Location is excellent and the hotel has a lot of nice amenities. The fitness center is well equipped. The conservatory was beautiful, as always. Check-in on Thanksgiving Day was packed, and we waited about 30 minutes in line. It seems like there could be a better system. Parking garage was incredibly crowded and, in fact, we had to park at another hotel one night because it was full. The air handling system is not as good as other hotels. It was incredibly smokey, even inside the buffet where smoking is not allowed but apparently diffuses into the dining area from the casino. And we had to trek through the casino to get to and from the elevator to our room, so we could not avoid the smokey air. They should look into removing the chlorine taste from the tap water, perhaps a reverse osmosis system or charcoal filter, at least for the water served in the restaurants. The bathroom had loose pieces of silicone caulking all over the floor. Of course, everything was quite expensive, from the mini-bar items to the hotel cafes/coffee shops to the water sold in the hotel shops ($5.25 for 1 liter) to the parking ($10/day).
Fantastic location. We had an okay room. Restaurants are all incredibly expensive. You would expect much more for your money. We only had one bath robe, a small TV, and my front desk staffer was very unfriendly. She had me booked in three rooms for the same night and suggested I would have to pay all three. I said it was a mistake and eventually she got it sorted. For the price, you expect more. Would not recommend nor stay here again. I've stayed at SLS and Montr Carlo and would easily pick them instead.
location is good, I thought the overall cleaniness of of facility starting to look a little tired, rooms were ok but house cleaning did not do a good job for making up room.
I loved the décor, most of the staff, and conservatory. The show (O) was great too! We had a couple of issues with staff, the main on being the guy who "checked" the keys before entering the elevators was rude and not at all consistent with who he checked (both in our favor and against). When my husband asked him about it he was combative and obnoxious.

Very luxurious, huge casino, welcoming staff. Fountains are a great attraction especially at night. We had problem to check in. Hotel didn't receive reservations from Kayak/Amoma. Took two hours and dozen phone calls to finally chek in. The pool area was great except there almost no sunshade umbrellas which are a must in Vegas sun.

Pretty hotel. They started to charge for parking!!! (This was not notify earlier in the booking) They give us room keys that don't work. ( happens more than one time) The walls don't cancel noise. I could still hear other people talking and in the middle of night. Placed unauthorized charge on the room for no good reason. Had to call to Ask the staff to make it correct, took very long time. Bad attitude also at one point they hung up on us. Iineffective staff that's was rude made the stay even more frustrating. Buffet quality of food, taste and atmosphere had lower dramatically!!!!!

Comfortable bed and spacious room. I appreciated the fitness center and the various weights and cardio machines. However, it was located quite a distance from the rooms. You had to walk the entire casino floor, past the lobby to get there. You're really paying for the location on The Strip. The room was nice but what comes out to be over $322/night including all taxes, etc the room and accommodations themselves weren't worth it.
Staff were awesome to deal with. Very friendly, from check in, cleaning staff, to check out! Nice hotel, and the food was great. I found the casino was smokier than others on the strip. As a non-smoker, I found this discouraging. And the walk from the strip was a bit of a pain.
Had a great coupon deal for one night at a wonderful, classy place. Sharp, professional, top-notch hotel!! The Casino floor was busy and there are a lot of hotel restaurant choices. My favorite experience was at check-in: when the line at mid-morning got a bit long, I watched a manager quickly find another six or eight staffers for registration and 'boom' the line was gone and I and others were taken care! Smoking in the casino, but that is everyplace in Las Vegas.
Very beautiful place, very stylish. There are tons of restaurants, shops and art pieces throughout the property. There's a night club Jewel there too. The concierges are super helpful. You can check in and out online. The hotel is situated well, can easily cross over to Cosmopolitan nearby. There's also a free tram, which can take you to Bellagio. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to come back again sometime. The pools and the hot tubs hours are 9 to 5. I was at Aria for a conference and 9-5 is when its activities are taking place each day, which made it difficult for me to enjoy the pools and the hot tubs. Managed to do it just one day, when the conference activities finished an hour and a half earlier. We did have our conference's party by the pools, but I'm thinking not every day they must be using the pools area for private events...

Aria has a great location on the Strip. Very convenient to check out Bellagio founrains, nightlife at Cosmo or just staying within rhe City Center confines. Its a bit smoky in the casino area but not any more than others.

