the weren't adequate for reading. We literally had to use a flashlight in the daytime to read the termostat with all curtains opened. Take light bulbs.
The rooms are nice and very clean. It is an affordable hotel casino. We stay there every year. Easy to park, easy to get to room, and staff is great. They just added a coffee kiosk with a free cup of Starbucks in the morning which is great. They comped our room for 4 nights and we are not high rollers.
very nice, clean, modern room. spacious and decor wasn't hard on the eyes toilet flusher needed my entire body weight on it to get it to work; clearly it wasn't functioning well but we got used to it.
Loved the rooms, great big soaking tub in the bathroom, floor to ceiling windows offer a nice view. The room service menu is fairly priced and good quality simple food. The location was convenient for me (I wanted to avoid The Strip) and parking was plentiful and free. There was plenty of visible security in the parking area and inside the property and key card secured elevators for guests. As a single woman, I felt safe and comfortable. I am not a gambler and I found it unpleasant to have to walk through the Casino to get to the registration desk, hotel elevators, and restaurants. There was soap, but nothing more in the rooms so bring your own lotion, shampoo & conditioner, etc. The beds were extremely soft which will appeal to some and turn off others.
Very comfortable and amazingly fast wifi. Not much for smaller children.
Nice clean room with a very comfortable bed. YOUR GAMING TABLES ARE CROOKED. A $40 NO TEN BET PAYS $40...NOT $20. BLACK JACK IS CROOKED, DEALERS ARE IN BED WITH SOME PLAYERS. Our room was on the 14th floor and we could not access the internet. The front desk said we must call Cox Cable technical support. I explained that was the hotel's responsibility to do so. They refused and connected me to Cox Cable. Cox created a work order for the hotel to reset the internet on our floor. We had a "Do not Disturb" on our door, therefore, the engineer would not reset the internet. We called the front desk again and miraculously the internet started working. The next morning at 6:00 am we tried to check in for our flight home. Again, no access to the internet. The front desk connected me to Cox Cable again and they created another ticket for engineering. We had to go down to the lobby to connect to the internet and check in for our flight. Upon checkout the hotel charged us $2.00 for local calls to Cox cable. We had to explain the entire situation and finally they reversed the charges
Price, room size, comfort, quite Pool is too shallow for adults, location attracts some interesting clientes.
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Spacious and nice and clean bathroom.
We liked the security check in at the elevators
the room Smell
Coffee vouchers and amazing coffee stand in lobby that serves Starbucks. Overall, hotel was pretty clean and comfortable. We're non-smokers from California, and ended up with a smoking room with our 2 young kids. I wasn't given the option to choose smoking or non when reserving the room, and woman at front desk didn't ask. Bummed. I understand that the casino would be a large ashtray, but not our room. Everything smelled like cigarettes when we came home. Also, don't expect any amenities if that is something you look forward to. We had 2 towels and soaps were in soap dispensers. Nothing else. Toilet and shower drain were VERY slow. The wifi took FOREVER to connect but once it connected it was fine.
Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Great price. The onky issue i had was the room smelled slightly like smoke. Its not on the strip but close enough, only a 10 minute drive. On the whole, highly satisfied
Check in was quick and the staff was really nice. Very comfortable and cheerful room. First time staying at Eastside Cannery and we will stay there from now on. Only drawback would be if you wanted to be on the strip. Best part was I left my fitbit in the room and didn't notice until a hour out of Vegas. I called lost and found and they sent my watch by Fed-Ex to my house with no extra charges. I was very impressed. We only stayed one night and didn't eat there but we still had a very good impression of the staff and hotel.
hotel was simple and very nice experience. easy to get to apects of hotel restaurant & gambling and grill. wi-fi is horrible is not working its a joke, slowiest and non existing in the world. We wanted to print show tickets no dice had to pay 8.00 dollars to print them out in lobby because of bad wi-fi!
The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean And the staff is friendly. Have stayed at the Silverton A few times now and I am sure we will be staying There again, start our trip off at a hotel downtown or on the strip and end the trip here. Much more relaxing at the Silverton than at either of the other places.
The Buffet is a good deal. The $13.95 advertised price is only with a Players card. Small casino with mostly slots so it is not difficult to get from the parking area to the lobby. Rooms were supposed to be non-smoking and they reeked of cigarette smoke. Poor ventilation in the casino. I ended up with a handicapped room which means a walk in shower. With the curtain closed, I had not even enough room to turn around. Watch your bill closely. The bill said one price and the credit card charge is about $65 more.
