In addition to the beautiful suite and comfortable bed the hotel staff makes the guest feel welcome and at home. I highly recommend this hotel if you want luxury, a feeling of warmth and friendliness, and safety.
A well thought out room layout (jr suite) and everything clean and working. Very friendly employees. An effortless hotel experience where you can tell they are sweating the details. it's not a great room lobby hotel and the views aren't city vistas. But if you value functional comfort Trump Int'l is the best value at the higher end of NYC hotels.
Great location, bed was comfortable, TV was nice, clean for age of hotel, sheets and pillows were comfortable. Very Dated! Poor quality construction. bathroom WAY TOO SMALL. Bedroom HOT, Living Room FREEZING! Asked to fix 3 day in a row...finally changed rooms.I could NOT HAVE BEEN FIRST? Old towels, cracked toilet, dated fixtures. $70 half bottle wine?
My wife and I were in town for an awards ceremony and wanted to have a special first class stay near Central Park. The hotel was so nice and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. They even provided us with a limo ride to our event with just a quick call to the front desk. Everything was first rate and the room, view, and decor was very upscale adding to the New York experience. The location was within walking distance to all the best shops, dining, and attractions so that we did not need a cab while we were there. The best part was a view of central park and the room was very quiet with no typical street noise or horns blowing during the night.
comfortable, cosy rooms and friendly staff. Nice neighbourhood with a laid-back feel. The only problem was that the wifi is slow, unreliable and expensive.
Valet parking, the friendliness of the staff, having Star Bucks coffee in the lobby - the lounge area in the lobby where 11 of us had take-in dinner - good place for the 3 children to have space to relax. The children thought the glass doors to the bathrooms were funny - they could see the shadows of the person in the bathroom!
Other than the size of the room which is typical of NYC, overall a nice hotel. We travel to NYC 3-4 times a year. We liked the lobby area of this hotel, friendliness of staff and location on the upper westside. Room cleanliness could have been better and there is a large construction project going on next door so if you are traveling during the work week ask about room location
The location is convenient and access to shops and restaurants in the proximity makes it an easy stay. The staff is friendly and assists in a professional manner when approached. The rooms are OK, but seem to be a little overloaded for a 2 bed configuration, which makes moving around difficult. The bathroom is OK, yet looks a bit sterile with a stainless steel sink. Good for a short stay, a bit uncomfortable for a longer stay.
Location is great on upper west side. close to subway. Rooms very attractive and modern. I reserved a limo to Newark Airport when leaving. The Bell Captain arranged the ride. Fare was quaoted at $78 although the far was $62 on arrival. I agreed to pay. On arrival at the airport the driver could not accept credit. I don't think he was from a legitimate company. I refused - he took off - very stage. When arranging through hotels, this should not happen!
The bathroom/shower and large flat screen TV. Internet facilities ample and very useful. Hotel reception area not particularly well lit. Milk not readily available to make a drink in the room despite what appeared to be a top of the range coffee machine.
Location is great. Rooms are clean and big enough. Beds are high and a bit nerve racking with small children.
Excellent - will definitely stay there again in the future.
The room was nice and clean. It was close to Central Park and easy to get to the subway. The staff was very accommodating. The walls were a little thin so you could hear people in the next room or in the hallway.
Liked the location, next to good restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, Central Park, museums. Subway is a five minute walk, can get downtown in 20 minutes. Digital thermostat was great for temp control in the room. Came with a Keurig and replenished with 3 k-cups every morning. The staff, especially the doormen, were very friendly and helpful. Serafina is connected to the lobby, has a great brunch. Some reviews stated the rooms were loud, we had no problem during our stay, it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and sheets were soft. The room was on the small side, but expected in NYC and honestly all the room we needed for 2 people. Decor felt a little like a college dorm. The whole back wall with the TV was full of black scuffs and brown globs - looks like it has rarely been washed. Wish it would have came with a refrigerator as we weren't able to keep any cold drinks in the room. They are trying to be minimal with the decor in the bathroom, but only one towel hanger? Come on.
Great room, location and a friendly staff Nothing really
The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for us. They were decorating for Christmas when we were checking out, and it looked beautiful. Loved the Starbucks coffee bar in the lobby.
