We were super close to Bourbon St but never heard it- which was great! We had an interior room with no windows which I was a little apprehensive about booking at first but it proved to be the best idea ever! After getting in to town early in the morning and wandering around a lot, it was great to ha e a quiet, dark room for an afternoon nap. New Orleans is always busy and there are always people out on the streets at all hours- I highly recommend the windowless rooms for peace and quiet when it's time to get away:)

For the price, the inn provides access to the French Quarter, into which I went for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and nightlife. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and eager to help. The room and inn have that French Quarter feel (e.g., courtyard, exposed brick, tall windows). The room was comfortable except for one point. The shower was glass, not a curtain, and was nice for such an inexpensive room. My friends who stayed at the same conference were jealous that I was staying in classier accommodations than they for the same or less! My room on the first floor had no weather strip on the bottom of the door and suffered a draft. Once plugged with a spare blanket, however, the room was cozy. Also, the electrical cords for the television were rather lazily slung over the TV itself. It looked shabby.
The staff was great and all and all the property was beautiful. Our room 221 was dark and dingy feeling. No windows and the only curtain on the door wasn't operable.

I wanted an authentic New Orleans French market experience and that's exactly what I got at the French market inn. Everything was perfect. It was historical, right across the street from the Riverwalk, two blocks down from Bourbon Street, Clean, safe, right across the street from Cafe Du Monde. We decided that we would stay here every time we came to New Orleans. It was nothing that I didn't like. I'm used to stay and four star hotels so I had to adjust to the boutique feel of the room, but I bet it was comfortable and the atmosphere was authentic and great.
The hotel was amazing. I went through Kayak and found this hotel with great reviews and $100 under our budget! When we walked in, the lobby was cute, perfectly decorated, and had the New Orleans feel we were looking for *cough*we're tourist*cough*. We were greeted by Lonny the bellman, who wouldn't let us lift a finger with our bags. He even gave us some free wine vouchers for a near by café. Check in was standard with no wait time and a friendly front desk staff. There is a small pool and patio area if you wanted to take a quick dip (by small pool, it is incredibly small, but still nice to have as an option). This hotel is cute, clean, and has the New Orleans experience with just a quick walk to Bourbon St, Café Du Monde, amazing shops in the French Quarter. Since we were driving from across country, we had an entire SUV packed with professional camera equipment, expensive camping gear, and pretty healthy supply of clothes etc. We were concerned about street parking and were told that if we valet our car with the hotel, it would be in a garage, 24 hour surveillance, and returned to us in the exact same condition we left it in. We thought "it's only $15 more than parking across the street, and we will have piece of mind" so we went with the valet. We remove our luggage for the night, brought in the camera gear (thank god) and carried on with our New Orleans experience as they drove our car off to the garage. Being a typical girl, I realized I left something in the car and asked the front desk if I could either walk to the car or have it brought around. She gave me quick directions and I headed to the parking garage. When I approached the booth in the garage, the gentlemen working pointed to the pay lot across the street, and handed me the keys. I was confused because it was just a $20 over night pay lot that we could have easily used instead of paying $15 more for the "garage" we were told our car would be in. I grabbed my items, double checked all the doors were locked, and took the keys back to the employees in the booth. When I got back to the hotel, I told my boyfriend about the differences in what we were told we were getting and what we actually got as far as parking went. We both agreed that there must be some reason for it and that the garage was full or they would move the car at some point. 8AM: Our hotel phone rings. The supervisor of the parking garage was calling to let us know he was ready to take our car to the shop to have the windows replaced. You can imagine our confusion, seeing as we had gone to bed late and had partaken in what New Orleans had to offer, IE we were hung over and had no idea what was going on. We get dressed and head down to meet with the garage supervisor who informed us that between 3-5am the driver's and passenger side windows had been broken and it looked like items were removed from the car. We head over and look over everything. Sure enough, it was in the same spot it had been the night before, sans two windows. It only looked like some center console change and our GPS had been taken(which was in a locked glove box). The parking garage paid for everything to be replaced that had been taken, and replaced the windows. Our plan was to leave at 12pm after some beignets from Café Du Monde, but ended up having to stay until 6pm waiting for the car to be fixed. Of course our room and valet charges were comped, and the staff acted accordingly, it was just an unfortunate situation that could have been avoided if the front desk had the real information regarding where their guests' vehicles were actually parked. Take what you will from this. Be it, sh*t happens and you move on, or it was a nice stay, something bad happened, and the hotel did the best they could.
The hotel is right at the base of the French Quarter. If you plan to stay in the Quarter, this is a great option. Noise and parking. During a busy time, self park will be almost impossible. We valeted in order to avoid searching for a space.