Room amenities were excellent, the integrated technology made it an exciting new experience. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom layout was also superb. The floor in the bathroom wasn't not clean to the 5 Star level. My wife drop her earring and I ran my hand across the floor to retrieve it and it came up completely covered in dirt and dust, would not expect this form a 5 Star rated resort.

Vdara is an awesome resort! I stayed on the 53rd floor and the view is just amazing. My only criticism is the $18 per night parking fee & high resort fee, ouch.

It is very disappointing to have one of my favorite hotels play games with charges. Parking is $18 and the resort fee is $32; so, if you are comparing prices to other similar hotels, you need to add $50. And, I challenge you to find these charges in anything published by the hotel or the consolidators.

We loved that the hotel did not have a casino. It was a nice break from the lights, noise, and smoke you experience at other hotels and resorts. Walking to nearby attractions like the Aria, Cosmo, and shops were easy too.
My bathroom sink was broken and I notified the staff an they never made an attempt to fix it. Also they almost mistakenly moved my stuff out of my room. Good thing I was leaving as they arrived to do so. The food onsite is bad and expensive - not a lot of options as you basically have to go over to the Aria to get anything

Room layout was smart and fit my needs
The location is the best part. The Cosmopolitan is at the center of everything. The Cosmopolitan has serval great restaurant options covering a variety of types of food and at various price points. The Cosmopolitan Staff is accommodating, professional and friendly. The hotel is showing some wear and tear but overall looks very nice. I was there for a girls weekend and my girls and I love Bravo. It would've been nice in our limited amount of downtime to be able to watch Bravo (hello, Real Housewives is life). Lol. Lastly it would be nice if there was more seating near the pool at the Boulevard Pool. This could be accomplished by opening up the reserved chairs on days/times when the pool isn't busy.
The Hotel was BEAUTIFUL. We went for my birthday, had an amazing suite, amazing room and view. We booked this place because we heard it was the #1 party hotel Our very first morning in, we had a man next to us complain we were too loud. First of all - it was just myself and my partner and there's no way were disruptive enough for him to complain. It looked like he had kids in his room so possibly that's why? Then again, don't bring your children to the #1 party hotel if you want peace and quiet... The worst of it all though was our FIRST NIGHT after the morning incident, our neighbor complained again and actually made up that we were in a physical fight/destroying our room... Police came and interrogated us immediately and let us go - seeing we had not gotten in any fight nor touched the room whatsoever. The hotel ended up kicking us out, banning us for life, and did this all on my birthday over the "nature of the complain"..... I'm not sure how we were treated so horrible for something we were proven by POLICE we didn't do. Worst security and service ever. We went to Luxor had no complaints and our loudest friends were in MGM - also had no complaints.

I travel to Vegas semi-often and never stay at the same hotel/casino twice. This was the first time I've stayed here 2 times in a row. I love balconies in the rooms. We've stayed on the 50th floors before and the view is outstanding. It's nice to be able to hang out on your balcony and be out in the open rather than just staring out a window like most places on the strip. The casino is really cool. The décor is fabulous and the restaurant selection is pretty good in the lower floor mall. Only a few minor maintenance issues. The one sink in the master bathroom was clogged. A light fixture was broken at the stem. There was no laundry bag or list of laundry prices in any of the closets. There was no price list for the extras in the room. EG:Liquor, snacks etc. Other than that. The rooms are beautiful and I still enjoy staying there.
we came for the new year but all the bars and the clubs of the hotel were acupaied by companies that resurve it for privent event.... what about the hotel gust??/
From the service to the room upgrade, this was such a wonderful stay. My friend and I loved everything about this hotel. Hands down my favorite in Vegas (I've stayed at many other hotels on the strip) and will be coming back each time! The marquee pool parties were a bit loud even with our balcony doors shut, but if you're looking for a quiet vacation, that's hard to come by in Vegas wherever you stay ;)

Staff were incredibly friendly and engaging in genuine conversation. The place is not for the budget friendly but you really get what you pay for.
Checked in and room was not clean. However, free upgrade to a better room and great service more than made up for it. And they also gave us additional food vouchers at hotel. Beauty and Essex was a very good restaurant. Staff was always friendly and helpful and ensured they followed up daily due to room issue. Our view of Beallagio fountains and Paris was fantastic. Room was dirty at first but they went above and beyond to make up for it.

