No maid service in my three might stay
The rooms were a bit modern and in the downtown area. It smelled like smoke which I won't take my family too. The rooms are dark so for business it's a bit hard to do work in the room on the computer. As its so dim and barely light.
Price Front desk representatives Room smells nasty Unfortunately all night water leaks inside in my room from tap floor. My last time too purchase online hotel room, I'm check in 00:45 after 30min. Waiting time check out 9:15 am. I'm sleeping totally 2hr.
Hotel room is not clean ,I was check in than go to room before sleep I found it sheets and bathroom has a lot of hairs that's really bad
Very helpful stall. Left my cell phone there and Lost and Found were on the ball found it. Very please on the attention.
The location is perfect. The elevators were among the slowest I have ever seen.
The hotel was pretty far off the Las Vegas strip, it was at least a 15 min car ride from there. The rooms were okay, not the cleanest rooms i have seen but good enough to spend the night. Seems like a good option to save a couple of bucks but at the end of the day, take it from me, if you are going to visit Las Vegas and be close to everything, look elsewhere, the crowd was a bit older and not the atmosphere that i was expecting, not that i was looking for a crazy party atmosphere, but it was kind of dead.
They charged me two times - for resort fee 22/ per day. And as well hotel fee 30 per day !!!
Remodeled rooms Hotel was under staff, 1 person to check in, 1 bellmen, 3 elevators not working, food in cafe waa cold. They need to hire more people.
It smells so bad !!!!! All casinos stick like smoke ... this is so much worse ... I had to brace myself every time I came back in the door ....I will not stay here again
Are family enjoyed the Palace Casino and Hotel. It was a second time we stayed there and we will be back because the hotel staff was so friendly. Also we like the grand Café the food is good in the waitstaff is always Nice. Also the prices right so we like to eat their grand Café nothing better I didn't like the fact that two elevators were out of order. That's all I can think of that would be that they offer all the things anybody could ask or even a free shuttle to the airport so my complaint is very minimal indeed.
We really enjoyed the stay in Plaza, and the location is great to visit the Freemont Experience. Be aware that there are 2 towers, and one is newer than the other. I would make sure to choose the newer one to ensure you get a better room. Maybe it's a bit far from the strip (you will need to take a taxi/uber)
I liked the location, It is near to the places where I wanted to go. The bed sheets were never changed during our stay.
Location to the strip. Size of the 1 bedroom was large.
The stay was relaxing and enjoyable thank you No
It so close to the strip yet nice to stay in a quiet place at the end of the day!
Location, Location, Location Lack of covered/Secure parking. Room was a little small.
The location was excellent and the parking very good, despite what others have said. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. All staff were helpful and friendly. While there was some encouragement to partake of the "condo tour", it wasn't persistent. Check-in and out was efficient with absolutely no difficulties. We had the 1 bedroom suite with its excellent living room and kitchen. Thoroughly recommend staying here, but remember, it is not a full service hotel. No complaints, it was better than expected.
Very good situated. Nothing special in this hotel. Price a bit too high.
Great location, nice rooms
The kitchen was very functional for us. It was clean and the decor in the rooms in general was nice. Parking was pretty accessible. In the living room of the Villa, it seemed a little crowded when the Murphy bed was pulled down. You should consider a different style of couch. You should also consider reinstating the Courtesy Shuttle for more than what is currently on the schedule; especially trips to the airport. Also, the Check In time seemed too late at 4:00PM compared to the "too early" check out time of 10:00AM.
Location and comfort. One Bedroom Villa was superb! Juan one of the Valet Attendants was great. Nothing.
Is close to Las Vegas strip. Clean rooms . Free wi fi and free breakfasts. Indoor pool 24 hour. What else to ask for?
I was a little disappointed with this stay. The room smelled a little like dog pee (and I have a dog), was on the basement level which I dislike, and had a lot of road noise. Also the room next door had very loud and rude guests who shouted and actually beat on the wall in some evident celebration. The bed was also not as comfortable as during my previous stay.