Clean, convert location right off the freeway No remote control in the room. Second time they did not provide a do not disturb sign for the door.
The price drew me to The Silverton. I like that they had a Johnny Rockett's burger restaurant and a Starbucks inside the hotel. The Sp;ortsbook area was really fun, watching the NFL playoff game there with the cheering crowd. The theming of the hotel was pleasing, and the room was cozy. I like that they did offer Room Service, although i did not use it. While I did not go there to watch TV, when I did decide to watch TV in the morning I could not find a remote control anywhere! (Didn't have time to call housekeeping to fix that, either!) Parking was slightly confusing, as there was a regular area and a VIP area. Since I was a hotel guest, if I could have used that VIP area, I wish they would have told me that at check-in (I'm still not sure). I wish that the Resort Fee was optional, since I did not use any of the amenities that they list that comes with paying the Resort Fee.
Always nice to stay here because of the price and since it's off the strip they do have shuttles that can get you where you need to go rather it's the airport,Vegas strip, or town square mall and plenty of eating option Only thing I would say that I didn't like is that the rooms are outdated and it would be nice if the rooms had mini fridges in them for people staying longer than one night
Friendly and helpful front desk staff during checkin/checkout; Establishment was away from the Strip and Downtown which was great; easy access to and from the freeway; lots of extra space in the double rooms, excellent wireless coverage no refrigerator in the double room; TV dated, need flat screen; I know there are security cameras throughout the room floors. I was wondering how tight security is. If there is security personnel walking the halls throughout the day and night. Sunday morning, 0630, wife sees a male who didn't belong finally exiting the elevator after calling my name out as she stood in front of the elevator. Otherwise, he would not have exited. I was out of view, standing by the window, taking a pic of the pool and sunrise. I see the backside of this individual walking away from the elevator towards the hallway.
all the staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent clean casino off the strip. Will stay there again for sure
Ease of check in Long slow lines for dinning on site understaffed. Antiqued rooms really an CD player?
Nice but smoky in the casino. Not a problem but noticeable. Super friendly staff and thank you for that!
The front desk staff were very helpful
I'm a local and come to this casino often but was my first time staying in the hotel. Price wasn't bad but there were some fees I didn't know they would charge. They do have a shuttle to the strip and the airport but can be hard to find your way back to the pickup location if its your first time there. Rooms were pretty decent for the price. Rooms a little outdated had a box TV and bathroom had rust here and there. It said my room would have a mini fridge but it didn't. Our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes when we first arrived. Should have more shuttle pickup and drop off time
The staff is top notch, very nice and helpful. Prices all around were very good. Room was pretty good, clean and pretty comfortable. No indoor pool/hot tub.
Loved that breakfast was included. Nice restaurant on sight. Rooms were spacious and didn't feel cramped with three grown women. Loved that the shower had sink in one room and toilet had a sink in another, providing enough space for us all to get ready. Very quiet in room and halls. Didn't hear noise of neighbors. Shuttle to the strip. Close to strip, but not all the chaos.. I was pleased with our stay.
I was in town for my sisters wedding over at the Wynn. The location was perfect as most of my family was staying at the Wynn and the Embassy Suites is less then 5 minutes by cab. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and very polite. The room was very nice and comfortable. And the price was great. I only spent a 3rd of what it cost to stay at the Wynn and was only 5 minutes away. The breakfast was also very enjoyable. It's one of the main reasons I look to stay at the Embassy Suites if I can. The bathroom was not as nice as the rest of the room. The faucet was cracked and corroded, the shower looked like one you'd find in a motel, and the marble counter had these odd stains on them. I would rank the room at a 4 star and the bathroom at a 2 star.
I always attempt to stay at Embassy's where ever I go mainly because of the ammenities. I wish the hotel had airport shuttle service.
Great complimentary breakfast, shuttle service, swimming pool None
Very enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfasts were great and so were the receptions in the afternoon. Indoor pool was way to cold.