The hotel did an excellent job on their breakfast every morning! I am a non smoker and to walk outside my room on the balcony walkway and see cigarette butts all along the common walkway just turned me off. In one area I can say for 3 days in a row they were not cleaned up. Also the ashtrays at the tables around the courtyard area were never emptied. I was turned off completely and did not want to use the courtyard.
I was nervous booking hotels in NOLA because neither me nor my husband had ever been but we were so pleased with this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and prompt! The continental breakfast was fantastic and there was no shortage of food at all. The only thing I could even complain about was the parking fee however that is really out of the hotels control with the shortage of parking in the city. The rooms were great, clean, and comfortable. Ours overlooked the courtyard which was beautiful and relaxing. The location was great, we were only a few blocks from Burbon street and the main street to the entrance of the hotel was well lit. We will definitely stay here again!

It was a perfect spot to fit our needs. Close enough walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The courtyard area is gorgeous. The rooms are a good size. I went on a weekend that wasn't busy so parking was great and I liked that it was on site. Parking was also cheaper than anywhere I came across.

Prompt with requests and had burn gel available when friend burned her thumb on a curling iron. Was told over the phone that they'd allow us to have a rollaway bed but when we got there we were told otherwise.
The breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. I was very disappointed as the facility as a whole was very dirty. The pool was covered in a green scum. The facility bathroom was filthy, our room was filthy. I would never stay in this hotel again nor would I recommend it.
Location A/C didn't work. Had to get it fixed. Door to room: Lock would reset. Had to get new keys. Not enough parking. Cars double parked. Not enough room for Handicap parking.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Best Western Landmark Inn. The hotel was well appointed with a nice outdoor pool & quaint courtyard. The thing that stood out most about this place - in a good way - was the front desk staff...very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was decent and the lounge & courtyard very comfortable. It was a bit of a walk to Decatur Street however only about 10-15 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Long walk to the river front & Decatur Street.

It was new and clean. Good facilities. Staff were friendly. The rooms had no black Tea bags(only coffee). Since these are suites with kitchenette, it would be nice if there a few utencils or atleast some plastic spoons, forks and knives.
Tons of construction all around. Very limited parking, even in the lot we paid for.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, comfort of the beds and temperature control. Balcony was such a pleasant bonus, loved it at night and in morning. room had not been completely serviced when we arrived but front desk was quick to respond to our needs.

We only stayed one night but the staff were excellent, very welcoming and friendly. They let us check in early and gave us drink tickets for the hotel bar May Bailey's, even giving us an extra ticket since there were 3 of us. The bartender at May Bailey's was great too, very amiable, and told us the history of the bar and humored my friend when he asked about ghosts. When we came back late at night and were taking pictures, one of the staff recommended a good view from the second floor balcony if we liked pictures. The beds were heaven. I didn't even want to leave the room, those beds were soooo comfortable! Breakfast in the morning was pretty good with lots of options, better than any continental I've ever had. We had a wonderful time, only wish we had been able to stay longer! In future trips to NOLA, I will definitely be staying at the Dauphine Orleans again. Nothing major, just a hair in the sink and one in the tub. Otherwise very cleanly.
Location and staff were great. There is some sort of humidity problem in the rooms and hotel hallways. The smell was hard to ignore.
Great hotel. Really accommodating. They let us check in early and then also held our big suitcase our last day there even after check out. When we came back to get it they had a cab waiting to take us to the airport.
Location was awesome! Close to the french quarter without being right in the middle of it. It's lighted all around so walking even at 4am didn't feel too dangerous. Parking is 35 a night but it's New Orleans so that's expected and they charge you an amenity fee of 12 a night for a wifi that doesn't work very well. Make sure to ask for an exterior room because I got put in a room without any windows and that was a bummer.
It was close to french quarter, the ac was amazing, it was close to canal st without being right on it. the hotel was nice looking and the little workout room had good equipment in it but limited. The elevator broke and we had to walk up 8 flights of stairs, the staff was kinda rude when they over changed us for parking, the maid didn't empty our trash and we had to bring it down ourselves bc the food started smelling, the entrance to the hotel is on a road where at night there are many homeless and shady people it's kind of scary, so you end up walking around the longer way to avoid it, there is only beverage vending in the workout room, the being and curtains had stains on them.
Location is very good. They charge a $12 per day Resort Fee for things that should be included like the safe and a gym that we didn't use. They also charge $35 per day for parking. The rooms are small and very generic.. and many don't have a window.
The location is right off of Canal Street and it's great access to the French Quarter! Our room had no windows. Make sure you get a room with windows.

