Close to everything. Long waits to register.
Close to almost all casinos. No microwave in the room, no fridge in the room.
Customer service was great! Everything smelled of smoke. The facility was dated.
Room size was very nice. Signs to navigate the facility were a bit limited. The pool facility was basically a joke. Besides the adult pool area hot tube being broken the grounds were rather disgusting. Between the empty water bottle left under my chair or the cigarette butts on the deck it seemed like it was too much to ask for the grounds to be cleaned for a Monday.
I reserved 2 King bed rooms, and even though I made my reservations and paid for them, I was down graded to 2 queen bed rooms. If I paid for a King room, I expect to have a King room. Why am I bummed and given queen rooms when I made my reservations 2 weeks in advanced and fully paid for them?! My room also had 2 lights that were not working, and the bathroom shower was not fully cleaned. No fridge or coffee pot in the room.
Location No compli water in the room, parking area is far from the hotel
Nice bathrooms Rooms were dirty, beat up furniture and walls. Uncomfortable beds, next time I'm in vegas I'll probably stay elsewhere.
The beds were very comfortable and i loved the bug tub in thhe bathroom. Location was great; great spot on the strip plus connected to Miracle Mile Shopping center. The hallways and carpetting seemed old/out-dated. Random "room check" by house keeping right after we checked in. They knocked and opened the door, saying they just wanted to see if everything was ok with the room. Felt likw invasion of privacy that they just walked in without us openning the door.
Go here if you want to save money Older facilities compared to other hotels in the area, but you get what you pay for.
Extremely convenient and best location. Lots of food and entertainment options Smoke was unbearable. If they have smoking filters or air purifiers, I don't believe they work. Not in Vegas for 10 years allowed us to forget how smoke filled the casino is.
Location is great, restaurant selection, Axis theater, front desk staff was efficient. Fitness center had old, broken equipment. Rooms need to be updated, elevators were incredibly slow.
Not one thing z... Toilets didn't work, no running water, the rooms looked like a motel and the worst part was that the staff including the "manager " Roberto was unbelievably rude and appeared to be demeaning and preferably when it came to the race of customers . It was the worst experience of my life and I travel to Vegas regularly. I ended up having to move to another votel in Vegas because of such filth and lack of any customer service
Room was dirty and felt old. Didn't feel nice.
Let us check in early clean room View in the room was of the roof.
The hotel is right on the strip and easy access to the Las Vegas strip and to the back corridor of shopping and restaurants.
I have stayed at several high end hotels on the strip. None of them are as nice a stay as the Flamingo. For the money there is no place better to stay on the Vegas strip. It's always clean, there is a monorail stop right at the hotel, and it's right in the middle of the strip close to everything. Also, because it's an older hotel the walls are much thicker that all of the new hotels. There are also several dinning options from affordable to finer dinning. The pool is THE BEST ON THE STRIP. I have no complaints about anything.
"GO" Room decor is definitely cool and retro, very clean and white. Gambling and pool on-site. Room rates good for location, but watch the taxes, fees, and resort fee. blackjack payout 6-5 instead of 3-2 means we gambled elsewhere. Hiding the resort fee in fine print is shady, should be part of the room rate like non-strip hotels.
Price and location is very good When i came here the first time i really liked the hotel, the room, the price and people who work there, thats why i decided to come back and bring my mom here for her very first time in Vegas for 55 birthday anniversary, but at this time we got very small and very old room not nice at all, but i was like, "ok i'm not gonna pay attention on this, but then my mom asked me if they have at list a bathrobes, i was like they must have it, because last time i've been there i used it. When we didnt find one, i called the guest service and asked where is the bathrobes? They told me that they don't provide it, i told them How long ago? I've been here a couple month ago and they was in the room, he said - not anymore, a was kinda confused and went downstairs to ask somebody in the registration about it, they told me we provide the bathrobes only in the big rooms, i asked them kindly if the be able to provide me a bathrobe for 1 night? He told me just No, unless we want to buy it (!?) i said can you ask you manager? He was like- ok, i'll ask. He went away for 10 minutes , came back and told me that he asked housekeeping to bring the bathrobes to the room, if its gonna be available, guess what ? We never saw them, i'm so dissapointed and i feel bad for my mom first visit to Vegas.