Clean beds Garbage on Floor the cleaning staff missed, broken towel rack, felt run down. I had no idea it was so animal friendly (jar of doggy treats at front desk...). Im at home now the next night and can't sleep because my allergies are so bad. Me and kids all came home with bad allergies. It wasn't obvious on the website when booking that it was animal friendly. Lady at front desk said every room has had animals in it. Breakfast was sub par, indoor pool was FREEZING. me and kids got in for all of 2 minutes. If you have allergies or want to do anything there besides just sleep, might want to explore your options.

The suite was a decent size, the location was perfect, and the staff is very attentive to meet clients needs. I didn't like that the Hotel's pool was closed, they have an amazing outdoor facility. I was looking forward to it. Although the pool was not open, I was told that we were given access to two pools from the hotels across staybridge. We used Hollidays in.
Clean and new I didn't mean to book a hotel that far from the strip. The area selector should be more clear, otherwise I would have never booked at this location.
Clean, nice room without unnecessary frills. Bed was too soft. Transportation to the Las Vegas strip could have been much more frequent (every 15 minutes would have been nice.
Great views of the strip, with free shuttle to the strip. Nothing
Sizeable room, good breakfast, clean

Staff were great. Shuttle great service. Breakfasts were better than expected. Very little. Minor request would be to vacuum the rugs more often.

My wife and I were very pleased with the overall customer experience. The staff was professional, polite, and helpful! No. The staff went above and beyond to make feel welcome. We were greeted every morning at breakfast which was very good.
Great location, shuttle to the strip, breakfast was great also.
Free upgrade to a beautiful 1 bedroom suite. Concierge/desk person wonderful
Everything but the knock on the door, frankly We got an insistent knock on the door at 6am (after having arrived at 1am w/ small kids) waking everyone up. Once I finally got to answering the door, he said he had the wrong room and just walked away. Sure, it was an honest mistake, but messed up our first day.
The beds were heavenly and you could not hear a sound from the other rooms or highway. The breakfast was a full spread, not just cold items, and was included in the price of the room. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the strip, as well. The staff is friendly and eager to please. I would definitely stay here again.
Our room was top floor on the freeway side and you can definatley hear the freeway noise. Still worth it. Overall, nice, clean, spacious and well-kept.Across the freeway from Mandalay Bay..not far from the strip (you will need to take resorts shuttle), but really in the ultimate location. DO NOT stay in North Las Vegas. For pets it's really nice. The cleaning fee was $100.00 when we were there so double check.
This worked out great for us. 2 adults 2 children in a 1 bedroom. We did bring our aerobed to go with the fold out couch. A little crowded at times, but it worked out well. Great location for access to the south end of the strip. A free shuttle every half hour to the Mandalay Bay and one every hour to the MGM. We drove to Vegas and still utilized the shuttle at times. The small pool was crowded on the weekend, but on Monday afternoon, we had the entire pool to ourselves. It was really nice as there is some shade and a great way to cool off on a hot afternoon. Would stay there again and reccommed this to others. Oh... almost forgot, there is a huge In & Out Burger down the street at Tropicana Blvd where you will find the best hamburger and french fries in the world.
Highly recommended. Had a comfortable stay. We were welcomed by the manager that day. Had traveled from far and had arrived early morning. And even though check-in was not until 3 pm they were able to accommodate us and let us check-in earlier. Even fed us breakfast that morning! Safe environment. Would certainly come back again.
We had a great stay our first time not stay on strip. Loved having all the amenities.