Nothing. The hotel was overbooked and I couldn't stay there even though I already paid for the resrvation. Very unhappy that I purchased a night's stay so I could be near the airpot and have an easy checkout for a morning flight only to be turned away due to overbooking and "upgraded" to the Venetian. I spent 234.08 for the convenience of an embassy suites only to be given the fun of trying to figure out how and where to park at the venetian, the ridiculous walk from the car to the check in desk, check in hassle of everyone arriving on red-eyes and the pleasure of getting up extra early to do all that again the next morning. What I am trying to say is that when you want the convenience of the Embassy Suites and its location near the airport and you have already paid for the stay it is a large mistake on a business's part to upgrade someone to the hassle of the Venetian. If I wanted the Venetian I would have rented a room there instead. There were plenty available. the Venetian was an excellent hotel I just didn't want to stay there for convenience reasons and the Embassy Suites made my entire trip home miserable due to exhaustion from only getting 4 hours of sleep due to all the extra time needed finding and getting in and out of the Venetian.
It was clean Our door didn't lock when we tried to leave for our evening out. Although we were able to move to another room it took longer and we were late for the show we purchased.
The rooms were lovely to look at and delightful to sleep in.
I liked it all. Close to everything. Nothing I can really complain about. The only comment is that the decor needs updating.
They lost our reservation then ran my card for the weekend rate at the hotel. We missed our dinner plans at Gordon Ramsay because we couldn't get into a room and shower on time. Hotel is in repair process looks very tacky for incoming guest. Front desk trainee did what she could to accommodate but she had no pull. Put a damper on the weekend for sure. Will never book here again
The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the flat screen tv's. Also, the full breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly.
- Location - Hotel breakfast - Room configuration - Room 322 had crack in ceiling - Lack of mini fridge
The hotel was reasonably priced and had all the basic amenities. The breakfast was amazing! The room was comfortable and clean and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they would have started breakfast earlier than 6 - the first shuttle to the airport was at 6, so we missed breakfast our last day. Once an hour for the shuttle wasn't really enough and it would have been nice if the shuttle also picks you up - a cab from the entertainment strip right across the highway will cost you about $10-$12 with tip.
Loved the room and front desk area. Pool closed to early.
Best Breakfast. Comfortable beds
The shuttle driver was very professional and really nice . The staff at check in were very helpful and respectful When I arrived felt a little ignored . No one said anything and I was waiting until some one said somethig.
The pool area was nice and cozy, although they close at 10. We were there over the 4th of July weekend and you would think they would be a little lax on the time since it was a holiday, but at 9:59 the lady working the bar came out and told everyone to leave. We stayed at Fairfield the night before and their pool closed at 11. The breakfast sucked. A lot of reviews I read said the breakfast was "awesome." Far from the truth. They had the typical waffles, fruit, yogurt, and pastries. Boiled eggs and egg omelets floating around in liquid...ok? No bacon or sausage. I grabbed a banana and called it a day. They had a nice older gentleman as a Breakfast Attendant that went around and gave the kids toys and coloring pages which was a nice gesture. He was really friendly and seemed to enjoy his job. The rooms were basic, nothing special. They had a small cube refrigerator in the room that was just randomly laying on the floor. Never seen that before...usually it's in a cabinet.
Daily shuttles onto the Las Vegas Strip was very convenient and cut down on the taxi fees. The location is not the greatest but than again I was aware of this and new that I was not centrally located to the strip. The shuttle makes up for this with a drop off point near one of the hotel tramways with access to the strip monorail.
Just a positively great oasis in the flash of Vegas. it's tranquil, clean, FRESH and comfortable. The amenities were great and honestly addressed all my needs, down to my forgotten toothbrush and toothpaste. nothing negative here
The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. NO resort or parking fees. Shuttle to the strip every hour. Neutrogena toiletries. Weird, ocean (?) type smell in lobby, probably temporary.
Great experience and stay overall. Check-in and check out process was quick, easy, and painless. Breakfast was great and fitness service met my needs. Thank you and I don't mind making a return visit here down the road.
Very comfortable beds Near In-N-Out for late night snack Good Breakfast both food and eating set-up Driver said shuttle to strip stopped at before 11pm which seemed strange and meant that we had to drive our own car for a 10pm show at the Tropicana.
The hotel was conveniently located close to, but not on the Strip in Vegas. Having the airport shuttle, which ran often to the airport is a bonus as was a shuttle drop off to the strip once an hour. The buffet was excellent with scrambled eggs and a meat offered along with waffles, oatmeal, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit , breads and bagels. One of the nicest assortments and well kept area constant cleaning and filling of offerings. Pool area nice to relax by quiet with plenty of tables and lounges. Getting back from the strip you had to walk on a busy overpass. If they had more pickups from the strip that would of been nice presently only at 5:30 and 10:30.
