Smooth flights, connection, and friendly crew in the air and at the gate.

Flight was delayed again. I fly out every other weekend and lately the flight is delayed 3 out of five times 🤷🏻‍♀️

A List preferred boarding was nice Asked for a mask and cheerfully received Denver bag check-in is tricky. Not near other checking desk. Have to navigate to east security and up to level six for bag checkin. TSA busy and 20 minutes process thru pre lines Denver train to gates quick but one more thing to plan time for and long concourse walk to gate

Not exactly Southwest’s problem, but the new Burbank airport is not great. No restaurants open and tons of work still to be completed. Can’t believe they opened the airport in that condition.

You made me miss my connecting flight. I can not go to Cleveland on teh revised flight you are sending as I will the entire meeting. I have no option that to fly back. I hope you compensate me for the loss.

Overall great! Internet was a little slow but no other issues.

Horrible communication from Southwest. No accountability. Flight was delayed for 4 hours and TSA closed in the interim. We were not allowed to our gate. Southwest knew this information and did not relay to their customers to arrive to the airport earlier.

Flight boarded 2.5 hours late (my second southwest flight of the day with late departure), the gate agent was grumpy and unhelpful. Said she was "tired so we aren't going to follow normal boarding order". No complaints about the actual flight crew.

Your computers were down and took a long time to check baggage

Love Southwest! Always a good trip with a happy crew who goes out of their way to be kind and fun.

There was an incredibly surly flight attendant that ruined the experience

Good but since we got in early we had to wait on runway for our gate. That was kind of a bummer but we still got in earlier than planned For entertainment I was watching a movie and getting close to the end of it with 15 min left but it kept jumping automatically to the next movie before finishing.

Delta seems to be getting worse. They are trying to take any comfort away from poorer people to make more money selling it to the rich. I paid for delta comfort and on my flight from Rome to jfk I had a tv that would go on and off automatically and literally no electrical outlets or usbs worked which was advertised in the price of the fare. The infotainment system wasn’t fully working. Luckily the movies worked and the plane was needing a lot of repairs. The jfk to Tampa flight they stuck me next to this really larger guy who was half in my seat and they should have made other accommodations for him because now you’re interfering with the fare class I paid for and act like I shouldn’t care because I didn’t pay for first class. I couldn’t even pull out my tray table because of this guy. The safety video tv screen you couldn’t even see it. It made me a little scared to fly delta anymore, because if these planes are this much in need of servicing, I have to wonder if the plane is going to make it to the destination.

Delayed departure, 30min. but arrived nearly on time. Crew was reassuring.

First, off the bat, the Delta gate attendant was rude, inattentive and gave us an attitude when we asked for clarification of our seats for this rebooked flight as we missed our connecting flight due to the delay from Berlin. Flight attendants were all but friendly, rushed through for water refills so you couldn’t even catch them to request more water. Snacks were just OK. Headphones for the movies were so bad that with the airplane noise, the volume of the movie wouldn’t go up enough to even understand the voices. I had to turn on CC to even know what was being said.

Great flight. Thank you for the upgrade to first class.

The landing was sooooo bad. I have never seen such a hit to the ground.i got a jerk to my back as i was sitting on the rear emergency exit. So felt the impact eveb stronger. While we exit from the plane the power to the plane was cut off

Not up to Delta standards. Flight attendant in FC seemed more about just going through the motions than providing friendly customer service. Efficient but mechanical. Never smiled. Never acknowledged pleasantries. Never offered to hang my suit jacket. Just did her tasks. Fine, but not an optimal customer experience. .

Another pleasant experience flying Delta! Boarding was easy and efficient. The gate area was clean and uncrowded, and the gate agent was friendly, courteous, and professional. The flight itself went like clockwork. We experienced a slight delay, but that appeared to be related to operations at LaGuardia rather than Delta. Once underway, the flight was smooth, and the landing was gentle and uneventful. The flight attendants were equally courteous, attentive, and professional throughout the journey. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Delta, and well done to the entire crew! 🙏🏽💗

Requested an aisle seat at the gate and got it. The staff so friendly

Takeoff delayed 2 hrs. Boarded on time to find we were missing part of the flight crew. Then informed that they had loaded too much fuel. Spent 1 1/2 hrs sitting there burning off the excess, which included a couple of laps around the runway until we were light enough to fly! Ridiculous!

The WiFi went out an hour before the flight was due to land so I did not get my money's worth.

