What to know about COVID-19 and hotels

As you consider current and future travel plans, stay up-to-date on hotel providers’ change and cancellation policies. Here’s a list of some of our partners that are currently offering flexible policies.

Hotels with flexible change policies

Hilton brands offer flexible booking options with free changes and cancellations available at every hotel.

With limited exceptions, reservations booked prior to July 1, 2020, can be cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Reservations booked on or after July 1, 2020, are subject to the cancellation, deposit and/or refund policy disclosed at the time of reservation.

All bookings made directly with IHG can be changed without charge.

For reservations made on or after July 6, 2020, for arrival through May 31, 2021, customers can change or cancel their reservation at no charge up to 24 hours before arrival. For new reservations with arrival dates on or after June 1, 2021, customers are subject to individual hotel cancellation policies in place at the time of reservation.

Reservations made on or after January 1, 2021, are subject to the individual hotel cancellation policies in place at the time of booking.

For direct bookings made on or after June 6, 2020, with stays after June 30, 2020, customers are advised to check the “Additional Rate Details” link on the Rooms & Rates page or the “Cancellation & Rate Details” link on the booking page for applicable terms and/or exclusions. For direct bookings made before June 6, 2020, for stays after June 30, 2020, customers can change their reservations up to 48 hours before arrival.