The staff were friendly Very misleading. We booked our room and received an email 2 days later saying we would have to have an economy room, they said it just meant it was smaller. They failed to mention it has no windows and was not much bigger than my walk in closet at home. Instead of the queen bed she told me it had it was actually a double bed. To close the bathroom door you had to step to the side of the toilet and to get in bed you had to climb in from the end of the bed on one side because it was nearly touching the wall.

Location. The hotel is proximity to the all important thing to do, visit and eat. Nothing much.
Decent location, clean, nice bathrooms. Of the three prepaid rooms our group booked far in advance, only two were available and there was no roll-away bed available for the room in which three people were staying. One couple in our group had to take a taxi across town after about 20-30 minutes of searching for an open room. One person in the room sans roll-away bed had to sleep on the floor. The following day, another room was made available, however, no one from the hotel informed the group in the room without the roll-away that they needed to more their belongings until after everyone was out and about for the day. The hotel called us throughout the day, interrupting our plans. The manager was very rude and didn't seem to understand that the hotel was interfering with plans made months in advance. Eventually, we were bothered so constantly that some members of the group returned to resolve the situation in person. Overall a very bad experience. I have traveled quite a bit, and my experience at this hotel is the worst that comes to mind.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The location wasn't bad. Nothing special, but not bad. The rooms were TINY. The furniture in the rooms were pretty chewed up. There really weren't any extra amenities. It's expensive for what you get. For about $10 more, you can get a bigger room at a hotel that is closer to the French Quarter. Yeah, the staff was great, but I don't pay extra for helpful staff.

The rooms were nice, nothy fancy, but nice. We were upgraded to a top level suite, a great surprise. Perfect location. Easy for Uber and taxis, but a few blocks out of the zoo of the French Quarter. There is potential if they redo the bar and restaurant to a more lively spot.
Location, Value, Staff. We walked to the Riverwalk Outlets, Dragos, Harrahs Casino, Aquarium. We got a cab ride to the French Quarter and Bourbon St. The hotel was very clean and the suite was very spacious with 2 TV's. I loved the rich history of the building. It was originally a bank and still has the vault, teller service windows, etc on the lobby. VERY noisy. I could hear a lot of hallway noise. Also, it may have just been the night we stayed (Thursday) but at 4:30 AM the city came down Poydras to empty the dumpsters (very loud) and it woke the toddler (sigh). That can possibly be chalked up to wrong place, wrong time but just be aware if you're staying on a Thursday night. Parking was too expensive but to be fair that's ALL hotels in the area. The hotel was once a bank so there are very few (if any) extras...no roomservice, no spa, etc.
Clean and comfortable room that was a great value for the money.
The architecture, design, choice of furnishings and keeping the existing bank for a backdrop is a nice touch. The room (610) was quite nice and comfortable. The staff were all very professional but Jo Ann in the bar was wonderful. The only improvement possible would be the in-hotel restaurant. To be quite frank, the quality was not so good and the portions small when compared to every other place we dined in and around the French Quarter of equal or lesser price. Your meal pricing (we first tried breakfast and then stopped-) was also at the top of the cost range we experienced in and outside the French Quarter. Had the quality and quantity been better we would have happily spent more time in your restaurant. In our opinion, correct this and you'll have the perfect hotel.