I liked the sitting room area. The fact the room was quiet, despite being on a busy avenue and street. It was suitable for our family gathering.. It was overpriced for the neighborhood and for the amenities offered.
I was very pleased with my stay at the Lucerne. The room, though small, was very comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the comfort of the mattress, pillows and linens. Our in room coffee maker was not in the room at check in. We did not realize until the second day that we could request it from the desk.
convience My key did not work the night before I had to leave the next day but your staff fixed it.
the kindness of the hotel staff.
Superb location on upper West side. Excellent staff including concierge service. Good, clean, room with turn down service and appropriate amenities.
Comfortable although small room with 2 standard double beds - quiet apart from drown of airconditioning outside. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Excellent location very close to subway, Central Park and Natural History Museum. .
Conveniently located (center of Manhattan, near Central Park) and easily reached by driving. As it was an older hotel the rooms are compact by current standards but still confortable for one (perhaps cozy for two).
Hotel is in an excellent location. Two blocks away from Central Park, near subway and great restaurants. Hotel Staff very pleasant and professional, Concierge was great. Hotel room was spacious and very clean. Requested room not available (plumbing), alternate room was very accommodating. Later check out.
high quality establishment with attractive look and feel in excellent location
Friendly staff, location and the upgrade I was given was a wonderful surprise. No complaints.
The Empire charges mini bar rates for Keurig coffee in room. The bathroom was very, very small which made it difficult to use comfortably, and we are very small people.
Small rooms, great location. Good staff. Nice lobby
I didn't sleep well- the bed was as hard as a rock. Good location
The rooftop deck had great views and location was good They charge you for everything and it's super overpriced. The pool was a disappointment it's as big as a pickup truck
The value of the rates given the the area is great and it is centrally located in mid-town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was noisy in the morning but quiet most of the other times.
Room very very small for paying that price. My window view was of another building like 3 inches apart. Sink wouldn't drain, remote control wouldn't work. Otherwise, the staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.
Great value for location in central NYC. No complaints
Our stall shower was missing the sliding door. The bathroom got soaked during every shower
Excellent location. Awesome rate. Was in town for a training workshop but decided to come a couple days early with my boyfriend and found a great rate for weekday in January. Close to subway. Only problem I had was that it can be quite noisy. It is located between Broadway where it crosses an avenue, so even at night there is a lot of traffic. Our room faced Lincoln Center, which seems quiet at night, but it was also the side of the hotel which has service entrances so a lot of trash trucks and deliveries coming in on that side. I'm a light sleeper anyway so I always bring earplugs and that worked perfectly.
The Empire Hotel was much, much nicer than I expected, considering that it is one of the more affordable options in Manhattan. The lobby was very stylish and featured a nice bar where people were meeting for drinks and snacks etc. The room was very small, but that is typical in big cities, and it was really nicely done, with a lovely bed, lots of towels and toiletries, etc. It felt very comfortable. The location is amazing: Lincoln Center is literally across the street, the subway is half a block away, and you can easily walk to dozens of attractions and the park. This will be my go to hotel from now on in NYC. The movies were a bit expensive to rent ($19!) but the internet was strong and cheap, so it didn't matter. I could hear the folks in the next room, but they were having an argument (whoops) and otherwise I couldn't hear anyone. NYC is noisy, so there's always going to be some noise. I really don't even consider these complaints, to be honest.
The room and lobby were beautifully decorated and the hotel was in a great location right in the middle of manhattan. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful. The room was agonizingly small for the amount of money we paid for it. When we checked in the lady behind the desk said she was "upgrading" us, and we barely had enough room to walk around the bed. I shudder to think of how small our room was before the "upgrade".
Location Too old and the room was too small worthless
Room was available for early check in. The bed and bedding were really good quality and comfortable. Fridge even had ice in the freezer. Across the street from Fairway; great for provisioning the room. There were no bedbugs!!!!! Taxes are very high in NYC hotels, so while the rate looked very attractive on Booking.com, customers should be aware that our three night stay cost over $100 more than the booking.com rate because of taxes. Was okay with us because we were happy with room, location, etc. but NYC is expensive.
Good location for visiting the American Museum of Natural History and the Metropolitan Opera House. The shower doesn't have much water although water comes lot from the tap for bathtub.
