Unvaccinated visitors from the United States can enter Seychelles with a negative COVID-19 test result.
Fully vaccinated visitors from the United States can enter Seychelles without restrictions.

Seychelles entry details and exceptions

Online Health Travel Authorization (HTA) is required prior to boarding flights to Seychelles. Visitors must submit their negative PCR test results, flight and accommodation details for HTA before departure through the Seychelles Travel Authorization Online Portal.

Visitors must have valid travel health insurance that covers at minimum COVID-19 testing, isolation, quarantine and clinical care.

Visitors must ensure that accommodation bookings are made only at licensed establishments that have been certified by the Public Health Authority.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type

Unvaccinated visitors from the United States must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken within 72 hours for RT-PCR (NAAT) and 24 hours for Antigen (quick-test) before departing to Seychelles.

Fully vaccinated visitors with approved vaccination certificates do not need to present a negative COVID-19 test.

Details and exceptions
Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers are required to present a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours or a rapid antigen test done in a certified laboratory within 24hrs before departure to Seychelles.
Fully vaccinated travelers will be exempted from pre-travel test requirements. Full vaccination entails that any traveler over 18 years, have received the first two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine including a booster dose after 6 six months since completing the primary series. For visitors aged 12 to 18 years to be considered full vaccinated, they only necessitate the completion of two vaccine doses.
Travelers must complete the Online Health Travel Authorization once their negative covid-19 test result is received and prior to boarding their flight.
Quarantine requirements

Visitors from the United States are not required to quarantine after entering Seychelles.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type

Travelers returning from Seychelles must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken within 1 day for RT-PCR (NAAT) and 1 day for Antigen (quick-test) before departure to the United States.

Details and exceptions
Effective:December 6th, 2021: A COVID-19 negative test result taken within 1 day before departure must be presented to the airline before boarding your flight. This applies to ALL incoming air travelers, regardless of vaccination status or nationality.
Children under the age of 2 are exempt from test requirements as well as travelers who have both valid proof or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 in the past 90 days and a letter from a valid healthcare authority who has stated that they are cleared for travel. Refer to the CDC Website for more details.
Quarantine requirements

Visitors returning from Seychelles are not required to quarantine upon entering the United States.

Foreign nationals (non-U.S. citizens and non-U.S. immigrants) who are not fully vaccinated and are permitted to travel to the US by air by meeting certain vaccine exemptions are required to self quarantine for 7 days, unless they have a valid COVID-19 recovery document.
Travelers should also follow state and local requirements and recommendations after travel.
