Permitted travelers are required to fill out the Boarding Form and must meet the below travel conditions to enter Madagascar:
1. Presentation of a negative result of an RT-PCR test performed 72 hours before boarding.
2. Submit to rapid antigen testing upon arrival. If test is positive, traveler will be subject to at least 7-days quarantine.
Visitors from the United States must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken within 72 hours before departing to Madagascar.
Visitors from the United States are not required to quarantine after entering Madagascar.
Travelers returning from Madagascar must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken within 1 day for RT-PCR (NAAT) and 1 day for Antigen (quick-test) before departure to the United States.
Visitors returning from Madagascar are not required to quarantine upon entering the United States.
