Go here if you want to save money Older facilities compared to other hotels in the area, but you get what you pay for.
I reserved 2 King bed rooms, and even though I made my reservations and paid for them, I was down graded to 2 queen bed rooms. If I paid for a King room, I expect to have a King room. Why am I bummed and given queen rooms when I made my reservations 2 weeks in advanced and fully paid for them?! My room also had 2 lights that were not working, and the bathroom shower was not fully cleaned. No fridge or coffee pot in the room.
Not one thing z... Toilets didn't work, no running water, the rooms looked like a motel and the worst part was that the staff including the "manager " Roberto was unbelievably rude and appeared to be demeaning and preferably when it came to the race of customers . It was the worst experience of my life and I travel to Vegas regularly. I ended up having to move to another votel in Vegas because of such filth and lack of any customer service
Nice bathrooms Rooms were dirty, beat up furniture and walls. Uncomfortable beds, next time I'm in vegas I'll probably stay elsewhere.
Close to almost all casinos. No microwave in the room, no fridge in the room.
Location on the strip Casino Bars Process of getting a refund Not informed of renovations or water outage; affected floors 6-18 Room smelled of mildew
The beds were very comfortable and i loved the bug tub in thhe bathroom. Location was great; great spot on the strip plus connected to Miracle Mile Shopping center. The hallways and carpetting seemed old/out-dated. Random "room check" by house keeping right after we checked in. They knocked and opened the door, saying they just wanted to see if everything was ok with the room. Felt likw invasion of privacy that they just walked in without us openning the door.
Customer service was great! Everything smelled of smoke. The facility was dated.
Location No compli water in the room, parking area is far from the hotel
The best part was the casino and the mall that was close. The faucet started howling for no reason, had to turn it several times to stop. The toilet started leaking and by the time the staff showed up it had stopped and dried. They initially gave us a room that people were still staying in. They had increased their hotel fees plus taxes in the two days we had reserved the room. The parking was ridiculously far from the hotel.
Check in easy and nice it wasn't on casino floor. Asked for "nice view" and was given south facing view facing Polo Towers. Not exactly what was looking for but wasn't in room much anyway. Room is much larger than expected. But not a lot of drawers. TV did not work entire time. Called front desk and was told Maintenance would come up. Never did. Beds comfortable. Bathroom huge with two sinks. A bonus for couples. Rooms clean & updated. LOVE the "skinny" mirror!!! Was on 18th floor and rooms were super quite. I picked this hotel mainly for location. In center of strip and attached to Miracle Mile shops so easy for shopping, eating, drinking.
Extremely convenient and best location. Lots of food and entertainment options Smoke was unbearable. If they have smoking filters or air purifiers, I don't believe they work. Not in Vegas for 10 years allowed us to forget how smoke filled the casino is.
The room was nice sized. Enjoyed many things like the Bar, restaurants, etc Didn't like the people trying to sell time-shares. Wish it would have been more obvious what that was all about, 10 minutes of our lives we won't get back. Slots too tight. Pillows were uncomfortable.
Panoramic view from rooftop. Penn and Teller. Cleanliness. Free parking. I wish that the front desk had told us that the WiFi is prepaid (part of resort fee) upon check in. As when you try to connect, it says 'bill to room' giving a false impression that you're paying extra. Off strip, but so some may be a plus.
The Rio casino and hotel is a venerable Las Vegas institution that is off the strip on flamingo and I 15. It's a great value for the money and is located in an area that provides easy access to a variety of well-known Las Vegas casinos, as well as hosting sites for most of the areas major conventions.
the pho restaurant downstairs. The room felt and looked old. It also smelled like smoke.
The beds were comfortable, room had a refrigerator in it The room was in need of a remodel. Sash above the beds was coming apart. Walls and ceiling were dirty in spots
Resort fee is too high
I loved the size of the rooms.Nice service.