Great location on upper West Side; easy access to subway, Central Park. Staff is helpful, room is clean and nicely appointed.
Location was great!!! It's next to a market and a block and a half from 1,2,3 metro stop. Nicely maintained. Excellent stay!
localization, cleaning and confortable room and the little kitchen when I arrived I had a small problem with the book. But I think the problem is the booking.com, not the hotel. And after some trouble they solved the problem.
Kichenette facility; cleanliness poor mattress on fold-out bed; did not fix the heating element during our stay
The price, the location Old room and furniture, old bathroom
I was rather surprised that the price quoted did not include taxes. Coming from Europe it came as a nasty surprise at the end.
location of hotel. Comfort of room. Nothing
Location and layout of the suite (separate bathroom so no one had to go through the bedroom). Lovely, responsive maid.
Great location in great uws neighborhood Good value Parking No valet
Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a non smoking room, but I could smell cigarette smoke in the morning, presumably through the air conditioning system. Ugh! Disgusting.
I was at this hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed in the early fall on my own little party vacation. Very clean and good price. One front desk employee was rude but the other couldn't have been any nicer and helpful so just know who to go to. The staff was also the only knock I had or had read about in my research for the trip. Night life was younger about a $15-$20 cab ride away but day time had plenty to offer. Well worth price and would go again with a date.
the area the access to the park and nothing else they did not switch on the heating when we asked, the answers of the staff were always like in a bad mood. its a pitty that we extend our stay for another 4 nigths when we arrived
The location is excellent. It is right across the street from The American Museum of Natural History and adjacent to Central Park. The neighborhood is great--lots of families out walking and lots of dogs. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. I am a middle-age female, and I walked around at night and felt safe. Also, a subway stop is across the street. I had a car, and I parked overnight at the museum garage for $26 per night. The hotel was quiet, and the staff was friendly. The room I stayed in was adequate, but it was not as luxurious as the picture on the website. The desk chair was worn out. Very small TV . Had to pay for internet service and had tech problems with it. The bathroom was clean, but a bit small and quaint--like staying at my great aunt's home. The air conditioning ran full blast the whole time, and still the room was too warm and stuffy for me to sleep comfortably. My room was on the 7th floor and I had to take the elevator to either the 3rd or 11th floor to get ice every day. Also, soda and snack machines are on different floors. Too much hassle!
Great location for the finish of the New York City Marathon. Comfortable beds. No free wifi in the rooms and only one internet access in the lobby. No facilities for tea /coffee in the room. Room was overly hot and cooling fan rather noisy. Breakfast choice was a bit limited
The hotel was located in a good spot for visiting NYC. Its location to many attractions is great. Help with parking facilities would have helped. it seemed you were pretty much on your own for parking.
Ok standard and clean rooms. Very good location near Central park and 1/2 block from subway on 81st. Small rooms and unfriendly night staff.
Visited Central Park and the us Open tennis tournament. Both were very accessible from the hotel - either a short walk or via the subway. Would definitely stay there again.
The bedroom is luxurious. Having the sitting room with a second TV was great- have not seen that elsewhere..Loved having open parking across the street at the Museum of Natural History. Many good restaurants nearby. And Central Park- I thought the welcome was thin- they did not tell us that breakfast could be had on Floor 2- even just coffee. Did not have coffee pots in room-I missed that.
Location was excellent. Cabs, metro all accessable. Lots of good places to eat and shop that were close by. Lots of park greenery to make it relaxing. Atmosphere of the hotel and clientelle are very friendly.
Great service and close to many destinations
I liked the location next to Central Park. I was given a lower-grade room with twin single beds instead of twin double beds initially. On questioning why the response from front desk had an air of "we almost got away with it" and "we are doing you a favor moving you into the better room." I had to book a room online because obstacles and excuses were given when I tried to amend my booking slightly.
Friendly staff Facility, Elevator was not working. We had to use staff elevator. Construction/renovation on the floor, right in front of my room. Dust and noise.
Clean, nicely designed rooms; comfortable and cozy Construction work in rooms opposite - woken up by loud drilling and hammering at 9am for two of my three night stay. I think I should have been alerted to this fact before I registered.