Automated check in at the main loby was a disaster. Had to then wait in a 45 minute line for the clerk to tell us our rooms were at the Nobu Hotel. I specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds at the Ceasars towers and paid extra. When we arrived at Nobu, the only room that was available was one with a king bed and they would send a roll away. Mind you, this is at 10pm after a long day of travel.

the pool area is amazing the interior of the hotel is so beautiful, customer service in on track, and lots of privacy. that we can't take our own food/drinks to the pool, not too many bars open when the pools opens and i can't believe graygoose with red bull is 23.00 !!!!! thats all i drink, i had my own liquor and red bulls couldn't enjoy them at all since i spend most of the day at the pool
Nice clean rooms Charges for internet, resort fee, etc. They just try to squeeze every penny out of you. I don't mind paying for things but I hate getting ripped off.
Shopping, food and location. For the money I spent, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel with a view of something besides a rooftop and the backside of another Caesars tower. It was a very disappointing room. I'll go back to The Cosmopolitan or The Bellagio next time.
The tv in our room did not work and nobody came to fix it.
Easy for me to charge my cell phone, Ipad I do not think, the room is vacuumed on the daily basis as I happened to see thing laying on the floor. Room Coffee is not free of charge, correct? My next trip to Las Vagas to see Mary and Dony show will be unlikely Ceasar, but I might change my mind.
I was given a king size room even though I specifically requested a 2 queen room. I had to call several times for someone to help. I the end I had to give in to a rollaway bed as I was too tired to continue waiting.

Location is it's best asset. Peeling wallpaper. Old, chipped, scratched furniture. Waking up to maintenance banging on my door when I wanted to sleep in and had put all the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door. Maintenance man demanded to come in to my restroom after I told him my wife and I had to get dressed first.

They only had 2 available floors for parking which were full. My room was out dated, dirty and the maid never cleaned the bathroom or removed the used towels. I had drink residue in my cups and my floor was completely dusty. I've never had such a horrible experience at this hotel. I'm extremely disappointed.
Vibe, beautiful and clean interior, location, food options, gaming options, etc. Right now, too much construction, I'd wait till it is completed finished before staying here. The entire front entrance is completely being redone, many of the interior restaurants are being rehabbed and are closed, there are no shows taking place here, without these thinga right now, Monte Carlo is not as sexy as it once was. Once all is completed however, it will be amazing! Also, seemed they are a bit short staffed with housekeeping as our room was not cleaned till late afternoon. This review is only temporary however as I know things will get a lot better.
The only thing that i liked was the check in and check out was really fast thats it.. Hotel room was terible the furniture was dirty dusty the windows were all the dirty the shower and the sink drains didn't work water stayed flooded and last they open our room with out our permission
The location is the only positive Our first room had mold all around the tub and loud music next door. We asked to be changed. The second room also had black mold all around the tub and was generally very dirty. The towel bar fell off. The generalncleanliness was terrible. The shower would never give you hot water. Warm at best. It looks like they have stopped all maintenance on the rooms. Never ever again.
We love this hotel because it's the first one we stayed at in Vegas and we have such great memories there. Having said that, we will not be staying here again until after renovations. We understood that there would be banging, noise, closed pool and pub, but what we didn't know was that we just wouldn't enjoy our trip at all. I want to keep fond memories of this hotel, so we will return after renos. They seem to have a great plan for the future of this hotel and we are super excited. We come to Vegas multiple times a year. It was the first time we used the concierge and they were very knowledgeable and friendly. And the massage that I received on the casino floor while my boyfriend was playing blackjack was fantastic (not something I would usually do, but when in Vegas, right!). Renovations, but understand the need for them!
The staff is very professional but they need more effort to keep happy the guest this is Vegas come on We are a couple celebrating our anniversary and we was listening music not that loud and I perfectly remember the time was 9:22 pm when the security knocks my door saying someone complained about the music come on this is Las Vegas and Also the floor on the restroom was so dirty they don't clean from the previous guests I have pictures to proved

Our Monaco sweet was nice! When we first went to stay at Monte Carlo we had booked one of their "standard" upper level rooms. When we checked in I was very disappointed by the condition it was in. It was very old, didn't look like it had been updated since the 80's. Not very comfortable at all. We changed rooms and upgraded (for an extra $120!) but I feel it was worth it as the first room was bad. Tiles were falling off the wall and all of the wood furniture was chipped. They also added an extra charge of over $400 to my card when we checked in. It got resolved later but was still annoying to deal with.
Loved the tram to Crystals/Aria/Bellagio/Vdara, made life super easy! Our first room reeked of weed and cologne so we asked for a new room. Staff was accommodating, new room was handicap accessible with a broken bathroom door handle. It all worked out and it was a place to sleep, but we were unimpressed. The staff was helpful and friendly though.
Rooms are good and bathrooms are dated. They are remodeling so you here construction noise every morning at 7am which gets old. Decent hotel of you get a good price on the room I would recommend it. Construction Noise.