Room was spacious and they upgraded us to the 22nd floor. Unfortunately, that meant that we were close to the fire and had no power in our rooms and the nice rooms just hide the poor facilities conditions that led to TWO electrical fires in one night. Place is a death trap and the company policy during a fire appears to be either non-existent or intentional misinformation. On our second night staying there, an electrical fire broke out at 4:30 pm on the 26th floor. We found out about it around 5 when they wouldn't let us go up the elevators to our room. Told us it would be an hour. LIES. My brother in law works in the industry and got after making up a story about needing a prescription got the truth that it would be at least 4-5 hours. They just let people stand there though, playing their slots to pass the time. Called repeatedly to try to get updates but just sent to call centers that didn't even no there was a fire. Around 8:30, we read on the news that they were letting people up so we headed back over. I checked with the employees in front of the elevator and they confirmed it was fine. Got up to our room only to find that there was no power in any of the rooms. Called and they claimed that the hotel was full and they couldn't move us. We were assured that the power would be on soon. They were still checking on people to this floor as we ran across a pissed off couple who had just drove in from Wyoming only to find that they didn't have power in their room. My mother was ill, so my parents went to bed in their room a few doors down, assuming the power would be on in the morning and the rest of us played board games in the entrance of our room/hallway, waiting for the power. Lots of people passed by and we were the cheerful greeting committee telling them there was no power in their rooms. Most people just made due and went to bed although as the evening went on we saw a couple of people asked to be moved (the hotel magically found space.). There were also confused people looking for the stairs to get to the higher floors since they thought the elevator was just broken and didn't realize there was any hazard higher up. Around 12:15 am, an employee came up and told us we needed to leave (only saw us bc our door was open). She told us we needed to leave because the power was out and we might trip. We asked if they were going to wake up all the other people on the floor. She was confused and they were only moving the people they knew of. They lied and said they'd wake up my parents but they didn't even bother. I eventually got them up and after waiting in line for another hour and fighting with the manger got them comp our rooms (more than others got). Mad, we just drove back to SoCal at 2 am. I don't know how many people they left sleeping up there, but thank God we left because at 7 Am another fire broke out on the 14th floor. Look it up. As for the fire alarms, we weren't there at the time but a cute Canadian couple on our floor told us there was no alarm during the fire. The power to their room just went off and they knew to move when the fire trucks pulled up. never again will I stay in any Ceasars property.
Rooms smelled, mattresses where very old. I think not declaring resort fee is total bs and should be against law as false advertising.
Room was spacious and clean. The wifi was relatively fast and worked well for me without any disconnects. The hotel is close to the strip but not on it so you don't have the pure insanity that comes along with the strip. Fair number of restaurants in the hotel and some that were open very late for the mayhem that takes place in vegas. The strong smell of tobacco smoke permeates every aspect of your experience even if you have a non-smoking room. I would wake up gagging from the smell. The UBER pickup is hard to find beyond the shuttle pickup area. The hotel elevators are beyond antiques, half of the buttons didn't light up when hit, and they looked like they had seen one too many nights in vegas. None of the food in the hotel even comes close to qualifying as healthy and it costs about $17 for a sandwich so its almost cheaper to order in and pay a tip than to eat inside.
Very dark and too much smoke
The spacious rooms to accommodate if we wanted friends over. Long Check out lines and Long Valet lines. Took an hour to get my car.
The Palms is great. Both NINE and NOVE are delicious. The casino is super fun though very smokey compared to others. Unfortunately we were unable to stay. We booked using the Kayak app and it was forwarded to Expedia. Unfortunately Expedia never sent the reservation to the hotel. The hotel did say this was not the first time they had seen this happen.
The speediness of the booking. When I called to make a reservation, a person from India answered my call not someone form the USA this person thought they had a decent accent so they spoke extra fast. The only they made clear was that "140" to Change or cancel my booking. Poor service
Price, Nice, Beautiful Room, Great Service There was blood droplets not just once but twice on the sheets!!! Seems very very unsanitary. Other than that it was great value for great facility. Would've given a 5 start on everything if not for that. And location is a bit off strip but did have beautiful mountain views from rooms. Also the doors to balcony are permanently locked.