We stayed there for a week in January, 2008. We were attending a trade show in the Mandalay - but prefer to avoid casinos, so found this property. It was about a half mile from the Mandalay Bay Convention Center- we could walk there faster than from other nearby hotels on the strip, as we didn't need to go through hotels to get there. They also have a shuttle for service to Mandalay and other spots on the Strip. The facility itself was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and evening light food is always a convenient plus in our minds. They also have a hot tub which was wonderful after a long day of walking the trade show floors. The no-smoking policy and complete lack of a casino and slot machines gave it very high marks in our book. We just booked our room for our return in January 2009. We would highly recommend this to anyone else wanting an alternative to the casino scene in Las Vegas.
Really clean and nice. Will stay again
I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff were pleasant and were attentive. The only problem we encountered was that the heated pool wasn't very heated the last few days. They said the heater broke but we weren't sure. The buffet breakfast was very good. The complimentary shuttle was also nice.
It was a pleasant stay away from the hustle of the strip and yet so close. I did not use the shuttle to the Mandalay Bay but I thought it was a great idea. Great clean comfortable rooms.
The room was more and better than I expected for a basic room. All the amenaties were excellect, bedding and furnature was excellent. Everything was great during checking-in and sleeping, however at morning everything went bad. I disliked that the housekeeping staff. They constantly kept knocking on my door to see if I left. Check out is at noon, I put the "Do not Disturb Sign before going to bed because I like to sleep in. They came to my door at 8:35 and I told the young lady that I was here. She was polite and left. I checked the the sign and it was still there in the door's card reader. I hurried to breakfast becase they close at 930 which is very early. I had nowhere to sit becasue the dinning are was completely full, but I made a plate to eat in my room. Would be nice if trays were available. Housekeeping again came at 1030, she was polite and left and the sign is still in the door's card reader. Other than that my experience was good but when I left I felt as if I was hurried out to leave.
The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful.
Next to the car rental return
No wifi in room
Helpfulness of the staff. Size of the room. That the house cleaning ran a dishwasher for one coffee cup. Not green! Maybe downsize some of the refrigerators that do not get used by business people as much as families. Create a lot of noise in the room as well as heat.
I enjoy relaxing and not having to go out to eat all the time. Having a full kitchen and room to move around as if you are at home suits my purpose.
As a solo traveller here for business safety is my #1 concern. Had someone walked into my room at midnight but my latch was on so they didn't actually enter. I called the front desk to inform security but it took the front desk and operator about an hour to respond with some action. Really?
The rooms are very nice and well equiped with amenities to make your stay comfortable. I was able to relax and prepare my own meals, which saved money. The hotel staff are not very polite, which could be due to the language barrier, however, they could smile and say hello to guests. The Grandview is my first choice when I come to Las Vegas. The lobby staff are very professional, however, the man that helped me take my bags to my room was rude and did not want to help me. He slammed one of my bags into his golf cart causing the zipper and my bottle of wine to break. The sales people are overbearing and pursue guests to take the 1-hour tour of the facility, which is really about 3 hours. When I explained that I do not vacation often, I was asked not to book a room at the Grandview again so that others guests or potential buyers could stay there. I was very upset at this suggestion, and let the salesperson know I was going to continue to stay at the Grandview Hotel as long as they were offered rooms for rentals
Size of the room.
This is our 3rd time staying here. We really enjoy the luxurious and comfortable rooms. All the amenities are available and it is convenient to get to any of the other places-Green Valley, the strip, etc. We also love that it is a non-smoking facility but a walk away from casinos and restaurants. It is very relaxing and we would go back again for sure. The only thing that wasn't pleasant this time was that I think there should be signs as to when people should NOT use the jacuzzi bath. We had someone above us using it at 1am!!
The comfort and quietness of unit. Manager gave Husband incorrect information, when we spoke to another manager. She made it all the better
Beautiful rooms, great amenities, close to casino, friendly staff, quick response
Nice view and comfortable settings Of location from strip
The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathtub was great.
The size of the room was nice as was the amenities The spa tub shot out old mildew when turned on and there is no room service available for shorter stays. It was clean and secure though.