I booked and paid for the room over 4 months in advance but could not get confirmation of room at hotel until 24 hours before check in. It took 3 calls to confirm room. The Flamingo had no request for room from Kayak. The room was paid for but was not reserved, very disconcerting. Will not book through Kayak again.
I like that the staff at the Flamingo was really attentive and trying really hard to fix the issue we were having with the room I had booked. I think her name was Debra or Debbie. Sweet lady made it better waiting to get everything situated. I didn't like that Kayake excidentally book my stay at the Haras and not the flamingo like I origionally book it at. The staff couldn't find my reserved room, it took an hour out of my day. I made the friends I was meeting up with wait for me. I know that they are sister resorts but it was such an incinvienence.
Location Staff (valet parking & front desk). should make a flyer or magazine with hotels details in every room.
Immediately requested hangers and a replacement lamp (plug was cut off of the end of the cord) Reasonable response to hangers. Had to call 3 consecutive days before the lamp was replaced.
Location The ac didnt work well
The location is the only good thing about this place It's very old and dirty. My room had broken doors, bathroom tile pieces, etc. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. Our shower curtain was filthy and yellow at the bottom. The towels and sheets feel like sandpaper. Just an awful hotel and definitely not worth the money you think you're saving. I'm sure a Motel 6 would be better than this place.
Easy for me to charge my cell phone, Ipad I do not think, the room is vacuumed on the daily basis as I happened to see thing laying on the floor. Room Coffee is not free of charge, correct? My next trip to Las Vagas to see Mary and Dony show will be unlikely Ceasar, but I might change my mind.
There were no convenient arrangements for a simple cup of tea or coffee in the guest rooms which by the way is complimentary at most hotels.
Shopping, food and location. For the money I spent, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel with a view of something besides a rooftop and the backside of another Caesars tower. It was a very disappointing room. I'll go back to The Cosmopolitan or The Bellagio next time.
Checked in 2 hours early . Had to pay $33 early charge with no view Casino & peri feral areas are smoke oriented. Upgrade air filtration systems. This is in most of the hotel/casinos unfortunately. The only smoke free space I found was at the airport.
Staff friendly and helpful and room imaculate Lack of staff at check in only 1 staff member after 20 mins another person arrived
Chris, at hotel registration, is smart and incredibly personable. Large well maintained room. Great shopping for high rollers. The cost for what was received: no coffee for the coffee maker, no traditional coffee shop with a decent menu on the premises and ice maker was apparently broke down.
Automated check in at the main loby was a disaster. Had to then wait in a 45 minute line for the clerk to tell us our rooms were at the Nobu Hotel. I specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds at the Ceasars towers and paid extra. When we arrived at Nobu, the only room that was available was one with a king bed and they would send a roll away. Mind you, this is at 10pm after a long day of travel.
I was given a king size room even though I specifically requested a 2 queen room. I had to call several times for someone to help. I the end I had to give in to a rollaway bed as I was too tired to continue waiting.
Nice clean rooms Charges for internet, resort fee, etc. They just try to squeeze every penny out of you. I don't mind paying for things but I hate getting ripped off.
Ambiance and view were great. Lights didn't work in the bathroom and called to get it fixed no one ever came to fix it. Asked for a strip view room and they charged me $50 for it. I have stayed at many places in Vegas and was given a strip view upon request for no extra fee. I expected more from Caesars. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
the pool area is amazing the interior of the hotel is so beautiful, customer service in on track, and lots of privacy. that we can't take our own food/drinks to the pool, not too many bars open when the pools opens and i can't believe graygoose with red bull is 23.00 !!!!! thats all i drink, i had my own liquor and red bulls couldn't enjoy them at all since i spend most of the day at the pool
Location and facilities surronded the hotel. The room is old style and there was nothing in the mini bar.
I liked the fact that they "tried" to make things right by offering a 50.00 food and beverage comp for the room mishap. I was celebrating 16YRS of marriage with my husband. I booked a nice king size bed and ended up staying in a "not fancy at all" double beds room. When I called front desk, they were not interested in the fact that my anniversary was ruined and all they offered was 50.00 food credit in the hotel!