Fact that I feel like I was over charged to what I was supposed to being according to what it said online
My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at The Palms and will definitely stay here again. The rooms were very clean, updated and comfortable. The front desk was able to get us a room with a view of the strip. We thought the view was pretty cool since your off stop and can see way more especially at night. Our only complaint was about the shuttle service. This hotel would have 5 stars from me if they had reasonable hours for the shuttle since it is off strip. The hours are from 11am-8pm. These hours barely get you to the strip for a later evening dinner. I don't think it would be too much to ask to have a nice hotel like the Pamls offer their shuttle until at least midnight in Las Vegas.
It was a spacious room. Definitely a great value. I wish that the showers were separated with a window.
The room was clean and spacious.
The employees were very kind and helpf Air condition didn't work well in our room, and our room keys always had to be redone. Eveyte I got to my room I'd have to hop back in the elevator to go get a working key.
Room was clean and up to date. Ghostbar was great. Buffet was very good. distance from the strip
It's gotten very tired very quickly.
Manager overcharged for the room and lied to my face
Everything. Everything was perfect.
We made a reservation for a standard room, but they were overbooked and moved us to the Fantasy Tower to a suite. What a treat. I would never book a suite like that, so it was a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Palms Place I don't like walking through casinos to get to your room - but for the most part, that is Vegas
Staff were nice and attentive Rooms are huge clean and comfortable Grant plus the kitchenette Quite and peaceful yet close to the Vegas hassle and basal The complimentary Internet service is slow. Most hotels in Vegas provide good speed comped for this price a night.
I like that this hotel is off the strip and offers a retreat from the vegas crazy if you so desire. It has a nice quiet, but still close enough to enjoy a vegas night if you so desire. I also enjoyed the pool, it was small, but very relaxing, great atmosphere, nice amount of chairs without having to buy a cabana, and the bar and wait staff were attentive enough without being annoying. I have stayed in this hotel on 2 other occasions and had an excellent time and come back raving to friends. This last trip was extremely disappointing. First the wait to check-in was less than ideal since they only had one person working the front desk. Soon another staff member came, so i'll give them credit for realizing an issue and addressing it. The next issue was that the room we were assigned smelled like wet dog, very strongly. The bell man even came into the room and noticed the smell and said he would hold onto our bags until we got a new room. I called the front desk to request a room change, which didn't seem like it would be an issue as we arrived early enough in the day. They said they would call us back and it took about 20min for them to call back and state that they had no other rooms they could possibly move us to, but they would send housekeeping to freshen up the room. So we wait for housekeeping to come and work a miracle. After about 20minutes we call to inquire when they would be arriving, they say right away and we wait another 15min for someone to arrive. When housekeeping arrived they had a watered down bottle of febreeze that they sprayed around the room. This is what housekeeping told us it was, "a watered down bottle of febreeze." Needless to say this did not fix the issue. The housekeeping guy even said it smelled and we should ask for a new room. I call down again to the front desk and share that the room still smells and that housekeeping even said that it did after he used the febreeze. The woman from the front desk then put me on hold for about 10 minutes, when she returned she said that she checked what i said with housekeeping and now they would move us to another room. I am sorry i found this so insulting. So basically they did have a room to move us to initially but instead lied and said they didn't. I would have been less upset if they initially said hey let us try to fix the problem first before we move you to another room, the fact that they lied and then felt the need to fact check what I was saying was absurd. So then we wait another 45minutes to actually get moved to a new room. This was because they didn't seem to know who was doing what, we had to call the front desk again to follow-up, then wait for another call from the front desk in which they said that the bell man would bring up our new key and our bags. So we continue waiting and finally the bell man arrives with our keys...but no bags. I share with him that we were told he would have our bags too and he said he didn't know anything about that, so we call again and finally our bags arrive. The next thing that was not ideal was the ability to get a taxi. We soon learned that we needed to plan to leave an hour to an hour and a half early to go anywhere on the strip. I even attempted to call valet before we got down there to see if we could ensure a taxi was down there when we came down, but no one ever answered the phone.
