All travelers whose body temperature is NOT above 37.5° C (99.5°F), do not have a persistent cough, difficulty in breathing or other flu-like symptoms shall be allowed to enter or depart Uganda, following the testing procedures.
Visitors from the United States must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken within 72 hours before departing to Uganda.
Visitors from the United States are not required to quarantine after entering Uganda.
Travelers returning from Uganda must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken within 1 day for RT-PCR (NAAT) and 1 day for Antigen (quick-test) before departure to the United States.
Visitors returning from Uganda are not required to quarantine upon entering the United States.