Best kept secret! Quiet, but right there in the middle of the strip. Can use the Falmingo pool, but Hiltons is much more relaxing. Great staff, rooms were wonderful, and the little store has great breakfast! I would stay there anytime! N/A
The staff was helpfull the location was perfect. Room temperature was freezing, The heating system is not good.
The value, size, and cleanliness of the room
This Hilton was excellently located, right in the middle of the strip, and at the back of the Flamingo property. It's a six-minute walk across the street to Bally's and the concourse to Paris; it's a ten-minute walk across the Strip to the Bellagio and Caesar's. We had a spacious and comfortable suite with a large, jetted soaking tub, a sitting area with a couch and coffee table, and a practical kitchenette that included a fridge, microwave, sink, and some dishes/flatware. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the fridge in the kitchenette, unlike other luxury Vegas hotels, was empty, so we could use it for our own stuff. I hate it when the fridge is stuffed with mini-bar offerings that I've no intention of ever using; I find it especially obnoxious when the fridge shelves are on some sort of auto-scale that tracks if you've tried to remove a mini-bar bottle to make room for something like a personal water bottle, and charges you for the "missing" items. There was none of that nonsense here, thankfully. The Hilton has its own pool just for its guests, separate from the Flamingo property, which we appreciated. It was about 100 degrees when we were there, and we didn't want to use the extremely crowded and noisy Flamingo pool. The Hilton is unfortunately on the back side of the Flamingo's pool area, and every day is party day at the Flamingo pool. The disco music blared at bomb-test volume from noon to six, every single day. Even with the windows and blinds shut in our suite on the 6th floor, the music is still earsplitting, but I suppose the upside is that the music tends to drown out most of the drunken partiers in the Flamingo pool. It was nice to have our own pool for this reason, but the Hilton pool area stank like a four-day-old dead skunk, on account of a nearby garbage dumpster in the blazing sun. We nearly gagged on Saturday when we tried to use the pool. The jetted tub was impressive and comfortable, but didn't drain on its own. We had to pull and hold the drain plug continuously until the water had fully drained; it kept slipping back into plugged position without someone holding it up. I also would have appreciated a little more privacy between the jetted tub and the rest of the room, like a sliding glass tub door or something.
Location, staff, cleanliness, etc. No complaints.
Hotel is in a good location behind the Flamingo.
Triple 7 Brewery is great. Great customer Service throughout Low priced drinks. The IPA is great. Showerhead is chest level.
Cold a/c and comfortable bed clean room . you can't get away from the smoke. I don't smoke and it still permeates the building they still allow smoking in the casinos.
The antique decor and the area of town are big pros for this hotel. Minor fault which plagues almost all of Vegas, strictly Pepsi products, no Coke.
Me and my lady love the atmosphere of the hotel and staff, and the rooms where comfortable and clean, no complaints from either of us
no free wi-fi
The check in lady was awesome, they were overbooked and was going to only give us smoking room and when I told her we couldn't cause my wife was pregnant she immediately shifted gears and made an exception for us. Very awesome. room/bathroom was okay. No continental breakfast. Channels on the TV sucked. Wifi was not free and worse super expensive.
The hotel had a lot of character, friendly staff, good buffet and Video Poker Machines. I like how it's connected to the California for additional gambling options. Our room faced the freeway which was very loud. It's a few blocks away from Fremont street, which is okay during the day, but would not want to walk alone at night. Fortunately, I could cut through the California most of the way.
Location great. Price good. Service good. Rooms are avtad shabby but nice views if you get the right one.
The rooms were so clean and the service was good.
This is a great place for the money. It is old but, well maintained. Food is good and reasonably priced for Vegas. No resort fee, but they will try to up charge you for WiFi. Just say no. Did not have a sports book, but there are others close by.
Breakfast was good and ran for long hours, shuttle to the strip was convenient and easy, staff always accessible and helpful, tv didn't automatically set the volume too loud (a problem I had at other locations) Not much around the location so you basically had to drive or go to the strip for anything, and as for the room in particular, the wall thermostat was finicky: sometimes it controlled the AC and sometimes it didn't.