I really liked that the rooms were large enough for the whole family to be comfortable. The bathrooms were also a very nice size. Some of the people that worked there were not the friendliest.
the location I had to change rooms twice because the first one had a very bad smell and the second one was a smoking room when I requested non smoking. The room where I finally stayed at was discusting. The blankets had hairs from previous guests which I found very unprofessional.
We liked the location, shuttle service from/to airport and MGM Grand, and value for money. N/A
convenient, near airport, complimentary shuttle and internet, comfortable bed, good service, accommodating, on-the-run breakfast available
The enviornment was very positive and comfortable. The shuttle services to the strip was limited. The driver stopped pick up at 10:00pm on the Las Vegas Strip? Unbelievable!
It was clean and quiet.
Very clean and well accommodating hotel. Even greeted with a fresh baked cookie. Not the kind of hotel that tries to save money on air conditioning or skimp on the fine details. Complimentary breakfast starts at 700. Could be earlier but otherwise perfect and well provided.
Very comfortable airport with good airport shuttle service.
Very Comfortable hotel. n/A
Hotel was Clean, friendly, quite & enjoyed free cookie. Satisfied
The staff was welcoming, recognized my status and the appropriate perks were provided. I had a problem with the schedule of the shuttle to the Strip - runs once every 2 hours - quite infrequent and had to wait for 45 minutes once to be picked up. Keep that in mind when booking this hotel!
1. Location - we wanted to stay close to the airport.2. Shuttle from airport to the hotel AND to the Strip. 3. Value for money. N/A.
Close to the McCarran Car Rental center (seriously 5 minutes away) so its really easy to drop off your car in a hurry or if you have an extremely early flight. Especially good choice if you've burned cash on a Strip hotel and need one last night before that early AM flight out. 24-hour Pool - no one was using it so its like you had it all to yourself. Its also kept clean and well-stocked with towels. Gym has an elliptical, treadmill and free weights. Close to outlet shopping and highways to downtown/Strip. Far from the Strip (but depending on your budget you may end up driving their every time anyways). Too quiet if you're looking for the party atmosphere of the Strip. Empty-feeling if you're looking for the ambience of a resort and people-watching opportunities. Not much else in walking distance, surrounded by office buildings and a Starbucks.
This hotel is fine, although the casino is very smoky. I drove from CA to attend my daughter's wedding. Room rate was not fully disclosed (it doubled after 1 night). Security deposit of $100 not disclosed. Totally screwed up my thin wedding budget. Staff was indifferent. I won't stay there again, strictly because of the poor customer service.
Very friendly. Nice Buffet
I know when visiting Vegas watching T.V. shouldn't matter but they had very little viewing channels. When we got back to hotel I needed to unwind and watch T.V. but they had slim pickings for channels. Your Vegas for goodness sake, sin city, add more channels and add a couple of adult channels.
Room was great
This is probably the first Vegas hotel where I couldn't hear hallway/neighbor noise. Nice normal hotel - nothing magical, but it served its purpose! The pool was closed.
It was a nice hotel to stay at. I will definitely be coming back
The checkin process was great, completely over the phone ( texting), got the room and easy access which I requested. Love the Rain shower in the bathroom. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were either really soft or really hard, wasn't a fan of the sleeping arrangement. Had some issues with the remote control getting it too work as well. Too far away from the main strip but if that's what you are looking for then it would be an OK place to stay.
The hallways to the hotel rooms were the nicest and most pleasant smelling of all hallways I've ever seen. The room was large, clean, and luxurious for its price. So nice that my wife wanted to stay longer.