I have been flying united for a long time but now I’m done

It's not United, but TSA security at Terminal A in Newark is a disaster and seriously makes me consider switching to flying out of JFK. The touchless TSA pre-check had a line of over 50 people and the bag screening was so slow that it limited the flow of people through the facial recognition process. It is the only airport that I frequent that has this issue and makes me reconsider whether I should fly out of Newark given the wasted time and frustration it causes. As I said, it is not a United issue but will impact United if people choose to stop utilizing Newark airport because of the poor experience.

The food could be much better. Also very unfortunate that most of business class seats were empty but I could not upgrade.

A long delay. Don't travel late in the day.

The seat was comfortable. There was a lot of turbulence. If it weren't for that,it would have been okay.

It was great, I’m very grateful for the pilots and crew flight attendants for everything.

Flight was great. Efficient boarding. Short flight. Early arrival. Friendly flight crew. The entertainment system did not work well. Could not access it until the aircraft reached 10K feet or more. Lots of glitches.

No food service almost missed because of first flight delays

Terrible. We needed to change return flights due to an incoming hurricane. They would not refund our return flight.

The employees at Sioux Falls airport were friendly and helpful. As a veteran/retired military Allegiant allows two checked bags, one carry on bag and a seat on the plane all at no cost. The flight crew and pilots were friendly and very competent.

The check-in and flight crew employees are excellent. The flight was good and the seats were adequate.

The flights to and from Cincinnati were great at being on time for both, departures and arrivals. The planes could use some updating.

It was a dismal experience. The flight was delayed for 4 hours, and we spent hours in the plane, without air, during the summer. We were not provided with water, and the medical assistance was inadequate when it arose.

The landing the pilot was very smooth. The flight attendant was kind of rude. The boarding the plane in punta Gorda was not great made us wait out in the heat 😞

My exit seat was very comfortable Coffee was to be purchased but sodas free 😏

It was poor a four hour delay and no explanation for the delay. What’s a 35 dollars going to do. It also made me miss my car rental,

It was on time. Flight was comfortable. Staff was nice. It was the way a flight should always be.

The price was the only good thing about this flight. It was scary during takeoff when the plane tilted side to side. It made me feel very nervous as I have never had a take-off that unsmooth. There was no on-flight movie or music options and the only complimentary option was water. Other airlines offer trail mix or a caramel cookie and pop options as complimentary. This flight was a 2.5 hour flight. I understand for shorter flights not having options, but a flight 2 hours or longer should offer more complimentary options and in flight entertainment. Also the seats did not recline and for a longer flight reclining seats are a must for comfort.

We left nearly 40 minutes late, which is a long time when you're just seated and waiting. Otherwise, it went well.

American eagle and American Airlines are bad, cancelations, delays and no customer service

Three terminal changes in DFW and once again a flight that was delayed. On time departures are rare with American. Not loving my experience lately. I fly every week.

Crew were helpful, pilot kept us informed about turbulence, snack choice was awesome!

It was one of the worst I have ever had. The plane was over booked, and I did not have a seat. When I questioned why because I had booked this weeks in advance. I was brushed off to be advised they are trying to find someone to give up their seat. Only to be advised I would be boarding last. I had priority boarding in group 1-4. When I asked why I had to be last because that is not what I paid for I was advised it doesn't matter you will get a seat. The ticket person was very rude and unprofessional. The gate changed several times and it was going from one area to another area far away from where we were at. I feel like I should have been compensated in some kind of way because of the way I was treated. The ticket agent acted like it was my fault that the plane was over booked. Not one time was I apologized to for this inconvenience.

The boarding by groups is pointless. The first two groups worked fine, but almost Noone boarded in goups three thru five leaving the vast majority boarding when group six was called. It defeated the purpose of spreading out the crowd.

I blame kayak for my last trip to dca. Kayak cancelled my direct flight and put on a one stop flight and made lost whole day from my vacation and had not even refunded my ticket.

delayed multiple times. no resolution on anything from AA customer service. was put on hold in chat to talk to manager. was 6th in line to talk to manager for more than TWELVE HOURS - from sometime around 9AM until well after I had gone to bed that evening. no explanation, no attempt to make it right. just a five hour delay because of repeated maintenance claims

Was the most uncomfortable I ever had in the air. Felt like I was trapped in the seat legs cramped and was just horrible. The flight to DSM was a lot better. Even being on a smaller plane was better. Staff are outstanding. No complaints about the people.

It was exactly as I expected, on time, smooth flight, courteous staff.