I used to live down the street. The Hotel is in a great location, close to lots of great restaurants, and close to many businesses. I was excited to stay here as they have live music every night, a good restaurant, and lots of young people hanging out. I believe the Hotel went way too far when trying to be 'hip'. 1. Upon check in the front desk attendant was not polite, sighed ignored my request twice when I asked for the corporate rate then made me wait 5+ minutes while she waited to ask her manager (I told her to ask him when he was free and get back to me - this never happened). 2. The hotel room AC only goes down to 68F which felt much more like 75F when trying to sleep. I have seen other reviews which also mentioned the same thing. 3. Each time I valeted my car (with a standard transmission) it took the valet over 15 minutes to retrieve it. Upon check out, the valet showed up in my car with it stinking of burning clutch. I noticed a new dent in the door, and pointed it out to the valet at which point he shook my hand and said "I never drove a manual before and I just taught myself how to on your car. Thanks so much."
We stayed here this past Sunday (March 2) just for one night. The rooms themselves were great - nice and clean with comfortable beds. They had fridges in the rooms which was great and a very nice pool/spa. The customer service was awful. When we arrived (about 10 AM) we could not even park at the hotel and the valet was extremely rude. Two people were in the process of getting their cars back so I asked if we could take their spots (there was no one else around the hotel lobby or valet area). The valet told me no and that it would be 2 hours before I could park. I asked what I was supposed to do with my car and he rudely replied that he didn't know and that check in was at three. I continued to ask why I couldn't take the new spots for the people leaving and he replied "Check in is at 3 PM, is that fair?". Once again in a very rude tone. I did not appreciate how I was being treated as a customer. I realize this is a busy time for New Orleans, but I felt that I didn't deserve his short temper or rude behavior. I still don't understand why we couldn't park where the cars were being moved from.
Everything was wonderful The price for parking . It was outrageous 28 dollars for one night or park on some side street blocks away. You kinda got us on that one.

The rooms are a decent size and the beds are super comfy! We enjoyed our stay the staff was super kind and helpful. I would use this hotel again when traveling to New Orleans again! Everything was clean and when we asked if things to do or places to eat the staff definitely sent us in the right direction and we were never disappointed! Look forward to coming back!
We liked the location of this hotel. Close to a trolley stop and within walking distance to shopping, casino and dining. The concierge was very helpful with pointing out locations to eat as well as getting us transportation whenever needed. The shower did not drain well and the toilets didnt flush easily. The weather was quite cold during out trip and the poor sealing of the patio door allowed cold air to stream in.

Went to a Saints game, it was a great location and easy walk to the French Qtr. as well as the Superdome. Enjoyed the modern décor, lobby bar and pool table.
I loved how convenient of a location it was. I went with my fiancé and another couple and every night we went out, we walked back with no issues. The Rooms were cool and staff was nice. Our rooms never got cleaned but we did receive new towels. Our tv was messed up when we got there but the repair man came up within 30 min and fixed it. Some reviews made me hesitant to book aloft because they've had complaints of rude staff but from our experience with them, they were very helpful and greeted us as we walked in and out of the hotel. I don't have any real complaints other than prices of their "extra options." Parking was ridiculously overpriced so we just went right down the street and parked for $40 the whole weekend which is a bargain compared to what aloft was offering. Also the price for breakfast was also overrated for what they offer. If you want a good breakfast, I suggest finding a local place to try. Much cheaper, less basic. That being said, the negatives about this hotel are greatly outweighed by the positives. I will be looking To stay here again.

We came to town to celebrate for my birthday and upon check in we were told we were receiving a free upgrade to a mini suite. The room was nice, the staff was helpful. I'd stay here again. It seemed a theme throughout New Orleans that the entire city is getting a face lift, our hotel included. Didn't ruin my stay or really bug me all that much, but there were people painting right outside our window early in the morning
The staff was very attentive. The front desk clerk, Jenn, was very helpful and went that extra mile to ensure we had a plan for our first night in NOLA and found us good bargains for the rest of our time here. The room was large and clean, which should be no surprise. The bed was nice and soft, a perfect way to end a long day of sightseeing. The restaurant was also fun and cuisine and wait staff were fantastic, especially the purple haired server whose name escapes me; she was super helpful and cheery. The bathroom looked like something you find in a Motel 6. It wasn't terrible, just very basic. But, it did the job. The walls are a little thin, so it seemed like we were part of the party that was happening a few doors down. Parking is very expensive; about $25 a day.
The lobby was very inviting. I loved the courtyard. The location was great. We arrived at 1030 and had to wait until 1600 for a room to be open. When we were able to go to the room, we noticed it was not very clean. There was trash from the previous occupants laying around the bed. We stayed two nights and on the second day after housekeeping made our beds, they did not leave any new soap or towels and left their cleaning supplies in our bathroom. The first night was quiet, but the second night there were guests yelling and running down our hall at all hours of the night. Id prefer they would have gone back to Bourbon street to do that.

The hotel overall is fine. The breakfast available at the restaurant was very good. Balcony was nice but only one chair. Very good location and parking on site. A fridge would be nice. Rug is old. Room was dark, but it did seem basically clean.