Evening staff was more pleasant than the morning staff. We arrived at 1 am very tired from travel. The service guest was nice but we booked a king bed non smoking and all that was available was a smoking king and a non smoking queen room. King room reeked of smoke so we took the queen room. Beds were hard and uncomfortable and had only sheets , no blankets! Thankfully we brought our own! There was a functioning AC/heater but we prefer blankets. We woke up to construction in the room above us and were not informed of this ahead of time. We complained and we're told that it would only be daytime construction and no other accommodation was offered. Being that we were in Las Vegas we stayed up late the next night but we're awoken by louder construction again. We spoke to front desk about noises but we were dismissed with an offer of buffet tickets. No thanks. We spoke with the supervisor and general manager requesting another night in a different room comped but were offered regular price but waiving the 14 dollar resort fee. This was unacceptable and felt like a slap in the face. We calmly discussed our feelings and were comped the room. Regardless, I cannot recommend this resort.
The staff was nice and helpful. Good breakfast included. The rooms are comfortable. Somewhat away from the strip. Quiet atmosphere. Convenient shuttle to the airport. Our room was clean, but we can't say the same about the rest of the facilities. Unfortunately, the common areas of the hotel looked abandoned and were filthy such as the swimming pool with leaves, elevators had trash in there, common bathrooms by the lobby were disgusting. We don't know why the personnel didn't pay attention to such an important thing doing nothing about it. We also wonder if the housekeepers were on vacation!!!
Hotel staff was very helpful. Ashley did a great job of fixing my reservation. She was great! I didn't feel that the parking lot was as secure as a $100+ a night hotel should be
I really enjoyed the full breakfast. I also enjoyed that the linens (including bedspreads) are washed after every visit. It was a holiday weekend and everywhere else comparable was much for expensive. We got a really good deal at this Hampton. I'll check there again when I go to Las Vegas.
Excellent hotel, staff couldnt be more helpful will definetly stay there again. No
Room was clean and very comfortable. Night I was there, was very noisy. Unruly guest. Hotel handled it. Not their fault.
bus shuttle to the airport, excellent breakfast buffet windows not soundproof. . Since the hotel is close to the airfield, take-off aircraft cauise a lot of noise and make any sleep after 6 am impossible
Ac did not work properly
This hotel is very close to the Mccarran Airport, and provides free shuttle for customers. Servers displayed very good service attitude. And the price is reasonable.
Value for the dollar Maids knocking on your door at 8:30 in the morning
Rooms were clean The front desk staff have not got a clue, a couple of younger ones helpful, older ones made you feel like you should apologise for being there,
The staff was friendly and the food (and food prices were excellent). Even though we asked for a non-smoking room, smoke still got in (there was an ashtray right outside our door). The bed linen and towels all smelled of smoke. A suggestion would be to have a non-smoking section of the hotel were there is no smoking in any area ie. romms, halls etc. Also the pool was not very well advertised.
Location, price vs quality considering the promotion rates, rooms a bit outdated, but comfortable, big enough for 4 people in a 2-quenn size beds, breakfeast buffet in the morning is great, and affordable when used with promotion coupons given when registering as a player at your arrival. Pool is not too big but great. Hotel not too big for the city. All promotion for player, so kids under 21 canot benefity from anything is must pay for verything fuul price.
it is a very big hotel situeted above the casino. The room was totally silent, the bathroom was complete, clean and nice, there was a big plasma Tv, telephone, everything. Almost in front of the hotel ther is the stop of the bus 108 that's the one that takes you to the airport (at 10 am it took 14' from the stop to the airport). Also is good that from the hotel you can reach walking downtown (Casars Palace etc..) and also Naples road, that is the zone where most of the "flamboyant" bars are. That's good, i would stay that again. the only bad thing has been that the receptionist charged me the firt night on my credit card when i wanted to pay it all cash (and when he heard that i wanted to pay it all cash he didn't accept to refound my visa taking the amonth in cash). He also hold the amount of the rest of the nights from my card untill i checked out. But i think this happens as a guarantee in most of the hotels in Usa (at least many people told me so).
I like nothing about Terribles. It truly lived up to its name! 1) Non-smoking room stunk like smoke. 2) Toilet didn't flush. 3) loud! 4) Disgustingly dirty floor. -- This was the worst place I've ever stayed at in Las Vegas and I recommend no one else go there!!! Terribles was so bad that I checked out after just one bad night!