Location was good. Not like a labyrinth like other LV hotels ... Bells goo is like running a marathon to get to one's room. Room needs to be fluffed. Tired is a good description. Decor fine but seems in need of renovation.
Amazing staff and we had fun! The "pet release" area was a small postage stamp of fake grass that you had to walk through the casino and shopping area to get to. You then had to walk your dog over a long stretch of hot pavement to get to the area.
Nothing Rental car was vandalized in Paris parking garage and couldn't find anyone that actually cared. Horrible experience.
We were very pleased with our stay at the Paris. It was beautiful and located conveniently in the middle of the strip. They let us check in early at 10am and were very accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and we were very sad to leave :(
They upgraded our room to a suite on the 31st floor and our French student that is staying with us was thrilled....she LOVED the experience! Thank You! We also love the Paris Buffet...it's always our choice for brunch when we are in Vegas.
The rooms were very nice! Can come up with anything
We were able ot check in early and got the room that we wanted
Location was reason why we chose this place and free parking Wifi didn't work, that is ok, I don't come to Vegas to use the Internet. But it was ridiculous that they want $5 per print for boarding pass. The automate Internet want $7.95 per use. The $35 resort fee was just another tax.
Clean, quiet, and well-appointed rooms. Centrally located on the strip. Check-in/check-out is painful and well below the standard of other Vegas hotels. Maybe it would be better were their automated kiosks working, but they never seem to be.
Some Staff in reception & buffet were very rude & didn't know what hospitality means.
Location on strip is fantastic. Amenities are great - casino is good too. Lots of good crowd. I'd recommend it for other families too. The room.s are very spacious. On check in at roughly 2:05am our rooms were cancelled even though I had called to inform them of my late arrival. At first the staff was quite arrogant and unaccommodating. She was unwilling to reinstate my reservation and claimed it's standard practice. I also did online self check-in and chose time or arrival between 12am and 5am. So this was uncalled for. This is what I mean by training of staff - they need to train those guys at the front desk better to handle these situations.
The room was nice and spacious the staff was great can't wait ro come back to Vegas cause we shall be staying at this hotel agine Only down side was our view from our window
The room is very clean and roomy, but the only thing is that the internet was not working. We were there for four days and I cannot get connected to the internet to do my work. The room does not have refrigerator and microwave, we cannot warm up our food and keep our drink cold. The staffs are very nice and helpful.
the location the lady who checked me out is cold, has an she doesn't care attitude
First, location is great! Jubilee tower was ok. Room was clean and larger. Stated we had a 'Strip' view...what we actually saw was the strip from an angle and looked directly at the Paris Eiffel Tower. The staff were polite and nice. With that being said, probably won't stay here again. Supposedly a non smoking room. Walked into the room and someone had to have smoked a joint in it within the previous minutes we arrived. The toilets kept spitting up water saturating the seat (not just my room, other friends that were there said the same) that was gross. The hotel lobby/casino was very smokey and our clothes all stunk of cigarettes. Other casino's have decent circulation systems since smoking is allowed. On two nights during our stay, there was a very loud band playing under the Paris Tower outside and they went until 4am. I know it is Vegas, but that is crazy!
Rooms were huge! Perfect location! Affordable! They didn't have a fridge.
Everything is Good Check-in and Check-out waiting time is very bad.
The entire room and price Only one night
Room was large with good view. Sheets smelled of smoke even though we had non smoking room. $35.00 resort fee for WHAT?? No refrigerator.
Pool area was nice, location is great! In need of updating and deep cleaning! The room we were in was very out dated, and not clean. The beds were old and pillows lumpy. The room was 'smoke free' however it wreaked of cigarettes, and had cigarette burns in the furniture. It is not likely that I will stay at Bally's again.
loved it but couldn't believe Sat they wanted to charge us like 499$..We had to move hotels after staying there the previous two nights cause you wouldn't charge us less for one night. You wouldn't be accommodating for one night during the holiday..we wanted to stay at your hotel on Sat since we had been there 2 days prior. it really ruined our last day there trying to move hotels and move all our things. We should be comped something for this inconvenience. We have always had a great stay with you and this time nope it was bad.