Nice sized rooms, I had one of the corner suites. Jacuzzi tub was great. Nice to have a washer dryer in unit. Easy parking right out front so no need to valet. I liked that it was away from the Palms Casino, but close enough when wanting to walk over. Furniture was starting to show its age, fridge wasn't working 100%.
View, space, staff Couldnt access the balcony.
My boyfriend and I love the fact that it was inexpensive for two nights. I enjoyed the layout of our studio suite which included a kitchenette (didn't use based on the fact that we're only here for two nights). The room and lobby was well maintained and very clean. We had complimentary valet parking and free self parking which was a bonus. The staff were friendly and the restaurant served delicious meals which was also inexpensive. Looking out of our window we could see Las Vegas Strip and the bed was so comfortable. The only bad thing I could actually say about this place is the location. It seem as though there might be a rough neighborhood nearby due to the type of people that were passing by. I did not feel comfortable walking from the strip back to hotel. Plus it's a 20-25 minute walk to the strip which could seem long because of the humid weather.
Beautiful tower view
Nice room It was to far fro he strip
The vibe in the pictures looks so fun. We were uprades as well. Once you get in the room, you quickly see everything is dated, worn and not very clean. We were in a suite so I would hate to seethe regular rooms. It looked like the cleaning staff did a quick wipe down at best. The carpets certainly had not been vacuumed. Very disappointing!
I overall had a GREAT/ Amazing experience and would defiantly come back. I had all the amenities in my room and the best service from the staff. Especially Kaylee at the front desk she was very accommodating. I was staying in a separate room from friends and she made sure our rooms were as close as possible. Without her my stay would've been good but turned it into AMAZING! Thank you again Kaylee I really appreciate your help :-)
Staff is friendly, clean, beds sleep amazing, easy access to food area in palms casino not overwhelming crowds! Very modern and luxeries even in the basic rooms, will always stay here if possible when I visit Vegas! There was nothing I didn't like
We stayed on the 51st floor. Great view. The highlight of my stay was the jet tub. Close to Chinatown ++ Floors were dusty. Room smelled so we had to purchase & light candles. Interior furniture is dated & worn out.
Rooms great with all the amenities plus things like washer/dryer and large jet tub. Large room with spacious balcony. Actually enjoyed and appreciated no smoking facility. Hotel gave whatever you needed. Seemed pretty quiet too, even though Mayweather/Pacquio weekend. Strip view a plus Need to make sure they re-caulk showers and clean tub out little better. Overall awesome
Location as well as the luxury of the spa and the veiw Not a bad thing to say about this place
I like the fact that there Jacuzzi was working and the pool, while other hotels did not have these facilities working. Some elevators were down but I still give the Hotel an A plus.
I loved the customer service. The bellhop was a little slow but when we had a problem with our shower draining the hotel comped us and put us in a much nicer room for a value of $60 a night for free. The staff with the exception of the receptionists at the the spa, were all very nice and helpful. They brought extra towels, coffee, laundry detergent...upon request. It was very close to the strip with NO SMOKING anywhere. We loved it. The beds were very comfortable. I did not like that in the first room we had originally, the shower did not drain properly and the staff wasn't sure how to fix, but they did give us a much bigger and nicer room as a result.
giant rooms! princess suite was amazingly huge and beautiful. i went on edc weekend. so the service was a bit slow. but thats because they were at max occpacity!