Left my cell phone charger in my room. Contacted staff and manager's voice mail. I did not receive a call back/response!!! Refer to above response, also hotel/casino has bad ventilation!! (Smokey!)
friendliness of staff
Nice, quete place, convinient location
The room was really nice and clean and had a microwave and fridge, the beds were comfy. The only thing we did not like was they did not have room service in the morning for breakfast.
The hotel overall was excellent. Great staff. The bathroom to our room was an handicap bathroom. As a result when we took a sower the water got all over the bathroom floor. It did not drain during the night and when we got up there were still water all over the floor. It's a safety hazard walking into the bathroom. We had to use the towels to push the water towards the drain.
We liked it, no complaints. WiFi worked well and it was quiet so we could relax and rest. Close to several stores/restaurants if needed.
It was quiet, within a couple of miles to the strip. Hotel was clean, staff were excellent, free internet, free coffee in room and in the lobby. Pool, had a business room and a restaurant and bar. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. You need to have a car!! Maids were doing rounds at 8 A.M. and woke us!! This is Vegas!! Everyone stays up late and then sleeps in!!! They were knocking on every door way too early!!! If we have not checked out we are not ready to leave!!
im upset at the fact I was suppose to pay $168, I went to the check in staff and she too said the total was 168. unknowingly, I paid $230.00 I called asking why this happened and they said it was a security fee??? if thats the case I should've been told that in person. im beyond dissatisfied.
The room had enough kitchen facilities so that we could eat in the room. The bed was very comfortable and large. The room smelled fresh and clean, and the windows could open just enough to let in some fresh night air. A comfy chair and ottoman welcomed us at the end of a long day of walking. We had the buffet breakfast, and while small in choice, the food was fresh and exactly as we ordered. The waitresses were very accomodating. The hotel was right on the Strip, so it was very convenient to go downtown, but far enough away to get a quiet night's sleep. We stayed in a 4-star hotel high-roller suite where they charged daily fees for internet access. It was free here. Yippee! The whirlpool was broken the entire 3 day stay. Happy Hour was dissapointing. There was only one table outside, so the smokers took that one, and we had to stand around if we wanted to stay outside. No drinks in glass were alowed by the pool area, but the bartender didn't have plastic one's. The bartender claimed to be out of tonic water and made no effort to get some. The bar had no brandy, and the batender made no effort to suggest an alternative. There were no posted prices for which drinks qualified for Happy Hour pricing.
Free valet service while the parking garage is being renovated, friendly staff, clean rooms with a modern decor, and really comfortable beds!!
I liked the thought of getting away with my fiancé for a relaxing weekend. I rarely get time off (4 days total a month) and we were very excited to have this special time together. I reserved a king size bed and when I arrived I was told that they only had rooms with two queens (having booked this 2 weeks early and having the option to pick I assumed I would get the room I reserved). My fiancé and I were understanding and took the room that we really didn't want. The first night (September 14th) while I was using the restroom I saw a bug run across the floor and wasn't able to see what it was so I wrote it off and went back to bed. The next day (September 15th) I was in the restroom getting cleaned up for dinner and was disgusted to be sharing the counter with a cockroach. It ran around and I video tapped it immediately as it made my fiancé sick and gag. We immediately packed our stuff and vacated the room. The hotel refunded us our money as soon as they saw the video thanks to the bell desk gentleman Bryson, money was returned to our account within 24 hrs of the incident. My fiancé and I ended up having to drive back home after being in Las Vegas for less than 24 hrs of our 72 hr planned vacation. We missed out on the Grand Canyon tour that we had planned on the 16th because we had now where to stay on the night of the 15th. I called getaroom.com to tell them about what had happened and my need for a refund. I was told that getaroom.com will investigate and that they do not refund for cancellation of reservations even though I offered to share video, gave the managers name that helped me and refunded me at the hotel for the few fees they charge onsite. According to getaroom.com this process will take anywhere from 7-14 days for a response and that's not guaranteeing I will be helped. I like everyone else using your site and I'm sure anyone reading this was hoping for a wonderful and peaceful vacation. I on the other hand was let down, put in very unsanitary conditions, FORCED to cut my vacation short (my money was wrapped up in your referred hotel/third party vendor who was not consoling at all), I still have never been to the Grand Canyon and I'm sitting in my living room writing this instead of sitting in Nevada as I should have been. I'm disgusted that this is the service provided by a simple hotel booking agency for a CUSTOMER who was mistreated, mislead and left vacationless.
