They tried charging me extra money at every turn, the rooms are old and outdated, no fridge in any of them, the staff was horrible from the front desk people to the maids, everyone had attitude. I could have paid way less and gotten a better hotel by going to say The knights inn rather than spending my money at that place. I will never stay at the Luxor again. The pool closed early, the hot tub was Luke warm at best. They need new management.

I've been in Vegas 3 times and no doubts that Luxor was the best resort ever. I had everything that I want in one place. Rooms are kind of old but I think is because of the themme. Not a bad thing, rooms are incredible and clean. I was happy with my choise of hotel this time. Trully recommended.

Cannot deny that the overall offering is a great value. Mrs. Donna at the registration desk was wonderful. Public House staff were all excellent and greeted us every time like we have been here many times over. Showing its age. I need of an overall facelift. Common areas seem to be kept up well however the elevators, hallways and rooms are quite worn. I did have an issue in the deli. in line waiting for my order #98. #94-97 (persons unknown to me) we were all standing there waiting, Everyone took 1 step forward and received their orders without hesitation. #98 she recoiled and pulled the order back and asked me for my receipt! Why did you not ask anyone else for their receipt, we have all been standing here for 5+ minutes? I guess 'I' looked like the sandwich thief that they have been alerted to!
We spent 2 nights there our room service person didn't come to late in the day so we didn't get any cleaning done and we had to call for extra towels . And waiting in a long line to check in was awful after traveling.
Was nice being next to Las Vegas strip. Did not appreciate the hidden fees they charged me for at Luxor, rooms didn't have fridge or microwave, I've had better rooms for half the price, but I guess that's what you pay for location. You won't see me their again that's for sure.
The LUXOR is a BIG, Fabulous place! You can literally find about anything inside of those walls from dining to shopping to entertainment. This is, of course, in addition to the Casino. My favorite place to eat was the Backstage Deli. The food prices were the most reasonable of any place in the Luxor. The food at this establishment was wonderful and the portions were huge! The staff was very courteous and professional each time I was there. As I understand, it is open 24 hrs. I would recommend this eatery to everyone. The room was neat, clean, and made up each day at a repeatable interval. I liked that. The Luxor is a bit on the expensive side, but it is a Vegas icon which I imagine allows for some of the pricing strategy. I did not care for the stench of cigarette/cigar smoke in the casino/main floor area. From the moment you step into this area, that stench can be a little more than overwhelming as it stays on your clothes and in your hair after you leave. Surely an organization with the amount of resources at its disposal as the LUXOR can effectively devise a solution to remedy this problem. Although I understand that the management philosophy is to keep people in the casino rather than in their rooms, the room still needs a refrigerator in it. I found this omission to be rather inconvenient.
Nothing Smelled, gross, dirty, bad staff, horrible room
I've always wanted to stay here. The architecture makes it stand out from all of the other casinos. I mean, you can't really top a pyramid. The furnishings in the room were all up to date. The room was easy to access and parking was also easy. I would definitely stay here again. The carpet in the hallways should be updated. The HVAC system needs to do a better job of filtering out all of the smoke from surrounding rooms and the casino. Some of the outlets in the rooms need to be replaced; my phone charger kept falling out of the wall outlet. The tram is slow and its announcements need to tell you the next stop. An indoor pool and hot tubs would be a huge plus.

The only real negative experience we had at the hotel is the room was not clean upon check-in. I'm assuming the long blond hair was left from the previous guest. If your concerned about the distance to other parts of the strip, you can take the free tram to the Luxor/Excalibur and walk to the Monte Carlo and take another free tram to the Vdara which sits behind the Bellagio (center strip). You can also walk across the bridge from the Excalibur to the MGM and take the $$ monorail further down the strip.

