COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type
Visitors from the United States must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departing to Belgium.
Exceptions

Children under the age of 6 and residents of Belgium are exempt from presenting a COVID-19 PCR-RT test result.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors from the United States will need to quarantine for 10 days upon entering Belgium.
Exceptions

After 7 days of quarantine, travelers can get a test. If the test is negative, travelers do not need to quarantine further.