Location Price Cleanliness
The crisp white linens every day along with big fluffy towels. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Being able to check our bags for a couple of hours on the day of departure prior to leaving for the airport was very appreciated.
It was in Manhattan, and had a bit of character- though not original to the time period so that's a bit unfortunate. There's decent coffee for sale in the lobby. Appeared to not overcharge me, and no sign of bed bugs! Room was 13' by 9' -that is being generous with the arms pan - that didn't really matter since we didn't hang out there, but it was laughable. Also had a shirt fall of a hanger just to retrieve it covered in dust bunnies. Key cards stopped working halfway through, not a big issue except it's a stair run up/down as the elevators are a bit wonky. Was hoping for old charm, didn't have much of it. Not really worth spending extra, overall. Seems like over $300 will get something special, otherwise might as well just book a Holiday Inn or something basic.
staff and cleanliness the elevator did not work. We went to the service elevator.
The room was decorated beautifully with a nice contemporary feel and the bed was comfortable. Mold in the bathtub tile wall. There was quiet a lot of it so doesn't appear they do a good job of cleaning the rooms.
Location is perfect, hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Desk staff was consistently rude over 4 days. Not so much to me but anytime I walked through the lobby I overheard snippy sarcastic remarks being made in response to questions.
three windows in my room. Three urns of cold drinks in the lobby every afternoon. only one small elevator working for the entire week
The room was very clean, the set up of the room was modern and fresh! would stay again. they are doing renovations on certain floors.
the staff was vert friendly and helpful. the room was largge for ny and very comfortable. the diner across fromthe hotel was very ny and had quiet a variety and would deliver. market closs by. everything you neeed for a relaxing ny trip their were problems with elevator but not serious to cause any discomfort
Flight was delayed a full day, so we headed over to the hotel and was pleasantly surprised at the how much we got for our money's worth! The staff was extremely accommodating as well.
nothing noisy, even early morning, you can here the others in other rooms, not as you u see in the web site, not worth the money, u can get better hotel for less price.
confortable enough , and a very kind staff
nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, no
We had a one night stay and were pleased with our experience. The hotel is at a great location near Central Park and away from the busy downtown city life. We liked that very much. We initially decided on this hotel because of the rate but found the location more appealing. The bathroom was too small. Forget privacy. We had to keep the door open, while using the bathroom, just to have some elbow room.
good location and affordable, nice room, internet was not working while not been properly informed as wi-fi did work internet was not working while not been properly informed as wi-fi did work
Noisy, dirty, very small room.
its pretty well located, just in front of natural museum, its confortable, clean, and a much better option than other budget hotels.
I liked the location and the room. The staff were very friendly. The area can be noisy and it would be nicer if the windows were double-glazed.
The staff who exhibited a friendly desire that my stay was an enjoyable one. A problem with a faulty radiator that the staff rectified satisfactorily.
Ideal Location: close to Central Park and all major museums and only 2 blocks away from the subway to downtown
Good location, cute lobby, friendly staff Bathroom very small, but room was comfortable
it's very convinent because it is near the subway. room is quite clean
Convenient for subway. Attractive decor. Helpful staff Room very small with inadequate storage and lighting. No elevator and a very narrow dark stairway.
Cocktail bar and happy hour. Beautiful decor. Well-furnished rooms. Extremely friendly and personal staff. Had to pay for breakfast. Rooms could have had better lighting (i.e. table lamps).
Room smelled like dirty socks and urine. The heat was about 80 degrees inthe room and we could not get window open for relief Carpet was filthy and all night there were strange shouts or screams with doors slamming. We were glad to get out of this really tacky dirty hotel . Never go there if you want peace and cleanliness. Same as above
This hotel said it had a refit, It was very dark and rooms were shabby, The plus side was the staff were fantastic. Also it's quite a long way out, On the ourskirts of Harlem.
It's location, very convenient. The bar, unprofessional staff, no atmosphere. Expensive.
comfortable bed, next to subway, cheap there was not hangers for clothes at all
Nothing! The worst hotel in my life ever. They should change the category to one star. The hotel is old, dirty, noisy and the staff are not interested in help you. The guests were are strange, like drug addicts. I saw policemens going there loooking for people. You can watch porn movies in tv, like a motel. Don't go there. It's better pay more and stay in midtown area.