Nothing in particular Booked and prepaid for 2 rooms, but hotel could only find 1 room when I checked in, they promised to fix the problem. But I was still charged for another room when checking out, in addition, my credit card was charged for more than $600 for items I didn't recognize. I was told the charges would be canceled and refunded, but it's really a frustrating experience!
Great room. Clean and gorgeous contemporary decor. Very helpful staff. $5 for a tiny box of Cheezits at the gift shop. Also, spending almost $4 for a bag of M&Ms. They should at least put prices on the items so it's not a big surprise when you are already at the register.
I liked how the restaurants were in the same area, so you don't have to walk from one part of the casino to the other when looking for one to eat at. I didn't like that there was a fee for late check out.
I tried to cancel my stay and it was 36 hours before I was going down and I was told I was not able to do it so I lost out on $100 and I'm not happy about that I will no longer be coming down to the Mandalay Bay to stay there that is ridiculous that I cannot get my money back specially with it being 36 hours so I was going to be there
Room was nice and staff were helpful. Room was cold, and even after setting up the thermostat, the bathroom remained freezing.
Loved the well appointed room and our fabulous view of the strip. Really comfortable beds and lovely sheets and pillows. Staff was friendly and room service was surprisingly quick - especially for super bowl weekend. We had a problem with the water at first- it was scaldingly hot and we couldn't take a shower. Engineer had to come and run all the hot water out of cold line in the tub. Then we could shower- with the tub still running! next day it worked and then it happened again- but we now knew how to get it to work. Apparently the whole bottom half of hotel was affected. The gym didn't have any weights under 10 lbs. gym could definitely be improved a bit. All pools were closed. Guess cuz it's February. Don't know if there were any hot tub options.
I've always stayed further north and this is the first time at Mandalay Bay. I was lucky to be on a high floor overlooking the strip. The service was great and staff helpful. The Michael Jackson show was one of the best I've ever seen. My room did not smell of smoke. The casino smelled of smoke no matter where you were. The location was a few miles from the center.
The hotel was extremely clean, really nice and modern. Loved how each room had a tv...including the bathroom. Shower was very very nice, tub huge, mini fridge was convenient, lots of space and great view from room. Staff was super friendly and bar downstairs was very nice...smelled great too. Elevators were quick & always available I hated that I paid $225 a night and it didn't even include free coffee in the room!! Everything was more expensive like the restaurant downstairs and valet charged for parking. $18 per day is ridiculous when I'm spending all kinds of other money at the hotel & casino. Even if we didn't valet, it was $10 per day to self park. Absolutely ridiculous.
The room was fabulous! I was expecting it to be small but I was surprised by seeing that we had 2 separate rooms, 3 Tvs (one in the bathroom), wet bar and 2 toilets. The suite felt like a modern apartment. Couple of electronic devices were not working. The iPhone docking station would not work,the weighting machine was busted (minor items) The biggie was the shower, good layout but the water pressure was weak! Better shower would have made the stay even more enjoyable. Also didn't like that there was no complimentary tea or coffee in the room. When you pay $30 a day resort fee on top of the booking you come to expect such basic amenities.
Overall, liked the cleanliness and updates of the rooms in the Delano. Staff very friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable. Liked the tech upgrades with USB and VGA connections! Bathroom fixtures could use some updating: no rainfall or side jets in shower, no bath gels/shower gels/lotions whatsover. Thank goodness I had my own!
My husband and I stayed here before but it was known as the hotel. It was great then and even better now! The property is beautiful. It smells wonderful In the lobby. And the bartender makes awesome dirty martinis! N/a

Very clean, high-end, sleek, modern hotel and rooms. Lots of amenities. Access to all Mandalay Bay facilities. Easy check-in, check-out, parking. Rental costs at pool (at MB) for various items were entirely too expensive, even for Las Vegas (what was that resort fee for if you have to pay for seats at the pool?) Very long walk to pool and have to walk through casino to get to all pools.
The place is beautiful... That you didn't have plenty of options for allergies and the waiter was no help in suggesting alternatives.
The room is amazing and is the best part about this hotel. The front desk staff was unhelpful and almost ruined my trip. Checking into the hotel took over an hour and they initially charged my card an extra hundred dollars for not honoring my reservation.

Non-gaming hotel meant no exposure to smoke filled casinos during check-in or for lunch/dinner. Extremely friendly staff cognizant of our visit to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. They sent up a sweet birthday dessert. Accommodating with non-allergic pillows and duvet. Surprised no chocolate with turn down service and no slippers as well.