We stayed the weekend and had a great experience. We got there too early for check in and they sent me a text when the room was ready. They accommodated our request for a late check out. The hotel is ideally located right next to the strip. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Customer Service Not friendly and accommodating.. Also room has thin walls and average rooms
for the price, you can't beat the location. its a quick 10 min walk to the strip and you can easily cut through bally's to beat the heat. the pool is definitely not on las vegas quality standards. its what you would find at a business hotel. if you want a vegas pool experience, don't book here.
I booked a non-smoking King room. We checked in and I thought everything was fine. We got to our room and it had two double beds and no robes. No time to change rooms, as we were in town for a UFC Fight. Sleeping in double beds was not the ideal romantic getaway we had anticipated.
It was clean, modern, comfortable and a great value. Still within walking distance of the strip, but just far enough away from all the madness. Housekeeping never came the first morning, so our room never got tidied up. Then, they decided to let themselves in on our last morning there at 7 am. Annoying, but not a deal breaker.
Some of the rooms needs updating.
Hotel was quite comfortable for being off the strip, casino really small, liked that it was non smoking The staff and their attitude. Since I was an SPG member but didn't book directly thru SPG, was told I wouldn't get my membership Points. Was also told since it was a 3rd party booking that I wouldn't get the room that I thought I was booking. I paid an extra fee to book a king size suite, staff told me that usually we get the standard room which had 2 double beds. I showed him reservation that showed a king size bed and he finally changed his tune and accommodated us. Being a SPG member apparently got us nothing since I didn't book they them personally!
Clean Comfortable beds Central air Clean sheets Clean bathroom and shower Does not smell like smoke!
The beds were comfortable. I booked 2 nights at the Westin. On Night 2, Two personal laptops, a digital camera, and checkbook were stolen out of my hotel room. The safe in the hotel room was not big enough to house the laptops and I trusted that Westin was a reputable line of hotels and safe enough to leave my things tucked away for 3 hours. When I called security, they took over 20 minutes to get to me, and then said it would be investigated first thing the next day. The head of security didnt arrive until the late afternoon when we had to check out. There was absolutely no urgency in trying to rectify this situation or assistance in making us feel safe. They took away my "amenities charge" and a dry cleaning charge because my dry cleaning arrived 2 hours later than it should have, but didnt take away any major charges considering over $2000.00 worth of my possessions were stolen, likely by an employee. They were unhelpful and made me feel incredibly unsafe and uncared for.
Everything. Great hotel with friendly staff and great location. Awesome rooftop bar with great cocktails.
I was charged I was charged resort fee of $17 a night plus tax. This is such a rip off as every hotel has a gym and wifi as standard. The grout on the bathtub needs to be fixed.
skinky lobby keys didnt work 3 times smell
The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. Each time that I interacted with them they were very pleasant. The ventilation in the smoking rooms wass pretty poor.
Very nice to be close to the Las Vegas Strip but not right on the strip. Close to the action but far enough away to relax. The shower did not drain properly and there was no fan in the bathroom.
Great service , excellent staff, good location
Very nice rooms. Very good location on the strip, right next to the monorail stop. Also had a great pool. Had refridgerator, microwave, toaster. No wi-fi in rooms. No breakfast, but was no problem, because there is a store by the lobby where you can buy everything and make a breakfast in your room.
Amazing Staff, very welcoming and great with the kids. Hotel and room was spotless. Lot's of space in the room with nice furnishings. Will stay there again!
great location, good rooms, nice bed, quite location! pool under renovation and not usable....
Great stay and will definitely came back!!
Our room layout was nice. Bed , tv work space positioning. Nice to have frig and microwave. building to parking access convenient close My Wife had to ask housekeeping twice to clean the dried brown urine off the toilet. We really appreciate at least a continental breakfast thats not provided.
Outstanding staff, outstanding accommodations, best hotel stay I've ever had.
I loved the fact that it didnt have any casino inside so it was really easy to go in and out of the hotel. Also the facilities( kitchenette, microwave, toaster, a great view) i thought they made my stay easier and more pleasant.