The suite was very spacious and good for kiddos. The stuff was very accommodating and brought USA crib and extra sheets. The location is ideal about a 10 minute walk to Bourbon street and 15 minute walk to Aquarium, river walk and Jackson Square. There are many great restarunts very close. The only thing we did not like was the couch/pull-out couch. It was not super comfortable but that is a minor detail. Just throw the kiddos on it!
The location and the view could not be beat. The staff were rude, and considering I was paying a premium for a room that was broken and barely clean that was just the point at which I wanted a refund. I paid extra for valet parking and was then chastized for taking my own car right after they had pulled it up, and they had a change of shift. I stayed a Hyatt Place last time, and I paid relativly the same amount, and the staff was kinder, food was better, and room was much cleaner. I will not be staying here again. Other than location I would not tecommend this to anyone.
Breakfast was free and abundant, although the coffee was too weak for my tastes. Would like to see an espresso machine installed. Downtown patting is always expensive and a challenge, but the parking space next door should have a weekend contract with LaQuinta.

The hotel was in a really good location. All the staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything that was needed. Although in a quiet location there was a lot of noise in the hotel which is difficult if you are there for business - which I was.

Vallet appeared to be the only parking option and it was $44 which was about half the price of the room. I hate hidden fees at hotels. this hotel had more name image than it lived up to. i would not tell another traveler to book here. there are better motels for less in this area of new orleans. Hampton Inn is half the price and better - a half block closer to theconvention cente with free breakfast. this was a terrible rip off.r.
The staff was awesome. Went above and beyond to take care of my needs. My teenagers had a blast so must so we extended our stay an extra night. The pool closed at 10. The bed wasn't that comfy.
Friendly staff - made dinner for me one night even though it was after 9:00 PM! Restaurant closed at 9:00PM - no rrom service after 9:00 is crazy. If I want room service, it would probably always be 9:00 or later.
The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. There was a tremendous amount of noise in the hall way --all night long. I don't know what was going on on our floor or if it had to do with the location of our room but it was very disruptive.

Everyone there was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very clean, and within walking or trolley distance of everything we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. I was excited to see they had comfort controlled beds, but the control was covered and you had to try to move it through the mattress cover. I also had a problem with my sheet popping off my bed, but in the big picture that was a small thing.
Location, location, location! This is a great hotel! It was convenient for everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay there again.

Great location for our group. Easy walk to everything. Lots of noise from the bars but we knew that in advance. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Pool area and lobby were really nice. One elevator was being renovated, so we took the stairs most of the time.
Great location right on Bourbon Street, clean rooms friendly staff. Bad decisions from the reception staff (3 hours to get our room after we arrived in 3 different attempts) and our keycard was not programmed correctly even then. Noisy hotel with the street on one side, the pool being worked on with a jackhammer in the morning on tho other side, and very thin walls everywhere.
Location We arrived before check in and checked into the hotel knowing we would have to come back since room was not ready. We arrived back at hotel at check in time (4PM) and the room was still not ready. The shower knob in one of the bathroooms broke completely off and 7 of the 8 people staying in the 2 rooms had to use the shower in the functioning shower. We did get 25% removed off of one of the rms
The location was perfect, in the heart of the French Quarter. We had a room facing away from Bourbon Street and we couldn't hear any noise from the street which was a welcome surprise. The staff was friendly at all hours of the day, no complaints, no stress.
The bellboy was amazing and the location was great! But the $35 charge to park your car one time is ridiculous. Also the a/c in the room wouldn't cool. We burned up all night. Could barely sleep.

Location was the reason I chose this hotel. It was just a few minutes walk from Bourbon street and all of my favorite bars and restaurants! I would have appreciated the stairs leading up to my room to have been clean. Also, the curtains blocked the air conditioner, so if you expected to sleep in you would have to do it without air or with the curtains open and the su beaming in.
Considering our first night was a nightmare at our original hotel a bit outside the French Quarter we couldn't believe we lucked out on getting a room here! It was just me and my boyfriend for a fun romantic getaway and this place is just that. They treated us so well especially for making last minute arrangements and even let us check in so early as we rushed to get out of other place. Really turned our day around on what could have been a disastrous weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for to get the real historical new orleans feel, had character not your typical 'hampton inn etc' that gets boring, and within walking distance to Bourbon st and the French market. We loved every minute of this hotel and wish we could have found it originally and stayed longer. We will definitely be back! Front desk and gentlemen to help with luggage were beyond accommodating helpful and welcoming! Lobby was really neat and pretty enjoyed the coffee! Honestly everything was perfect. If I had to get super nitpicky maybe just a few more options for the breakfast.
I've stayed in NOLA, in and out of the French Quarter, several times. This was definitely a classic experience, and I mean that in a good way. Friendly (but unenthusiastic) staff, well-appointed (but small) rooms, a lovely courtyard (petite), easy parking (big bucks), a well-dressed lobby (not worth lingering), free breakfast (just like Holiday Inn). Truly, a very, very nice stay... for too much money.