The location was excellent. It's located right on the strip within walking distance of all the hotels and casinos. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. When I asked for extra towels housekeeping was very prompt. On the second day of my stay i found a letter in my room stating that there would be a water shut off from 10 PM to 6 AM. due to maintenance. When I asked for another room they said they were overbooked and they were very sorry but there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately, we weren't able to shower before going to bed which after a day of walking in Las Vegas is a nightmare. Thankfully the water came back sometime during the night so we showered in the morning.
Hotel property is impressive They dont provide any complementary breakfast or for that matter a cup of coffee
The manners of all the staff we spoke with as remarkably polite, helpful and respectful. Beautiful hotel, loved the big spaces and the art in the rooms, the piano player in the lobby, the flowers, the amazing massage I had in my room, the quick and helpful response by reception and how delightful all the receptionists were. Perfect location and amazing view to the fountain. Got amazing cosmetics by a promoter who was there for the plastic surgery conference. A can of hot chocolate is $15-$23. C'mon people, it would come on a golden platter brought by a stripper for that amount. Everything else was perfect.
Excellent Room cleanliness Excellent Staff Excellent Service Excellent Facilities Nothing.
Comfortable bed and spacious room. I appreciated the fitness center and the various weights and cardio machines. However, it was located quite a distance from the rooms. You had to walk the entire casino floor, past the lobby to get there. You're really paying for the location on The Strip. The room was nice but what comes out to be over $322/night including all taxes, etc the room and accommodations themselves weren't worth it.
Staff helpful and friendly. Clean and comfy bed. Too crowded, but it was 4th of July!
Very luxurious, huge casino, welcoming staff. Fountains are a great attraction especially at night. We had problem to check in. Hotel didn't receive reservations from Kayak/Amoma. Took two hours and dozen phone calls to finally chek in. The pool area was great except there almost no sunshade umbrellas which are a must in Vegas sun.
Location is excellent and the hotel has a lot of nice amenities. The fitness center is well equipped. The conservatory was beautiful, as always. Check-in on Thanksgiving Day was packed, and we waited about 30 minutes in line. It seems like there could be a better system. Parking garage was incredibly crowded and, in fact, we had to park at another hotel one night because it was full. The air handling system is not as good as other hotels. It was incredibly smokey, even inside the buffet where smoking is not allowed but apparently diffuses into the dining area from the casino. And we had to trek through the casino to get to and from the elevator to our room, so we could not avoid the smokey air. They should look into removing the chlorine taste from the tap water, perhaps a reverse osmosis system or charcoal filter, at least for the water served in the restaurants. The bathroom had loose pieces of silicone caulking all over the floor. Of course, everything was quite expensive, from the mini-bar items to the hotel cafes/coffee shops to the water sold in the hotel shops ($5.25 for 1 liter) to the parking ($10/day).
Fantastic location. We had an okay room. Restaurants are all incredibly expensive. You would expect much more for your money. We only had one bath robe, a small TV, and my front desk staffer was very unfriendly. She had me booked in three rooms for the same night and suggested I would have to pay all three. I said it was a mistake and eventually she got it sorted. For the price, you expect more. Would not recommend nor stay here again. I've stayed at SLS and Montr Carlo and would easily pick them instead.
location is good, I thought the overall cleaniness of of facility starting to look a little tired, rooms were ok but house cleaning did not do a good job for making up room.
bed was very comfortable; food was good; everyone very helpful noisey room, no place to get away from smoke, needs several coffee shops 2 for s not enough
Lobby area and flower gardens are very pretty. Great bloody Mary's! Our room was not very clean. There were two black moldy spots on the grout in the shower. There was a big Stain on the bath tub ledge. The woodwork under the sink was dirty. Piece of long hair on sheet in bed. Air conditioner didn't get cold enough in bedroom!
Excellent location. I forgot an item and it was found. It will be mailed to me. Staff were very kind and friendly. A lot of tourists and visitors in the hotel. It is busy at all times.
Hotel fee and then resort fee
The casino and mall Nothing
Aria has a great location on the Strip. Very convenient to check out Bellagio founrains, nightlife at Cosmo or just staying within rhe City Center confines. Its a bit smoky in the casino area but not any more than others.
