Most visitors from the United States need to provide a negative COVID-19 test result and/or quarantine to enter Dominica.

Border status

Arriving passengers will have to complete an online questionnaire 24 hours before arrival, and have a PCR swab test with a negative result taken up to 24-72 hours before arrival. The PCR result must be uploaded and submitted with the questionnaire and receive an email of approval from the Dominican Ministry of Health. Travelers will not be allowed to board the flight to Dominica without this email.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type
Travelers returning from Dominica must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken 72 hours before departure to the United States.
Exceptions

Children under the age of 2 are exempt from presenting a COVID-19 test.

Travelers with proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding. Proof of a recent positive viral test and a letter from your healthcare provider or a public health official stating that you were cleared to travel.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors returning from Dominica will need to quarantine for 7 days upon entering the United States.
Exceptions

Travelers who did not get tested, are advised to stay home and self-quarantine for 10 days after travel.​