Friendly staff free DVD rentals Active lounge Safe Clean Comfortable Amenities
If there was a conference this place would be gold! Very fancy and nice vibe from everyone. Staff was awesome not your normal fancy hotel staff... Excellent price for classy hotel The bed was very stiff and was like sleeping on the floor. I think maybe it could use a topper or something but I am sure that is impossible to upkeep.
Swimmingpool is not like in the pictures, very small!
GREAT staff and really nice rooms located right next to the convention center. Nice view if the golf course and strip hotels if you're located on the Paradise side of the hotel. N/A
I traveled to Las Vegas for a friend's wedding and brought along my 23-month old daughter. The hotel was perfect for a dad/daughter weekend with the right amenities, a very friendly staff and a quiet stay overall.
Excellent hotel, staff and accommodations. Garage and elevator banks easily accessible. Most importantly, avoid the headaches of getting to the strip; the Renaissance offers multiple access points to the strip without time wasted. N/A
The Rooms were very comfortable and nice, great flat screen. We also liked that they had a robe. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, took time to explain everything to us and made us feel appreciated and acknowledged. very good first impression. The woman was of Asian decent who checked us in, she rocks!! The food we ordered at the Bar tasted horrible, I ordered chicken strips and they were over cooked, tasted like the oil and where hard.
The overall experience was good. The hotel's facilities and rooms are very clean. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The location is right next to the Convention Center and just a hop, jump and skip away from the Strip. Although this is more of a business and convention hotel. While the overall experience was good, it is recommended for business. The bar, for instance, closes at midnight; this seems a little early, especially for Vegas. The pool is very small, and again, more for the business person not for fun. Overall, a great hotel but more accommodating if your in Vegas for business.
Clean, comfortable and excellent service. Great food at Envy Steakhouse onsite. Superb service. We especially liked riding the nearby Monorail to the hotels on the strip for a bit of gambling..then returning to our smoke free hotel for a good night's rest. Breakfast at the hotel is outstanding! We were in town for a wedding but staying at the Renaissance LV was like a much needed restful mini-vacation. We cannot think of anything negative.
Comfortable overnight stay. Close enough to the strip. Quiet and clean. Quick check-in process. I did not like the shampoo and conditioner provided. Both felt too drying on my hair and didn't feel like they were cleaning my hair that well.
I loved how big and comfy the bed was!! I didn't like how thin the walls seemed to be, but it's ok nothing too bothersome.
Good value for the money, nice location, love the MGM grand pool. The signature is starting to show its age. Technology was starting to seem dated. There were cigarette holes in the carpet and one of the faucets did not work.
Very good facility if you want to stay a little bit away from the strip. It is about 10 minutes walk to the city center where Aria and Metropolitan are located. No smoking and casino. Nice gym.
porr customer service I schedule a room for sunday and they told me that I couldn't check in until 3pm even thou I told them that I got married at 12 am and that we needed a room.
Jetted tub, comfy bed. Nice, quiet, modern room with beautiful features. My stay was too short.
Everything was clean and the facilities were more than accommodating Arriving before check in time, I asked if I could upgrade to an early check in. No one was able to accommodate the request or tell me when my room could be available ahead of normal check In time.
No early checkin although room was ready. Waited 20 minutes to check bags and no one ever showed up and the other employees went to look for them, ended up just taking them to MGM to check them while we went to eat before our flight.
Balcony & kitchenette at 12:30 AM, checking took over 30 minutes. Front desk staff were uber slow. I purposefully booked a room for 2 adults and two kids because we needed two beds. We arrived to find one bed for four people. The front desk staff told me that two of us could sleep on the terribly uncomfortable sofa bed with dirty sheets and blamed the party we booked through for the fact that we only had one bed instead of two queens. When I asked for clean sheets for the sofa bed, the hotel failed to provide them despite numerous calls to the front desk. I had to resort to. Going to the lobby and fortunately received some sheets from someone ifrom housekeeping who I saw in the lobby. We made the bed ourselves. The room itself looked dirty and had scuffs all over the walls.