It is well located close to Central park and the Timesquare subway route. The staff were also very nice and freindly. It's hotel prices for hostel accommdoation! The rooms were small and the ehating didnt work very well. It was often either too hot or too cold. The radiator in our room would wake us up at 6am without fail every morning by making loud ratteling noises.
The room was exactly what we'd reserved. It was small but clean and quiet. The hotel staff was very nice. The location is excellent. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the subway right outside the door.
subway station right in front hotel, all types of stores nearby. expensive parking, cheap window ac unit with very poor sound insulation. few outlets in the room. very old hotel badly needing a facelift. but what do you expect in NYC for $300?
We came to bike the Five Boro and the hotel staff was very accommodating - the hotel is also well situated close to the west side bike path.
Nice place to stay for the Thanksgiving parade. Short walk to the subway on 96 street and central park. Would stay here again! Father and two sons. Had to pay $7 for internet connection.
My only critique was that the bed was a tad uncomfortable for me, but both my mom and aunt were quite comfortable. The room was small and cozy, but it has everything a visitor needs. The staff was wonderful and kind. The location is excellent - right next to a subway stop that makes it easy to see NYC in minutes. Also blocks from Central Park. Neighborhood is safe and clean. Next to a drug store, n case you forgot something. Loved it and would stay there again.
Good location and for New York,it is a good size room. Right across street for the Subway and 3 blocks from Central Park. The beds are so hard and linens are very old. Towels are tiny and old. Our room was not cleaned even after I told them we were leaving and would l ike room serviced.
This is a great location in the upper west side. Lots of little places for coffee or food. Several drug stores, diners, etc all within a block. Located across street from red line (1/2/3 train) so very convenient to rest of city. Nice neighborhood. I made a mistake & requested 2 "superior double rooms", which could not accommodate a rollaway bed. Wasn't a huge deal, I had a sleeping bag for my (10 year old) son, and we weren't in the room much anyway. The other room had room for the pack & play for an infant, so it all worked out - just realize that a double room is for a double bed, desk, & not much else in most cases. But for 2 nights in NYC, for 2 rooms on short notice, a great price (140/rm/night). Heat in room couldn't be turned off - we ended up running the AC to offset the heating.
The front desk guys were exceptional. Truly cared to make sure I was a happy customer. It will be my permanent go to on the west side from here on out! No hotel at these great prices can be perfect so there is no point in complaining when everything else was spot on!
I hate manhatten. i guess that is the value for money you get in the city. just a good location and friendly and nice staff. dump... a small room in the size of my kitchen if not less, had to wait 20 minutes for elevators, not the best smells ever...
Close to where i needed to do business Good area, easy parking , food everywhere Old TV uncomfortable bed dark room no curtains just blinds i could not regulate bathroom temperature it was either too hot or too cold
Staff was very friendly I was on the tenth floor and there was a lot of elevator traffic. Entire hotel had only two, very small elevators that were operational. Two were out of service. At times it would take 20-30 min to get in and out.
The only thing I liked was the fitness center that I didn't know they had. The front desk lady Mirian is extremely rude and racist. The hotel is in bad condition. The rooms smell of cigarettes/ mold. The water takes 15 minutes to get hot. The phone doesn't work throughout and it really is just a pathetic place to stay. Cheap can be expensive
Cleanliness of the room Slow wifi connection
Location Hotel was overbooked. I was almost not able to check in
- location - inexpensive - big rooms for Manhattan - wifi basically never worked - halls smelled like smoke - door to room was not secure - window wouldn't stay closed
Good Location and the check-in process was easy. There are a lot of things that did not meet my expecations. First being that there was no parking, in which, I already exprected. Online they adverise that the hotel was newly renovated...lies. When I go to my room it was in less than satisfactory condintion. When I asked about it the attendant was rude and said it was because it's with a third party vendor and I didn't ask for a premium room. How was I to know the difference if it was advertise the hotel was newly renovated. Then the attendant who claimed he was acting mangager wouldn't even give me another room that I would have been more comfatable in. I was very disgusted and disappointed.