Location Room was hot and musty. The furniture was old/dated. The pillows were awful. There was no power outlets available for mobility, phone, computer; so inconvenient for the business traveler. (minimally, the lights should have USB and power inputs by the bed for the high price I paid.) Also, no way to heat water for tea or coffee. Very disappointing.
It was comfortable, and the location was great. It was nice and comfortable, until I smelled something rancid in the bathroom. The smell was coming from one of those huge National Geographic sized cockroaches. I told the front desk but all they offered to do was clean the room . That ruined my whole stay . I paid to stay somewhere nice if I didn't mind roaches in the room I'd stay at one of the many cheap motels Vegas has to offer

Clean, quiet, and well-appointed rooms. Centrally located on the strip. Check-in/check-out is painful and well below the standard of other Vegas hotels. Maybe it would be better were their automated kiosks working, but they never seem to be.

They upgraded our room to a suite on the 31st floor and our French student that is staying with us was thrilled....she LOVED the experience! Thank You! We also love the Paris Buffet...it's always our choice for brunch when we are in Vegas.
Very nice room. Night time registration staff was very friendly; day time not as much. We had to switch to another room because the first one we were in sounded like a strong breeze was constantly blowing, almost as loud as if a vacuum cleaner were right outside our door. They moved us immediately upon request.

Beautiful room. Comfortable stay. Able to use a kiosk to check in rather than wait in a long line to check in. Plus, we got to check in early! Being charged resort fees of over $30 per day. Pool is closed. We didn't use WiFi. What am I paying for? Plus only 1 of the 2 keys worked.

Service was the best i've experienced in Vegas from the moment you walk through the door the valet lets the front desk know who has arrived prior to your checking in so they literally already know your name as you walk up to check in, to the countless interactions you have with the Cromwell staff. This hotel outshines the likes of the Encore! The rooms are a clean and very well designed! I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

Everything was gorgeous - the staff as well as the entire hotel. There's no casino in the hotel so it does provide a haven for when you need a break from the frenzy that is Las Vegas. The bed was awesome! Location is very central on the strip. I would definitely recommend.
Sevice is very good. But sometimes too good just makes you uncomfortable. The room is very nice, the tub in bathroom is gorgeous. Overall, the gotel is worthy to live. Even the price is a little high, so I would recommend to live when there are some special deals.

This is an island of paradise among the insanity of Vegas. The attention to detail is without equal. There is no casino which provides a number of benefits. The walk to the room is very short, the line for a cab is non-existent, Starbucks is right by the front door, there is no line at check-in, and you are never hustled by prostitutes, pimps, or marketers. In my opinion, this is the only place to stay. It is expensive for a very good reason. In this case, you get exactly what you pay for... I found no fault with this luxury hotel. The water pressure is great, service is prompt, and the concierge is able to achieve monumental feats on very short notice.
The Mandarin Oriental is great for travelers who come to Vegas for a comfortable, luxurious stay and want to avoid the crowds, the smokey casinos, and the noise of the strip that is present at other hotels. The staff there is incredibly professional and courteous and very well trained. We had an amazing stay and every part of our experience was top-notch - and we are seasoned travelers who often stay in nice hotels. I appreciate too that the entire hotel was non-smoking. The prices are high, but you often get what you pay for... however I think the spa prices, even for basic services, are quite steep - such as $120 for an express pedicure.
The MO is an unexpected and beautiful facility that is everything Vegas is not. If your looking for sanctuary from the 24/7 insanity of Vegas the MO is that and so much more.

Beautiful facility, modern design, very well maintained and clean. We really liked the room and the location of the hotel. Negatives -- I had requested an upper level room when I reserved, but at check-in, I had been assigned a *very* low floor room -- Front Desk staff told me I could NOT change to an upper floor room because "the booking company controls the room assignment". ??? The morning of checkout, the Front Desk informed me that I could NOT have a *15 minute* checkout extension because of my "reservation type". Also, had to wait 30 minutes outside for the valet to retrieve my car. (forced valet parking -- no self-park possible at Vdara). This was on a relatively quiet Tuesday morning -- can't imagine what the wait would have been on a busy weekend.