Room amenities were excellent, the integrated technology made it an exciting new experience. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom layout was also superb. The floor in the bathroom wasn't not clean to the 5 Star level. My wife drop her earring and I ran my hand across the floor to retrieve it and it came up completely covered in dirt and dust, would not expect this form a 5 Star rated resort.
Great customer service
Great rooms and friendly staff. Central location. Very confusing layout and lack of tables to gamble at. The Cosmo is right across the block and offers more for me personally.
Spacious rooms with good mix of people that keeps the place vibrant. Recommend for someone that wants a great location. Clarification on the cleaning services, you have to turn on the service button for housekeeping, which isn't intuitive but we figured it out by our second day.
Very beautiful place, very stylish. There are tons of restaurants, shops and art pieces throughout the property. There's a night club Jewel there too. The concierges are super helpful. You can check in and out online. The hotel is situated well, can easily cross over to Cosmopolitan nearby. There's also a free tram, which can take you to Bellagio. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to come back again sometime. The pools and the hot tubs hours are 9 to 5. I was at Aria for a conference and 9-5 is when its activities are taking place each day, which made it difficult for me to enjoy the pools and the hot tubs. Managed to do it just one day, when the conference activities finished an hour and a half earlier. We did have our conference's party by the pools, but I'm thinking not every day they must be using the pools area for private events...
Had a great coupon deal for one night at a wonderful, classy place. Sharp, professional, top-notch hotel!! The Casino floor was busy and there are a lot of hotel restaurant choices. My favorite experience was at check-in: when the line at mid-morning got a bit long, I watched a manager quickly find another six or eight staffers for registration and 'boom' the line was gone and I and others were taken care! Smoking in the casino, but that is everyplace in Las Vegas.
Nice, but not 5 stars
Location is perfect for walking along the strip. GIADA's restaurant is excellent. Food, atmosphere and service was first class.
Location and Decor No

The decor was pretty cool and the hotel is at a good location on the strip. Could hear all traffic, street performers, night club in our room at all hours Understaffed and rude Horribly strong air freshener through the casino Dirty dark& sticky room Under stocked amenities Fixtures didn't work No late checkout - Pool closed
The hotel went above and beyond to provide a great experience for the bachelorette party that I stayed with. Everyone was very courteous and I really enjoyed the hotel.
very friendly staff. excellent location very dark rooms
The atmosphere in this hotel defies all expectation. We were blown away by the decor and the room itself. We definitely want to stay again! We didn't particularly like that the hotel charges a $30+ resort fee on top of whatever your rate is that you book. It just seems unnecessary.

It was clean, well run, and the location can not be beat. I was not expecting the loud thumping music keeping me awake until two in the morning from their in-house nightclub. Yes it was a weekend, and no, I'm not their young hip target guest. So bottom line, have a family? Avoid The Cromwell
Room is smaller than I thought, inside decoration also not very 'fancy.' How come this is a 4.5 star hotel. should be a 3 star hotel.

Convenient and affordable. The beds were extremely comfortable and maintenance was upheld regularly.
If your looking for a place to shower sleep and a walks distance from everything this is the place It was perfect
I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was for the value. It is located right in the middle of everything! It was much better than I expected! The only issue we had was the bathroom faucet didn't turn off properly.
Nothing It was extremely bad, the staff was so demeaning. The Caucasian women with orange hair was so rude, they need to hire a new staff and clean the place up quickly
Location, price, free breakfast, free wifi, friendly and helpful staff. I've stayed here before and I knew what it was, and for that I love it. Cheap hotel right on the strip. Don't come expecting the Ritz. It's a solid two star hotel with a five star location and price point. That said, if you can get a partially comped room for anything less that 80 a night- stay there instead. Old bed, dirty towels, not a very clean room, bathroom was pretty gross.
The location is great staff is friendly and helpful Older motel in need of a remodel
I liked that it was right at the center of tge strip, we where able to walj anywhere. It was just to 100% clean. The beds where hard af. It was a bit iver pficed that weekend because there where a lit of things going on with igeart radio and other music festivals. Cheapest room i was able to find but definitely not worth it.
The romm was in a good location The room was dirty. Had to take a shower with my sandles on. Thats how dirty it was. Wouldnt walk barefoot on bare floors.