-The main Strip is visible -Has pool -lots of free parking -One elevator of two was broken -had some really loud guests
Convenient to the airport which is what we needed.
comfortable, close to airport, fairly clean small bathroom, stain on bedsheets
newer hotel. clean. attentive front desk despite our late arrival. not easy to find.
swimming pool ;) none
It was a very relaxing stay and the Faculity was great ,they warmed up the hot tub for us and it was great The weather it was cold and windy but the room and hot tube was great
The room seemed too good to be true, and the resort was immaculately clean.
I like Cancun because we can cook our take home foods and we can eat anytime we want it. The shuttle service was been limited from Cancun to Tropicana Hotel unlike 2 years ago that we have more than one drop point. Its very inconvenient to the guest specially during summer, we could not walk too far because of the heat.
the facilities are good, especially the pool. We were allowed to use the facilities during the day we checked out
From parking the car,to entering our room,we enjoyed all of our stay.
The room was fantastic. I liked that it had all I needed to enjoy my stay. I would definetely come back and stay even longer if I only had the time. Thank you for a nice stay.
There was plenty of room for us all. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, the mattress needed replacing
The price... The location...
very nice resort
The included breakfast was very nice. I like that it's not attached to a casino. Location is excellent to get to the Strip and other restaurants. Pretty small for 4 adults (my husband and me plus my retired parents). I asked for a suite with a separate room which is what I was lead to believe we would have. We had to ask for additional pillows. The sofa bed was filled with popcorn remnants.
The proximity to everything in Las Vegas, excellent breakfast, clean rooms and well equipped for electronics.
The Courtyard rooms are fairly old, but the biggest flaw is no elevator, so lugging a large suitcase up a flight of stairs is a problem. I complained and was transferred to a tower room which was great. Other than housekeeping which kept replacing towels No Kleenex in the Courtyard rooms. No elevator in Courtyard building. Otherwise this is a great facility. Good restaurants at reasonable prices and good location near the Strip and the freeway.
We stayed in the back motel section not the front tower section. The room is spacious but looks old. I was charged more than ---- plus $14 resorts fee for a Wednesday stay, I think it's too much!
The restaurants No
Great Service No
Housekeepers very helpful, the staff in casino was annoying food was good and cheaper than other casinos. Loved having the shuttle and the staff for it.
The person who checked us in was very sweet. She worked in the VIP room. I wished that the buses would run later than they do.
The original room I booked was non smoking and it really stunk of cigarette smoke. I had to pay a $30 upgrade to get a decent room otherwise the other rooms were all the same because they're out in the courtyard and not kept up. It's like booking a motel.
None Did not meet any friendly staffs

It was quiet and I felt safe. Security was always circulating around. You get what you pay for and this was above what I was expecting. Thanks so much. I'll be back! Well, 2nd floor. No elevator

Having a sitting room The check system that could not find my online reservation was problematic.
Bluegreen Club 36 is located approx 1 .5 miles from the Strip and allows you to relax away from the crowds. They provide a shuttle service that drops you at the main locations during main hours. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to airport.
Excellent value. Enjoyed having a small condo v just a hotel room. Convenience of shops in the same plaza. No windows in the living room/kitchen area. No full length mirror.
Everything was according to expected. The rooms were big and clean and staff was nice. The only 2 things I wasn't thrilled about were the towels and bedding. The towel felt harsh on the skin and the bedding sheets could be of better quality. The pillows weren't great either.
Nice accomodations that is quiet and comfortable.
Staff was wonderful. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Very nicely decorated. Good exericise equipment. Computer center is outdated - no printer, computers old and slow. No phone to call out or front desk if "O" needed. Drunks fighting outside window awakened us atabout 3 a.m. - security seemed too young, not authoritative - or know how to handle them.
Did not have the hotel feel, this felt like you were at home. This place has everything you need at an excellent price.
The staff was amazing friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room had a sofa bed which was old and dingy.

Easy walk to convention center, monorail and SDX bus (downtown, the strip and outlet mall) and 108 (airport). Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and coffee. I really enjoyed my stay here .
Friendly staff, free parking, full kitchen, but not sure why Marriott risks it's brand perception with this place. Dirty and smelly room, with cockroaches in the kitchen. Extremely thin walls and floors, which caused us to wake up constantly with neighbors walking/talking. Extremely slow Wi-Fi. Poor below average breakfast. Broken outlet and bathroom door.

