Entry to St. Kitts & Nevis is permitted for its citizens, residents, and fully vaccinated travelers. Unvaccinated travelers under 18 years old may enter the country provided that they are accompanied by their fully vaccinated parents or guardians.
Prior to going to the country, all travelers are required to obtain permission from the Ministry of National Security and book a quarantine hotel or tourist accommodation.
Visitors from the United States must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken within 3 days for RT-PCR (NAAT) and 1 day for Antigen (quick-test) before departing to Saint Kitts and Nevis.
Unvaccinated visitors from the United States will need to quarantine for 7 days upon entering Saint Kitts and Nevis.
Fully vaccinated visitors with approved vaccination certificates do not need to quarantine.
Travelers returning from Saint Kitts and Nevis must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken within 1 day for RT-PCR (NAAT) and 1 day for Antigen (quick-test) before departure to the United States.
Visitors returning from Saint Kitts and Nevis are not required to quarantine upon entering the United States.
