For restrictions that apply to vaccinated visitors, please check the official guidelines from Bermuda for the types of accepted and permitted COVID-19 vaccinations, requirements on proof of vaccination certificates, vaccination validity period, and persons and/or groups that may be exempt from vaccination restrictions.
All visitors arriving in Bermuda must be fully vaccinated. This does not apply to persons younger than 12 years and crew. Residents returning to Bermuda are not required to be vaccinated but a quarantine period applies Children aged 11 and younger will take on the vaccination status of the guardian traveling with them.
All immunized travelers will be given a red wristband upon arrival. Immunized travelers with pretest must wear it until receiving the negative arrival test. Immunized travelers WITHOUT pretest must wear it until receiving the negative DAY 4 test. Test and vaccine documentation must be uploaded to your travel authorization application.
Visitors from the United States must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken within 4 days for RT-PCR (NAAT) and 2 days for Antigen (quick-test) before departing to Bermuda.
Unvaccinated visitors from the United States will need to quarantine for 4 days upon entering Bermuda.
Fully vaccinated visitors with approved vaccination certificates do not need to quarantine.
Travelers returning from Bermuda must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken within 1 day for RT-PCR (NAAT) and 1 day for Antigen (quick-test) before departure to the United States.
Visitors returning from Bermuda are not required to quarantine upon entering the United States.