Complimentary breakfast AC was not very good. Bed was very firm. Bed size availability was unacceptable.

great hot breakfast and a nice pool and hot tub to relax in. Nice property.
Non-casino setting in Las Vegas. Pleasant staff, easy access and easy parking. Pool was closed Saturday for some fence repair, but staff told me I was able to swim next door at the Marriott.

the staff there was wonderful - plus i love the room layout with the additional seating area, kitchenette, and large dressing area.
close enough to the strip without the noise, free parking, free breakfast, free internet, 42" plasma tv, fridge and coffee maker $20 charge for late checkout (2pm), small bathroom
That it was nice for the price. And the TV was nice. The pool is to small and it was drity. The room did't have a DVD player..
Nice and relaxing, walking distance to the Hard Rock casino. We like the shuttle bus. The drivers are very nice and on time. Howard is very nice and friendly and easy to talk too.
Spacious room, location on walking distance from the Strip, free internet No minibar, no alcoholic bevarges served in the bar after 11:00 pm - is this Las Vegas?? But one is gladly refered to a shop about 50 meters away that is open 24/7
Great service! The lady st the front desk was upbeat and fun! The hot tub was broken and so we had to walk a ways to another marriot to sit in the hot tub.
They refunded my reservation against your refund policy. That I flew all the way to Las Vegas thinking my trip was paid for only to find out the above.
The staff was great and even went out of their way to help! Great job! The fact we paid more than just about everyone that we talked to!
Overall it was good. It would be good if the rooms had a safe. I also noticed on one occasion that one of the towels I had already used, a small one, was not replaced. It was simply folded. I know this because I could still smell the soap I used on it.
Great location for exploring Vegas. Quiet facilities. Room felt luxurious. Staff very polite and helpful. All round excellent place to stay when visiting Vegas.
The unit was nice. It had in unit laundry. Ridiculously oversized bathtub. It's definitely not a resort. It's a condo complex that looks to date from the mid 1980s. The units are one bedroom apartments. It looks much nicer in photos. When you check in, a 'concierge' gives you a hard sell on buying a timeshare. The check out time is a cruel 10 am. I stayed there because it had good reviews. It was ok, but more expensive than much nicer places. Keep that in mind.
The apartment feel resort was exactly what I was looking for for a relaxing, family, Las Vegas trip. The villas were well kept, the staff was nice & helpful, the pool area was great and the BBQ grills were a plus
Quality comfortable and clean
The location to down town Las Vegas is great. Good room for a large family of 8 for this price range. Very clean & modern. Can not check in until 4:00 pm and must check out by 10:00 am?
I didnt!! Dirty, didn't come and clean the room when they said. Noisy neighbors and nobody came and quieted them. Would never stay here agai!! Front desk staff was nice other than that addressed above.
hotel staff and the entire complex was great I thought my room had a washer/dryer and planned for that and it did not
Size of suite was livable with kitchen, dining and living areas and master bedroom with spa. Bedroom closet ridiculously small; room-safe out of practical reach. Can't turn lights or fan on/off from inside bedroom,. only from living room. Insufficient dresser drawers for two people let alone three. Shower door gap leaks water onto bathroom floor; door scrapes on floor. Kitchen floor out of level so refrigerator door slams against wall. Ironing board wouldn't stand; clothes washer very noisy. Coffee table so heavy took two to move so sofa bed could be used. TV in living room on different cable system than bedroom, couldn't watch same program from both rooms. No computer/work desk or convenient device charging outlets; internet pages blocked.
The room was large and clean. The hourly free shuttle bus to "the strip" was handy. Our overall experience was not good. This is a timeshare facility, not a hotel. At checkin I had to stand and listen to a 20 minute timeshare presentation before they would hand over the room key (while my family was waiting in the car in 35 degree heat). They seemed to be trying to sell me a unit, even though I live on the other side of the world. Our room faced a 6 lane highway with terrible traffic noise. The maintenance men woke us at 7am each morning, even on the weekend. I think there are much better places than this in Las Vegas.
rooms are great pool is pretty run down
Loved the room, had everything we needed. We were far enough from Las Vegas blvd. to not have to worry about the crowds, but close enough to get there in 10 min. The pool was perfect.