The price and being in center of the strip, was access to other hotels eating place. The rooms are messy, no window no ventilation. I would avoid it in future
Excellent Location. Great price. Everything working, A little dated. I would stay again Dated
It was comfortable to stay one night . Besides , it was nice becauze there is Travelode in capital city . We don't eat breakfast because Breakfast room is done at 9am .So we think you should be open breakfast room.
Very spacious room, beautiful views, and wonderful courtesy staff. It was an amazing stay for just myself.
hotel nice, location on strip great, rooms nice
The eco friendly style and the location was perfect, basically in the middle of the las vegas strip. How long we had to wait for elevators.
Rooms were nice and clean. Great location Poor cell phone reception in the lobby
Pool was great (21+ though) and our two double bed room was spacious and modern. Lots of good channels on TV for when you want some downtime. The location right in the middle of the strip and steps away from the High Roller can't be beat, and there's a good Irish bar inside the casino. The tables and slots are average, but are plenty good enough if you don't feel like cruising the strip. The price paid is fantastic for what you receive, all things considered. - Be prepared to pay a premium for food/drinks considering the location. - The Wi-Fi signal is strong and covers even the pool but randomly disconnects for long periods. - Smaller casino, so it doesn't have the restaurant or bar selection of its peers. - Drop-off area is quite obscure and driving through the parkade to get there is a bit of an eyesore.
My wife and I both enjoyed our stay there. It was overall a great place and very central.
The hotel was extremely gorgeous and elegant, highly recommended. I would pay a little extra to stay here at the marvelous Linq then at Circus Circus, speaking from true experience. Nothing was wrong on the contrary everything was perfect.
Many places to eat inside including snack stores but be prepared to pay for that convenience, and very near by restaraunts with great food & drinks. Great value for the location in the middle of the strip! The king room had 2 tv's with 1 in the small seating area which was nice for my show while she napped, it was all we needed other than a microwave or coffee maker would be nice Slot machines weren't being very active for us so didn't play much there but still had a great stay The main drop off entrance was difficult to find before going thru the ugly tunnel type system. sliding bathroom door was difficult for my wife to open/close so she just didn't, we didn't even checkout the pool because the pics didn't excite me anyway. Our interest was central location for access to adventure which was great for the cost
Location. It's on the strip so it's within walking distance of some great sights and the Promanade has a great selection of eateries. Price: It was relatively cheap for a hotel/casino that boasts that it is the newest on the strip (even though I know it was just a remodeled Imperial Palace). Noise: Our first night of my birthday vacation was spent in a room on the 8th floor across from the elevators and just outside of the parking garage. Between the car alarms and the noisey elevator we got little to no sleep. If the windows weren't old and thin and the walls weren't so paper thin this wouldn't have been such an issue. We requested to move rooms early the next morning and were moved to the 18th floor. Service: After getting settled into our new room we decided to take an afternoon nap to catch up on sleep we didn't get the previous night. During this nap we were awakened by a hotel staff member entering our room unannounced with some type of clip board or tablet. He promptly realized the room was occupied, cursed, and left. We chocked this up to having moved rooms and lack of communication on the staff's part and went about our vacation. At 3:30 the next morning we were awakened by a Guy Feiri restaurant ad that left a message on the answering machine, then it immediately called back and rang several times until we picked up. I called hotel staff downstairs to be directed to who I could complain about this to and was told to wait until 9am when that restaurant opened to call them. I called downstairs when we awoke later that morning and talked to another staff member who said he would contact the restaurant and the marketing department but was offered no compensation for now 2 nights of ruined sleep and was never given an update on the status of that complaint. Entertainment: We decided to try to salvage this experience by playing their slots periodically. To give you a little back story, I lived in Vegas for several years and we visit several times a year. These slots were the tightest slots I've ever played. We would put our money in and would win a couple of very low amounts before watching the rest of our money drained with no entertainment whatsoever. We ended up going to other casinos for this entertainment and had better experiences. Overall this hotel/casino seemed to be the driving force of negativity trying to ruin our 3 nights stay for my birthday vacation. Had it not been for the experiences outside this location our vacation would have been completely ruined. We will never again stay at The Linq.