Good variety of games.
The staff was very friendly, Nice hotel, the Diner served great food.
I booked this hotel without knowing it had a Detroit theme! Being from the Motor City and staying here after a 2 week vacation, it was super fun to see American Coney Island and Zingermans! The room was very cozy and modern, and the view from the 32nd floor was amazing! We got in late with our 5 year old, so it wasn't very kid friendly, but that's Vegas! The noise, which I'd seen in other reviews, was definitely present but again, were not in the wilderness or at a serene beach resort.
freemont experience the room was not cleaned for two days
Walking distance to every thing Very loud at night for sleeping
Clean rooms Comfy Beds Powerful Shower head noise from Fremont below but if you turn on the ac unit to constant mode it draws out the noise Resort fee $22.60 plus a $100 fully refundable deposit
Best thing about the d is the location, there is so much to do in walking distance. The room was nice and the staff was friendly. I didnt like the shower layout. Other then that it was a great time.
Room was clean Close to action Value Self parking was closed and valet to 35 min to get car in am Almost missed our tee time
The hotel rooms are old but renovated. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Casino is nice with decently priced games. Second time staying at the D. The staff working at the front desk were very rude upon our arrival and couldn't get us two rooms on the same floor. Housekeeping had to be called to make up our room the next afternoon and they didn't even change the sheets. The bathroom door in our room was also very squeaky. Not a great experience compared to our first time at the D.
The paper thin walls .. you could hear everything from the next room
It was a pleasant stay and convenient to the Convention Center. The high speed internet was more like dial up, at least in my room, but otherwise it was all I needed for my business stay. The high speed internet.
It was very quiet. No complaints here.....
Very clean and confortable nice and near downtown
Excellent hotel. It looks like a normal motel from the outside, but the rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. My room included a living area and kitchenette as well as the bedroom and bathroom. Clean and nicely decorated. Not The Ritz, but much better than most motels, and an incredible deal for the price. It was a little cold at night. I was too tired to request an extra blanket - it would have been nice to have extra bedding readily available.
The room was large and clean. We loved that it had a fridge and a bathtub. The hotel registration are was too smokey. Would not stay here again because of the smoke.
The motel is clean and quiet and thanks to booking.com, affordable. We spent 26 nights there, and had only one noisy night. Management comped our room and gave us a complimentary dinner, which we considered very generous. We stayed there years ago, and if we go back to Vegas will stay there again.
central location and big rooms. Fast internet. I´d stay there again. Nothing bad at all.
The staff was very courteous everytime we needed their help. The hotel advertises free shuttle to strip, but doesn't specify that it has one drop off location. I was under the impression it went anywhere on the strip.
The set up of the bedroom and the casino in the hotel Some bartenders and waitresses need to be nicer to customers or find another job
Hotel con trasporte aeropuerto hotel y strip gratis lo recomiendo al 100% Buen hotel
For USA it was really nice breakfast - with fruit, porridge, muesli & other non vegetarian sausage, omelets etc., just for 9,25$ or 8,75)), and room was large. Good location - 5 min walk from Convention center. Mardi Gras not smoking hotel, but I changed 3 rooms and everywhere smoking smell include bed sheets and pillows.