I travel to Vegas for business and at the end of the day I want to get away from the casinos and noise and relax in a nice big room. The MGM Signature is a relatively new building with nicely appointed, huge rooms, the lobby is quiet, and the pools are quiet. You can easily walk to the MGM if you want to find the crowds. A great spot!
I loved that the rooms were so well appointed and luxurious. But, my favorite thing was that The Signature was non-smoking with no casino, however, there was a direct through-the-hotel connection to the MGM Grand and the Strip. A short walk - maybe 10 minutes - and we were in the MGM Grand casino. I don't regret anything about our choice to stay here and would definitely return.

Stayed for 2 nights in a balcony suite with a view toward the strip. View was nice. Very clean suite had a jacuzzi tube for 2 and a firm but comfortable king bed. Air was set at 72°. Kitchenette with microwave, small fridge, stink, stove top perfectly suited our needs. Check in was easy and fast. Private entrance and complimentary valet service was the cherry on top. Would definitely do this again. Good value for the $.
We had a junior suite with balcony. We enjoyed the balcony, the location and the kitchenette. Great place for a family. You can enter without having to walk through a casino. Clean, spacious room.
Everything was a pleasure, just the only thing was that we kind of had to tip the valet luke 3s a day since I was driving out alot.

Access to the MGM was the saving grace. Nice pools, clean rooms. James, the concierge manager, was the only decent employee we encountered. Poor attention from concierge, bell desk, and housekeeping. After our first day, getting anything done was a fight. Maid service stopped coming or only made the bed, and left dirty towels, the bell desk wouldn't call a cab, concierge's answer was "I don't do that." They pushed for Express check-out, where they email you a receipt--don't do it. After 3 days I had to call and sit on hold for over 30min to have a receipt emailed. We spent 3xs what we paid for our stay in food, beverage, etc and I feel we could get better treatment at Hooters. We will never stay here again.

My friends and I (4 ladies in our late 20's, early 30's) traveled to Vegas to celebrate a birthday and stayed at the Marriott Grand Chateau. We selected this hotel because of the price ($207 per night), location (1 block from the strip and directly across from Planet Hollywood Mall/Casino), and room set-up (2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and kitchen). The rooms were amazing and we had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable, esp with the extra bathroom that we found extremely helpful when we were getting ready to go out at night. The only downfall is the early check-out time of 10am. Also liked that is was a non-smoking facility, which gave our lungs a break! Early checkout time (10am), but the hotel will hold your luggage for free.
The location was perfect, one block off the strip. Walgreens is also one block away, great for stocking up on groceries and goodies. The staff here is incredibly accommodating. Rooms are rather large, with full size kitchen, and washer/dryer. This hotel does not have room service. Rather small detail.
Great location - across the street from miracle mile entrance. excellent staff - helpful and positive. Cozy pool - food drinks and music with lots of mid day sun. Comfortable rooms - very quiet at night with quality beds. Wi fi worked also worked well. No room service, food availability is limited. Snacks were good enough for us though. Our room had a microwave which came in handy.
Great accommodation, Great staff at check in, valet & porters Pools on 5th floor & roof a very nice touch. Concierge staff were not very helpful. Mae in particular was rude & not at all helpful. Only critical comment re the suite, carpet badly worn.
Used the 2 BR. Nice having room to relax. Upscale. Pool areas nice. Close to strip.
I like that it was a smoke-free environment and that it felt somewhat away from the constant commotion of The Strip and casino floors, but was an easy walk to get there.
Rooms were so big. Best experience by far. Will be booking there from now on Some stuff were not working or a little difficult. Like the washer and dryer. Projector , jetted tub all work but difficult to handle