I have now stayed at the Signature on 3 separate occasions. I would recommend the Signature to anyone who visits Las Vegas and does not feel necessary to walk thru a Casino to arrive at their room. All 3 of my stays were for business and parking and retrieving my car several times a day was a breeze. Rooms and view were terrific!
Lots of space in 1 bedroom suite. 2 bathrooms. No early check in. No club entry with hotel guests.
I needed a comfortable room near but not on the strip, this had all I needed. Jet tub, clean room, access to all of the other Towers and MGM facilities. Some services aren't available when not booked through the hotel - book with them directly. Staff were all great, from valet to service desk. They have coffee in the room (rare in Vegas), but it's not good. Even for vending machines, everything was in another tower. Tower Two has nothing but rooms and ice machines...but it's quiet. Pick your preference.
Stay in this hotel two times. Hotel service is excellent. Room is Very clean and Quiet. friendly staff. We like it.
-Amazing views of the city (with the right room) -Very quiet, feels like you're off the strip when you're just walking distance away from everything -Staff was friendly and helpful -Concierge said there would be water bottles in the room, but there weren't. Good thing we brought our own!
The hot tub and pool though it was cool to swim. No daily maid service
Good for families specially if you want to keep your kids away from the Casinos. Internet which is so conveniently available in the cheapest of hotels these days, is a big hassle here. One has to rent a modem from a particular Dept during specific and limited hours and is issued against a cash deposit of $50
your gym and spa facitlites were third world, absolutely a joke. check it out yourself, equipment from the dark ages , sanna needs remodel the gym and spa
The place was very clean. All furnishings and trappings were of good quality material. I seldom saw staff, but when I needed help, there was always someone available.
Very clean, comfortable. Most of the staff very friendly. Not on the strip and away from the flashing lights and noise, but still with the convenience of the regular half-hourly shuttle buses into the strip as required. Within walking distance to one of the outlet malls. Beautiful pools - kids loved the lazy river. Would definitely stay here again. No room service the whole time were were there, wasn't a big deal, but just wasn't aware of this when I booked. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Also, when I booked online I had said that there were three of us, but the room we had only had one King Size bed - I had assumed it would be two queen beds. Again, not a huge issue. There was a sofa bed, but they're never very comfortable, especially for 4 nights! Next time, I would just clarify before booking that particular room.
very nice hotel and staff, very clean suite, very beautiful pool, air conditionning a little noisy
Front desk staff was not as profesional as a five star rating facility. Ice machine was out of order for a long period of time.
The pool area is wonderful. Early check out time of 10:00am that can not be changed or extended.
nice hotel, fair value for money
nice room wifi was very slow
Very comfortable, excellent room, good value for the money. I recommend it. Down at the far end of 'The Strip'. If you stay here, you should rent a car, because their is no service to the airport, and service to "the Strip" is difficult. You can park the car at most hotels on the strip for free.
I liked everything about it! In fact we talked about it being are regular spot when we go to Vegas! It's close and the hotel can help you with a lot! Warning you can hear music from Fremont street but it stops at 3am! They provide ear plugs but I did not need them and did not mind!
Great location for The Fremont Experiance the long walk from the lobby to the rooms in the tower.
Needs a coffee shop
Revitalized downtown area of Las Vegas. Excellent location near Mob Museum and Fremont Street; one mile to Neon Museum (retired Las Vegas signs). $5 craps tables, sports book, live music, multiple bars, 3rd floor roof pool, very good restaurant. Good overall value. Comfortable bed, spacious room and clean. Courteous, friendly staff. I don't like hard, overstuffed pillows for sleep. Ask for soft and flat at check in as they have them available.
Room was clean, king room wasn't available on the first night, but transferring to different room on the second day was easy. There were no amenities in the room like a refrigerator, coffee maker, or microwave. We like to take leftovers when we dine out, and there was no way to store or reheat our food.