I like the simple process of checking into the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. No forced march through a smoke filled casino. Staff was fantastic.
Service was impeccable, room was well kept, with furniture like new, amenities and pools were well worth the price when compared to other hotels on the strip. This was a hotel with class and manners. Some noise from party pool across the beach could be heard in the room on 37th floor, it was muffled but still fairly audible.
An upscale and quiet Vegas experience. Exactly what I was looking for.
Good location, comfy beds. A bit of a nice departure from Casinos, and partitioned away from Mandalay, which it shares a building with. It's kind of like everything else in Vegas...a cheaper facade of the real thing. Staff isn't engaged like at other Four Seasons, dirty common areas (room was immaculate), and things just aren't quite "on point" for a place of this caliber.
I liked that it was part of the bigger Mandalay bay hotel but seemed separate. It's own lobby and entrance made it seem small and cozy. My friends complained about how loud mandalay bay was. four seasons was just right
The room was well decorated and the beds were very comfortable The quality of the experience and service was poor. The staff was poorly trained-- it definitely did not feel like four seasons level service. I later learned that it is a franchise and they operate quite differently from the other hotels.
Dinner at Charlie Palmer Steakhouse was HORRIBLE.
The hotel was quiet - much quieter than Mandalay Bay, which is what we were looking for. The room was very nice and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay at the Four Seasons! Nothing!
My wife and I were very pleased with the overall customer experience. The staff was professional, polite, and helpful! No. The staff went above and beyond to make feel welcome. We were greeted every morning at breakfast which was very good.
The suite was a decent size, the location was perfect, and the staff is very attentive to meet clients needs. I didn't like that the Hotel's pool was closed, they have an amazing outdoor facility. I was looking forward to it. Although the pool was not open, I was told that we were given access to two pools from the hotels across staybridge. We used Hollidays in.

Clean and new I didn't mean to book a hotel that far from the strip. The area selector should be more clear, otherwise I would have never booked at this location.
Everything but the knock on the door, frankly We got an insistent knock on the door at 6am (after having arrived at 1am w/ small kids) waking everyone up. Once I finally got to answering the door, he said he had the wrong room and just walked away. Sure, it was an honest mistake, but messed up our first day.
The room was more and better than I expected for a basic room. All the amenaties were excellect, bedding and furnature was excellent. Everything was great during checking-in and sleeping, however at morning everything went bad. I disliked that the housekeeping staff. They constantly kept knocking on my door to see if I left. Check out is at noon, I put the "Do not Disturb Sign before going to bed because I like to sleep in. They came to my door at 8:35 and I told the young lady that I was here. She was polite and left. I checked the the sign and it was still there in the door's card reader. I hurried to breakfast becase they close at 930 which is very early. I had nowhere to sit becasue the dinning are was completely full, but I made a plate to eat in my room. Would be nice if trays were available. Housekeeping again came at 1030, she was polite and left and the sign is still in the door's card reader. Other than that my experience was good but when I left I felt as if I was hurried out to leave.

Close to strip was the only good thing. For both nights maids never cleaned the room and floor was so dirty my baby's feet were black.
The staff saved my stay The rooms and lot was dirty. Pool was gross. Door locks didn't work. They charge for everything. They have roaches and don't care. This hotel doesn't clean you room on Friday or Saturday if you stay for the weekend.
The fact that there was a big dead bug in the middle of the floor when you came in the room was not a pleasant sight. Then there was roaches in the bathroom. The photos were very misleading in what the rooms look like. Not a good experience. The neighborhood was questionable.
it was perfectly on the strip without being a casinò. it has a pool and its parking is enough for one car for room. there wasn't a coffee machine nor the hairdryier

The location to the airport and the strip are pretty good. As for the room, think any American movie where there has been a person on the run from the law hiding out, with drug dealers or other types of baddies busting in and shooting everyone up and you'll get the picture. So I guess the atmosphere of it being a quintessential budget American hotel is maybe a positive too (depending on how you look at it!)! I've stayed in cleaner, better well-maintained motels in my time. It wasn't the most restful nights sleep, though I guess you get what you pay for!
appreciated being able to get out easily compared to resorts that are too big. I like older places, this was very functional/practical. liked the wood floors, roomy but in need of updating. clean enough. bed was comfortable. too pricey for what you're getting. needs some TLC. update the place, great location though.
It was quite central and close to the attractions. It was really dirty, with a lot of beetles around, the beds were broken and the owner what me to pay an extra on the amount even if I had the riceve of the price with me!!!