The host who checked us in was very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information. The 24-hour bar was very useful, especially after landing after midnight, and it being too late for us to go out. The bartender was very friendly and hospitable. I liked the added security before getting to the elevators with the "guard" standing by to make sure everyone had working keys before entering the elevator area. It was a little of a hassle to have to go to some rooms because they were on different towers. So, if they were on the 6th floor, but we were on the 50th floor, we had to go back down to the bottom floor to take another elevator to get to our friends' room. It was a little inconvenient. Also, when we asked housekeeping for clean towels, she reacted as if we were accusing her of stealing from our room. We were just asking if we could get new towels, because ours were laying on our beds, etc. Her reaction was odd since we weren't accusing her of anything.
The room was not clean. There were stains all over the sheets and the bathroom faucet handles were filthy. Not what I expect from a Hilton.
Really great staff !! Room was clean and super nice No restaurants in the property. It's attached to the miracle mile shopping center....kinda tacky.
At face value, the Elara looks like a nice hotel. However, it was obvious that they didn't put the amount of $$ into the amenities that matter. Horrible wifi even after paying a premium price Check-out at 10 Remote control did not work IT support was not on-site and could not help The bed bowed into the middle The water pressure was horrible Not a fan of black toilets and jetted tubs.
The hotel was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the access to Miracle Mile. Very responsive staff and room service. We enjoyed the set up of the Jr Suite room, with fridge, access to bathroom from the hallway and not just sleeping room. Nice tub and large closets. Furniture was comfortable and the bed was exceptional. A few details kept creeping up. The buttons on the phone didn't take you to the correct spot (pressing bell man went to IVR with no selection for bell stand). Miscommunication on the hotspot sign in (not on our room key folder and wasn't told at check in. Booking through one of their partners held a few surprises...no hilton points, wifi not free, "availability" of requested room. For example, I got a great email asking what kind of room preference (view, quiet, high floor, etc.) and a request for the timeframe I would arrive (late afternoon, evening etc.) Email was confirmed and they would do their best to accommodate. FYI I selected the view because my business partner and I would be spending two and half days developing our business plan in our room. When we entered the room, we were staring directly into the parking garage. Hey, guys don't ask if you can't deliver. Don't set expectations you can't fulfill. Whenever I book through third party, I seem to get treated as a sub-guest. But surprise - my experiences still contribute to my brand relationship overall. Usually with Hilton, the service and details are stunning.
The suites are spacious. Had a views of the Paris Eiffel Tower that was amazing. The pool area was very nice and didn't play loud thumping techno music. Close enough to the Las Vegas Strip. Nonsmoking and no casino so clean air and quiet. Good security.

Nice bathrooms Rooms were dirty, beat up furniture and walls. Uncomfortable beds, next time I'm in vegas I'll probably stay elsewhere.

Not one thing z... Toilets didn't work, no running water,the rooms looked like a motel and the worst part was that the staff including the "manager " Roberto was unbelievably rude and appeared to be demeaning and preferably when it came to the race of customers . It was the worst experience of my life and I travel to Vegas regularly. I ended up having to move to another votel in Vegas because of such filth and lack of any customer service
Extremely convenient and best location. Lots of food and entertainment options Smoke was unbearable. If they have smoking filters or air purifiers, I don't believe they work. Not in Vegas for 10 years allowed us to forget how smoke filled the casino is.
Customer service was great! Everything smelled of smoke. The facility was dated.
The best part was the casino and the mall that was close. The faucet started howling for no reason, had to turn it several times to stop. The toilet started leaking and by the time the staff showed up it had stopped and dried. They initially gave us a room that people were still staying in. They had increased their hotel fees plus taxes in the two days we had reserved the room. The parking was ridiculously far from the hotel.
I reserved 2 King bed rooms, and even though I made my reservations and paid for them, I was down graded to 2 queen bed rooms. If I paid for a King room, I expect to have a King room. Why am I bummed and given queen rooms when I made my reservations 2 weeks in advanced and fully paid for them?! My room also had 2 lights that were not working, and the bathroom shower was not fully cleaned. No fridge or coffee pot in the room.

Check in easy and nice it wasn't on casino floor. Asked for "nice view" and was given south facing view facing Polo Towers. Not exactly what was looking for but wasn't in room much anyway. Room is much larger than expected. But not a lot of drawers. TV did not work entire time. Called front desk and was told Maintenance would come up. Never did. Beds comfortable. Bathroom huge with two sinks. A bonus for couples. Rooms clean & updated. LOVE the "skinny" mirror!!! Was on 18th floor and rooms were super quite. I picked this hotel mainly for location. In center of strip and attached to Miracle Mile shops so easy for shopping, eating, drinking.

The beds were very comfortable and i loved the bug tub in thhe bathroom. Location was great; great spot on the strip plus connected to Miracle Mile Shopping center. The hallways and carpetting seemed old/out-dated. Random "room check" by house keeping right after we checked in. They knocked and opened the door, saying they just wanted to see if everything was ok with the room. Felt likw invasion of privacy that they just walked in without us openning the door.