We chose to stay at valleys and not go to the Bellaggio because it was third of the price. We were so impressed because the rooms were big and clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was pretty and clean and tidy, and there was a little food court downstairs which made it very easy to grab something on the go without breaking the bank. We spent the money we saved going to other hotels around us. The Paris Hotel is adjacent via a tunnel between valleys in the Paris Hotel which made it convenient because Paris has a great night life and we never had to really even leave to go outside to get there.
Room was large with good view. Sheets smelled of smoke even though we had non smoking room. $35.00 resort fee for WHAT?? No refrigerator.
Outside appearance is deceiving. Rooms are nice and clean even though the outside has not been remodeled. I booked through getaroom and it was extremely frustrating trying to add a guest to my booking since I was not going to be able to check in myself. Bally's would not help and had to call getaroom FOUR times to fix the problem.
The room was nice and spacious the staff was great can't wait ro come back to Vegas cause we shall be staying at this hotel agine Only down side was our view from our window
Everything is Good Check-in and Check-out waiting time is very bad.
Nothing !!! Customer service was horrible. Rooms were dirty, heather didn't work , shower head was broken , the shower room light bolb was burned, whither and waitresses were super rude at the casino , customer service was super poor and I did not enjoy any second of my stay at this hotel. Requested refund but was rejected in very rude wat. Dissatisfied custo r will never return to this hotel !!!
I love the large room we stayed in and that there was a mini fridge. The bathroom was spacious also. The online checkout was super convenient! You can't beat the location right in the middle of the Las Vegas strip! Black marker stains were on the sheets. The headboard on our bed did not look like it was cleaned. The counters were definitely not wiped down, there was sticky residue left from the last guests.
The entire room and price Only one night
Rooms were huge! Perfect location! Affordable! They didn't have a fridge.
Perfect location it is in the middle of everything. Easy to get to the strip. The "resort fee" is ridiculous. Defiantly did not get the resort feel, but overall still a cheap hotel.
We felt like it was a first class experience. A great value! It is showing signs of wear and tear (a hole in the carpet mid-room and stained upholstery on the couch). The seals around the sliding glass door allowed for whistling, howling noises from air movement.
Rooms are clean and nice. The unit we rented was privately owned (not run by Signature Hotel).Long walk through the towers to get to the casino and to the main street. There is no housekeeping services housekeeping is contracted out by a separate company, which charged high fees.
room is very new and clean, and hotel decoration style everything is good till now
Very nicely decorated room. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is very expensive. You can walk to the strip, but it is a long way.
Everything about this hotel was perfect! The staff gets a 10 from the front desk help to the breakfast crew in the morning. All were very courteous and attentive to give you any advice on how to get to the strip, the Hoover Dam, or what shows to go watch. We were greeted at 2 am by smiling faces and a bottle of water after the dreaded spirit airlines customer service the gesture of fresh water at 2 am just made my night. The hotel is very clean and maintained. The rooms were very nice and luxurious. The trip to the strip is 5 mins away. Why pay for resort fees and have to deal with all the noise and chaos when it is avoidable and makes your trip that much better just having time away from the sights and sounds. I highly recommend this hotel!
Pretty much over the top suite and a great bargain for the money.
Location good Cleanness was terrible when I arrived. Took hours to get the room clean. Front desk told me that they were not responsible for the cleaning of the room and a gave a toll free number of Jet Luxory which never answer and never return my calls. On my second day my surprise was to know that house keeping and daily cleaning was not included in the price. Not even beds made or give you toilet paper or soaps. Stay away from Jet Luxory Vdara, don't think you'll save a few dollars. Terrible experience ever
Location to the Strip, Aria, Cosmopolitan, Belagio, GREAT location. Quiet, building faces away from noisy Strip. Loved it! Some siren noise from Fire Dept below, not bad. Late check out because individually owned wasn't allowed.