The location and staff couldn't be beat. Right in the middle of the French Quarter, and the more quiet portion of it, too (you don't want to be on Bourbon Street unless you want to stay up LATE). It's an historic place, being the original location for the jazz museum, and there's a lot of interesting memorabilia scattered around the buildings and lobby. And the inner courtyard and patio is great. Our room was VERY small, just barely enough room for two beds and access to them. In talking to other guests, it appears that most of the rooms are the same. Ours only had one tiny window over the door. One doesn't stay here for comfort, but rather for the location.
We arrived around noon and were checked in right away. The room was small but comfortable. We had reservations for a Queen bed, but were given a room with a King, and it was very comfortable. All of the staff members were friendly and accommodating. The lobby has been nicely renovated, but still maintained all the character you'd expect in an older building. It is an older building, so it has some quirks (Although for me that isn't wholly negative.) The plumbing and HVAC were a little loud, and the internet connection was spotty.
Hot food and delicious coffee for breakfast! Great location only 2 blocks from Bourbon Street! Wonderful scenery with several brick courtyards, lots of greenery and two swimming pools! Clean room with updated bathroom! Front desk clerk was super nice, very accommodating and knowledgeable! He let us check-in over 3 hours early and then stored our luggage for a few hours after check-out! The cleaning ladies were the most friendly I've ever come across, always laughing and smiling! I've previously stayed at 2 other (more expensive) places in the French Quarter... and I will ONLY stay at the St Pierre in the future!
Staff was all courteous and it was close enough we could walk everywhere but far enough from the craziness of bourbon street First night there were 30 people in their underwear by the pool and my 13 yr old daughters room was at the back past the pool. It was not family friendly. I was given a partial refund but have not been credited yet. I was moved to a much smaller room where there was a bout six inches from the end of the bed to walk to the bathroom. The air conditioner did not work properly and it was about 97 degrees everyday. There wasn't a fridge or microwave in the room I was moved to. The shower did not stay at one temp and in fact was too hot to use no matter if you turned the hot water all the way off. The horse my daughter was moved to smelled like a horse trailer as in wet hay. Overall very disappointed with the hotel.
Quaint, personable, good location, good breakfast, friendly staff, wonderful Louis Armstrong Park just a few blocks away.Easier just to walk around in this area. Might try having an ice machine across the st. near the Cottages.

Nice old building with a pretty courtyard and lovely lobby. Nice staff. Our room was small and dark and quiet. The sheets were nice and clean and the A/C worked- towels were clean. Room was a little older not super spiffy but a pretty and large bed, they were all nice and helpful, nice small pool too with towels outside and free coffee and breakfast. We were quite happy with the place for the price. Glad we stayed there.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. The location was great as we were in close proximity to the Bourbon St. The room was small,but very clean. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.. Our room was right off a busy street so you can hear trucks, cars, and conversations as if they were in the room. Once the noise outside ended, it was a pleasant night's sleep.

My older kids,, 24 and 19 joined me for Thanksgiving in New Orleans. The hotel was a great part of a great trip. The rooms were confortable, the lobby great and the free breakfast was fantastic. Would highly reccomend this hotel!

The Valet Parking Experience was easy and the staff for valet was Great !My vehicle was ready when I needed and no questions. Unfortunate that the Lofts is a completely separate building and required a bit of a walk.
The room after we got the one that we asked in our reservation. The first room that they gave us was a single full bed. We requested double bed and they told us that Booking.com only get what is left not what you ask for. This room was too small in comparison with the Suites at Embassy Suite Hotels. The poor security at The Loft. There is not available any person at all in the front desk or entrance door.

the value and location was good. the bedding was real nice. i reported to embassy suites and the front desk that i found that my dresser/tv stand in my room was covered in mold. when i reported it to the front desk , the person there just brushed it off and didnt show any concern.
The location us close to a lot of points of interest to visit, walking distance, employees efficiency with any kind of questions or tasks required, very helpful starting from the valet parking. Enjoyed our stay.