It was clean at least. Overall terrible. I rarely review places negatively if at all but this was rough. First of all, a pain to get to from the strip. The location was bad. I was charged $35 to check in an hour early, then I was given 2 double beds as a solo traveler even though I booked a king. Then my room which was on the same floor as the spa had some weird elevator access issue. When I finally got back to my room, which faced the pool, they had a bright light that flashed directly into my room and the curtains didn't help much. Finally they were blasting loud music until past 11pm when I was staying for work and had 6am meetings. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I've stayed at most hotels on the strip, even the Excalibur was better than this. Stay away. I probably should have complained and gotten things changed, or let them know how bad it was at checkout, but when I was out all day working I just didn't have the energy to deal with it and was in too much of a rush.
Clean, modern room Tough location to drive to, some signage would be helpful
Modern, artistic and center of everything in Vegas Confusing front entrance
Hotel is in poor shape, rooms are not clean. Front desk staff is horrible but the AGM is a very nice guy and helped me relocate to Ceasars palace. I was not willing to waste my vacation. Front desk staff behavior and level of communication skills in English
Great staff, great location, private and quiet while within the framework of the Caesers extravaganza. Most definitely would return. I became ill on my last day and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Not one thing!
Great staff. Room was very clean. Nobu restaurant is not to be missed, excellent service there. The wood in the bathrooms has water stains on it. They should have put more varnish or shellac on it if they want wood in the bathrooms. It looks worn and older than it should so it detracted from my rating of the room. TV use is too complicated.
I felt that the staff was great! Very courteous, and very helpful. No coffee cups for left the second morning for us. For a hotel that expensive, they should have a coffee maker in the room instead of a water heater an instant coffee packets.
Very clean and quiet ! The bed was most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. No coffee maker in room, and the available coffee on Spa level is only till 11 AM
The VIP service was excellent and the bathroom was gorgeous. View from the room was awful.
Caesar's restaurants. The first night I arrived, the iron was not working. Three calls and 40 minutes later, no iron. I was told no telling how long it would take. Had to get the manager involved. No change available at Nobu front desk. Had to walk to Caesar's front desk.
Unique character, modern eclectic finishes. Very nice feel and atmosphere. Location inside Caesars Palace a little awkward.

I travel to Vegas semi-often and never stay at the same hotel/casino twice. This was the first time I've stayed here 2 times in a row. I love balconies in the rooms. We've stayed on the 50th floors before and the view is outstanding. It's nice to be able to hang out on your balcony and be out in the open rather than just staring out a window like most places on the strip. The casino is really cool. The décor is fabulous and the restaurant selection is pretty good in the lower floor mall. Only a few minor maintenance issues. The one sink in the master bathroom was clogged. A light fixture was broken at the stem. There was no laundry bag or list of laundry prices in any of the closets. There was no price list for the extras in the room. EG:Liquor, snacks etc. Other than that. The rooms are beautiful and I still enjoy staying there.
The location is the best part. The Cosmopolitan is at the center of everything. The Cosmopolitan has serval great restaurant options covering a variety of types of food and at various price points. The Cosmopolitan Staff is accommodating, professional and friendly. The hotel is showing some wear and tear but overall looks very nice. I was there for a girls weekend and my girls and I love Bravo. It would've been nice in our limited amount of downtime to be able to watch Bravo (hello, Real Housewives is life). Lol. Lastly it would be nice if there was more seating near the pool at the Boulevard Pool. This could be accomplished by opening up the reserved chairs on days/times when the pool isn't busy.
The view from the wraparound suite was awesone! Nothing!
Great surroundings, beautiful decor, awesome restaurants, spacious rooms, very cool balconies, extremely nice staff. Pools were a bit smaller so they can get crowded, but that also makes for a fun environment if you like that. Also, two different pools catering to different moods.
we came for the new year but all the bars and the clubs of the hotel were acupaied by companies that resurve it for privent event.... what about the hotel gust??/
The place is plush, clean and has a great location. The bathroom was above average, room service was also good and its across the street from Walgreen's. Nice art and decor. Customer service is around a two star hotel. Staff isn't very friendly and prices are above average.