The location cannot be beat. Just two subway stops on the 2 or 3 train to Times Square. Plenty of great restaurants in an appealing neighborhood that has all the amenities. Hotel staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Some rooms have been renovated. Beds are very comfortable. Maid staff are efficient and responsive. The hotel has two elevator banks, but one of them has been in disrepair for many months. Unfortunately, the hotel needs both banks of elevators working to provide sufficient access to the rooms and lobby.
The price and convenience The rooms were outdated
Location Reception was not as helpful as I would have hoped. Sent me to my room without explaining the maze I would find, which caused me to have to return downstairs to obtain guidance from the concierge. The furniture is in dire need of change. It's noticeably old, scratched, and in bad shape. The rooms need to be better cleaned. They are excessively dusty. The wallpaper is falling off the walls. The air conditioner did not have a cover over the vent, thus dust accompanied the cold air. The windows did not have curtains. Instead there were old blinds through which the sun entered the room at 6 a.m., giving me no other choice but to get up at that time, despite the time that I went to sleep. In all honesty, if I had to do it again, I would not stay there.
I loved the view from my room on the 7th floor overlooking Central Park! It was wonderful to open the curtain each morning to that breathtaking view! The bed was a little hard but we didn't mind too much after walking the city for 14 hours a day!
The location was easy for getting into the city and felt safe at all times even coming back very late at night. The windows were horrible for controlling the temp. Our room was cold most of the time and the steam heater made it nearly impossible to sleep.

Great location a bit off the beaten path for most tourists. Across the street for the northwest corner of Central Park. Reasonable price for what I got. Don't be expecting high-end for accommodations, but it was perfect for my needs. Very close to subway. Elevator was out of order. But staff were very friendly and accommodating. As a single traveler with light luggage, they gave me the option of a higher room with a view or a first floor without view. I didn't mind the steps so preferred the view.
Location next to Central Park The front of the hotel is beautiful but the interior is dated. The rooms were very small and hot, with no temperature control.

Staff Room is too small, no A/C,no coffee machine, elevator was out of service.
The location is excellent; close to the subway, next to Central Park and we found some great restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great location right across the street from Central park. 3 minute walk to rhe subway. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Very clean. Nice sized bathroom. Typical small NYC room, room would get hot at night even with the radiator valve closed so had to run the AC in December
Would not stay there again. The rooms were really not clean. Linens were tattered and head was filled with painful springs. Super small room (couldn't fit 3 people standing). Overall, not even worth the discount.
Great Price. Small/Not the cleanest room. It's not terrible but not great. Please do not expect much and it's pretty far from the tourist destinations.
The staff was really nice at this hotel. The rooms were extremely small, beds were only full size and there were no ainimities at all.
The place was ok, and reasonable. We exchanges all comfort for the low price so it was not any thing new. The place was very clean and well furnished and a bit spacious for such a small room. The only problem was the the lobby people told us to go to this specific parking garage and the garage or the lobby duse totally scamed us saying that the discount voucher wa's not rezconized at the garage and the customer support people for the hotel blamed us for going to to wrong place. We ended up paying a lot for a over night parking than anywhere else.
Location and cleanliness Nothing
Very clean with nice decor and accommodations. The sound proofing was pretty awful though. I was able to sleep through the night, but I could hear everything that went on in the hallway and even the kids in the building next door. Bring ear plugs if you are light sleeper.
Small rooms but clean and located very close to the 1 subway train, Central Park, and natural history museum.
Hotel is pretty much the cheapest in town. Expect very small rooms - basically just the bed and a bit leg room. Bathrooms were impressive - renovated and clean and a flat screen TV - so just the basics....
Clean. Friendly/helpful staff. Great value Small room.
It was VERY clean and staff was great
Location, Really clean, comfortable beds and linens. No late check out signs posted everywhere almost yelling at you.
Great location; good value, friendly staff, super clean room, the ability to request a certain type of room (eg, quiet, bed type, bed number) Housekeeping entered my room even though I had the "Do not Disturb" sign on the doorknob. Minor glitch.
Comfortable bed, clean, fresh paint. Great value. But indeed the smallest room I have ever been in. As a single, was no problem.
Convenience. Walk to central park, walk the opposite way a few feet to catch the subway, 24 hour diner and deli conveniently nearby. We will for sure stay here again. Beautiful location. The hallways are slim, rooms are small BUT...it's perfect for the couple that likes to get in and out, tour, with ease.