Room was spacious and clean Pools seem small
Okay Resort fee
The pool. The food. The drinks. The casino waitresses. 50% of the pitt bosses. The pinball slot machine. The lobby decor. Short taxi lines. Identity club desk staff. Almost everything about the rooms. They were dirty, smelled like wet dog, and dull. The sheets and towels were dirty and the tub looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks. Because it's pet friendly, the carpets and furniture look warn out and unappealing. Other bads....not enough black jack tables and the other 50% of the pitt bosses.
The Hotel was BEAUTIFUL. We went for my birthday, had an amazing suite, amazing room and view. We booked this place because we heard it was the #1 party hotel Our very first morning in, we had a man next to us complain we were too loud. First of all - it was just myself and my partner and there's no way were disruptive enough for him to complain. It looked like he had kids in his room so possibly that's why? Then again, don't bring your children to the #1 party hotel if you want peace and quiet... The worst of it all though was our FIRST NIGHT after the morning incident, our neighbor complained again and actually made up that we were in a physical fight/destroying our room... Police came and interrogated us immediately and let us go - seeing we had not gotten in any fight nor touched the room whatsoever. The hotel ended up kicking us out, banning us for life, and did this all on my birthday over the "nature of the complain"..... I'm not sure how we were treated so horrible for something we were proven by POLICE we didn't do. Worst security and service ever. We went to Luxor had no complaints and our loudest friends were in MGM - also had no complaints.
From the service to the room upgrade, this was such a wonderful stay. My friend and I loved everything about this hotel. Hands down my favorite in Vegas (I've stayed at many other hotels on the strip) and will be coming back each time! The marquee pool parties were a bit loud even with our balcony doors shut, but if you're looking for a quiet vacation, that's hard to come by in Vegas wherever you stay ;)
Clean new Lower key Close to cosmo Pool just ok
Nicely appointed and comfortable. The two small water bottle per day policy
Paying less for a much nicer room than friends staying at the Cosmopolitan right next door! Leaving.. : (
Vdara is an awesome resort! I stayed on the 53rd floor and the view is just amazing. My only criticism is the $18 per night parking fee & high resort fee, ouch.
The staff was amazing. Gretchen was fantastic when I checked in and she really took care of us down there! The location, too far from the strip
Non-smoking and no casino A bit of a walk to the convention centers.
It is very disappointing to have one of my favorite hotels play games with charges. Parking is $18 and the resort fee is $32; so, if you are comparing prices to other similar hotels, you need to add $50. And, I challenge you to find these charges in anything published by the hotel or the consolidators.
We loved that the hotel did not have a casino. It was a nice break from the lights, noise, and smoke you experience at other hotels and resorts. Walking to nearby attractions like the Aria, Cosmo, and shops were easy too.
My bathroom sink was broken and I notified the staff an they never made an attempt to fix it. Also they almost mistakenly moved my stuff out of my room. Good thing I was leaving as they arrived to do so. The food onsite is bad and expensive - not a lot of options as you basically have to go over to the Aria to get anything
Luxurious, large suite, best room value in Vegas that weekend on sale at about $200/nt. There were always trash bags lining the hallways all day long. Small pool (couldn't even find the workout room if there was one). Only way out to the strip is a long walk through Bellagio or tram to Aria-- couldn't even go straight through Cosmopolitan?-- very strange. Now we're paying for parking ($18/day at all MGM properties!) which may have been inevitable but still, haven't had to pay in 30 years of coming to Vegas. If Caesars properties aren't charging for parking, I'll stay at one of theirs next time, even at the higher rate.
The hotel is nice, with very nice staff. Easy to get to otherhotels and casinos on the main strip. The lack of a casino at the Vdara makes this a little bit quieter. Unlike most hotels in Vegas, the Vdara does not have self-park. You can use the Aria's, but it is a long walk under the hot sun. Valet is $18/day and includes in-and-out priveleges. Not a bad deal, but still something worth taking into account. The suites in the Vdara only contain one bed. If you're traveling with a friend or co-worker, this could get a little awkward as the fold-out couch is anything but comfortable.
Kyle helped checked us in and he was great. I was in a bad mood and he turned that right around and the rest of the weekend was sweet!
